i saw their ad in internet in jan 2013 then i applied in then they called me and completed the application and took my atm number but they couldnt withdraw any money
after 3 months they called me back and asked if i am interrested and asked me to pay 890$ after dicussion he told me that i can pay 490$ for begining 2nd stage
i was about to pay but i began to suspect them then i asked many people and made thorough search about them in the internet then decided not to complete with them
now they returned to send me e.mails asking me to complete my payment orthey will do legal action what do you advise me to do please urgently
n.b : i cancelled my atm and made a new one with different number

i did not sign any thing i just give her my atm no in january and then the atm is expired and i made a new one
but what you mean with retainer agreement and how can i sign it ?
my friend is lawyer i consulted him he told me that all of these companies are fake and cons but they can not do any thing and the only danger is withdrawing cash using atm

Dear All, some does somebody has some news? I'm in contact with many authorities in Canada. I will let you know any news.
I just filled up a form. Then Canadian Visa Experts called me back instantly without me having to check if they were legit (a stupid decision of mine). I gave out my card details to pay for the fee. Now they are trying to make me believe that everything was legal, but I am sure it was not.

What kind of visa did you apply for? Unless you have signed a retainer agreement to pay them, I don't see how they can come after you.
Did u reach any solutions?
