I should have looked here first like I have done before but this is how they work. They hack into someones email and send you an email from "your friend" saying that this company is a great buy and you should try it.
I placed the order and just the minute I submitted it I got a bad feeling then I checked here to find it was a bogus company. I immediately tried to cancel my order, they were lightening fast and told me the order shipped already. Yeah right.
I gathered all the info and reported it to my credit card company and they handled it from there. I got a charge back on my account. but that is not the end. I just got an email from them.
To ad insult to injury this is their response to be, they think I will get nervous and reorder so they get to do it to me all over again.
They wrote:
“The thing is, that we are able to issue the refund ourselves without your credit card company interference. We would kindly request you to advise the reason of your act. This will help us to improve our customer support.Also we are sorry to inform you that your credit card rating is suffering if the mentioned transaction is performed.With the chargeback performed and the money taken returned to the owner`s card, the account of the owner is automatically put to certain black lists and there supposed to be different problems while ordering any other products using your credit card number. Once anyone has initiated a chargeback, they are looked on by the banks as a risk for future chargebacks. Being on this list may make it more difficult for you to purchase other items from other websites. Most banks subscribe to this list to avoid having potential future chargebacks.Still, we want to emphasize that in case you decline the chargeback operation we will reship your product for free if you still have not received one or we guarantee to refund your money in full. This will improve your credit card rating”
If you get one of these do not be fooled they do not have the clout to get anyone on any list. In fact the banks, if they could pull this off, will look upon the company and wonder why the consumer was forced to do a charge back. Credit cards cannot charge back willy nilly they must have just cause.
BTW, I did get a package for something, I do not know what it is, it is not what I ordered.
So do not be intimidated, Just stay away from this company. I was lucky my credit company fixed it for me. Good luck and Don't let them get you garbage.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i had a pretty good experience with rayhhealthcare which is named as the shipper / customer service. I didn't receive my package within 21 days and I complained and they shipped the order again and I received it in 2 weeks. the other package finally arrived as well. everything was there as expected. I ordered a year earlier with no problems too. my opinion is that this is a reputable company.
I had a really good experience ordering medication from this company. In Oct 2011 I ordered 30 20mg Levitra tablets from canadianhealthcaremall.net. The total price including express shipping via U.S. Postal Service totaled $ 130.75.. After completing payment using my VISA credit card, I received a email confirmation including a U.S Postal service tracking number. The company promised delivery in 10-14 days. After 11 days of non delivery, I begin to think I was victim of a online pharmacy scam after reading numerous Internet negative complaints about this company. I called my credit card company and dispute the charges, I also cancelled my credit card and was given a new account number. After about 13 days I was surprise when the U.S Postal Service delivered my package. The medication was package very professionally, meds included written instructions. The outside package clearly identified the name of the medication, I received the entire 30 20mg Levitra tablets. The most important thing is that the medication works great. I was able to track the entire order via U.S Postal Service. The medication was shipped from India, but the website identified India as one of the drug manufacturer. Maybe these people have gotten their act together, or maybe I just got lucky. In my case, I have a valid U.S. prescription but just can not afford the price of the medication at $ 13. 40 per pill. The 30 20mg levitra medication I ordered from this company cost $100.75 has really help my relationship with my wife.
