Canada Post express post

On October 11, I took a parcel to the post office in Yellowknife and requested it be shipped Express Post to Victoria BC (tracking # [protected]). It should have arrived in 2 business days which is what I paid for, but the parcel wasn't delivered to its destination until October 17, which is 4 business days.

I paid $36.70 for Express Post but did not receive adequate service. I feel that some sort of compensation is warranted in the form of a refund.

I know I have a new deleiverer
apparently a job is coming up tht theyr being a back up on for tichborne ont

they have asked me to callin to a woman named Dianne to requests a good word for them to get this job at Parham posts office

they have asked me several times now
and Iv eheard they've asked othe rpeople as well to
I don't thinki this is right

I am a customer of Parham posts office

I was a customer on Monday October 15 2018
I came in to pick up a parcel
I will say posts office was really buzy that day

I wanna say I was disappointed how posts master handled my issue
I waited for 15 minutes to get bcuaseof the way business was being handled
posts master and a little boy she was playing and goin on with whilei waswaiting

she wasn't even working or assisting her customers she was playing with a little that was into Canada posts property and running around

in the office throwing things

I musts may say everyone was held up this day because of this matter

Canada Post non delivery of stamps purchased from canada post online shop

I have purchased stamps from the online shop on 26th August 2018. The order number is [protected]. I have waited for all this time but havent had any updates from Canada post. Canada Post free delivery package

I went to a Canada post office on 9647- 47 Ave. I wanted to mail out a package and the women behind the counter didn't know anything about this promotion.
When I questioned what I needed. I was told just the promotion code. I asked if they could help me but they refused. I went back a second time with the promo code and still was not helped. I asked what else I needed and she said " don't you know how to read"? I Said " can you explain it to me"? she could not!

her husband then came and started yelling at me. I asked him to explain what I needed to get the promotion and he could not answer me.

I got extremely upset on how I was being treated.

Canada Post driver almost hitting me as I was walking

On oct 15 at 420 PM at 3484 semenyk court mississauga ont. Truck # 1720375 was driving on the driveway of semenyk court . I was walking on the driveway to get to my car as I am an employee working here. I hear a noise behind me I turn and I see a canada post vehicle behind me pulling into the driveway about 5 feet away from me. I turn to see the truck but I did not look at the driver and kept walking. The truck then sped up and passed me and I was only 1 foot away me. Then it stopped abruptly in front of me 2 feet way. The driver was so close to me and it was not safe. I spoke with him and he was pulling off his ear buds to talk to me. I confronted him about how close he was in driving around me and then he got defensive. Telling me that he gave me a signal to pass and when i didn't he just drove past me. He is an unsafe driver. I want to complain about his unsafe care of pedestrians and distracted driving.please address this.

Canada Post dangerous placement of group mailboxes

Canada Post has put group mailboxes on the corner of my small, narrow, dead-end, gravel road at a main through road. With the current placement of this group of mailboxes, people use my driveway to turn around which in most cases, is fine. However, there are several people that drive really fast and spin donuts in the road and into the ditches as well as in the top of my driveway. My driveway is a very narrow, gravel driveway, that has a slight hill to go up when exiting it. Over the past several years, this has resulted in me getting the bus stuck in the top of the driveway in the winter as well as sliding into the ditch because of the ruts.

I am very concerned that by moving the group mailboxes to almost across from my driveway, yet further down this dead-end road, it is going to make things even more dangerous for me and other drivers.

This is the only dead-end road in the area that has group mailboxes on it. All the other group mailboxes are on main, through roads, in places that do not affect personal driveways.

I would appreciate it if they would move the mailboxes onto Sapton Road where are no driveways that will be affected and much safer for everyone.

Canada Post truck driver

Truck # 63386 Brentwood Bay BC. Driver was extremely aggressive. I was doing the speed limit coming into town, and this driver kept speeding up to a point of almost hitting me and the slowing down. It was quite apparent that he wanted me to speed up, but I was already doing the speed limit.

When we approached the traffic light in town he sped up to my rear end and then swerved over to turn left as he was turning. Maybe next time I should just slam on the brakes. What do you think?

Canada Post package

Really …. it took a week from being released from customs for Canada Post to pick it up. Then it got to "Richmond sorting center". Where it got scanned twice and now seems to have just disappeared or is in some damn holding pattern in the Richmond sorting center.

Canada should just get rid of Canada Post and sell off the assets. I'm staying with private companies from now on.

Canada Post mailbox supply

I am moving to a rural area in BC. I am on a waitlist to get a box number. You need to supply boxes to people if you are not going to deliver mail to our houses. If areas are growing in population then you need to meet the demand and supply more boxes. My options are to rent a box in town, pay for it, and when a box in my community becomes available change my address again (2x). As if moving isn't stressful enough.

Canada Post tracking package says at my door nothing there.

this is not the 1st time I have had a package just disappear fomr Canada post and it starting to get very annoying to say the least. If the item is tracking on it I don't care if there is a box for signature or not have the common sense to knock on the door and give it to someone not toss is on the door step. i'm 100 % sure if it was raining out and someone tossed and box on your step and it had stuff in it you want not to get lost broken or wet you would be pissed to. yet that did nto even happen to me. the item says it was left on door step and when I went to get it and it was not even there. called Canada post they told me it would take about a week to look in to the matter. yet I have 170 dollar worth of stuff missing somewhere WTF is up with this crap. the last box the lost of mine was a 2'x10'12' box (yes I mean FEET) and no in mot joking and the told me in a LETTER I still have it. they cant find it and nothing they can or would do about it.

Canada Post lost magazines

Hi, I think someone who works for you steal my Ricardo magazines. I didn't receive the last 3 (they come in each quarter) and I called their customer service last week and they confirmed they have all been sent accordingly. Those magazines are in French and they come from Quebec. I live in Calgary. Can you please investigate on your end? Those are expensive magazines and I really want them.

Canada Post my parents sended me a marriage certificate from india. I haven't received yet.

I am Dhruv Sharma. I live in helipax Canada. My father sent a post from Surat - India on August 20, 2018. Which I have to get. Today is more than one and a half months now, yet I have not got it yet. This is a very important document for me in which my marriage certificate is. According to the Canadian government regulations, I need it. My father complained to the Indian Post. He replied that 'This post has been sent from Mumbai on July 23, 2018 to the flight number LH0757 Now it comes under the control of the Canadian system and now it is the responsibility of Canada Post. ' So please take it seriously and request an order to immediately investigate. If this is missing, then who will be responsible? Where to get this certificate for government use If it does not accumulate at the right time, then this will be a major loss to me. Who will take responsibility for this? My post description is as follows -Inquiry No. KR/AIR/5702/18 : RG889035708IN Despatched to TORONTO Flight No. LH0757 Despatch no. 199 Despatch date 24/08/18 bag no. 9.

Canada Post a lady who drops off packages to marks

We recently had a change of people who come drop off packages to Mark's store 202 in college heights in prince George bc . The last lady we had was quite lovely. The one doing it now is awful . She is rude and also today she left our customers packages on the ground outside of our receiving door because she couldn't wait any longer I guess? We have a business to run and cant get to the door as soon as it rings all the time. This is crap and I no longer want her to deliver to us. Please make the change. I am contacting my company today about this as well.

Canada Post 998 bloor st w toronto ontario... claim to never had me bring in my identification

I went to the canada post outlet on 998 bloor st west in toronto ontario on september 21rst 2018 with a form filled out for proof of ID for capital one credit card I brought in my id and got the non english speaking employee telling me OK thank you, you are good to go... I dont use the post office at all so I trusted that was good.

I have not recieved any thing from capital one so I called and they said they have not recieved the proof of ID form yet

so I went back to the post office and the people are saying that if I was there they would have given my a reciept or a tracking number. But they lied they never did. I want someone to look at their security cameras to see what they did with my form

Because if these kind of terrorists get jobs at canada post with access to many [peoples ids and no accountability then this country needs Trump more than ever

Canada Post xpresspost

Item tracked to the post office in my home town,
'55 hours' from Mississauga to Calgary
'72 hours' for the final 60km!
'priceless' the item sits in a sack in the local post office and the miserable overworked and underpaid union employee [censored]ed to me about how she had 4 days of tracked parcels to get through and didn't know when i would be able to get it!

My taxes support this company?! I want a full refund! someone tell the Queen her mail is being messed

Canada Post delivery notice

on oct 1, 2018 received a delivery notice — was left in my mail box not on my door — I was home all day — not impressed

Canada Post time it takes for post from england to vancouver

I posted a present for my new grandson, who lives in Vancouver City, on July 26th in Manchester. It is now October 1 and it still has not arrived. By the time it gets there it will no longer fit him!
Everybody says "Oh, that is Canada Post" but I don't think that is good enough.
I look forward to a more rapid response than mail delivery time.

It isn't all Canada Post's fault this one. Unless you have tracking on the package and know that it is stuck in Canada somewhere, Royal Mail handles it the first stretch. You also must remember that these packages have to go through customs and things do get held up there quite often. The package does go through many hands before it becomes part of Canada Post's system.

Same story here. Months to arrive. Heartbreaking for my son's grandmother who wants him to have presents on time so she sends a month early or more for them still to arrive late. It's a shame there is no pride in this institution and no responsibility.

Hey Julie, dont waste your time with Canada Post they are a complete joke! I've sent stuff from Calgary back to Blackpool and it has taken 8 months! use someone in the UK affiliated with UPS, FedEx etc someone like DHL it will cost a lot more but at least you know it will get there unlike the canada post lottery!. Canada Post is like most government institutions over here, on its knees, poorly run and heavily subsidised to provide a crap service!

Canada Post letter mail

I have been operating an ebay business for over 4 years now and I am really tired of the postmen that don't care about their jobs! I mean its obvious they don't care when they delivery mail to my customers and bend and jamm the envelope into the mailbox when it when it clearly says "please do not bend" right on the from of the envelope. This cause the item inside to be broken. This is happening more and more and it is costing me money! Maybe I don't spend enough money on shipping to have you care! I think between $4000 and $6000 a year is a lot, at least to me. To bad someone couldn't do something about this crap!

Canada Post mishandling of a package sent to us from abroad and returning it to the sender

Dear costumer support representative,

On July 2018 we sent a 20 kg package from Israel destined to 306 Clare St., Ottawa, ON (Tracking # cc065337962il). The package arrived at the post office in Westboro, Ottawa, ON on August 10. As appears in the Canada Post website and Israel Post website, there had been one attempt to bring us the package on August 10, though we probably weren't home, as we would received it of course.
We were never contacted about it, nor received any notice of acceptance to our mail box.
Canada Post reported the item as 'refused' and sent back to Israel on Aug 12. Only 2 days after it arrived to Westboro Post office! Only upon its arrival back to the Israeli post office (61 Ha'Lamed Hei St., Givataim 5340813, ISRAEL), have we learned that the package had arrived to Ottawa was sent back. As told by Canada Post representative by phone, in order to reclaim our package (it's waiting at the post office in Israel), we are now expected to pay the cost of the delivery back to Israel and sent it to Canada again at full charge.

In our opinion, this turn of events is outrages for several reasons:
(1) We were never contacted even though contact could have been made by email or mail box (more than a single time).
(2) We never 'refused' the package as falsely claimed in the delivery records. Our house, 306 Clare St., K1Z7E6 is a detached house and only we live there. (We sent the package to our self from Israel before leaving to Canada).
(3) Even in the assumption we didn't respond to notifications, the 2-day wait window until package is sent back to the other half of the word is ridiculously short.

This has been extremely aggravating for us as we are expecting a baby any day now and the package contains much needed baby equipment. To make things right we expect Canada Post to deliver the package to our Ottawa location (Same Clare St. address) at no charge as soon as possible and to consider compensation for our time, expense, and aggravation.
