I was using awhile ago my id Questionable with a display name of Chie and suddenly I was kicked out of camfrog and cant access that id again. Even my other ids cant seem to log in. I am complaining this matter because I just purchased coins for that id and I am mad that I cant log it in. I spent $200 for the coins that id have so please help me get it back.

Hello i am recently mac banned from your servers from access login or access of web page not understand why as since i broke no rules or tos and if it was not you then it was a hacker, i would either like a full refund on my gold pro code as it is not being used or my mac address removed from you banned list if not i will be contacting the BBB for a law suit against your company for de fraud and theft.

When you purchase a gift package they automatically charge you when the points run out. I have been charged 4 days in a row and finally figured it out. I have no way of stopping this.

There is a selection to stop auto charge, but the link does not work, I have emailed their help desk and still no response. I do not want charged 19.99 everyday. I want them to stop this illegal charging.

i bought and paid for camfrog pro on march 05 2017. it states its good for 30 days. well here is the problem i never recieved the camfrog pro code. my credit card waqs charged less than 2 weeks from my first purchase. they tried to bill my card and only 12 days had passed and because of that i no long have pro and i cant get anyone to answer aqny of my email. i have screen shots and recipts of my buying this stupoid program so why wont someone own up and help me get what i paid for? or are you people too busy ripping people off because you know ur time is limited on tyhe web
