Campos Charted Law Firm / Refusal of reimbursement

I signed up for a debt relief program, paying a certain amount monthly, and they were to work with creditors. They did nothing and I end up in litigation with creditors. I stopped program and was told would be reimbursed, Has not happened. Say that reimbursement will be sent out after receivership has been processed. says they are under mandate from the Supreme Court and cannot send out checks until order lifted by the supreme court
