Camelot Spa / Bad service on Birthday treat

I was excited to receive my very first spa treatment voucher and decided to use it on my birthday. I made a booking for 2 treatments at Camelot Spa Saxonwold, after learning from head office that the branch is 1 of the best to be pampered at. I read on the disclaimer that you may not be late for your treatment and made sure I arrived 20 minutes early. In short, here are my complaints:

1. Dirty fountain at front entrance (not a good first impression)
2. Staff members taking their time (there is a reason why I booked certain hours, I had other plans) and only left an hour later
3. Zen tea: could only taste dust and a baby cockroach ran over my cup (obviously the tea set was not washed)
4. Received a very painful Head, Shoulders and Back massage (was painful for weeks after that)
5. Massaged next to a terrace being renovated - Had to listen to the hammering etc
5. Both shampoo and shower gel containers in shower were empty - so I was left with oil in my hair after the Indian Head massage
6. My voucher was misplaced between 20 other vouchers which looked exactly the same
7. Not one staff member wished me a happy birthday. They obviously don't care to be nice.
