Camella Homes Minor construction permit

we wanted to request for a minor construction permit to be able to have a front roofing outside our house, unfortunately we were advised that the architect has not responded yet. it is already july and we have requested your office since june. we hope you will inform if something is wrong in our requirements or what, but since june we did not receive any response from your office. i hope you will change in how you do your business because we are trying our best to follow your rules even though this is our house.

Camella Homes Minor construction permit

We are the owners of b5 l1 peppergrove expnsion plantacion meridienne lipa.we have applied for a minor construction permit for front roofing since first week of June but until now we did not receive any feedback from your architect. We will appreciate if you will tell us if something is wrong in our drawing or what but it is already July and everytime we go to your office we were just told that the architect has not responded yet. Hope you will replace him for being an incompetent one. We are trying to follow your rules but you are wasting our time.

Camella Homes House defect affecting structural integrity

I am Mr. Erwin De Luna of Block 13, Lot 25 Lessandra Bucandala Phase 2, Imus, Cavite. Last June 08, 2018, we visited our house during a heavy rain, and found out that there is a big crack on the wall of our house. The cracks is around 2m long where water seepage is visible during heavy rain. In my behalf, Please contact Engr. Edgar Montano [protected]. Kindly inspect and do a repair as soon as possible. Your urgent response to this matter is highly appreciated.

Camella Homes Delayed turnover

I wonder if this site is legit. Do they really read our complaints? I'm mrs zynthia estrella wife of an ofw. We purchaced a house and lot in camella solamante sorosoro karsada, batangas city. Mind you, our unit is a cara model with ha of 66 sqm only, that is 33 sqm per flr., with carport provision. I paid the full downpayment of p460, 000 and according to the buyers' orientation, contruction of the house will commence after the dp is fully paid. I made the full down payment on may 22, 2017 and the construction started sept 5, 2017. Again during the orientation, they said that the construction will be finished in 6-8 mos. If the construction happened right after the downpayment, our unit should have been turned over in december. But during my regular visit on the site, there was this very long period where no progress was happening witj tje construction and no laborers are visible even on regular hours. During one of my husbands visits, he noticed that the septic tank was very elevated considering that the unit has a carport provision. Since my husband was already onboard, he delegated my brother who is a geogetic engr. To make a projection of the future carport. I made an appointment to the engr in charge of our unit, engr ayson. I brought the carport plan and showed it to him. He said that he will let the contractor define the elevated carport. The usual "paasa" statements ang lagi nilang sinasabi. I have talked to the people of admin. But to my dismay, they are not at all updated with the progress of every unit.in short they do not coordinate. Sobrang bata ng mga engineers nyo, camella! They are like practicumers na pinag aaralan lang ang pag gawa ng plano ng bahay. Camella's projects may be considered as low cost, para sa hindi masyadong maka afford ng sobrang mahal na bahay but it doesnt mean na pati services ng mga engineers nyo and office staffs ay maging low cost. Nasa 4th month na po ako ng monthly amortization ko sa bank and my overhead expenses is more than 50k a month kasi nagrerent kami ng apartment in batangas para sa anak ko na nag aaral sa batangas city. I maintain a yaya kasi di ko sya pwedeng samahan sa apartment dahil may anak pa akong nag aaral dito sa manila. Therefore, i'm maintaining 2 houses at the same time. Napaka babaw po ng ibinibigay nilang reason bat hindi nila maturnover, yung kapitbahay kong hindi pa tapos ang garahe. Hindi daw nila mapinturahan amg kabilang side ko kasi madudumihan. Hello! Are you new to construction business? May paraan po para di nyo ako madumihan. The new school year is abt to begin sana naman e makalipat na kami.

Getting a house in camella was the worst decission ever!hndi sila nakakatulong sa mga tao lalo n sa mga ofw na ngpapakahirap mkpgpatayo ng bahay kundi kunsomisyon ang ibinibigay nla...kakaiba ang gawa ng bhay hni matitibay na materyales ang gniamit pingdugtong dugtong lng mga kahoy..hello 3m ang halga ng bhay pero ang hitsura wrth 500k lng wow nmn ang galing nyo! Maipa tulfo kya kau...magaling lang kau sa singilan always telling my penalty kpg di nkabyad pero kpg prob ninyo wla lng sa inyo...ang galing nyo tlg! Babalik din sa inyo ang karam wait wait lng...

Camella Homes Meralco post with huge transformer where as located inside of my lot.

It was in camella trece... The construction was totally stop and the contractors pulled out just because of meralco post with huge transformer inside of my lot... We lodge the complaint since april 30 in the satellite office of subdivision and they promise to be settle the problem by next month (may) but it was nothing happens. Again we go directly to alabang office just to talk to some key officer regarding this matter and again they promise to be solve just by next month (june). Now the month of june nearing to end but there's no action on my complaints again and again the alabang office give the mobile number of somebody that we need to contact regarding again on our problem. I hope my problem will be solve as soon as possible because it was a good payee of camella starting from the down payment till on my monthly payments and you camella I am very advance when it comes on payments... I hope you need to fix or rectify the problem that I raised just to intact my trust to camella. Thank you

Camella Homes Too much delayed electrical and water connection in camella homes bignay valenzuela

Good morning, I am jofel suan, a client of camella homes bignay, valenzuela city.. As a customer of the said camella uniy, I already had a good contruct and complete in bank finance, documents already done.. I am complaining about too much delayed eletrical and water connection at the said home unit... Almist everyone of home owner cant transfer in our unit because the utilities are not yet installed. As per our contruct, we should be using our camella unit last december 2017.. Then the camella admin at that area told us that it was delay to end of january.. After february, still move to end of feb, then end of march... Until now, its already june 2018... There is no lack of documents or payment fron our sides, but still we cant used our camella unit... Please mam/sir, this coming school year, my daughter already enrolled near valenzuela, we need your help to take action and immediately provide our needs as customer.. We have high respect in camella, I hope we will get what we paid for as per contract.

Camella Homes The construction lay out of my unit corner lot

Good Day!

My name is Roxannee Rosales, I have got a unit from Camella Butuan Villa kananga.
I made the reservation reservation July 2017. I paid the downpayment within 5 months as I wanted the construction of my unit Cara with carport to start. My unit is on the corner lot. Now the problem is they build it as if it is on a regular lot, my 2 bathroom is facing the street which made it impossible to put windows. I am going to enclose the photo of the side of the house that faces the street. they have put a small window on the second floor which is located on top of the stairs which makes it difficult to clean and now since I requested a window/windows they said they are providing me another one which is beside the toilet upstairs. So the lower part of the side of the house doesn't have window. I don't think this fair, I tried to complain but they gave me an answer that this is the lay out of the house. Please help me out it seems management is not listening to me when I am a very good payer.

Kumuha po kayo ng legal help pag mapatunayan nyo na kasalanan ng companya pwede nenyo hingein sa court na sila mag bayad ng abogado nenyo.

Camella Homes House defective

This has been my 3rd complaint made still no response. is this a ghost site? if so I will still continue. my unit is located at block-11, lot-52, phase-2, camella homes, bgry san isidro, general santos city, philippines. my complains are as follows:

1. 2nd floor seems will fall down. the floor itself is not of same level anymore. the wall of said 2nd floor near the stairs part have cracks that seems the cause of not same level for the floor. if you sleep at said second floor you can feel something is wrong. if something happened like this floor will fall down and somebody gets hurt because of poor materials and defective making of this house I wil surely come back to you all and sue you!

2. electricity connection causes tremendous heat that sometimes my nieces will have to turn it off because it might cause short circuit or fire. we ave asked an electrician to check and he said fire might cause said heat because it was not properly connected.

3. what is going on with the toilet outlet where is it that we cannot locate it. im talking about the outlet where if you want to take out when its full you have access to that outlet and the smell of the tube is really makes you to vomit.

4. poor bathroom defective shower

5. poor window materials

6. poor quality defective doors. why use a plastic doors for the room and later its all coming out because the plastic that connects them are teared down already.

7. what is wrong with you guys. I trusted so much this company because of the encouraging ads and thinking we have a home to go after so much work abroad, I only got home once and only used my home onced but all these parts are not worth for the money I am paying monthly!

Look at the disgracefully construction .

It will crack for sure. They said they fixed it but this is not true. Carmella Mexico.

No Title sent as of yet. Collecting the money and no response.

Maybe a class action suit is due from all of us.

I've been following up for the Title of a fully paid house for more than a year.

Camella advised they will provide it in 1 year back until now they still cannot give the house and lot title. I have been constantly following up but they stopped responding to my emails also.

Is this a scam or are they just ignoring us? Carmella Mexico Pampanga. A class action suite may be coming soon! From all of us.

Camella Homes Delay of construction

Dear All,

I am the owner of block 15 lot 16 in Orchard C Camella Homes Iloilo.I am very disappointed for the construction of my house Bella Model.Some of the hollow blocks used are broken and not properly aligned.
Aside from that 8 months promised for house construction was not meet.
They promise to construct last October 2017 when I finished paying the down payment until Loan released from bank until now not finished.
Hoping for the action from your side.
You are Camella and you should be professional in dealing with your Clients.

Camella Homes Condition of house at turnover

CAMELLA HOMES DISAPPOINTMENTS

Last October 2017 our search for a home ended when I saw this gorgeous Carina Model house for sale in Camella Ozamis. I knew it was for us because it is beautifully situated next to an airport and closer to Family and Friends. It's just perfect for us. On October 2nd 2017 I paid the reservation fee right away. I was promised that the entire house renovation and any necessary repairs will be done prior to turn over. Down payment was paid in full on March 1, 2018. On March 2, my bank agent claimed my loan was released. We were guaranteed the house would be fully renovated and repaired at this time. I was promised by Camella my turn over date would be April 13, 2018 which we were unable to make. My camella Agent said my house was ready for turn over and that we missed our chance and now we had to wait till they have an engineer available for another turn over date. As we were assured by camella that there will be no turn over unless the house is up to "CAMELLA STANDARDS" . We were informed by the agent that turnover would be May 2nd. Furthermore, we were guaranteed by the Engineer that the house was ready for occupancy. Believing we had a home to stay in, We purchased tickets to fly home from the U.S. Yesterday May 2, 2018 a full two months after the downpayment was paid and the bank loan released we finally had our turn over date. We arrived and were so ecstatic to finally own a home in the Philippines. Then... it happened. My heart sank in dismay. Unfortunately camella standards meant nothing. It was so painful to see the condition of the home. I was told the house would be in pristine condition not ‘as is'. My husband and I are by no means home experts but if what we can see is so substandard. It is very concerning to think about how much is wrong with what we don't see. 😶

BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. We purchase a home in Camella Ozamiz back in December 2016. We arrived in the Philippines in April 2018. We found that our neighbor attached their home to our home. Camella Ozamiz appeared to have approved this. Over the past 4 months, they have stated it will be corrected. They have now sided with the neighbor since they feel sympathy that she spent money on the addition. Please note we have paid for our home 100%. Camella Ozamiz has chosen to not respond to any emails in the past two weeks. They have refused to correct the issue or even provide an update. Contractual documents state any addition is to be 2 meters from the property line. They are not enforcing that requirement. Also, I wanted to point out the poor construction quality. Our home has thousands of cracks in the interior and exterior concrete. They have stated this has been repaired, but will not provide information or assurance that this will not be an ongoing issue. We have requested our money back and they actually told us they could but we would lose so much money in penalties. So we get penalized because they will not correct the issue and we did not cause any of these issues. There are so many other issues and I could write for hours. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM THIS DEVELOPER. NOT JUST IN OZAMIZ, BUT IN THE ENTIRE PHILIPPINES. WE ARE NOT THE FIRST. WE READ REVIEWS AND JUST IGNORED. WE THOUGHT IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN TO US. WE WERE WRONG. OUR DREAM HOME HAS BECOME A NIGHTMARE.

Camella Homes Paid in cash, rfo not rfo at all

In March 2016 we purchased & paid for in cash the Elisia model, as this was the biggest house to be built on the estate - Camella Tanza Cavite. We picked a location next to the guard house, with the swimming pool & club house being built right outside our front door. We couldn't wait to move into our dream house & start our new lives together. We were told the house would be RFO (Ready For Occupancy) August 2016. July 2016 we asked Camella if the house would be completed on time, but we were told November 2016. I asked why they told me August & they requested proof, which was only told verbally to us in the Camella Alabang office.
I sent an email to Michelle E. Malana Sales Manager of Camella Homes in September 2016, asking when our house would be ready RFO. Her reply "end of november mam". When our home was STILL not complete by end of November & I now had proof (email from Michelle Sales Manager of Camella) Camella's reply was "Michelle is not an employee of Camella, she is a contractor!
I did some research & came across this on the internet:
Presidential decree No. 957 July 12, 1976
Title IV
Procedure for revocation of registration certificate
Section 23. Non-Forfeiture of Payments. No installment payment made by a buyer in a subdivision or condominium project for the lot or unit he contracted to buy shall be forfeited in favor of the owner or developer when the buyer, after due notice to the owner or developer, desists from further payment due to the failure of the owner or developer to develop the subdivision or condominium project according to the approved plans and within the time limit for complying with the same. Such buyer may, at his option, be reimbursed the total amount paid including amortization interests but excluding delinquency interests, with interest thereon at the legal rate.
We sent the above to Camella November 2016, asking for a full refund, but we were ignored once more.
December 28th 2016 we finally received the keys to our new home, we had some sockets fitted & some missing. I asked the Camella ENG."Where are the rest of the sockets?" & he informed us Camella do not supply. We pointed lots of mistakes (Cracks in the walls, painting needed touched up, handles missing from the bathroom windows, etc.) to which we were promised they would be rectified. (But to this day they have not). We moved in with no water connected to our house, only a hose pipe stuffed through a window so we could fill a bucket to get washed & no permanent electricity supply, only an electric cable joined to our house with the wires connected with black tape! (We have photographic evidence). 2 month later we got connected to Primewater & our Camella contract stated that the Camella ENG had to be present. No one came from Camella & no one would answer our calls. When the water was connected, it started pouring through our bedroom ceiling & damaged our brand new bed. We turned the water off & reported this to Camella. The next day Camella sent someone to our house to repair their mistake. Throughout the course of the next few month, things got worse. Camella decided to build larger models than the Elisia, which we were told back in March the Elisia was to be the biggest model. All our toilets were running constantly as they were fitted incorrectly. All our bathroom sinks were leaking, again not fitted correctly. Then when it rained, all our windows leaked in, we had water running down the walls onto the sockets. We had had enough & again returned to Camella Alabang to complain. Again we were told someone from Camella would come to our house, but they never did. December 2017 we finally got a permanat electricity supply & we found out later that the temporary electric we had been connected too from Camella was illegal & dangerous!
Today we see some Camella builders outside our home, erecting a wooden fence. Finally they are going to start the clubhouse & swimming pool. But no, Camella have decided they will not build the amenities there, they will build more houses!
Can we legally do anything about all the problems we have had? I have emails & photographic evidence for all the above?
I also contacted Mavic Cruz (Below) asking if the amenities were ready in Camella Tanza, unbelievable her reply! Do Camella just employ anybody & let them lie to people, so they will make money?

Camella Homes Loan process

Hi,

I would like to file a complaint about the person who is processing our loan. Apparently, it's the same agent who processed our purchase. No follow ups were done, we have to call him everytime and he is really hard to reach! Poor service and YES I am referring to your employee RICO ROSENO! I regret buying ang buying a house in Camella and we'll make sure to do further actions and you will not respond to our follow ups. I'll make sure the world will know how poor you are in handling your clients!

Camella Homes Greta house block 8; lot 26 in camella verra metro north, bignay, valenzuela city

Hallo, after a very nice conversation with Camella representatives via phone and email I send the reservation fee of 70 000 PHP. After this they did not respond at all; no email were answered all my phone call to them were ignored. Our agreed date and time for a conversation on the phone were ignored. The people I deal with in Camelle are absolutely unprofessional.

Camella Homes Rude and scammer camella homes bohol agent

My name is Ryan Calamba an OFW I owned a 1 unit in Camella Homes Bohol as my investment. I decided to look for a client to rent my home with legal papers for contract basis. I told my mother to look for a client.
In March 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM. An agent in Camella Homes named Ferlie Talino, brought a client to rent my unit, during negotiation, the client decided to pay my mother. Ferlkie Talino she asked and forcing my mother to pay a fee for her referral which cost of PHP 5, 000 which my mom never had an agreement with her eversince.
Her husband Mr. Talino who is not an agent harassing my mother to pay the money by threatening her with rude words. My mother was robbed with the amount of PHP 5, 000. She also asked another money costing 1, 000 Pesos after 6 months of renting my unit. I would like you to make a disciplinary action to this agent or Terminate this immediately to prevent this incident to another Home owner again. I am deeply frustrated for the incident, Otherwise if I don't see any action by terminating this person, I will escalate this complaint to Tulfo action TV and I guarantee that this will caused inconvenience in your management and reputation in your company will have a negative impact.

Camella Homes House construction in camella silang

The house construction was poorly done. 6M worth ng property pero trabahong Kadamay ang ginawa sa bahay ko sa Camella Silang...Natapos gawin January 31, ni report ko mga back job...nakaka bwiset ang ginawa sa 20 na back job 2 lang ang tinapos mahigit isang buwan ginawa. Anong klaseng contractor meron ang camella...ganyan ba ka competent mga engineer nyo kulang kayo sa supervisory ng mga tao nyo...wag na kau mag benta sa ming mga OFW panloloko ang ginagawa nyo...ayokong mag mura pero bwiset ang ginawa nyo..di ako nagpakahirap sa ibang bansa para sa 6M na presyo ng hinayupak na bahay na para ma stress lng ako ng ganito...ang semento bako bako, ang pinto may butas, ang sulok ng pader hindi pantay pantay, ang pintuan hindi lapat, ang hagdan may crack, ang pintura ng hagdan mukhang tae...ang pintura ginawang mapa...eh kung alam ko lng n ganyan gagawin nyo nag apply na lang ako ng pabahay sa kadamay...mga bwiset...

Camella Homes Camella staff (several) in batangas city, alangilan, - poor!

Just want to officially complain your staff due to following reasons:
Please help me to provide where I could lodge my complain and someone to talk to.
Am reaching our Mr Raffy Tulfo just now via FB as no am hopeless, stress and traumatized
They are irreponsible, no one cares, slow action, poor response, misinformed and providing falsehope.

1) Nagsubmit ako ng request for electricity last 07 Feb cited to check ng docs if OK. They replied by providing necessary docs. After a week no response. Tried to make long distance to call, everday i did the follow-up, need pa daw ng clearance from them. SOmeone from admin told me that it was rejected as SPA needs authenticated by Consul here abroad.

2) Checked the Meralco site and Consularized SPA is not required, only the representative. They wasting my almost 15 days because they dont know or they didnt process my request.

4) Pumunta kapatid ko, 20 Feb (halus lagi nandunsa camella kc even ang problema sa water na mga leak, flus- inabut ng 1 month bago maayus), to get other required docs from Camella but as per Engr JL's advise, sila na daw ang magaaplay. Nagtiwala kami
5) I spoke to Engr last 23 Feb what happened on my past application and lot of provided a lot of nonsense reason, only just hold my temper and just to move ON! as per telcon, no problem, naipasa na. Wait na lang balikan ng Meralco for the assessmtnet and 6k (which am OK as what i've read from Meralco site.

6) Again! Kanina inadvisan nya ang kuya ko - 28 Feb na nagemail daw at yung passport ko daw na copy (ID) nya ay expired --meaning pending gawa ng docs? Of corz, yes! kailan ko pa record yang passport na yan, nung bibili pala lang ako ng unit and only 27 FEB! saka lang sasahin sa akin?

MamSir hindi lang ito, walang kwenta tla mga tao nyo. Gusto ko ipa shoulder ang pagtawag ko sa long distance kc wala akong tawag from them or msg or anything since sira email nyo for 2 weeks? But i heard nakakapunta ang staff sa Lipa Branch?

Camella Homes Housing developer

Contracted for a unit but Camella didn't build the house, apparently their was something wrong with the site. So they offer a different location; however, the substitute property was a different model, and a new quotation was presented. The new quotation had a higher TCP and a transfer fee charge. That did seem right to me, so I read the contract fine print. OMG, what a disaster, the contract was a "unconscionable contract!" I marvel how many Filipinos were, are, and will be victimized by this contract by Camella. I giving them the benefit of doubt, but I'm not holding my breath.
