Camella Homes No water and electricity connection from 2017

Camellia homes malolos bulacan - we are looking for a good place to settledown but what a depressing experience ang carmella homes malolos bulacan. Poor communication skills, kung kani kanino ka ipapasa and then puro paasa. We are working abroad and yun nga email communication is the best channel pero un nga di man lang sila mag update kung ano na na ngyayari. Sobrang dami palpak if I will list it down kulang ang page nato. My ultimate concern is 2017 pa nakatayo unit namin, handed to the bank last year july 2018 pero until now wlang linaw kelan makakabit ang kuryente at tubig. We can't move in kung wlang utility facility ang sabi ng magagaling pwede na raw mag move in kasi may rasyon rw ng tubig. Ano yan relief goods after calamity!

Camella Homes House and lot in camella montserrat lapu lapu cebu

Dear Management,

I purchased a Fatima model house and lot in Camella Monserat Lapu lapu Cebu. Paid 80% of the total cost since 2017 but our house was still not finish in constructing. Its over delayed and only 10% was constructed and still no progress of the site since November 2018. They just taking our money without doing a proper action, to think our money that we paid was generating interest for them since they didn't spent it for construction of our house. While we are paying the interest of our bank loan, they are earning with it. How cruel this company of yours that by the time of selling process too many sweet promises and after we paid a lot, we are suffering from many complaints. I already raised this issue to Abygail Badjao in Camella Fortuna Cebu but still no reply from her side. Hoping that if you can't finish the house construction you will refund the money with penalty.

Camella Homes Long time turn over of house

From March 2018 we take a house loan in camella verra north barangay bignay valenzuela and they said they will turn over to us the house December 2018 but till now march 2019 still the house not yet finish and we are starting the payment in bank.. but still we are waiting the house to be turn over to us? we do what they want us to do and give all the requirements that they need from us... we are not late in paying our down payment and now there giving us a problem like this? please kindly help me to resolve our problem thank you.

Same problem...supposedly turn over was Dec 2018 but until now its already May 2019 and no update about the turnover. Its so disgusting because the unit was already fully paid by the bank and we pay the monthly interest.

We are having the same problems in Tanauan Batangas. (ZLM Construction what a nightmare of an outfit). The sales department will say anything to sell you a house but once the payment is released from the bank, the 6 to 8 months timeframe they promised before is gone out the window. My wife and newborn baby have no place to live because we were naive to believe their broken promises.

Camella Homes Unethical behavior. Scammed into in-house loan

This is really too long and too many problems, linked some videos!
This happened at Camella's offices in A.S Fortuna Cebu. Client name is Riza Edang and Juston Pilkington.
We got scammed into Camella's in house loan. We have said the whole time we did not want it and wanted to be approved by a bank before signing. We were also told that I could be on the loan applications (I'm an expat) We got denied at our bank (told I couldn't be on the loan) and told the sales agent we couldn't do it. He said it was just that bank branch and that we should go to Camella's bank branch. He met us there and got the lady to tell us we would be approved and got us to believe we were approved. We went to Camella's office to sign, while there they then said I couldn't be the co-signer and that my girlfriend didn't make enough and if she would put in additional income I had money to cover it. They talked her into it by saying that she can say she works more hours since she is self-employed. They also said this was common and everyone does it and that it was ok. She said ok and the marketing lady was even the one that added the additional information in. A couple weeks later we found out that we were not approved due to again I couldn't be on the loan at the bank. What a [censored]ing scam! We had requested our deposit back and first payment. Camella Homes House not being started more than 6 months

I am currently working in Singapore and I had been too busy with my job. In spite of my situation I still pursue to get a house loan in Camella Sta Maria Bulacan as I want my parents to leave there as soon as possible so they are comfortable coz I thought Camella is a very good housing developer. They promise to start building the house in August 2018 as I was on the 1st batch who paid the whole amount of DP since December 2017. I cannot wait any longer as my parents are too old and I want them to be in a good house to leave in and I don't care about these hardships just to get a house for them now 1 year ago had passed and still giving promises to start the house soon. I decided not to continue anymore as I can actually just buy a house and lot for them instead. I went to their office last Decmber 2018 and I talked to one of their Production Department Officers. I told him that I will just cancel my account as I waited for how many months already and then he told me can start the house build on 25th of January 2019 the soonest possible. I told him I will stick to cancel my account. He told me to just email him (Chester) that I want to cancel it. So when I came back here in Singapore, I emailed him with Maren on the loop last 3rd of January 2019 that I will cancel my Camella Housing loan in Sta Maria Bulacan and until now I don't receive any acknowledgement or any reply from email and this is so very dissapointing on my end. Maybe I will ask Tulfo on this matter. Thank you.

Camella Homes No water!

Hello my name is Donald James Morss residing in Michigan, USA & my wife has purchased one of your Camella Homes in Pagadian City. She went back home to the Pagadian City, Philippines last June2018. The house was turned over to her & no electric & water. We sent an email to the office & complained, 2 months after the electric was hooked up but unfortunately we still have NO WATER! My sister in-law Merlyn Rabanos kept going to the office asking when we would have water.They kept saying pretty soon or last week of the month. It's been 5 months now & still NO Water! We can't do anything inside the house like putting a new floor & remodeling inside. Right now the house is empty & nobody can live there because there's NO WATER! I hope someone at you place of business knows how to get way in there, You need to do something NOW !Thank You..

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We would like to request an inspection at our unit block 20 lot 3 Camella solamente Batangas city..And also request for a certificate of stability after inspection.. This was due to the incident that happen last October 29, 2018.My wife went to our unit and saw the ceiling collapsed.Please see attached photo.Workers are very incompetent and did not use proper materials upon construction.My wife already talked to the head engr and was told they are willing to fix it but this is not the issue.I am mostly concern at the safety upon moving in of my wife and daughter since I worked as an OFW and away from them..There are a lot of backlogs from the side of contract and engineer please This is a serious matter and make neccesary action for this matter.Thank you

Camella Homes Poor security

I am a renter from Antigua st lot 1 block 19, a high end and I thought a very safe camella subdivision here in Gensan. We ask your help to expose a situation that camella gensan has been keeping secret and always happen here in this subdivision they always a robbery happen to this place. And yet no action taken from the home owner association.

Unknown to the public, the village issue was still continuously happening, UNRESOLVED issues in which at least 6 victims encountered in regards with this problem.Since the police, home owner association and the village security have both failed to resolve the mysterious theft incident and/or catch the criminals. This security standard operation practice (sop) failed to their duties and responsibilities.

What's worse: we are the sixth victim on this problem and yet no action taken.. in short the previous cases was not resolve and the management didn't do anything to the premises.

We need your help because no one trying to answer why this is keep happening on this subdivision yet we paid for security guard. issue. HOA, camella gensan and security keeping the issues buried and ignore.

Camella Homes Late na magkabit ng kuryente

Nakaka disappoint kayo camella solamente batangas ..bumile ako ng bahay at cash payment q sya binile.. tapos na ang bahay, tapos na magawa ang kailngan gawin sa loob. Pero nakakagigil naman n hanggang ngayon wala pa kuryente.. nakaka sumpa kayo. Hndng hnd q kayo irerekomend sa mga kakilala q na nanga2rap magkabahay.. grabe kayo. Ang babagal nyo kumilos.. ang dami nyo tao sa opisina nyo ah... sa mga nagbabalk bumile nag tanong tanong muna. Nakaka sumpa.. kapwa pilipino pa ang nagpapahirap ih. Nakakagalit kayo.

Ooo nga mga putang ina yan.. I lang beses din ako nag pabalik balik sa kuryente hanggang ngayon wla parin.. San ka nakakita NG nag turn over na, may schedule NG move in Oct. 16, 2018 until now wlang kuryente.. Puro pangako, ilang beses along nag follow up.. Mga gago kayo nag lileave kmi para pumunta sa inyo.. Putang ina nyo.. Pag Di nyo inayo kuryente NG bahay ko magkakagulo tayo... FYI BLK19 LOT2 CAMELLA DASMA ISLAND 2 ANG UNIT KO... RICHARD SUDLA ANG NAME KO...

Alam ba NG CAMELLA management NG ginagawa NG mga gago g empleyado nila... Simula sa account officer na si MACY ELICEO NA WALANG KUWENTA... dka man lang I update sa unit mo kung ano na ang nangyayari. At sa putang I ang project engineer na poste lang NG meralco dipa magawa... Sana tanggalin nila ang mga empleyadong tamad na yan..

Wala naman problema duon maayos naman si agent, nagrereply sa mga texts, maasikaso, maayos kausap in short. After that we did contract signing the usual process and begin paying...

Camella Homes Downpayment

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am an OfW employee in Doha, Qatar who availed in 2016 a house and lot BLk 5 Lot 10, Camella Homes Trece Martirez Cavite. I finished paying the downpayment in 2017 with the total amount of 260k but unfortunately, I lost my job the same year that'swhy we didn't continue purchasing the house. Me and my wife decided to voluntary refund the payment eventhough its very less amount 43, 000 pesos only compared to what we payed but until now still we did not take the refund money. Now that I am employed again in Qatar and since we did not take the money, my concern is we would like to continue purchasing a condo hotel in Pines Suite Tagaytay and requesting to cancelled the refund request instead use the 260, 000k downpayment to purchase the condo.. We send emails to the marketing agent Micah [protected]@camella.com.ph about cancellation of refund but she refuse to help us because the check already done. Please we are begging you, we know you have rules to follow but since you know we OFWs working hard here abroad sacrificing every singles centavos just to send money back home.. We dont want to lose the money, we are asking your help to consider our request please.

Camella Homes House and lot improvement.

Hi there,

I am complaining about the rules on extending the house, putting up a fence, paving the outside floor and installing a garage roof.

They told us about some rules to be followed that I don't see being followed by my neighbors e.g space between walls, paved front yard, contruction bond for garage roof.

It is not in our contract that there should be a 2 meter space in our front and backyard that should not be paved.

We were advised of this rule and included it in our contruction plan just so it will be approved.

Space between the fence and the side wall of the house beside our house.

We were told that there should be a space between the wall of the neighbor's house and the fence we are building.

We checked the other houses here and we dont see them following this rule.

We followed this rule so our plan gets approved.

When we bought our house, it was not mentioned that there will be 5k construction bond for installing a garage roof.

One of our friends who has submitted a plan for the same instruction was not advised of this rule and camella did not collect 5k from her.

The same here in bacolod.the deed of restriction is not being followed.but you still have to pay consttuction bond.worst is they will not let your materials in if they found out you dont have a bond

I am a homeowner of Camella Homes, Dumaguete City - B4L11 - I felt your frustrations, Sir because we are also obliged to put up a bond from somewhere between Php5, 000 to Php100, 000 depending on the scope of your project, and out of which a Php500.00 will be held by the Developer to be applied towards administrative fee, inspection fee, etc...Moreover, our Board of Directors, majority of which, are engaged in the Sales and Renovations of the Community. Their vested interests hinders the Board from doing their duties and responsibilities, in short, they are under the control of the Developer.

It's also true that the Rules and Regulations on Construction or Renovations of the homeowners' properties are not uniformly implemented. Accordingly, it should follow a set of construction design to establish a harmonious sight of the Community.

I am not sure whether the homeowners have the power to get rid of this provision stipulated in our "DEED OF RESTRICTIONS" we signed during the sell's process. And I don't know if the HLURB will attend to this kind of complaint.

Camella Homes Camella carcar city cebu complaints

Good day sir,

I would like to complain about our concern here in camella subdivision carcar city cebu. It has been 4 years and still our concerns still not been addressed.

I would like to raise this concern regarding the negligence on actions on Camella homes carcar city cebu . In this regards, I would like to stress this matter regarding the security of the subdivision wherein people which are not homeowners can access freely. In which, lax security can be observed especially the basketball court which is just in front of our lot area. In addition, the stray dogs in this subdivision - which was raised concern before and you stress out during turnover that all homeowner should be in-charge of their pets which is highly unlikely and not being enforced. Dogs scattered trashes which is unsanitary. We made this light material fence in order to protect our property from the first queries I mentioned earlier. Thus, making us decide this light fences. Moreover, houses adjacent to our house are not yet completely constructed. It is practical that before we conclude to a suitable concrete fence maybe it is best to finish the construction first so that our expenses for the concrete fences will no gone to waste if it will be a hindrance in you construction. Not unless, you will do reconstruction of the fences in all your expense.
Please be informed that we already made many letters and raise all this concern to your office and you didn't even bothered to respond to our concern. As property custodian in this subdivision, maybe you should solve the issue first before actions mention on your letter will be implemented. The property manager is forcing us to have a concrete fence with approved documents but unpractical in reality.
Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to emphasize that your good office has so many lapses in our side as well since the delivery of our unit there is no tiles. We never receive any which is supposed to be our flooring which we receive none. The engineering department of camella home construction should have delivered it 4 years ago. Again we have made written reports for this and had gone to your good office about this matter and no response. NO action made. Also, our property is supposed to be single detached and lately we just discovered that this is a duplex type. Before i made reservation it was emphasize that it single detached and now I'm really flustered with the situation. This is not in the agreement. You have breached as well the subdivision to client agreement. I have loaned the property to the bank stating it is single detached but unfortunately it is duplex.

If you really care for your costumer maybe you should address all issues first because we have paid enough amount you required in order for us to have our property. Maybe you do your part as well before taking abrupt actions which is not the solution for all the concern raised. Maybe you should serve your client accordingly to address all of this concern. We will listen to your concern if you also listen to ours. Not unless we will take legal action in order to address all of the matters and people concerned.

It also important that property manager will have ears on homeowner due to their negligence matters gets worst.

Camella Homes Property damage done by my neighbor

i am resident of block 3 lot 1 canella island park dasmarinas. My neighbor b3 lot 2 did a renovation on their unit but made a damade to us. there was a hole that passes through on our conmon wall. i have found out the damage last sept 13, 2018 and told the pm assigned here ms mylene. She saw the damage already and gave me a feedback last saturday sept 15. she told me that my neighbor would just talk to me about it. i told ms mylene that i dont think they would do that because in the first place when the damage has been done they definitely knew about it already but they did not say a word and they also stepped on my roof and made a mess on it and they dont also say a word about it. they dont respect our rights. and for your info, until now they dont approach me for the damage they have done even after have spoke to pm mylene.The damage is aligned to our electric switchboard. i dont know if there are further damage since the electric circuits are within the walls.

Mag papasok kayo ng unlimited na internet sa camella tibig lipa city, nag sisi na kami bakit sa camella tibig pa kami nakakuha ng bahay, sasabihin ko sa mga kakilala ko wag na magbahay sa camella at napaka laking pagsisi, oo mukhan mababaw lng ang internet na problema pero sa tulad ko na homebase ang trabaho pinaka kailangan ko yun. Kaya magpapasok na kayo ng unlimited na net, pls lang kung hindi sisirain ko lalo ang camella tibig sa lahat ng media

Camella Homes Neighbor

This is a complaint for Blk 17, Lot 25 occupant.

The units are having stressful & sleepless night brought by the night by night noise created by this unit occupant.Every night they are partying having drinking sessions and karaoke even beyond the 10 pm set limit per Camella policy.

This unit is also selling liquor & other items which is prohibited under the set rules & policies by Camella.

There were several homeowners complaining the same case as mine. Complaints were already addressed to the local Camella admin & guard, but still continuing the same reported complaints. Therefore, the complainants got the impression that no one from the local admin is doing the necessary action.

By this formal complaint, I hope you will stand by for us by enforcing the Camella rules & policies which are intentionally being violated by this Blk 17, Lot 25 occupant. I believe the homeowner for this unit is abroad, therefore, the family occupying the unit is not the homeowner.

Looking forward for your speedy action on this complaint.

Camella Homes Lot

Hi good afternoon I'm Sofia Tomarong and I'm currently residing in the states. I will file a complain in our lot in iloilo branch. Communities iloilo Inc. located in gen. Luna jalandoni st. Iloilo City. I call them to check the status of our lot and I found out that the people that were giving the money to pay for the monthly payment didn't pay for it. so the interest go up. so they told me to save that lot we need to reconstruct it. They just gave me one month to pay and if not they gonna took over on it. And we have no rights in that lot anymore which is stressful for almost 10 yrs on paying on it it's just gonna dissapear. when they gave me all the info I noticed that when I check my deed of sale that I have and the lot their giving me it wasn't not right. Supposed to be Block 4 lot 10 but their giving me Block 14 lot 1 which is too far from the Original. So I send someone to check our lot and they found out they built a house in the block and lot number that we have in our contract. I call the office of iloilo about that and they told me they do reblocking without our knowledge which is not right. It was pasification of contract. So what I'm I gonna do with that I feel like they are not being fair and I feel so dissapointed with that because they are forcing me to pay until this end of August.

Camella Homes House roofing

We transfered in our property on December 02, 2016 at Terraces at Woodberry Block2A Lot6 after few months my husband noticed that there was some leakage in the gutter so he reported in the office in Antipolo City.one engineer came and checked the damage and said they will do some repair until more than a year had passed nobody came to repair.We cannot count how many times we came in the office but no action was taken.I am very dissapointed you shoud have turnover good quality of work to maintain your good reputation.Even the tiles used in the toilet was not good and the way they set the tiles even ordinary person can tell that it was substandard.No quality of work was done.

Camella Homes 3 months monthly amortization delay due to nobody inform and confirm us in loan release

We are so disappointed today! Because I had received a call from rcbc bank stating that we are 3 months delay on paying our. Monthly amortisation. We are so shock and devastated how come we have a monthly amortisation without informing us the day of loan release!. We never heard from camilla ozamis about the loan release.
