I have been a customer for over 8 years. You guys switched the packaging and said the flavor would be the same. I run a 711 and i have had tons of complaints that these new packaged cigarettes are making them feel sick and taste like paper.
What was the point of changing the label and lying about changing whats in the ingredients? I really wish there was a way i could still access the old ones.
I feel sick half way through one cigarette, ive had headaches ever since the switch. I am furious that i spend over 50 dollars a week on your product and its no longer what your claiming them to be.
I see no other reason to stay with your company and every complaint ive recieved i have suggested a switch to. Its unfortunate how much buisness you guys will loose by lying to your loyal customers.

New packaging and changes to the cigarette flavor and taste? You changed it to brown filters and also the packaging is changed in the cigarettes they taste different and the tobacco is loosely put together? Why don't you change it back to the way they were? I put the cigarette down and it goes out on it's own? Why didn't you leave a good thing how it was?

I called into camel for the second time tonight to complain about getting the wrong pack of cigarettes. Tonight I asked tk doesn to a supervisor and the girl I talked to put me on hold until I finally hung up. It's absolutely ridiculous that we spend over $16 a day for smokes and they can't even treat their customers right. The first time I called in I was offered a b1g1 free coupon. Crap! I should have received 2 coupons for 2 free packs. If camel would google their self they would see all the complaints about the smokes.

In the past 2 weeks I have received multiple packs of the wrong cigarets because your company decided to change its designed to look like to other types of cigarets so now I am out significant money by getting handed cigarets that when I open are not the correct ones and can not be exchanged. This is very misleading and at $6 plus a pack unacceptable

I have been smoking Camel Menthols for over 10yrs. I refuse to change to any other brand! However, I am having a couple issues and I finally decided to reach out to you and see if you could assist me! First thing, I haven't been able to use my mobile coupons b/c I can only use my phone when I'm at home using my WIFI. I'm hoping to get regular cell phone service again soon. You stopped your coupons by mail so now I can't get any coupons except the occasional ones you send once in awhile. I'm disabled and on a fixed income and I love getting coupons for my camel cigarettes! They really help A Lot! I was wondering if you could send me more coupons in the mail b/c I'm not able to use the mobile coupons? My second issue, almost every single time I buy my Camel Menthol cigarettes, in almost every pack there will be at least one to as many as five cigarettes that have the capsules will be partially busted or they are fully busted! When this happens I have to put the entire cigarette out! That's money I'm losing every time this happens to me! I can Not smoke them with the capsule partially busted or fully busted b/c it makes it way too strong for me! Do you have other complaints about the capsules? I know it can't be just the packs of cigarettes that I'm buying with a capsule problem! I am not one to complain but this has been happening to me for several months and it's causing me to lose money. Is there anyway we can resolve this issue? Thank you for your time and attention to these two things I've addressed with you! I love Camel, I just thought it was time I brought these things to your attention. Thanks again!

Went to the store for a carton of camel menthol. Asked for the carton as she was putting them in the bag I asked her if they were the full flavor, she said yes they have new packaging, which I knew already. I have smoked camel menthol for years. Opened a pack and they are silvers. Don't know why, but they make me cough and give me a headache. Do not like menthol silvers< that was why I do not ever buy them. Just stressing the fact. I have smoked one. Now I am stuck with the rest of the stupid carton. They do not refund or trade cigarettes. Now I went and bought a pack of camel menthol, which I enjoy. Because you can not hardly tell the difference because for some crazy reason you all thought you had to change the look. Take a good look, they look to much alike. Do you know what a pain it is when you go to the store and they are stocked wrong because they look alike, or have to wait and read them, go get more because they have no menthols. Really, what do I do with a carton minus 1 cigarette, of the silvers?

I purchased a packet of of Camel Activate Purple like any other day of the week, and discovered that there were 3 broken cigarettes. This is not the first time! I left it every other time as I thought only here and there but now its getting out of hand. I have been a loyal customer for 11years and now Im very VERY unhappy! I pay for my brand and do not see why I should put up with this dissapointment.

Our son passed away just over 18 months ago. He had signed up to be on your mailing list. After he passed away my wife called to have his name removed from the Camel mailing list. Every time we receive letters in the mail addressed to him it causes us emotional trauma. My wife has personally called and asked politely, cried, begged, and politely asked again that his name be removed from the mailing list. What do we need to do in order to stop receiving your damn flyers that traumatize our family?

I bought a 20 at pick n pay I bought the purple box but all the cigarettes are mint this is unacceptable I want my money back😡if I wanted the mint flavor I would have bought this is really taking advantage I suggest something is done about it because it is not pick n pays fault because they do not manufacture it camel that doe come back to me with a solution fast

I purchased a box of Camel Double mint and purple on 17th October "2018" the cigarette is not finished off where the white of cigarette is not flat by the seem. Where you need to seal the flap to join the cigarette together when the tobacco is put in is able to flap and is risen. I have attached photos thereof. I have purchased this brand since it was introduced and I am very disappointed

Im very unsatisfied with the quality of the new camel blues. The cigarette doesnt taste the same. And atleast 1 cigarette from each pack breaks. And in 2 packs 3 broke. For a total of 7 cigarettes in the last 3 packs i bought. I have been a Camel smoker for atleat 15 years and never been dissatisfied until the change. I am also very unhappy with the Camel app for my phone. The coupons never work. Even the ones I get by email do not work

Good day. I recently bought a pack of Camel double cherry and mint. I buy this brand because it is the only one which both my husband and i enjoy smoking. I do not smoke mint but he does. When i opened the pack in question all the mint bubbles were popped. The box was not crushed or damaged in any way at all. Very strange. I thought you needed to know. Thank you

I just bought camel frost snus small pouches. I dip two cans a day upon opening the cans. Out of 15 in the can there were ONLY TWO That you could even use. The rest were not sealed so there is tobacco all over the container with all empty puches. Upsets me very much because I've never had this issue and that is $10 wasted on two cans I had to throw away and spend another $10 to get more that were hopefully not ruined like the other cans

I've purchased three boxes of camel activate purple at three different shops in Cape Town and all three had camel yellow in it, this is ridiculous...
the packaging and on the cigarettes says it's camel purple but when you pop the bubble it's camel yellow
I can't even take it back to the shops because they won't take it back as it is an open packet
I would like a refund because I've wasted money on not one packet but 3!

2 of my cigarettes came like they had gotten wet. I didnt notice til I was half way through the pack. Incident happened on October 11th 2018 I lit a smoke (it was dark outside) and I noticed it tasted funny put it out looked at it and looked like it had gotten wet wasnt going to complain I get things happen but then the following day I grabbed another one and the same thing. The pack shows no water damage so I'm very confused.

I signed up for an account on the Camel website about 3 months ago since for some dumb reason that seems like the only way to get the coupons now, and after the 3rd time I signed in, it said that my account had been locked, and I had to call customer service. So I go and call, sat on hold for 17 minutes, and when I finally got a human to talk to, she told me that there was no way to unlock my account on her end, and that she had to email the complaint to the Camel's Corporate Office. So today, roughly 3 months later, still locked, and still no word from corporate. So once again I called their customer service number, waited on hold for 12 minutes, and then was given the same answer. This lady claims she sent the complaint to the corporate office, so I guess I am just going to have to wait and hope I hear something back. The crazy thing about this is that my fiancee and my mother are having the same issue. So it's not just me. I want to send corporate an email of my own, but I can't seem to find an email address for them. Do these complaints go to the Camel Cigarettes Corporate Office? And does anyone know where to find the email address for Camel?

I won't use mobile device to buy my Camels Cigarettes as it is totally worthless standing in line trying to dig up a $ 1.50 off while others just need a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread . I liked the mail coupons which you could just hand it to the casher with NO PROBLEMS ! Now it has been a change for me to find something else other than my normal brand .

I have smoked camel crush mentol as my go to choice for years now. I absolutely enjoy the little bead popping. The last two times I have bought a pack at least 3-5 of my cigarettes have completely not have the bead at all. I've went to so far as to cut it open to see if maybe I'm losing my mind but sadly this was not the case. This has ruined so many moments when I just couldn't wait to have my smoke break after a stressful day.

Every pack of camel filters in a hard pack that I buy that has the .50 cents off on the pack has every cigarette smashed in the center and are unpackable. I get a loose floppy half end of my cigarettes while the other half is packed. This only seems to happen on the 50 cents off packs. This is a real disappointment in the quality of your cigarettes.

Not all of your smokers have mobile devices, so I was very disappointed that I could no longer get my coupons in the mail via your website. Please change back to let us order them online to be mailed out to us. I looked forward to ordering them online at the beginning of each month to take advantage of the savings for a carton, but because of your new coupon service am no longer able to participate in those savings any longer.
