mens underwear
My wife bought me two packs of Calvin Klein underwear. After only a month or so I noticed all 6 pair had a hole in the same location in the crotch at the seam. I love the underwear except for this fact. They are my favorite but I will not buy them again if they are only going to last a month. The type of underwear she bought was RN36543 CA50900 P1805. Is there something I can do to keep this from happening?
down jacket
I bought down jacket last winters and looses lot of feathers. I was told that it is new and it will stop loosing feathers once it is worn out. I feel it has gone worst. Everytime I wear this jacket my clothes are covered in feathers. I can't wear anything black with this jacket at all.
I paid good amount for this jacket and is not satisfactory at all.

I'm am absolutely disgusted with the quality of the product I purchased from your Calvin Klein underwear store in Kildare village, Kildare, Ireland. I frequently buy your products and am well aware of my size. When I put my bra on for the first time tonight, price labels still intact, the right shoulder strap snapped at the front . I will NEVER buy your lingerie again and will not hesitate to tell people about the awful quality of your lingerie. I hope you will attempt to mend this error as soon as possible. Also, this item was not on sale for reasons regarding quality.
hooded jacket
I placed an order on black Friday on Calvin Klein, but I received the wrong item. I was told to replace order after I return it back. and ask for a discount after I replace the order with full prices.
After the returned item was delivered, I went on the website and found out that the item that I wanted was out of stock, and the customer services said they cannot do anything at this moment. now, I still did not get my refund back yet.
men's black belt; style #73854; size 42

As a retail customer, I purchased this belt at lord and taylor department store in buffalo, ny not more than 2 years ago. (fall 2014) I do not wear it often (only on weekend day) but the belt buckle has broken. the swivel action on the belt has dislodged and therefore this belt mechanism is inoperable. the belt cannot be worn.
This is highly unusual for a belt which is still in good shape and hardly used but the buckle is broken.

Most likely the staffs are all snobby. Maybe it's acceptable to be like that in the regular stores. But please don't be like that in the outlet malls. It is so odd to look at them. I went to the one in Tsawwassen Mills today. If you want to say hello to your customers, then say it to everyone. Don't choose or evaluate your customers. I know this type of people won't listen to me. I try not to visit the store from now on.

I purchased a purple bag from yourselves with zips either side as well as the top. I have kept it immaculate but recently found the top zipper has lost its running part. It appears the end stitching was not secured sufficientlyrics and I have now lost it.
Is there any way I can purchase another zip part, as the bag is still in lovely condition.
I recommend contacting your retailer of purchase. It may be dependent on your date of purchase.
poor quality of product
I purchased a pair of black Calvin Klein dress shoes as I have many times over the years. The shoe is a black 34F9046 Gaston Men's 10M 7200047 K14 Made in China. After the 2nd wearing the right shoe started to crack where it flexes when you walk just below the lowest lace. After about 8 wearing there were major cracks right through the shoe on both sides rendering the shoe unwearable. The shoe seems to be made of some sort of bonded leather over an artificial but totally non-durable material. Other Calvin Klein dress shoes I have purchased were actual leather and reasonably durable.
This is not a functional product but a facsimile of a shoe. I generally really like your products as they fit and are nicely styled. These shoes should not be sold - they are junk. The shoes were purchased about 2 years ago but only first worn quite long after purchase and I did not keep the invoice. A refund or product credit would be appropriate.
rude and poor service employee
On september 17-2016 I went to the #065 Store located in City of Commerce, CA, USA. my ticket number is [protected], and the barcode number is [protected].
I was attended by Erika Herrera, she was very rude to me, only because I am a Spanish Lady, and I don´t speak english very well, she discriminate me.
I think that is unacceptable, and I request an apology from her.

I do not have a Calvin Klein or any major retailers in the city I live in, therefore I travel over a few hours to actually go shopping. Upon reaching the Calvin Klein that I wanted to shop in (I should mention that it is in an outlet area, therefore all the surrounding stores are outdoors and it is basically like a strip mall) I had to use the rest room before anything. I asked politely to a male employee that had been working inside the Calvin Klein if there was a rest room available that I could use. He showed me where it was, and said that i would just have to wait to use it, as someone was already in there. I should also mention that I didn't think that there was any restrooms around because it was basically like a strip mall and I'm from a small town. Anyway, I waited for the restroom as I was told I could do. Once the person had left the washrrom, and as I went to enter, i was immediately stopped by a female employee. She asked where I was going in a very ignorant manner, and I told her that I was just waiting to use the washroom. She immediately responded "No" in an ignorant tone. "thats only for employees." Even though another employee told me to do so. All the while, i remained polite, asking if there was anywhere around that I could find one, and she still remained ignorant and told me "around the corner". I may just be very friendly, but I don't feel that the ignorance was necessary. I was not from the city I was shopping in, and I went there for the sole purpose of Calvin Klein. Needless to say, I spent my money elsewhere.
Most outlets have outer restrooms. The ones in the stores are employee use only. No need for rudeness, but if you have ever been to a mall, outlet or any kind, you should already know this.

I tried to shop but cant get to products and is very frustrating. You try it and see. Too bad cause I did want to shop. Whoever is doing their setups or marketing decisions should reconsider their approach. No excuses!

I purchased items on the Calvin Klein website in January. They were of poor quality so I immediately returned them to the warehouse shown in the paperwork with the shipmetn. That was in January 2016. Its now May, 2016 and 4 times CK has acknowledged the return and said a credit was to be issued. Now I'm told 5 mos later that there is no warehouse where I was instructed to send the return. What?! So they aren't issuing a credit to me because there information was wrong even though I was told 4 times that a credit was forthcoming and that the merch. had been received. Its a bogus lie and a way to cheat customers our of refunds. DON'T BE FOOLED. PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My 17 year old son bought a 249 euro jacket from calvin klein. He wore it a few times. I followed the washing instructions as it was a padded rain jacket and as soon as I got the jacket out it was ruined. All the padding had clumped together. It is a disaster. I wrote to them and they sent the complaint to another office. I sent pictures of the jacket, the label and my credit card details. They had the cheek to tell me if I had washed it properly it wouldn't have happened. I read the instructions as it was an expensI've jacket so I took great care. My son spent alot of money and is very disappointed.

While on holiday in USA, San Jose, I bought a Calvin Klein handbag in Jul 2014. I used the bag 3 times and its peeling like a snake skin! Please refer to the pictures attached. I would like Calvin Klein to solve this problem and its up to them to refund me or replace for me. Thank you!

I have bought a Calvin Klein's bag two months ago (29. Nov 2015) in Italy in Calvin Klein's store. After less than two months of use the corners (all four of them) of it are already frayed (damaged). refusal to return jeans that did not fit
My wife purchased 3 pairs of jeans for a Christmas present for our son in law. Since they were a Christmas present there was more than 30 days between the purchase and the date they were returned. destroyed my watch
Sent a Calvin Klein watch in Feb it was a Christmas gift it had a crack on the face asked them to replace face I get and estimate of over 280.00 they said it need a new crystal and tuned up mind you it came from Calvin Klein and delivered my wife said a week before Christmas then in Feb it for some reason cracked no one would repair it they said I had to send to Calvin Klein for repair which ended up being this rip off company aforementioned. I said send it back it took 20 days to get after being harassed by them for being so pushy when it came back the watch was destroyed unable to work and the entire timing was busted. They had at least 10 excuse's non of them maid sense Adam Carpentia was the major offender. There are at least 50 c0mpalints on web sight of shoddy service

My husband loves this underwear, do you remember where you purchased it?
I have bought CK underwear for a number of years and all have been good a lasted a natural life time except the batch I bought last year. All seven pairs came apart on the waist band after six months between the elastic and the cotton. Some of the underwear pre that batch are still going. There is definetly a quality problem appearing in the product, no doubt the accountants have decided to throw there hand at design and production. CK you are making a mistake, there are a lot of loyal customers out here!
