Calvin Klein a long sleeve shirt

I brought a Calvin Klein long sleeve shirt for my boyfriend for his birthday! I washed it today for the first time and it has holes and started ripping! So upset and so is my boyfriend! I can't believe that after one wash that, that would happen! I would like to know what you can do about the shirt? Can I receive a refund or at least another shirt? I am totally so unhappy

Calvin Klein customer treatment by a store manager

Unfortunately, I am having to contact your customer service regarding the way a store manager mishandled his customers this evening. I'd like to start off by saying that my husband and I are very faithful Calvin Klein shoppers and have been for many years. We like the quality of your clothes, and despite having a very difficult time finding clothes to fit, I can almost always find something that I feel good in. With that being said, I am not sure my husband and I will be returning after tonight's incident. A few days ago I stopped in to the Round Rock Outlet location in Round Rock, Texas. I needed to purchase some new pants as I do every year for my new beginning of school year wardrobe. I found 2 pairs of denim jean leggings and 3 pairs of "dressier" leggings that I ended up purchasing. Even though I tried them on in the fitting room, I still needed to bring them home to get a better feel for them. Once I got them home, I like the fit of one pair of dressy leggings, but the other 2 seemed a little snug so I took them back to the store and exchanged for a size large. I brought the size large home, tried them on, but the waist was entirely to big to make them work. I decided that I should've just kept the size mediums, so tonight I headed back to the outlet to exchange them back for the medium pairs. Upon our arrival, my husband and I walked in and found about 20 people standing in 2 lines. I asked my husband to go stand in line while I go find the medium leggings. As Im heading over to the table when the leggings were folded, a man nearly knocks me over by running like a maniac. He opens the store doors and yells for a younger man and woman to come back inside the store. He is holding a mens underwear box, and without even hearing the conversation it was obvious to everyone in the store that he was accusing this man of stealing the underwear. The man was pulling his shirt up and the young lady that was with him looked petrified and humiliated. At this point, the large crowd standing in line is now looking at the what is going on. He makes the couple walk over to the side of the register area, and starts searching through the lady's purse. He clearly didn't find anything because after about 7 minutes of pure embarrassment, he let them walk out the door. When it was my turn to do my exchange, the girl running the register had a pretty snotty attitude. I felt like she was judging me for having to exchange my pants, again. She then proceeded to accuse me of cutting the tag out of the pants and said she would have to ask her manager if I can exchange the brand new, clearly unworn pants that I just purchased the day before. She goes and talks to the guy who had just accused the couple of stealing underwear and they proceed to have a whisper conversation right in front of me. The guy walks over, looks at the pants, makes a face, and then says really loud "what, the large didnt end up working out either" in what I felt was a demeaning manner. At this point, several people had gathered in line behind us and I wasnt exactly thrilled about him announcing my size to everyone else in line. The girl then does my exchange and says "well, hopefully, you wont be exchanging these again" as she hands me my receipt. I am disgusted with this type of treatment and refuse to subject myself to that kind of disrespect. I spent over $250 at that store less than a week ago and if I need to do a couple of exchanges to get the perfect size, then I feel like I should have that right. We do not buy clothes to wear around a label. We purchase clothes that are good quality, don't lose their shape when being washed, and make us feel confident when we wear them. Calvin Klein is not the only place that provides such a product as that, and it will be a very long time before we ever return if that is the type of people you employ. I am not looking for a free hand out with this complaint. I just simply want someone to know what type of garage is going on inside one of your locations. Thank you.

Calvin Klein men's formal shirt

Dear customer service,
I would like to lodge a complain regarding a Calvin Klein shirt that I bought for my husband as a present from Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada last July from winners the store, unfortunately after washing it one time some lines appeared on the shirt from both sides front and back, I find that this is very strange for Calvin Klein quality and now I am far away from Halifax that I can't exchange the item although I am pretty sure that they do accept exchanging it, but I need your help in this matter to do the exchange for me instead because I am back now to where I reside in dubai- United Arab Emirates.
I will send few pictures to show in more detail the problem, please let me know your decision regarding the exchange.

Calvin Klein calvin klein sports bra

hello,
i have only had my sports bra for a few months and it has stretched out a lot and the elastics from the waistband are coming out of the bra making it way too big. i'm not sure how to fix this problem so i was wondering if i could get some help. it is too loose to wear and the elastics that come out of the bra are very annoying. i hope something could get done with this issue.

Calvin Klein sports bras

Our daughter bought 2 bras at the Morgan Crossing outlet for about $50. When she came home she showed them to her mother and me and we determined they were not right and decided to return them...

At no time was our daughter told these were not refundable and the items were not worn, complete with price tags and receipt. The manager made a million lame excuses citing WalMart and all other stores as examples without ever representing Calvin Klein. Horrific customer service and draconian policy.

The refund was not made and we left the 2 items at the store. And of course we will never shop at Calving Klein again, and tell all our friends!

Calvin Klein calvin klein sneakers

I bought the Calvin Klein Silver coulered sneakers and i was really disapointed about the quality.They are made in China and the quality of the shoes is really Chinees (take the brand of and you can sell them on the market for € 10, 00), bad sewed, pure plastic, no fitting and in one month they where broke, brought them back to the shop and they gave mi othter ones (rather wantend mi money back)i never had such bad quality shoes.

Calvin Klein deriden

Dear Sir,
I bought CK brand shoes from Deriden Store located in Bagdat street İstanbul Turkey.The black shoes painted my feet and also hurted my feet to bleed and wound. The story is iluustraded by photos I left to the store and they typed my complaint about Calvin Klein brand shoes to their headquarters.
Briefly shoes paint to black and back side hurts feet to bleed.
I applied twice for the complaint and also they took photos themselves to proove.
At the end of this trial the store replied me that it is not product false it is my false! How can I paint my feet to black or bleed it? The store is regardless of the matter whereas they sell CK brand with no sense of customer experience.
This is a message to explain my CK shoes experience

I had purchased ck shoes from
Amazon and after one month there was an issue on the left pair the canvas under the laces were getting folded and was not good when use. I had complained it to amazon but they told to contact ck. here are the details.

Calvin Klein bracelet

I bought in 2015 a bracelet. Directly after the purchase the lock broke. Repaired under warranty. Bracelet is worn only a few times and the lock broke again. (very inferior quality). Raised a request to Calvin Klein to repair it (only a week after the warranty expired. The answer was NO. We do not repair anything and do not give any warranty as the warranty has expired (although the expiration was only one week). They are not even willing to repair the bracelet (paid by me !) their attitude is: piss off, we only want to sell new (all is on paper by e-mail)
Is this the attitude of Calvin Klein ?

I bought this tshirt last month but the quality of this product totally worthless for me.I spent 3500 rs on this t- shirt but it not worth it really. I m too much unsatisfied from this product. moreover i bought two shirt on the same day another one is gud as ck quality but this one is totally low quality and moreover it is a fresh arrival tee. the neck of the tshirt going lose day by dy and its luks like local made brand really guys for this quality i spent 3500 . the experience was really bad for me.can you please give your attention on my mail and hope give the best answer from your side. i love ck clothing really thts y i m mailing you please exchange my product if it is possible otherwise from the next time it is hard to belive on your product quality.

Calvin Klein calvin klein will not stand behind their products which they produce.

June 21, 2017, I purchased a $150.00, 20" Expandable Rolling Carry-on luggage from the Calvin Klein's Barnet 2.0 Collection. This product had one side foot missing. Screws are available. Just need a replacement foot.
I contacted Calvin Klein's Customer Service to request a replacement part or where I can purchase a replacement part to match the other 3 feet on the back side on this luggage.
I was told based upon my receipt stating "Final Sale" they will not assist me in finding a replacement part. I was informed to take it to a repair shoe shop.
All I need is a replacement part and I can do the simple repair and screw the plastic foot on. Customer Service didn't even contact their manufacture to find out how I can get a matching missing part.
BOTTOMLINE: CALVIN KLEIN DOES NOT STAND BEHIND their PRODUCTS THAT THEY PRODUCE WITH USING THEIR NAME. Now I will go to a local hardware store and purchase 4 sturdy rubber feet and make the luggage even better as the plastic feet won't fall off or break into pieces.
Very disappointed in Calvin Klein luggage.

Calvin Klein calvin klein euphoria parfumerie 100ml

Good morning,

I purchased a bottle of the very lovely calvin klein euphoria for my daughter at christmas 2016. (100ml, the original fragrance)

My daughter finally got round to opening it this week and to her dismay discovered that the spray component on the bottle is faulty and therefore she is unable to spray the perfume. this is a full, brand new bottle.

I bought the item originally from the perfume shop - as I no longer have the receipt they advised they were unable to offer me a replacement bottle and suggested that I contacted you.

I do hope that you will be able to help by offering me a replacement. I do love your perfume as does my daughter and hope to continue purchasing it for as long as you make it..

Calvin Klein girls calvin klein knickers

Bought my teenage daughter a two pack of calvin klein knickers as we only a working class family on minimum wage they was an expensive purchase for us and daughter was over the moon she put them on in the morning for school by the time she got home the calvin klein logo rim had come away from the knickers she was so upset and to be honest so was I after what I paid for them can't even return them cause they knickers gutted.

I bought three underwears from Calvin Klein online by PayPal, I even didn't wrote the address, it just took my second line of address which is not full address. Then, I phoned the customer service yesterday and emailed the customer service, the ladies on the phone saids could cancel the order, however today they emailed me not be able to cancel. It just help to correct the address to Apartment 108 hive, Masshouse Plaza, Birmingham B5 5JL. +[protected] Please help me solve this problem. Thank you

Calvin Klein fleece

I bought this gray fleece for my husband. I am a big Calvin Klein fan especially when it comes to business clothes. But this instance I am very very disappointed. The fleece is brand new, I just washed for the first time to notice the fact that it looks completely sloppy finished. You can clearly see that it was sewed poorly. You can see the threads coming out. I am very disappointed. I always believed that Calvin Klein products are by design quality products. I bought better looking clothes from Walmart for that matter. Shame on you :(

Calvin Klein calvin klein saffiano leather chain tote

Around the beginning of December 2016, I purchased the Calvin Klein Saffiano Leather Chain Tote from Macy’s in dark taupe. I was so excited to purchase my first designer bag. Once I saw a sale, I jumped for it and purchased this bag. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the shape of the bag wasn’t study and it looked a bit worn. However, I thought this issue would resolve after placing daily necessities (wallet, pen/pencils, a notebook, a folder, gum, etc) and after some wear. Although the issue never resolved, I disregarded the shape because I loved the bag and it was cute (received tons of compliments on it). A month after purchasing it, I started noticing a rip on the bottom of the bag (where the seams are). I bought this bag to wear once in a while, so I was surprised to see the rip. A week or two after that, I see another 2 rips, but on the other side of the bag! In order to piece my favorite bag together, I purchased good quality fabric glue and allowed thosebareas to dry for 24-32 hours. A few months later, this bag just keeps ripping! This rip is even larger (shown in the pictures below)! I am so disappointed in this bag! I expected to receive a good quality bag that Calvin Klein is known for. Now, I just feel as if my money went down the drain with how quickly this bag deteriorated.

Calvin Klein watch

I recently purchased a CK watch about 7 months ago and the glass has developed a crack all of a sudden. while the watch is still under warranty, I visited the store asking for help.

I was informed that the glass cannot be changed and the customer will have to pay the entire price for the case the cost for which is almost the same as the cost of the watch! I am shocked to note this and I am not sure what to do.

Calvin Klein quarter zip men's white pull over

My husband received this quarter zip pull over for Christmas. This pull over has been worn three times. The material has pilled under the arms and looks terrible. I have 5 pictures of the pullover if you would like to see. I would not expect to see this kind of wear from a Calvin Klein product.
Please replace the product or refund the purchase price.

I was waiting n the line to pay, when its my turn your employee surprised me and asked me to take the customer behind me since I have 2 transactions.
I don't want to be rude, I agreed .
When he finished with the customer I asked him, what if someone else came behind me, you will take her/him first because I have 2 transactions. He said, no. I asked him then why did you do it the first time. He said my name is Travis you can contact the customer service and make your complain. So he gave me the idea to do so.
The reason I have 2 transactions because the shirt I bought a week ago was mixed with classic fit so I got my size without looking if it is mixed the other styles. Calvin Klein is my favorite place to shop for my family cloths and you can check my account by my phone [protected].

Calvin Klein women's briefs

So disappointed with the quality of the underwear I purchased after just one wear the seams of the underwear are fraying and coming apart. For such a pricy high end product I did not expect this and it is the same on all of the Calvin Klein underwear I purchased. I thought it was a fault with just the one pair but it has now happened to the 4th. I would preferably like a replacement as the feel and fit of the underwear is good. They were black womens cotton knickers in a size large.
