I have had these shoes over 2 years but have hardly worn them. I have many pairs of shoes and wear a different pair every week. I just now decided to replace the original spikes so that should tell you how little I have worn them.
The sole is coming off on one of them and I was wondering if you would be willing to do something about them. They are still a good pair of shoes other than that.
Please inform me if you will and what my next step should be.

My daughter bought a pair of Callaway golf shoes for my birthday in May vis Amazon, didn't wear them straight away, but have used them over the last couple of months. They have creased and split as the attached photo, are no longer waterproof and are clearly sub standard in both material and labour. I wouldn't expect this amount wear and disintegration in the short time I've used then

I purchased this Callaway golf bag from Golf Town in 2020. It is without question the worst bag that I have ever owned. The good qualities with is the great compartments on the exterior of the bag. This good quality is really over shadowed by the poor quality of the dividers that hold the golf clubs. The material is so flimsy that the clubs get stuck and are difficult to remove.
I have tried over the past year to put up with this problem but the golf clubs are extremely difficult to return to their slot and then difficult to remove. I have an old Titleist bag that I have returned to service and the dividers in this bag are made of stiffer material and the clubs do not stick. So this newer Callaway bag has been put in the garbage where it belongs.

To correct this situation a better grade of material must be used to construct the dividers.

I purchased a Callaway Mavrick sub zero 9 degree driver with an upgraded Mitsubishi Tensie orange X stiff shaft. The adapter stripped out while using the driver in competition. I called to send it back and talked to Neil Yonce. I was at a Dick's sporting goods 45 miles from home without the receipt. He said he would not replace my shaft like for like. I explained my displeasure and to no avail. He was not receptive to my issues at all or my needs. This is very very frustrating to me as new golf equipment is not cheap at all. I just wanted what I paid for to be corrected and right. I even told Neil Yonce that with this much difficulty I was just going to sell all my Callaway equipment and start playing another brand. He told me that would be fine with him. (Not exactly who you would want in customer service). With that said, my plan is to change to another brand if this is not resolved. I like callaway products but this experience burnt me.

Golf ball broke crack as I was playing in a competition I was not happy because it was a important game and the ball cost me 2 shots I was hitting my drive of the tee boks and the ball did not trafel wel so I gest I did hit a bad shot so I hit my second shot and the ball did the same thing and then I did take a look at it and it was broken and crack

I have attempted to contact callaway golf co. On more that one occasion ...Not to complain mind you but, to actually purchase a set of irons & a driver. I don't understand why a major retailer would have the option to contact customer service via email, social media, ect. And not have a representative assigned to at least pass the messages on to someone more qualified to help the customer.

I have been emailing Callaway Customer Service trying to ascertain whether graphite golf shafts for sale on eBay and other online resellers are counterfeit. It is my belief they are. However despite my numerous emails, as follow ups, the only response I ever receive is an automated one stating a reply will be received within 2 - 3 business days. Callaway NEVER reply to my enquiries. How can I escalate this issue to senior Callaway management so they can rectify the problem. In the mean time Callaway Customer Service should be renamed Callaway Customer Hindrance.

Purchased GPS watch around November 2016 Order #694841
The watch is very inaccurate and off as much as 10 yards. It is also off compared to other GPS devices that belong to other golfers I play with
I would like to know what remedy can be taken to correct the problem
or an exchange
Why does the complaint have to be 350 characters to be a legitimate complaint, I would think if you get to the point, the shorter the better
This complaint is very simple, the GPsync watch is not accurate, All I want is some information foe a remedy

I bought a car form the company Callaway-Golf Co. After several weeks I heard some strange noise in the car. I went to this company and told about it. They checked everything and told that there was nothing to worry about. After that the car stooped to work, and the seller refused to repair it using the insurance. I’m angry and have no idea what to do now. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
