beware customer
Beware of this business establishment. I sent the owner the following letter. They have zero integrity or concern as they never responded.
"Dear Mr. Amirian:
I just left your car wash and I must share my experience with you. I brought my Porsche to your car wash to get a wash and wax. The Gentleman that writes the orders suggested a hand-wash as he knows me and that is my preference. We agreed upon $69.99 for a hand-wash, clay bar and hand-wax treatment.
After paying in advance for the services, I peered over below to watch your employees work on my car. After a very thorough vacuuming, I expected a very thorough hand-wash. What they did was far from it! I watched one guy do a very thorough job on the wheels, while another guy quickly went around my car with a wash mitt that had next to no soap in it, while a third guy sprayed water on the car. No attention to the car was given and quickly it was driven away for the next part.
I confronted the Gentleman with the tickets and asked him why I don't seem to get the services that I pay for? I referenced the last time I was there with my other vehicle to get waxed and I watched them wax everything except the roof. I had to bring it to a manager's attention to get it taken care of correctly.
So the ticket Gentleman looked into it for me and several minutes later another Gentleman came up to me and told me that they did hand-wash my car and that it is clean and to go and take a look at it. I told him that I watched them during the whole process and would hardly call spraying water and quickly wiping half the car with a soap-less mitt a hand-wash. Call me crazy but I would think that getting a hand-wash means a more thorough cleaning than the regular automatic wash. Anyway, his reply to me was that it did get done and the car is clean and that is how they do it. I asked him if he was calling me a liar because I watched the whole thing myself. While he did not outright call me a liar, the way he treated me insinuated that that was what he thought.
I recalled a faint grease spot on my hood prior to coming in to Calabasas Auto Spa and low and behold it is still there at the time of me writing this letter.
I am very unhappy with your operation. It seems that your employees cut corners and ultimately, the customer does not get what they think they are paying for. I am far from a difficult customer, I simply expect a good job and what I pay for.
As a business owner myself, I would want to know things like this and I hope this is the case with yourself."
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Entitled Porsche owner who thinks his car is special and needs lots of soap and bubbles. How did the car come out? Was he expecting Perrier water on the car? This is a clown who is desperate to complain. I hope as a business owner he has customers just like him.
And his constant use of the word "gentleman" shows his inferiority complex.
I could not disagree more with the above comment. They paid an enormous amount of attention to my vehicle. I asked them to use the yellow microfiber towels, even though I only bought a diamond wash, and they accommodated without a word. The staff was very friendly, polite and courteous. I highly recommend Calabasas Auto Spa!
I completely disagree with the above sentiments. I just left Calabasas Auto Spa. I heard a lot about how great they are and frankly I was not interested in driving from Brentwood. But, I am glad I did. They really pay tremendous amount of attention to the vehicles. I am used to carwashes who want you in and out. They do not that at Calabasas Auto Spa. They take their time and make sure they are happy with the work before they give it to you. The staff is also very friendly. I love the fact I can get a smoothie and relax, read a magazine and get such a great car wash. Finally, I have never been to such a nice facility. Truly first class establishment. Best part, they are inexpensive. I got a silver wash for $9.95! I highly recommend this place and will be coming back from Brentwood at least once a week. Thanks Calabasas Auto Spa!

I just left this carwash. The people are amazing. Extremely nice. I didn't have a coupon with me and they still honored it. As for the carwash, by far the best carwash I have ever received. The time they spend on a regular wash is what I am used to with other carwashes details. They really pay attention to detail. I can't wait to go back!
