I had been to CCD outlet at B block, next to Corus hotel, Connaught Place, New Delhi on 25th June 2018 at around 7 in the evening. I ordered a spicy Sriracha chicken sandwich, cheesy wedges and 2 Devil's own (cocoa cream), the total bill amounted to around 1050 rupees. I used my debit card for payment, however I didn't heed to the amount that was deducted from my account at that moment. When I came back home, I was shocked to see an SMS from my bank saying 1566 rupees have been paid from my account to CCD, Connaught place. As most of us do, I had thrown the bill by the time I reached home, however I have the payment slip I made at the CCD outlet (attached pic). This is a clear fraud case and I need the refund of the amount. I hope no customer in the future gets duped in such a way.

Ccd is the world most pathetic fast food chain, poorest customer service and no follow up facility available, just had a really bitter experience! The customer service guy who picked my call was not at all professional, didnt follow the standards, no troubleshooting tools available, ill-mannered and had zero knowledge of his own product, I would like to ask if ccd has this bunch of [censored] working how will they be best in industry? I recommend shut down the customer service division at once and learn how to maintain global standards from brands like starbucks

the salesman at cafe coffee day was asking me to book an ola cab at the middle of the night for him. he was becoming over friendly and so demanding though I gave him rs. 200/- business. he is describing his mobiles got lost ad how he landed in trouble through a thief and sharing his personal problems and demanding more and more business. he aske dme to downlaoad ola app though there wasno wifi and he is asking whether I do not have 3g on my mobile

Complaint towards the CCD at Mahakali opp holy spirit hospital
— this is a second complaint towards this coffee shop. I thought by now there would have been some improvements and difference in the staff but absolutely poor unethical service by this lady.. this lady at the counter does not know how to take orders... she could not take two simple orders of coffee and has billed me thrice for the same.. asked for a simple cold coffee and was given some expensive nirvana coffee.. asked for mocha was given cappuccino and than charged extra for cocoa I asked her to change the coffee but she refused saying she can only add the flavor for extra charges! and over that this female has prepared three bills for some reason and has swiped my card thrice.. this lady really needs to be trained or taken off the job.. this purchase was made on 1st august 2017 in the evening at about 5 30. please check pics 3 separate bills were made for one person? please explain why has she made three bills and charged me extra? even if I overlook her skills of not being able to take the orders correctly and getting whatever coffee she wants... what was the purpose of 3 separate bills? She seems like shes trying to cheat customers there as the timings on the bill are also different!
This CCD is always disappointing.. third time here and again a female staff has offered such poor service.

It is highly disappointing to see the service of this particular brand detoriating day after day. I am a regular customer here. I spend almost 400/- every day... so that I can work well and in peace. However, it seems that 8 out of 10 times I have faced several issues.
I am going to list down the issues.
1. Dirty toilets, unhygienic, always smelling bad
2. The cups emit an acrid and dirty smell. (It means that it has not been washed well)
3. The AC is never working well. (always under repair)
4. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. (Always chatting amongst themselves, language highly disappointing - they are actually supposed to speak good and tolerable English or Hindi..)
5. The person who prepares the dishes doesn't wear hand gloves or head caps.
Once, I saw that he had just scratched and removed ice from the container and served water to the customer. YUCKS!
I AM HOPING THAT NECESSARY AND STRICT ACTION TAKES PLACE AND THAT TOO IMMEDIATELY. DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS AS GOD... GIVE THEM THE SERVICE THEY DESERVE.

We went to the CCD store located at sector 35 Chandigarh and we ordered lounge cappuccino nd to our ultimate shock we found cappuccino taste like black coffee, never had such an odious coffee ever in my life! Pathetic it tasted! Had very less quantity of milk and when we summoned one of the crew member he wasn't able to answer and then sent another guy who told us that we are having set standards of our company i. e 2ml shot and we can't do anything, you ordered for cappuccino and so is here, your staff don't even have the courtesy for your customers so it's better to make your customers feel warm and comfortable and we hoped to have a great coffee nd it turned out to be a bizzare, this experience has made us feel that we can have a better or should say da best coffee anywhere in the nearby kiosk even! Pathetic experience.

not actually respected! Yesterday (29/05/2016) I was having coffee at ccd (at ginger hotel branch, surat, gujarat.) where I found cockroach in my coffee.in fact just before that another customer complained about that only! so are you guys providing cockroach for free or you charge additional charges for that? look fellow this is a serious matter and you need to take serious action towards it. This is about consumers health issues. And we dont eat cockroach!

This store is in B block, next to Corus hotel, Connaught Place, New Delhi. I have complained to customer service about the live rats that are freely wandering all over the kitchen (I bet, you can see rats near the counter). The customer service said they can do nothing about it and rats are very common at this store...

I threw up after seeing those rodents. yuk, yuk... that was gross

In the last 2 months, three of our family members have fallen ill on having sandwiches at CCD. Yesterday it was my wife who had a sandwich from Powai (Mumbai) unit and suffered from severe stomach cramps. I had the same problem when I had Veg Sandwich at Thane Wonder Mall about 2 months back. The same time around one of our cousin had similar health issues on consuming a chicken wrap. Lately we have heard similar stories of friends and colleagues at work having fallen ill due to food consumed at CCD outlets.

I visit along with family in cafecoffeday outlet at shambhu punjab. as soon as we reached there and about to sit the center table (marble top which should be fixed but notfixed) in lobby fall on my son's forehead and he got injury on middle
Of eyes and one of his eye. (at present my son is sufferingfrom severe pain because of the plaster and stiches on forehead) when I went to the counter for first aid box that was mising at that time and there was only one person at that time and he was not supposed to leave counter.
so at that time I have to do everything on my own. after 2 days when I reached again to complaint against
Your poor fixture and poor service. noone is there for me to give me any complaint number. because of a.s. m marriage and I got the number of mr gulshan written on the wall of the outlet. I really salute that guy. he is real gem for cafecoffeeday. because he know all the tacts to made a customer fool. because when I called him he just feel sorry and assure me that he will discuss this incident with high manegment and let me know the result.
today its 8th day and I still cant get any reply from anybody from yourside.
This is to inform you that if my son will get some serious trouble with eye after removal of plaster from
Forehead.
I will register case against cafe coffee day.
