Cafago / PractiveOne / shipment not yet dispatched
My order number FCN17K02E4536-ZY6TID was on priority shipping.
My invoice Receipt No: [protected]
My order is still showing on hold when I have paid extra 40€ for priority shipment. I sent several emails asking to cancel my order and process my refund. Or refund my priority shipment charges and dispatch the shipment.
The order was placed on 2017-11-02 and it has already been 18days since it is showing on hold.
I tried sending a mail to [protected]@cafago.com but delivery failure and no reply.
