Cadillac Ranch / Service
My husband went to Cadillac Ranch in Tempe Marketplace for lunch 05/09/08. We were seated at approx 1:00 pm. We watched wait staff after wait staff pass us by without so much as a head nod. The section we were seated in was next to 2 other table that were being waited on by 2 different waitresses. There was even a table behind us that was being helped. Finally after 25 minutes, I went to the bar to request a manager. The manager and 2 of the waitresses that had been passing us by all this time came over. The apologized and then proceeding to explain how busy the place was. Needless to say, we accepted his apology and then found another place to eat.
Side note: My husband is in a wheelchair and we have overheard staff at other restuarants state they didn't like waiting on handicapped patrons because they do not tip well. That is an unfortuate truth. We always tip generously for good service.
