Cactus Jack's Auto Horrible customer service

My husband returned a phone call to the camelback finance department because we were not able to do a payment last Friday so my husband wanted to inform the payment was going to be made this upcoming Friday. The lady he spoke to told him our car would be repo for being late to tell Ericka (witch is me) to pay because she was also on the contract or to ask someone to barrow money, Very disrespectfulI! I called back requested to speak to a manager, but she was in a meeting. I spoke to Rosie she mentioned to me thery reviewed the phone call and that she was unable to tell me the name of the person he spoke to but that she didn't say what my husband was telling me witch is a lie, there is no reason why my husband would have to make this up. We need this vehicle to transport our kids back and forth from school, therapy etc. if we had the money to may right away we would do so he called to inform and he gets questioned about his explanation.

Cactus Jack's Auto Sexual harassment

My bane is laticia crowder I visited the office on 16th ave and bell rd 2 days ago the guy who was supposed to help me let me know in order to move forward he would need my brother to come in to sign for me because his car is in my name so fast forward I get my brother to pick me up from work today 9/21 at around 8-9 am so we go in I say I have my brother here to sign really quick because I was told by another agent ot would be quick if I get him to come in and he responded I never told you that I said well the other guy did then he has my brother sign one paper didnt explain what it was for asked for his information i sent in mine as well for pay stubs he then asks me how much do you have down for payment we had discussed it being 930 total from the previous visit so I said it's the same amount I have he then makes a comment "what happend to your only fans page I thought you were blowing up on there" my brother and I were both taken back my brother laughedbit off but I did not laugh because I knew that bim referring to only fans is a site where women sell there pictures or sexual favors for money so then says I tell that joke to every one he had said this to me not only in front of my brother but other people who swore sitting behind us that he was helping and was completely humiliating to me because I am a caregiver and work very hard for my money he then try's to as if I had taken the paper work home that I had filled out for them and when I said no why would i have that he goes well I'll have to find that paperwork and I'll call you about 32 times to get more information so we left then says hed call me but never did I had to call him to see why he needed my brother to sign for him to have us come sign again but honestly after today I dont care what he approves me for I dont want BUISNESSS with this man I did not get his name as he did not say either time and was in office by him self I believe today so could not ask anyone else his name because i did not feel comfortable asking what his name was seeing as how he had mine and my brothers info and didnt want him to mess with anything that we had signed today you can contact me at [protected] if you have any questions

Cactus Jack's Auto 2014 dodge dart gt

Purchased in Feb from mesa location the car had problems from the 2nd day I was told they didn't recar and would service my car after weeks of complaining it drove worse and the service dept said without engine light on was nothing they could do to fix it . On June 8 I took it in with light on he drove it around in circles in parking lot and told me it was motor mount and axle leave it for 2 days.. this was at 230 or 3 on a Tuesday the next morning around 1130 my car was ready all they did was motor mount the paper showing the work is blank but soon as I pull off the lot the car Jenks hard and misfires and sputters pedal to floor it had no power so it was my place to have it towed back to them on the 11th and now they can recar me for 200 dollar fee no thanks my car had full warranty they refused to place money into fixing the engine its been there since and yet everything I call I get transfered Noone knows where the engine is the car still at mesa lot and yet they hounde for a payment sorry I'm not paying on a car that's been sitting for a month and u not give me a loaner car ro drive I'm out of pocket lifting to work cuz u refuse to recar me not even 72 hrs after I bought this car and now it's blew up u wanna recar me and not fix it! I'm tired of the run around u want me to recar in something u say I can get in and not what I choose to drive and what good is the warranty that covers the transmission and engine if u dnt stand behind ur contract in warranty !

Desired outcome: I want my car fixed or a car of my choice but at this point I want out of the loan all together because u obviously don't want to put me in a car I like and want to drive

Cactus Jack's Auto Mercury Milan

I missed A payment on Monday I left The state and did t know I couldnt Leave the state with a car that I was Paying on. I left To take care of my dead mother estate was only gone for a day they had my car repoed said I was Behind 3 payments which I never Knew that when I missed The first two payments and I mailed It in that they did t receive it. They left me stranded in California with my two young kids wouldn't let me pay what they originally told me to pay and refused to give me information on what they claimed that I have A fraud case and I don't

They repo my car in another state left me stuck with two small kids I missed A payment on Monday never knew they didn't receive my other payment that was late. I offer To pay all fees and even offer to pay extra. They called me a liar cursed at me and told me they didn't care about my son medication being in the car

Same here not out of state but not even 72 hrs after I bought it from rockys auto in mesa its been sitting a month now under warranty not touched but they want me to make payments! No they bumped their head cuz I'm not paying on a car I have sent messages about since day 1 to be laughed at and told nothing they can do

I had a deal over the phone with Nolan who got the deal approved a mgr at the Camelback location Matt* once I got the 10k for a down-payment from the bank and all my papers needed in order i drove to the dealership to be told no from izzy and Matt about the deal that I had completed with Nolan their internet sales personnel the unprofessional attitude and disrespect we got from Matt and Izzy are so unprofessional and unacceptable this place should be out of business

Cactus Jack's Auto vehicle

I purchased a vehicle back in mid August of 2019. I had put down a 600$ Payment and agreed to a monthly payment of 441$ for a 2015 Chevy Sonic with 83k miles on it (it was actually a few miles away from 84, 000). I gave my License, Job, References, and money in exchange for a reliable car with a "clean title and no mechanical issues". Thomas, the "salesman", offered to look over the contract and suggested not reading everything because "this page only needs a signature... the information is just this small section right here". Thomas also said if there were any issues with the car in the first 15 days to text his number or give him a call to set up an appointment with services. After a brief ride around their car lot I decided it was the car for me, considering it was the best option of my choices. I got the keys and took the car home. A few days later I noticed an odd noise coming from the front of the car, so I sent Thomas ( the guy who sold me the car and "knew everything about the car") and to my surprise I had no answer. I didn't receive anything back until 1 week later. By then I was on day 12 of my 15-day warranty. He told me that I needed to call services and set up an appointment through them. So I did. My appointment somehow landed on the 16th day of my 15-day warranty. So I was under the impression that I was going to receive no help from Cactus Jack for free, after all I barely bought the car, so I decided not to go. I drove in my car until this month. Then my check engine light came on. I also noticed leakage from my car the first week I purchased the car, but never had the opportunity to get it fixed in the time frame I tried to. I was told I can only come in by appointment and I don't understand why it's so hard to compensate me for buying a car with mechanical issues. I went to a local mechanic and the codes are showing failure for the thermostat. I went to purchase a new thermostat for 110$, on top of 50$ labor. And the check engine light is still on after driving about 60 miles over the weekend. I called Cactus Jack and spoke to "Mike" and explained to him my situation and how Thomas told me I can reach out to him if there were issues and that he lacked communication with me in the first 2 weeks of my purchase. He explained to me that "Thomas is only the salesman and cannot hold the authority to fix your car, you would have to call services" so I said "I was told otherwise, this has been ongoing since I bought the car" and all Mike suggested was "if you would like to bring the car down next week you can pay a 75$ diagnostic check for the car, and if there's issues we can fix it but you will need to pay a 200$ down deductible for the service". I asked if I could receive a waive for the diagnostic fee since they lacked scheduling my appointment in the proper time frame and all Mike said was "unfortunately, we have to follow company protocols". Like hello!? There is no reason I should be paying so much when I already paid almost 3, 000$ in the past 2 months alone on payments. This is not okay! This is not CUSTOMER SERVICE you're suppose to look out for us not rob us of every penny cmon now! NEW PROTOCOLS!

Cactus Jack's Auto car - lemon - repo

So I purchased a car and before from them and traded it in was the only way to get rid of that lemon. Recently, Sharon in finance claims that everything has changed and there are new people. I purchased my car on March 23, 2016 which is 2 years ago, made all payments, however, they sold me a car that needed a complete recall regarding the safety restraint and etc... air bag blow out from Chrysler. I complained about this noise mind you within 3 days of having the car. So yesterday, after paying for two years faithfully, and a couple months ago falling on medical issues, I took the intiative to call and email and let them know. In addition, I sent a private copy of my families estate that is being settled mind you over $936, 000 and 17 heirs me being one of them I asked could they work with me and when I got my portion I would pay the remaining $4, 000 off which I already purchased the car for around $13, 000 I told that it was fine, I kept full insurance on the vehicle the entire time, yesterday, I come out from getting my son, the car is gone, I call them. I told her you have the email on the payment agreement and you never declined it. She tells me well pay the entire car off, I said you know or if you don't I gave you a copy of the letter with the dates the checks would be sent out. Then I say you know what, I want all my belongings out of the car, valuables, money, my son's stuff, personal papers and I could go on and on, she refused to tell me where I could pick up my items, but wanted me to bring her $2300, provide a letter of address, which mind you I just paid registration and told her the address is on there and that is how you have already ran payments numerous times, she says bring 4 references and paystubs and we will decide if we want to give you the car back. So, I came home called my neighbors lawyer free consultation. Thus, in Arizona you cannot withhold nor charge any fees for me to retrieve my personal belongings, I sent an email demanding to pick all my items up, I cancelled the registration I have a receipt for and cancelled my full coverage on the car, and now I want all my belongings, when I get my check, I can buy a brand new car. Thus, I told her she had 24 hours to tell me where to pick up all of my personal belongings in the car. I haven't heard anything yet. Now this call and event happened yesterday, April 26th, 2018. I want all my belongings I told her the worst they can ever do is sell the car at auction which I owe under $4000.00 the proceeds by law have to be deducted from the over all lease and the remainder would be my legal obligation which at this point I do not care. Still haven't heard anything at all from them and told them they had 24 hours per Arizona Law. Cactus Jack's Auto on Camelback should be shutdown and I will blog about them as long as I live. There number by the way is [protected] watch out as well, in the beginning they use to try to text me, I called and told them it's against federal law to text me unless I have signed an opt in paperwork with them which there is non. As well as illegally placing GPS devices on cars, they are suppose to advice you of that and have you sign to be legally monitored. So I'm calling back today after this. I want my stuff. Or I will be suing them.

Cactus Jack's Auto Bad Car

We purchased a 2005 Cadillac CTS from them and put down $2300.00, on the way home we didnt even make it home. It was a Sunday and so I called thank God Sam was there, so he said that he would send a tow truck the nest morning. The transmission went out. The vehicle was gone for 3 days and THEY put on almost 200 miles, we were given 15 days/500 miles. So got the car back and wham 2 days later the transmission went out. So tow truck again and another 3 days. When it came back the antenna was missing and of course the 500 mile warranty was out, tranny shop liked driving it I guess. Next week the tranny went out again and I called and they said I had to talk to Mark in the shop. He said bring it down and we will look at it although we had to pay for the labor. BS! We didnt even have this car for a month and I took it back thinking it wouldnt be on our credit because this is a no credit needed to purchase. NO CREDIT CHECK.. BS they ran our credit also.. When I found out I said well hell I will come get the car then if I have to pay for it and they told me I was screwed it was a volunteer repo.. I said you are kidding cuz that car was a piece of crap. Asked them to give me the money back, or put us into another car and they said they felt it was in their best interest not to deal with us again. I am filing a BBB report and also taking them to small claims for the money. They are rip off artist, course found out that he even ripped his daughter off for $5000.00 maybe i should get her to go to court also. Dirty rotten people!

Yes they do I was told they wasn't gunna put money into mine I need to recar even though it has warranty I told them no fix the one I got since I was told 2 days in I couldn't recar because this one was messed up then but yet now they want me pay 200 dollar recar fee and keep telling me a technician needs to look a my car and the engine isn't here yet it's been 4 weeks now but they hound me wanting a payment ummm no

Cactus Jack's Auto Scam

My 7 kids and my wife and I was on 3043 N 33rd dr phoenix AZ 85037, was leaving bible study, and we came out side, and our car was missing
SO we called the police and the police reported no Repo’s. Police had to call the emergency response unit to try to arrange to get us home. But because the fire department special unit vans was being used, On account of having so many children on the curb that late at night in a business complex.

One of the children was a premi with special needs. while we sat waiting on the police then finally found someone at 4 in the morning to gives us a ride home on account the special response unit was still being used and there was not ETA when they would arrive.

Called this morning and come to find out cactus jack finance company Chicago lenders [protected] S Country Club Dr Mesa, AZ 85210 repossessed the car after a day of being late on a payment.
WE ACTUALLY GAVE THEM A PARTIAL PAYMENT THE PREVIOUS TUESDAY TO HELP LESSON THIS DOWN TO $206.00. AND THEY STILL REPO IT? After one day of being late now 2 days.

Usually a finance company will repo a car after 45 days or more but this lender repo us after just 1 day.

Called in to them and they had a snickering coined answer to why they did, it even though they have not recovered the car from the repo guys yet.

What it appears is that they sell cars at 3-4 times the value hoping like a payday loan that the person may be late to flip the car and place it back on the lot.

Cactus Jack's Auto Lemon car

Terrible dealership! Act like they want to help you and they give a damn...I purchased a 2004 Kia Sedona 2/16/2011 and 3 weeks later my engine light is on because catalytic converter is out, barrings bad, struts bad, car shifts incorrectly, car struggles to start, tires are bad, radio turns it's self up, the third row doesn't slide forward, when you put the car in drive it takes a minute to catch...it's actually pretty depressing now because I'm stuck in a contract for 3 years of payments :( and I've called and complained, been brushes off, told they will only cover engine parts in the 15 day/500 mile of a joke warranty which ran out 3 days after I purchased...the engine light came on the day after purchase. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CACTUS JACKS IN MESA ON COUNTRY CLUB TO MY WORSE ENEMY! I even talked to Chicago finance ( their finance company) and a [censored] named Daniel told me, "you should have figured that out when u test drove it!" Now ain't that nothing, I've tried to get the main office and they keep giving me the run around and not giving me the number, so I tried being nice CACTUS JACKS! I'm filing a lemon lawsuit, reporting you to the BBB, complaining here, reporting to 3 on your side and any where else I can find...all I wanted these jerks to do is take this mon reliable car back and give me my $1000 deposit back...Now it's too late to apologize and I'm going for whatever I can get, because I have 3 small kids that ride in this death trap everyday and they can't give me the courtesy to say, "IM WRONG & WE'LL TAKE IT BACK! they take advantage of ppl with bad credit because we don't have many choices for finance and they know that...and on top of it all they have the nerve to be mad that I dont want to pay the other $300 for the deposit, when in the first place I said all I got to give is $1000...They set me up from the beginning...remember you reap what you sew, so JUST SAY NO TO SCANDALOUS CACTUS JACKS!

Bought a 2010 mustang a month and two weeks later the car needed a new transmission. After notifying the Manager he asked me to bring the car to get checked. He said because I drove the car there that it over heated. The manager was the one to tell me to bring the car to get checked never did he say tow the car to the dealership. I have a warranty with Cactus Jack but they refuse to fix my car unless I pay $4,000 to get a new transmission. I contacted the news today so they can let the public know what scammers they are.

Cactus Jack's Auto Needs to be shutdown

Cactus Jack's used car sales on Camelback in Phoenix takes extreme advantage of the misfortunes of desperate people. We shut down the Pay Day Loan Companies in AZ but we let these rip-off auto joints stay in existance. They are far worse than the Payday Loan Companies. They sold a young desperate woman who was inexperienced in buying a car a vehicle worth $2500 for $8000. She had to pay $1200 up front and the payments were $400 a month. An interest rate of 28%. After having the car for a month it needs tires, new brakes, and the power steering fluid is leaking out. Last night the car was repossessed for one late payment. That is just what Cactus Jack wanted to happen. They make $1600 and can put the car right back on their lot and sell it to some other desperate person. The woman is homeless and had all of her possessions in the car. They want money for her to get back her stuff. This is pitiful. Yes, she signed the paperwork, but she was not mentally capable of doing this. Jack's ripped her off for everything she had to satisfy their own greed. Do we want businesses that prey on the misfortunes of others, the elderly, the mentally deficient people of our world. I don't and I am going to make every effort to shut them down. They are like vultures who pick at the bones of the dead. The people who work for a company such as this are greedy, blood-sucking, cowards who want to get rich at the expense of the needy. They all need to be incarcerated for they are the true blights of our society.

Cactus Jack's Auto Rip off

Today I get off work and my car is not at my job any longer. Cactus Jacks repo my vehicle. I only own 2 payments, ( less than $300), and I payed $40 on it), The lady told me don't worry they wont repo your car unless you owe over 300 and some thing dollars, your fine. and I also talked to another lady that works in payment center there, I told her I was going to pay more when I get paid, she said ok. But they still repo my car, I am suppose to be going out of state on a emergency ( and I told them that also), now if they want my whole payment which is around $240 I will not be able to go. I am soooo Pizzed off.

Cactus Jack's Auto Inconvenience fees

I purchased a car from Cactus Jack's on April 1, 2009. The second day I owned the car, the driver side window fell out, the windshield wipers flew off the car on the highway, and the transmission went out along with the air conditioning. Being under warranty, I took the car in for repairs. After 5 repair visits and over 25 days in the repair shop- left with no vehicle to get to work and no loaner or rental car allowance, and verbal abuse from representatives at Cactus Jack's, they did not even test drive the car (had recorded mileage when dropped off) When legal action was threatened they told me to bring the car in and it would be repaired within 24 hours. The mechanic put a transmission from a different type of car in my car and ruined the electrical components of my speedometer, etc. The car will be gone another week- with no rental or loaner. The company will not let me speak to a manager or an owner, and the repair technician has refused to furnish ANY work orders on what has been done to the vehicle. The legal department of their company refused to call me back and I am at a loss as to what to do. This company is absolutely robbing me of money each month on my car payment- none of which has been credited for inconvenience fees.

Cactus Jack's Auto Awful experience

I got into a 2000 ford focus in 7/07 and since then I have had several harassing phone calls and then threats from different 'so-called account reps' call me and deliberately accuse me of not making payments. And mind you I haven't always been in this car, like i said I got into it in 7/07 the 1st car I was driving was a 97 nissan altima and the engine blew on that 1, but since then I have seen that car and it back and up and running an out on the streets again by another unsuspecting consumer. But, sad to say thats none of my business and I'm not entitled to care about their issues, so anyhow, i have had her a yr now and i have made several repairs on her and paid for them and they still cry that i haven't made any payments and as stupid as they are I have even told them and recently had to take my aunt w/me down to that HELL called a car lot! And was told yet again by another account rep that if I brought down $80 that would bring my acct current and thats exactly what i did and then a few weeks had passed after that I still continued to keep payments coming along too, but now yet again these losers are accusing me of not making ay of my payments and I have and have even had different people go and get the payments for me and turn it in to them for me..but now a different person is handling my acct and he swears that i haven't made a payment and he's saying that I now owe $538 and I know for a fact that I don't because since the 80$ deal I've made more payments since then and to top it all off their customer service is extremely poor and I get sick and tired of speaking to people that basically chew their faces at me over the phones and in person..but if I take people in w/me then their whole demeanor changes and they quickly learn how to talk to you! So, if anyone you know needs a car desperately and they're 1st timers please please don't have them go to Cactus Losers(cactus jacks) or they will end up getting burned and they'll lose in the long run of it unless you got an attorney on speed dial, like I am about to do!

This is at True Comment... I've called myself buying a car from the great rip offs (cactus Jacks) in 10/11. I test drove it for about 2 miles (thats as far as they let you go), it was fine. But As soon as i made it from 19th st and Vanburan to 51st Ave and Union hills the transmission started to slip. i Called and called and called the rip off Jack no no response. So i went up to the main office on Camleback and i-17 and raised The devil Himself about my down payment and they insisted that i keep a car that only went 30 miles per hour in first gear and don't go into any other gear and pay them $1.200 to fix it after having the car for only 1 1/2 hours. After all of that i missed 1 day of work Dealing with these rip offs and did not get my deposit back and the car is on my creadit and they had the car back the same day i went on i-17 and camleback, now they are trying to garnish my wages.
