Cables To Go / Bad service

A mess. Site didn't work. then later it did. then chose items for the 3rd time and checked out. No shipping options, and put through the order when I chose the back button to go back and change shipping, if they offered it.

I lost a lot of time here.

Their Firewire cables were hard to find. Then they weren't listed by types. An annoying site, IMO. Really annoying. Now I remember why I have been buying cables elsewhere.

Update: it took three or more different people at different departments to finally realize what had gone opn. They then sent the right thing next day free of charge for the freight. But I haven't even tried the stuff, since i got it elsewhere when I needed it.

    Sent me a faulty product ~ and a PARTIAL refund!! Seriously?? Don't use this company.
