C-Pap / Poor customer service

I contacted Lincare about the effectiveness of my c-pap machine that they provided by way of a doctors request. It does not work properly and it affects my health not having it in good working condition. I have been waiting for over 1 1/2 months for someone to call and provide service. I spoke to at least 5 different people and still no service. Everyone I talked to got the proper info and passed it along, to who? I have no idea. Their seems to be no taking of responsibility on the part of the workers and no concern for the health of the people that call such as myself.
