BWS Staff rudeness

I went in to BWS at Hope Island Markets on the Gold Coast recently and was met by staff member Michelle. She was completely rude to me and walked away and asked someone else to deal with me. All I said was that I would not pay the higher price on the cash register than it should be as the second lady said it was some problem with the computer that would not register the correct price. I was civil with my comments at all times.
Michelle was the rudest person I have ever met and I will now not shop at BWS ever again. This lady should not be in this job and should be sacked as she is causing you to lose customers. When I asked the second lady what was wrong with Michelle she said she was having a bad day. NOT MY PROBLEM! I hope you talk to her and get rid of her for the sake of BWS.

Desired outcome: Get rid of Michelle before you lose more customers!

BWS service and abuse

Went into my local bottle shop to buy some beer and some wine .While at the wine fridge I saw an offer to mix any 3 bottles for a discounted price .The offer label being next to three same priced bottles different brands but same type of wine .I took one of each and went to pay, apparently there is small print under the main offer, all had to be from the same brand .I said thats misleading so take two back and stated I wasn't happy .The male assistant walked away muttering a rasict remark leaving another member of staff to re check out .I said what was that ( in reference to the remark ) he shouted we've been doing this for seven years, I said, so I found it misleading. He then said no one wanted to hear it and get out .I said I'm going to make a complaint, he repeated himself. I asked for his name he replied Jason .I find it incredible as a white middle aged man I'm expected to take rasict comments from a young Asian man with attitude when if it was the other way around I'd probably get arrested !

In the Port Macquarie Express on the 12th of October 2016, you have an advertisement for your local stores. Stating Somersby Pear Cider on sale for $28.00 for 2 packs. Went to your store today and purchased said items, the store has it advertised on special for $30.00 for 2 packs. On going to checkout, informed cashier that your advert in the Express said...

BWS Advertised Jim Beam

On Friday 6th November at approximately 5pm I went into the Whyalla Store, as I had seen an advert in the Advertiser news paper, It was advertising 24 cans of Jim Beam for $36.00 very cheap. I asked the young girl where it was stocked and she said sorry its not us you must be mistaken, I then produced the picture on my phone as I had taken a photo of the Advert, she then said its a picture of a 10 pack, not a 24 pack, I pointed out that it stated 24 cans, I then noticed a A4 printed sheet that was apologising for the miss print, I said look I see you have a note apologising for the error, she said yes so I don't have to sell it to you, I said fair enough, But why did you lie to me and tell me I was wrong when clearly I wasn't, she then said she would get the manager who never showed up, Another customer looked at my phone and said I should take it further as I was 100 % correct, I left with 2 summersby pear cider 10 packs. after leaving the store I became more frustrated at being lied to and have now decided to make a complaint, not only was i lied to i was also kept waiting for the manager who never showed, I find it very disappointing and will now be shopping at Coles and Liquorland. very angry at the Whyalla Westland store. Mark Simmonds my everyday rewards card number is 1103683, so you can see how much this store will now be losing, by my calculations it will be around $250 per week, I am a retail manager and would never lie too or keep a customer waiting.
