Order product on November 18. Payment deducted from my account November 20 with assurance cigarettes would be delivered in 3-5 days. It's now December 5th and still no delivery, phone call or e-mail. Phone and e-mail never answer or respond. There was no problem in the past, Problem began this fall. Recemmend we all contact both States Attorney in New Mexico and U.S. Attorney's office. Further, contact Profinium Financial regarding Keystone deductions. This operation appears to be indulging in out and out fraud. My final suggestion is we all contact CBS and ask that "60 minutes" delve into this fraud.
