I purchased a Asus Eee Pc from buy.com I tried to return it cause it wasn't going to do what I thought it would do. I called for a RA number and have been given the run around. I was told to call the manufacturer Asus to return it. They dias it had to returned to buy.com. I have made 3 calls so far and still can't get a return authorization number. I was told corporate needed to handle this. No supervisor on site to handle the problem.
