We bought a radiator THEY SENT the wrong radiator and we called them TOLD THEM we did not even put it on .we then ordered the right one . We returned it and did not get our money back when THEY sent the wrong one. I will never shop here AGAIN

Hello. I just sent my radiator back and they charged me more than $52 to send it back. When I ordered it the service person told me this was the right radiator for my Tahoe. It was their fault. They sent the wrong radiator. I want to be reimbursed for my shipping. I bought another radiator from you the same day so I spent more money. I really feel I should get reimbursed for shipping. I am on Disability and that was a hardship for me. Please respond...

Purchased a new radiator, 2002 FORD F-350 SUPER DUTY 7.3 L RADIATOR REA41-2171A × 1, from buyaradiator.com on 8/16/2022 order number BR59006. I received a new radiator on 8/22/2022 that has incorrect transmission cooler line fittings making it impossible to install/use in my vehicle. Fittings installed by manufacturer in China are for newer Ford vehicles and not older Ford models. I have tried contacting Buyaradiator.com numerous times at [protected]@buyaradiator.com, as instructed, trying to get a correct radiator from them or what options I have, but this company refuses to accept phone calls or emails so am stuck with a product I cannot use and no way to get a refund or a product I can use.

My radiator just arrived but when we went to put it in the car we realized that the tip of it was broken off we could not find it so it came without it on and it was not in the box so we cannot put it in the car without the missing piece I would not like to re order it because we got it on sale and we did not break it is it possible for a new one to be sent

My wife, Beth Strickland ordered a radiator for a 2000 honda accord and specified that she needed a radiator with the hose hookup valve on the left side. Buyaradiator.com sent a radiator completely opposite of what we wanted. We called and no answer. We texted the customer service number, no response. We emailed them, no response. We are not wanting a refund, we are simply wanting to exchange the radiator they sent us for the correct one that we need.

I ordered a radiator from these people on 12/16/2015. They told me which part no. that I needed for a 2000 Honda Accord 3.6 Sedan. at a total of $67.03 with shipping included and shipped it. Upon receiving the part, a quick inspection discovered that the barb fittings for (2) hose were not included. I called and told them this and they shipped them on another date. No installation of any kind was attempted until the barb fittings were received. Before any attempt to install the radiator a inspection was performed to see if it would accept the attaching parts (fans) and it was immediately noticed that it would not accept these attaching parts. I contacted buyaradiator.com and informed them of this and that I wanted to return it for a replacement part. They informed me that was the only part no. that they had listed. I told them that I was returning it for credit of $47.03 and needed a shipment packet from them to do so. I paid for the shipment to receive it and it is only fair that they pay for the return shipment. After all, it was their error. They informed me that before I could get an acceptance to return the part, I had to take photos of the part and submit it to them for approval. I did this and didn't hear anything back from them for (4) days. I called them on 1/18/2016 and asked what was going on. They informed me that the part had been rejected due to significant damage to the core of the part. There is no significant damage to the part at all. There are a few fins folded down or up, but that is the way it was when I received the part. It has no affect to the performance of the part. It didn't concern me when I saw it for the first time and would not concern me on using a part in this condition in the future. The radiator is just as it was when I first opened the box. There wasn't any damage to the box. If the damage is of their concern, then they need better quality control in their shipping department. The part was wrong and that is the only reason that I wish to return it. If it were to fit into a vehicle that it was designed for, I wouldn't hesitate to use it at all. I have replaced the part with a part from Auto Zone at a much higher cost, but if I had known that I was going to have this sort of problem with these people that I have had, then I would have gone to another parts distributor from the start.They are trying to weasel out of this as hard as they can. Fins being laid down or up is very common on radiators new and used. I believe that they are operating a mail fraud scam! I have purchased radiator from www.buyaradiator.com. It was mentioned that the order would arrive within 1-3 days to my mechanic. The delivery took 6 days and my mechanic contacted me and told that they couldn’t use it, because one of the tanks had a big hole. I called to this company and the seller asked me to wait couple of days. But after 4 days the phone of this company was already switched off.

I have purchased new radiator from BuyaRadiator.com. They sold it to me for only $200. I have also paid over $30 for delivery and almost $30 for Western Union services. I called them after a month to discuss where my package is but they told that my package is hold on the customs and I need to pay more money.
