I ordered a calculator on the 6th of October 2009. It is now the 14th of October and I have still not received my calculator. I am writing a very important post graduate accounting exam in a week, I can’t study certain sections because I am STILL waiting for this calculator to arrive. I ordered from buy247 because your website stated 48-72 hours and would get it here the fastest in comparison to the other websites I viewed.

I called them on the 13 Oct and spoke to a lady called Nicole, who told me that she is very ‘sorry’ she marked the package for collect. How could that happen when I paid a delivery fee. She assured me yesterday that she had spoken to the delivery company and that it would be here by today – she would send it PRIORITY. I phoned again today (14 Oct) and spoke to someone else and now he tells me some rubbish story about how the company who delivers the packages got lost and they couldn’t get hold of me (I didn't even have a missed call on my phone). The order was for ZIMBALI GOLF ESTATE, anyone in Natal knows where that is, otherwise get a map! They are lying and messing me around. I wouldn't have had any of this trouble with Kalahari or Amazon!
