Butterfly & Company Inc / no response; no solution

I have been trying for a month now to enable my samples and products to be sent from China to the USA using UPS. China says they can't see my account; in the US they say my account is fine. Someone will call. NOBODY HAS EVER CALLED...in a month! I speak to them several times a day. I've been directed to call China, fill out a routing form, send a letter of authorization. I do what they say, call back when nothing happens and am told something like..."oh we don't use routing forms anymore" or "china won't accept letters of authorizations directly from customers." I have never had anything but great service from UPS so this just astounds me.
