Business establishment/tax services / No-refund policy

1 PA, United States Review updated:

Strategic Financial Companies, LLC is NOT a reputable company... a reputable company would promptly return an unsatisfied customers money with minimal fuss, but this company is determined to keep several thousands of my dollars even though they have not performed the services agreed upon!

This is how to get your money back from Strategic Financial. You go to a website called: [redacted] dot com

Then you file a complaint on Strategic Financial, just briefly mention what they did to you (don't worry this website knows exactly who they are) Then what happens is that this [redacted] website will contact Strategic Financial and you will get a call from them, they will automatically give you a refund. Just be prepared to exaplain to them briefly what happened, but they will treat you with respect and give you a refund. That is because they are registered on [redacted] and don't want to look bad or get in more trouble.

Strategic Financial Companies, LLC and Strategic Tax Services, LLP based on 20630 Nordhoff St Chatworth California 888-845-0827 is not very professional. I paid nearly $5000 for services they did not perform. When asking for refund, Justin Engelbrechet and Cindy Thompson does not return my phone call or e_mail to even discuss about this. At the initial phone talk, he insisted that we need LLP to set up in Delaware right away and it took 6 months for us to realize how difficult to be even profitable. If it is, it will take at least a year or so, but they have started LLC company for us right away without explaining about the necessity of doing so in detail. Also, he and his company insisted that we need tax services, which we really didn't need. But by the third time they called to insist that we need this tax service, we are really cornered, not knowing where to go. As it turned out we did not need LLC company set up in Delaware nor tax service in order to operate business, but that was never fully explained or avoided when we said this is for big scale investor and we don't need it. We want our money back.
