I went to this store to return a coat. One of the employee named Milly was at the register. She said that the coat cannot be returned but the way she said it was way rude. She behaved like she never returned a thing in her whole life and when we tried to complain about her to the manager everyone teamed up and just never considered what we said. I will never step foot in any one of these stores ever. Worst Worst Worst customer service ever.

I AMTHINKING OF FILING LAW SUIT OF HAREESING MY DAUGHTER AND ACCUSING HER, I DO NOT CARE ABOUT 80 DOLLAR OF RETURN BUT ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE, EVEN THE GIRL ON THE CHASIER FELT BAD TO MY DAUGHTER WHEN MRS ARUZU HARRESSING HER, YOU NEVER HARRESSE A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS .

MY NAME IS DR.MANAL SOUS, I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIANCE WITH BURLINGTON FACTORY AT WAYNE NJ AND I AM ADVISE EVERY ONE NOT TO GO TO THIS STORE NEVER NEVER, MY DAUGHTER BAUGHT ME A SUITE AS GIFT AND WHEN I LOOK IN IT IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND THE SIZE IS SMALL WHEN I WENT TO RETURN IT, THE EMPLOYEE NAMED ELIF TREATED ME VERY RUDE STATING THAT NOT THEIR PRODUCT HOWEVER I HAVE THE RECIET AND THE TAG ON THE SUITE, I CALLED THE MANNGER AND CUSTOMER RELATION . THE STORE MANNGER ASKED ME OR MY DAYGHTER TO COME TO CARE FOR IT, HER NAME IS ARUZU, THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP NEVER RETURN MY CALL HER NAME IS VICTORIA, MY DAUGHTER WENT AND FACED HARRESMENT BY CHANGING THE TAG HOW COME ANY ONE CAN FIGURE THE NUMBER UIN THE PRODUCT MATCH THE RECIET AND IF THEY DID MISTAKE IT IS NOT MY FAULT.
