Findlaw Unmatched Results and Professionalism: My Experience with Rebecca Cosca, Top Criminal and DUI Lawyer in Maryland

I gotta say, I'm blown away by Rebecca Cosca. She's just amazing, you know? I've shelled out some serious cash in the past for other lawyers who claim to be the top dogs in their field, but at the end of the day, it's the results that matter. And let me tell you, Rebecca's results were way better than anything I've seen before.

Rebecca's got a style that's all her own. She's professional, sure, but she's also got this way of making you feel comfortable and at ease. It's like you're talking to a friend who just happens to be a kick-[censored] lawyer.

When I got hit with a DUI, I was pretty freaked out. I didn't know what was going to happen to me, and I was scared I was going to lose everything. But Rebecca was there for me every step of the way. She fought tooth and nail to get me the best possible outcome, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Honestly, I'm not the kind of person who writes reviews or anything like that. But Rebecca was so extraordinary that I just had to share my experience. If you ever find yourself in need of a criminal or DUI lawyer, do yourself a favor and go with Rebecca. She's hands down the best choice in Maryland.

And let me tell you, her fees are totally reasonable. You're not going to break the bank working with her. Plus, her professionalism is off the charts. She's the real deal, folks.

Findlaw Beware of LawyersASAP (formerly Justice): Scammers and Thieves!

I had a terrible experience with lawyersASAP, formerly known as Justice. I scheduled a free consultation with an attorney, but when the day arrived, the attorney was a no-show. The assistant told me that an attorney would review my papers and call me for the consultation. However, if I was in a hurry, I could leave a $1500 deposit to start as soon as the attorney reviewed my case. I decided to leave the deposit, but I regretted it later.

I called and called, but every time I spoke to someone, they told me that a different attorney was reviewing my case. Finally, the second attorney told me that I had no case, but they refused to refund my retainer even though they did nothing for me. They sent me a form letter, which I assume they print hundreds of, to refuse to return my money. I felt scammed and cheated.

It seems like they deliberately don't show up to the consultation so that they can scam you out of your money. The meeter and greeter must get a commission for getting a deposit out of you since no attorney shows up. They are thieves!

Additionally, I found out that they only use brand new attorneys who go to Florida schools that are not accredited in other states. This is a red flag for me, and I would advise anyone to keep away from this bad, bad group. It's no wonder they had to change their name, and most of their attorneys left.

Findlaw Misleading Advertising and Billing Practices by FindLaw.com: Biggest Mistake I Ever Made

I was thinking about cancelling my findlaw contract when it came to the end. A rep from there, Jared Emery called me to renew my contract. So I spoke with him 2 or 3 times. Each time he misrepresented to me the price and the advertising. Each time he assured me that the spot I would get in Massachusetts would cost in total 233.00 per month. So that was lower than what I was paying for prior to the new contract. I explained that I could not afford what i was already paying for and it is COVID now and I was not getting as many clients. Again Jared assured me it would be 233.00 in total per month.

Well, I get a bill for 435.00, after I paid 177.00 with a credit of 87.00. I contacted him and he said that was correct, retro active and the total monthly bill would be 352.00. I have been calling the legal department Kim Sorrell who will not answer her phone or call me back. I have informed all of them I want this contract terminated. This company SUCKS. I just want out of my contract an to be done with them BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by findlaw.com. I had a contract with them that was coming to an end and a representative named Jared Emery called me to renew it. I spoke with him multiple times and each time he assured me that the cost of the advertising spot in Massachusetts would be a total of $233 per month. This was lower than what I was paying before, so I agreed to renew the contract.

However, when I received my bill, it was for $435, which was much higher than what I was told. I contacted Jared and he told me that it was correct and that the total monthly bill would be $352. I explained to him that I could not afford this and that I was not getting as many clients due to COVID. I also tried to contact the legal department, but Kim Sorrell would not answer her phone or call me back.

I am extremely frustrated with this situation and I have informed findlaw.com that I want to terminate my contract. This company has been a huge disappointment and I regret ever signing up with them. I just want to be done with them and move on.

Findlaw FindLaw: A Complete Ripoff and Waste of Money for Online Marketing and Research

Find Law ain't the best option for research, there are way better options out there. If you're thinking of using FindLaw for online marketing, you might as well throw your money in the trash. I signed up for a year and paid $18,000 for a website that was supposed to be "state of the art" and "drive business" to my firm. But what I got was a website that looked like it was made from a can, like something you'd see on a website that sells cleaning supplies. And after a year of "optimization", I didn't get a single inquiry. Not one phone call, not one email, not one client. Not one.

And when I complained about it, they offered to renew my subscription for less money for the following year. But why would I spend even a dime on web marketing that didn't generate any business? FindLaw is a complete ripoff and a waste of money.

And I'm not the only one who's had this experience. The rep boasted about the sites they've done for other local lawyers, but I should have called them in advance. After I decided not to renew, I called several of them and they all had the same experience as me and had moved on. So don't waste your money on FindLaw. It really can't get any worse than this.

Findlaw Unfair Pricing Policy at Justice: A Disappointing Shopping Experience

Justice, I have to say that my shopping experience at your store was not a good one. I received two gift vouchers in the mail during Christmas 2017, offering a free $20 when I spent only $5. I thought it was a great deal and decided to use it to buy some Christmas gifts for my tween daughter. However, things did not go as planned.

I spent some time in the store searching for the right items and found some awesome clearance deals. I had both my transactions divided up on the counter ready to be tallied up, as only one voucher per transaction was allowed. I was thinking to myself how awesome of a deal this was going to be, as it would only cost me $10 total for all these goodies.

But then the cashier burst my bubble! She informed me that if I was going to use the $20 gift voucher, she would have to charge me the original price of each item. What? Are you joking? That awesome backpack I found on clearance for $9.99 is now being raked up to $59.99? I couldn't understand how in the world Justice can justify changing their price four times higher than what it's actually marked on the price tag. The cashier's only explanation was that I was using their coupon voucher. I did not know that Justice had a secret button to flip back and forth their prices to screw customers over.

I was very disappointed with this experience and it was my last shopping trip to their store. I hope that Justice can improve their customer service and be more transparent with their pricing policies. It's important to treat customers with respect and honesty, especially during the holiday season when people are trying to save money and make their loved ones happy. I would not recommend shopping at Justice until they can address these issues and make things right with their customers.

Findlaw Untrustworthy FindLaw: Protecting Law Firms' Income Over Users' Experiences

I recently had an experience with a law group in Anchorage, Alaska that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I reached out to them for help with my immigration case, but was shocked when they attempted to charge me four times the normal amount that other law groups in the area charge. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, so I decided to leave a review on FindLaw to warn others about my experience.

However, my review was later disputed by the law group because I never actually hired them. I was contacted by Rebecca at FindLaw, who gave me just five days to respond to the dispute. I found this to be a very short amount of time, especially considering that the law firm was given a longer period to respond. Despite this, I responded immediately and explained my situation.

Unfortunately, I did not hear back from Rebecca for two weeks, so I decided to follow up with her for an update. To my surprise, she informed me that the "Challenge Team" at FindLaw had decided to remove my review because they believed that the law firm did not represent or consult with me. I found this to be a bit strange, as I had clearly had an email consultation with the law group and had been quoted an exorbitant fee.

It seems to me that FindLaw is not a service that users can trust. While law firms pay to be listed on the site, it appears that FindLaw is more concerned with protecting their income than with ensuring that their users have positive experiences with the law firms they find on the site. The fact that they give users such a short amount of time to respond to disputes and do not provide updates on their investigations only adds to this impression.

Overall, I would caution anyone who is considering using FindLaw to find a law firm to be very careful. While there may be some good options on the site, it seems that there are also some less reputable firms that are willing to take advantage of unsuspecting clients.

Findlaw Disappointing Service from FindLaw: False Promises, Useless Ads, and Poor SEO Work

I recently decided to switch from using small SEO companies to a bigger one in hopes of getting more personal injury cases. After being chased by Jim Carlen at Findlaw for two years, I finally decided to give them a try. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.

Jim Carlen promised me many things, but none of them came true. He showed me a screenshot of bad ratings and doxing that came from BLM, which he promised to get rid of. He even claimed that Reuter's, a big nationwide company, could help get them taken down. However, they never made any attempt to do so.

I also paid an extra $500 per month to be at the top of the page in the Directory in areas around and in my city for personal injury and DUI. However, nothing came from those ads. When I tried to drop them after seven months of nothing, they refused to let me.

Jim Carlen also promised me SEO work to help my page, but that never happened. He even assured me that my website would stay in place if I decided not to extend. However, I later found out that they take it down and send you a Zip Drive of the website you bought and paid for without many of the things that made it look decent online.

I canceled my subscription to the website well in advance of the year contract, but that didn't matter to them. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from FindLaw. I do not recommend them to anyone. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at ***575.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I am one unhappy former client. I do not like being screwed over like FindLaw has done. Jim Carlen should be fired for his many misrepresentations to me. I honestly cannot understand how this guy sleeps at night. One commission is worth this? No, it's not. I suggest going with smaller SEO companies who do the same job without screwing you over like FindLaw did to me.

Findlaw Justice: A Dead-End Job with Brainwashing Culture and Incompetent Management

This company, Justice, is not a place for those who want to make clients happy. The culture is brainwashing and the management is incompetent. They put a lot of pressure on their employees and lie to them just to hit their numbers. New employees are often stuck with the worst internal partners, making their job nearly impossible. The product is bad and the company charges a monthly subscription for it, even though it's not worth the value. Clients are often misled and the billing system is like a maze.

If you're looking for a career, I warn you to stay away from Justice. It's a dead-end job where you can get stuck. They make you read from a script in training just to trick the clients. The managers are only there to defend their job and demand daily Sales Force input. They know you won't be there long and want as much data input as possible to make money with other companies under the TR umbrella.

After you leave Justice, other companies won't look at you with any class. They see you as a bottom of the barrel salesperson because that's how Justice trains you. You're not a well-rounded salesperson, but a con artist and you don't even know it.

My advice to management is to clean house and stop the old way of managing. They have the resources to create a great product, but corporate greed has taken over. They need to take care of their clients and stop training sales reps to scam them. They know their SEO is putrid and the billing system is a scam. It's time for a change.

Findlaw Terrible Experience with TR FindLaw: Overpriced and Underwhelming Work

I recently had an experience with TR FindLaw that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Chuck Eddy and Bryan Mercer, who I spoke with on a recorded web conference, were smooth talkers who tried to convince me that my website just needed a few tweaks. However, when I told them that the website was bad and needed a lot of work, there was a long silence. It seemed like they were used to selling garbage and getting away with it.

To make matters worse, the website they provided included a photo of a car driver giving a police officer a $100 bill at a traffic stop. I was surprised that they weren't embarrassed or apologetic about this. Instead, I received an email that seemed to be an attempt to create a paper trail that could be used against me later. I had to spend hours writing emails to set the record straight.

Chuck Eddy and Bryan Mercer were terrible people to deal with, and I was not happy with the work they provided. TR FindLaw charged me thousands of dollars for a website that was not even close to being ready to go online. Ultimately, I had to write most of the content myself, which took me over 50 hours.

When TR FindLaw assigned a new project manager, Kathy Scovill, I was hopeful that things would improve. However, she seemed uninterested in doing a good job. She told me that the only things that mattered for a lawyer's website were the type of law they practiced and their geographic location. I found this hard to believe, and it seemed like she just didn't want to put in the effort to do a good job. In the end, I gave up trying to get her to do things correctly.

TR FindLaw also convinced me to sign a one-year lease for an office with my own unique address, which cost me thousands of dollars. They told me that this was necessary for Google Business Pages, which they said were crucial. However, I later found out that Google Business Pages are primarily for attracting local clients, and I had told TR FindLaw multiple times that I was trying to attract out-of-town clients. It was frustrating to realize that I had spent so much money on something that I didn't even need.

Overall, my experience with TR FindLaw was a terrible mistake. They charged me outrageous prices for bad work, and I wasted over $10,000 and 100+ hours of my time dealing with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Findlaw Disappointing Experience with Findlaw: Pushy Sales Tactics and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with Findlaw has not been great. I've been working with them for a couple of years now, and while there were a couple of reps who were pretty good (shoutout to Robert and Matt!), most of them have been pretty pushy and salesy. Even when I told them I didn't like that kind of approach, they kept doing it anyway. They even sent me the wrong prices for Super Lawyers and then refused to honor them when I tried to start services. And don't even get me started on the reps who tried to contact our firm's partners pretending to be our new representative just to get us to sign up for more stuff. Not cool, guys.

But it's not just the sales tactics that bother me. It's also really hard to get anything done with them. I've had to follow up with them over and over again just to get simple things like login issues and website updates taken care of. And when I asked them to pause our advertising during the pandemic, they were the least supportive vendor I worked with. They wouldn't even answer my questions about the force majeure clause in our contract, and when I finally got a voicemail from someone in their department, she didn't even leave contact information for me to follow up with her.

Honestly, I work with a lot of vendors for our firm, and I don't think there's a single one I dislike working with more than Findlaw. They just don't seem to care about our best interests or being flexible during tough times. And we're stuck in a contract with them for another couple of years, so I'm just hoping we don't have to deal with them too much.

Findlaw Think Twice Before Signing Up with Justice for Advertising: A Review

I gotta say, I agree with what some other folks have been saying about Justice over at findlaw.com. If you're thinking about signing up for their advertising, you might wanna think twice. From what I've heard, their service can be pretty shoddy, and you might not see the results you were hoping for. Plus, if you decide you wanna cancel your contract early, you might be outta luck. Apparently, the sales rep might tell you one thing, but you gotta make sure you see the cancellation terms in writing. And even then, it might not be as easy as you think. The master agreement says you gotta give 'em 90 days notice before you cancel, but then it also says that you can't actually cancel until the end of the contract or the notice period, whichever is later. So even if you're not happy with the results you're getting, you might be stuck with 'em for a while. Just something to keep in mind if you're considering Justice for your advertising needs.

Findlaw Terrible Experience with Web Design and Google Placement Company - Do Not Recommend

I've been practicing law for 35 years, and I've had my fair share of experiences with web design and Google placement companies. Unfortunately, I have to say that my experience with these guys was the worst.

At first, they made a lot of promises and we had several phone conferences before they got my website up and running. But after that, it was like they disappeared. They gave me some social media advice, but it was only about 5 minutes worth. And then I was on my own.

To make matters worse, I haven't seen any new cases come in since I started working with them. And to add insult to injury, I found out that we were competing with our competition within their Findlaw sub directory.

Honestly, these guys are the most dishonest scam artists I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Findlaw FindLaw: Beware of Their Service Agreement and Lack of Support

Listen up, folks. I gotta tell ya something important about FindLaw's deal. They mean business when it comes to their service agreement. If you try to bail early, they'll come after ya with a vengeance. No mercy, no understanding. They'll make sure you pay every penny you owe.

And don't even bother asking for help when your website ain't cutting it. The reps don't care about your problems. And let's be real, half the time your site won't even make you any money. It's a gamble, and you might end up losing big time.

So, if you're thinking about signing up with FindLaw, just remember: they're not your friend. They're in it for the money, and they'll do whatever it takes to get it.

Findlaw Avoid Justice Law Firm: Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Unethical

Justice is a law firm that I would not recommend. They used to go by the name Lawyer Asap, but changed their name after two of their partners got in trouble with the bar. I hired them to handle my case, but after they got my money, they didn't do the work. They kept changing out the staff that was working on my case, and each change caused delays.

I finally asked for my flat rate fee to be returned, as per our written agreement, but they refused. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered that they have an F rating. It's clear that they don't care about their clients and are only interested in taking their money.

I'm considering picketing their office as my next step. Maybe a class action lawsuit or small claims court would be appropriate. They stole $1500 from me and my spouse, who are both elderly. It's unacceptable that they would take advantage of vulnerable people like us.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone looking for legal representation to avoid Justice. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and unethical. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Findlaw Unethical Conduct by Glenn Youngling and Anna Kates from Justice: A Warning to Potential Clients

I had a bad experience with Glenn Youngling and Anna Kates from Justice. They charged me $325.05 for legal services that they did not provide. I only asked for a simple letter to confirm my HOA dues, but Anna Kates refused to write it. Instead, she charged me for the letter that she did not even write. To make matters worse, they placed a lien on my house for the amount they charged me.

I have been trying to get in touch with them since November 2017 to correct this mistake, but they have not responded to any of my emails. It is frustrating that they are not taking responsibility for their actions.

I have filed a complaint with the Ca State Bar for their fraudulent and unethical conduct. It is important to hold lawyers accountable for their actions, especially when they are taking advantage of their clients.

I would not recommend using Justice for any legal services. They have proven to be unprofessional and unethical in their dealings with me. It is important to find a lawyer who will provide the services they promise and not take advantage of their clients.

Findlaw Disappointing Experience with Findlaw: Slow Services, Terrible Support, and Unfavorable Contract Terms

I joined Findlaw back in January of 2019, and I was pretty excited to get started with their services. I had heard good things about them, and I was hoping that they would be able to help me grow my business. I signed up for a 12-month contract, which seemed like a good deal at the time.

However, things didn't go quite as smoothly as I had hoped. When I tried to use their web services in April of 2019, I found that they were incredibly slow and unresponsive. It was like I was just a tiny cog in their giant machine, and they didn't really care about my needs or concerns.

To make matters worse, I soon discovered that every contract with Findlaw comes with a 12-month term. This was a major problem for me, as I had only signed up for one case so far, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to another year with them.

Despite my reservations, I decided to stick with Findlaw and see if things would improve. Unfortunately, they didn't. I ended up spending over $12,000 with them, but I only signed up one case during that time. This was a major blow to my business, and it took a lot of hard work to get back in the green.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Findlaw was pretty disappointing. Their support was terrible, their services were slow and unresponsive, and their 12-month contract terms were a major problem for me. If you're thinking about using Findlaw, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your legal needs.

Findlaw Disappointing Experience with Findlaw: Lack of Response and Assistance for Legal Representation

I recently had an experience with Findlaw that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had sent a case summary for evaluation, hoping to obtain legal representation for a specific type of litigation. However, after waiting for two weeks, I had not received any response. I decided to try sending the summary again, but unfortunately, the send button on the site would not work.

Feeling stuck, I reached out to the "help" section under "contact us" and provided more information about my case. However, even after sending the summary to the help line, I still did not receive a response after two more weeks had passed. I was starting to lose hope.

Desperate for assistance, I decided to contact one of the recommended lawyers listed on their site who specializes in the type of law I needed. However, the lawyer's response was that he does not handle that type of litigation. I was disappointed to hear this, as I had hoped to find a suitable representative through Findlaw's recommendations.

It has now been a full month since I first attempted to get an evaluation of my case and find a possible law representative. It is almost 5pm on a Friday, and I am left feeling frustrated and let down by Findlaw's lack of response and assistance.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Findlaw. I had hoped to find a reliable and efficient resource for legal assistance, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations.

Findlaw Justice Review Site: Beware of Fake Reviews!

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Justice. They let anyone write a review about you on their site, which seems pretty sketchy to me. They say they give you two weeks to verify that the person writing the review actually worked with you, but I've never gotten any notification about a review being posted under my name.

And let me tell you, the review that was posted about me was straight up bogus. The person who wrote it didn't even use my first name, but claimed that they signed a contract with me. Then they said that one of my associates took over the case, but didn't even bother to give a first or last name for this so-called associate.

I'm telling you, this review is totally fake. None of the stuff they said ever happened. I never signed up with Justice for any kind of marketing services, and I certainly never made an account with them. It's really frustrating to see false reviews like this damaging my private practice.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend using Justice if you're looking for a reliable review site. They don't seem to have any kind of system in place to prevent fake reviews from being posted, and that's just not cool.

Findlaw Deceitful and Callous: My Experience with Findlaw

I signed up for a one year contract with Findlaw and it seemed like a good deal at first. It only cost me about one fourth of my overhead, which was a big relief for my small business. However, things took a turn for the worse when the pandemic hit and no one was searching for lawyers. My income went down to zero and I immediately informed Findlaw about my situation. They promised to look into some accommodations for me, but I didn't receive any help whatsoever in payments when the next month's bill arrived.

To make matters worse, I have found that Findlaw is a deceitful company even in the best of times. I regret not reading the reviews about them before I signed up. When I mentioned this to them, they claimed that the reviews were from competitors. But trust me, I'm not a competitor. I'm just a small business owner who is now hemorrhaging money and they don't seem to care at all.

It's disappointing to see a company that claims to be in the business of helping lawyers and law firms act so callously towards their clients. I would strongly advise against signing up with Findlaw, especially if you're a small business owner who can't afford to waste money on a company that doesn't deliver on their promises.

Findlaw Unprofessional and Unethical: My Experience with Findlaw

When I first started working with Findlaw, I was under the impression that they were a trustworthy and reliable company. However, my experience with them has been anything but positive. I was initially approached by a sales representative named Jessica Mertz from Florida, who made false and misleading promises about the services that Findlaw could provide for my law firm.

When I brought these issues to the attention of Findlaw's management, I was met with resistance and bad faith. They have continuously acted against my law firm and have avoided any attempts to resolve our professional issues. It is clear to me that Findlaw is not interested in helping my practice succeed, but rather in destroying it.

The impact of Findlaw's actions has been devastating for me both professionally and personally. Their conduct has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, which has had a negative effect on my health. I never could have imagined that a professional organization would act in such a way.

Overall, my experience with Findlaw has been the worst of my legal career. I would caution anyone considering working with them to think twice before doing so. Their conduct has been unprofessional and unethical, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Findlaw attorney that is willing to engage in illegal offenses to obtain desired goals

Go to my personal website and read absolutely everything this ruthless, determined, unscrupulous, dishonest, unethical law firm did to me. Many serious, serious illegal crimes were committed in order to obtain desired goals.

https://www.neohiodishonestbusinesses.com/

Consumers should under no circumstances, whatsoever, engage in any dealings with this dishonest law firm whatsoever.

As a matter of fiduciary and social duty and responsibility, these extremely severe and serious allegations must be looked into and investigated on behalf of the Ohio Attorney's Generals Office.

Findlaw real estate law

I had Robert F. Burkey as my personal trust lawyer. He also engages in other areas of law. I discovered for myself that Mr. Burkey does not put the desires and needs of his personal clients as his number one priority. If there are larger and more powerful constituents involved in your particular personal case and personal issue, he will defer to the desires and needs of these larger and more powerful constituents involved in your issue and your case. That is exactly what he did in my personal issue and my personal case.

If you want your personal desires and needs to be number one priorty in your lawyer's mind at all times, do not ever engage in any business associations with this particular law firm at all, whatsoever. I guarantee you that if there are larger more powerful constituents involved in your personal issue and personal case this law firm will defer to the desires and needs of these larger more powerful constituents. This is simply their standard mode of operation. This is a very stern and strict warning to all consumers. This particular firm will absolutely always defer to the desires and needs of any larger and more powerful constituents involved in your particular personal case.

Findlaw attorney listings

Findlaw was probably my worst investment as a lawyer and I've been practicing since 1993.

I signed a contract with them in December 2016 and, to date, I've gotten one bankruptcy client through their system. What I've gotten more of is calls from sales people who seem to love using Findlaw as an easy way to troll for lawyers. And to make matters worse, they are now chasing me for more than $7K for "services rendered." I've made less than $1, 000 through their system and they are suggesting I should pay about 10x that for their "service."

I have heard there are other lawyers out there with the same experience. If you are an attorney with a similar gripe against this company, please call my office at [protected].

Findlaw He asked to pay large sum for the services

I have opened my company recently and searched for a good lawyer. My friend advised me to hire the lawyer from www.findlaw.com. 4 weeks later and I found professional lawyer, who promised to check the papers and in some cases to provide his services. He checked only papers only and asked to pay $10, 000. I wasn’t happy, because we agreed that he would get another sum, but this guy started to behave very dishonestly and started to ask for money. So, be careful with this company and their lawyers.

We opened the website www.findlaw.com and started to search for the legal documents. We needed different forms for real estate, about company’s works and etc. We found everything, but we couldn’t get these forms, because we haven’t called them. We tried to do it online, but the website showed error. We tried to contact the company, but their phone was switched off. Does anyone know how to get these forms?

I’m law student, and I used the website www.findlaw.com for my research paper. I wasn’t happy with this website, because it was difficult to navigate and find necessary information. The website contained many blogs, discussions and other information, which was difficult to research. Also I placed several questions here, but no one answered to me. Please leave comments and share your views about this website. Thanks.

Findlaw WILLFUL,MALICIOUS PROSECUTION

My (now deceased) father and my mother entered a joint purchase on a property in BARTLESVILLE, OKLAHOMA in 1993. Due to several signs prior, during and resulting in his death from multiple brain tumors in 1996 substantiate that he was incapacitated and not in a condition to make many of the decisions that he did. Upon his death the property and responsibilities there of fell to my mother;even-though; the initial loan would should have not been approved as a 30 year loan to a man unemployed, and 66 years old that was not a primary residence.
My mother, 75 had a second home that I lived in for several years. While I lived there Rick Esser's WASHINGTON COUNTY DRUG TASK FORCE - Eddie Verdin, Robbie Melton, Dennis Nix, illegally raided, vandalized the house and removed and stole personal property while I was convicted of nothing! There was no wrong doing found on my part. Some time after, due to the continued harassment and stalking from the county/Drug Task Force and city/cops/code enforcement... I moved out of state. While coming back to the house on weekends to make repairs (from what the Drug Task Force destroyed) to place the house for sale the house was vandalized again in about 2002. Police were called and they did nothing other than accuse my 74 year old mother of demolishing the house with a baseball bat.. A few weeks later I returned to try to make more repairs to the house when I was informed that there had been a fire on the property, the fire department was called yet there was NO contact with my mother (being the home owner) to advise of this. Not like they didn't have contact information as they called /sent letters harassing her too over bogus city code issues. She was further harassed by her insurance agent Ben Rainey as a result of bringing forward discrepancies stemming from a totaled vehicle during the vitalisation of the house that (in concert with Brian Ballard at Russ Roger Chevrolet) was stolen from her. Ben Rainey, the insurance agent harassed her about not having the house occupied. She found a couple Steve and Starla (Cummings) Tennison who I made an agreement with her to waive a few months rent in exchange for some of the repairs to the house. Steve stayed in jail most of the time while Starla was sleeping with black men and trowing parties in the house. At this time my mother was becoming ill from cellulitis, staff, blind in one eye and half vision in the other. She had to depend on medications, transportation and food from me on weekends. The renters/squatter never paid a penny; But, did steal things from my mothers home during visits. She was receiving no rent, paying the utilities, making the property while the Tennison's were trashing the property, drawing welfare and working under the table which they turned into what has become unrepairable damage. In the mean time my mother's health declined to the point that I moved her out of that chit-hole town and in a short time ended up in the hospital NEAR DEATH! From there to skilled nursing where there were attempts on a daily basis of financial exploitation and abuse by Pleasant Valley of Sedan, Kansas run by mostly worn out biker hos.. I her moved to assisted living for several months. During this time I attempted to make contact with all parties whom money was owed to fully explain the situation and her life threatening conditions. I no less than 6 times contacted and requested Bar-Dew Water Association to disconnect their service from the house, pull the meter... where the dead beat renters were while before, during and after we filed eviction on them. At the time of entry into the house it was obvious the water in the bathroom was rigged in the bathroom to intentionally flood the whole house which it did and appeared to have for weeks. Bank of Oklahoma advised of a $29, 000 balance on a $69.000 loan taken out in 1993 by my father (now deceased) and my mother as a co-signer, Explained to them that the money was not presently available due to her life threatening illness and having to pay for such out of pocket since her insurance (Ben Rainey again) had been allowed to lapse from non-payment due to her near death illness. Knowing full well her health and financial condition BANK OF OKLAHOMA willfully, intentionally hired Hemry, Hemry, & McDoniel, P.C. out of Oklahoma City, OK to file action on her (in concert with Washington County liens) to steal any/all of her assets over the $29, 000 balance on the property. I did not make the court date due to being blind, incapacitated and unable to drive which EVERYONE was fully aware of where Curtis DeLap placed judgement in favor of BANK OF OKLAHOMA! This property was valued at $74, 000 before the TENNISONS moved in and has been valued now at an auction notice at $21, 000 to take place on January 9, 2012. My mother has always paid her debts as well as helping too many worthless bottom feeders in the enchanting city of BARTLESVILLE, Yet, Never filed Bankruptcy and due to her illness and such she is being forced into it... Everyone involved I hope you burn in hell for eternity; But, in the meantime, I would avoid dark alley's at all costs!

About Findlaw

Justice is a fundamental concept that is central to the functioning of any society. It refers to the fair and equitable treatment of all individuals, regardless of their race, gender, social status, or any other characteristic. Justice is a principle that is enshrined in the legal systems of most countries, and it is the responsibility of the courts and other legal institutions to ensure that justice is served.

The concept of justice is based on the idea that all individuals have certain rights and freedoms that must be protected. These rights include the right to a fair trial, the right to be free from discrimination, and the right to equal protection under the law. Justice requires that these rights be upheld and that individuals who violate them be held accountable for their actions.

One of the key principles of justice is that individuals should be treated equally under the law. This means that everyone should be subject to the same laws and regulations, and that no one should be given special treatment or privileges based on their social status or other characteristics. This principle is essential to ensuring that justice is fair and impartial, and that everyone has an equal opportunity to seek redress for any grievances they may have.

Another important aspect of justice is the idea of due process. This refers to the legal procedures that must be followed in order to ensure that justice is served. Due process requires that individuals be given notice of any legal proceedings against them, that they have the right to legal representation, and that they have the opportunity to present evidence and arguments in their defense. This principle is essential to ensuring that justice is not arbitrary or capricious, and that individuals are not unfairly punished or deprived of their rights.

In addition to these principles, justice also requires that individuals be held accountable for their actions. This means that those who violate the law or harm others must be punished in a manner that is commensurate with the severity of their offense. Punishment serves both as a deterrent to others who might consider similar actions, and as a means of ensuring that justice is served for those who have been harmed.

Overall, justice is a complex and multifaceted concept that is essential to the functioning of any society. It requires that individuals be treated fairly and equitably, that legal procedures be followed, and that those who violate the law be held accountable for their actions. By upholding these principles, legal institutions can ensure that justice is served and that individuals are protected from harm.
