Burglar Alarm / Missing Parts

I was in holidays in edinburgh, and bought a burglar alarm system REF 701/4666 for £33, 19.

when i retourned home to Tunisia, i openend the kit and was surprised to find the external Bell missing.

please help me on how to solve this problem.

I receiver a reply from argos as:
