This is reference to burger king store # 8119. I've been visiting this store for about 9 months now and never seen a male manager nor pl. I've also notice that an employee working there was once a manager at KFC. Not saying that the managers and Pl's that are there now are not doing there job, but its very rare to see male managers. Also noticed that a female at the same store probaly been working there around 1.5 months now have a black shirt, in which this guy i was speaking on has been there over 4.5 months. Yea you can say i see everything. Everytime im in the store which is everyday i see him bust his tail working, he's all over the place doing odd jobs making sure the store is clean. That's what type of people we need in management, not someone who has a lead to that position. I know it was a lead cause i overheard conversations as the employees were taking breaks in the store. I truly don't thnk this is the right choice. I see him motivated and yes qualified for the position but yet you make a FEMALE who's been there for a few weeks a pl. Please review this before i have to make a disrcimination complaint.

Used the drive and ordered a sandwich. paid $4.47. drove 12 miles. hungry as hell. open the bag. wrong sandwich for lesser cost with the wrong toppings. the fat slobs at the drive thru got it wrong. funny thing is I ordered what should be the most popular sandwich -- whopper. called the manager to complain. she hung up on me. sign being put up in employee lunch room advising all employees to avoid burger king . bk must need a negative IQ rating for their managers.

The burgerking on Mendon Road Cumberland, Rhode Island 02864. I asked the manager and register worker if they accept debit cards because there were none on the counter, the attendant answered yes as long as u have money on it. She then asked me if i was set as i told her i was unamused with her answer. I then asked where was the menu because the wall behind them was empty. The attendent then pointed too a tiny sign hanging from the ceiling saying the three burgers on it were the only thing they were able to make. As the three burgerking workers laughed including the manager. Thanks for nothing as i left with no bk burger caring that they were loosing a sale.

If i wanted to be treated to a bad comedy stand up routine and no regard, i would have been in the right place. I’ll never go there again.

My family left SC and entered NC when torrential storms went through this past Saturday. We took the first exit we came to in order to wait the rains out. Pulled into a Burger King just off I 95 in NC. The counter in between ordering and picking up had a leak. We told the girl and in a sarcastic tone "I know". When I got to the pick up counter, it was leaking. There were leaks throughout the dinning room. Below our seats was a section blocked off because of these leaks. The puddle was so large that when we were ready to leave, the water was at our feet. They let the water pile up. No containers /cups to catch the water. People could've been hurt if they slid. Everyone including the manager seemed to be having fun and just watched the rain come down. What was he doing? Nothing.

While sitting trying to eat my lunch, I saw an off-duty employee hand her baby over the counter to a fellow employee who was working the cash register. The girls on the server side of the counter passed the baby to one another, each one sniffing the baby's posterior, and making horrified faces at the intense ordor coming from the baby's diaper. It is hard to eat while seeing people smell baby poop. Also, I am pretty certain that it is not legal to have a baby on the side of the counter where food is being served. It is also very unsanitary to have a baby that has soiled itself in a food serving area. The women holding the baby were not wearing gloves, but did touch food after touching the soiled diaper. This Burger King has consistenly slow service, and the employees frequently behave without thinking, this case in point.

I ordered my food at the drive thru window in New Richmond Wis...I paid for it. The guy who rang up the order had apparently been working on a car...his fingernails & cuticles were filthy black, also the top of his hands were all black dirty car grease. When he brought my order I seen his shirt had a large hole in it / his face was greasy dirty from apparently working on a vehicle. I was speechless... I tossed my food into the garbage.

I called the manager at Burger King when I arrived home. She stated this guy was just running the register & not touching the food & she'd take care of it. Well whoopee do! I'll never go into a Burger King again & will also tell everyone that I know about the nasty filthy person who did touch my food by putting it into the bag / I seen him.

This complaint is about Burger King. I had gone to shop with my sister. After we finished shopping we decided to go to Burger King to have our lunch. We experienced the worst service ever there and that really made me upset. There were only two employees. One was busy in some thing else. The one who was serving took more than ten minutes to recognize that we were in there. I found this very strange coz we were standing right in front him. The other guy was just clearing the trash. After some time that other guy was no where to be seen. Later many more people came into the restaurant and looking at this the waiter started to get angry. I never came across such a filthy restaurant. I am sure he was overwhelmed coz he was the only guy there and he would be the only one to wait on all of them. Later when I looked around the store there were so many tables filled with trash. I wish I had never gone to this location of Burger King this was the first time I ever had such a bad experience with Burger King.

My e.mail address is; johnandpauline1@hotmail.co.uk. My grandaughter Danielle Chester applied for a job at Burger King, Lincoln.
Took her on for a seven hour day and then told she was not wanted. No payment! Three other girls were treated he same which means that this outlet had to my knowledge 28 hours of free labour. Maybe more. This is sharp practice and cannot be condoned. The original interview she was not told it was trial only, she would be able to work around her University schedule, and up until her course started could work full time, she was told she needed correct dress and bought trousers to suit. out of pocket by £10, gave up her other job at Cleethorpes, her home. Jobs are hard enough to find without conning students who are hard pushed enough to find temp. employment.

I went to Burger King in Claymont, Delaware on Sunday November 29, 2017 and I ordered the six sliders meal, hoping to get my "New Moon fan pack" as the commercial says. I got the six sliders, the french fries, and the soda, and no fan pack...now, I had to go to work, or I'd have gone back inside and pushed the issue, but didn't the commercial say "get a 'Twilight Saga: New Moon' fan pack with the purchase of any slider value meal?" I'm not imagining? If that's the case, you should be able to get your free stuff with a medium size, and not have to upsize to get the stuff. Really! I'm shocked! Oh wait, no I'm not. Get it together Burger King, and give me my stuff, pronto, or I will take it to the BBB

The morning shift is from hell!
Besides having a face of nasty criminals, you hardly understand what the order takers say, (their English is from another planet!)
They rudely keep asking "anything else?" while you're placing the order then they give you 1 or 2 ketchups and 1 napkin either dining in or out and if you ask for more they charge you .25cts each (they haven’t overcome the misery in which they lived back in their countries)

I understand these people are uneducated and get paid real cheap wages, but they represent Burger King, and what comes out to, is that Burger King is disrespecting its customers by not training these people on customer service techniques. Just because you’re getting a cheap bite to eat does not mean that you will be treated nasty.

I ordered a whopper jr. and small fry as I am a diabetic and cannot eat large portions. I usually end up throwing away some of the fries but like the taste of some w/hamberger. I was charged $1.70 for the small fries. I asked the order taker at the window what fry was $1.00? I was informed it was the value fry. Just another case of big business ripping off the small guy! Haaving worked in the food industry I know that fries are a big money maker as they have a large markup. You can serve a large portion and cost is still only about 15 cents! BURGER KING ANOTHER BIG COMPANY THAT TAKES FROM THE LITTLE GUYS.

I was in Burger with my daughter who had a free Jr Whopper ticket from the eclipse game. She had only scratched off one of the shields as directed. She scratched off the one for the Wolves. Team Jacob. She had been carrying it in her purse. So she pulled it out. She showed it to them and because a SMALL scratch was on the other shield they did not honor it. I WAS going to order two other meals but when she tried to explain to the manager that she had just been carrying it around in her purse and that it wasn't even scratched to where you could seen anything and the STILL refused to honor it we left. I don't know what it is with fast food restaurants and their bogus free crap. They NEVER want to honor them. There's always a problem. Mind you I WAS going to order 2 more meals but after they wouldn't honor a simple DOLLAR burger. I will NEVER eat at another Burger King again. And don't bother offering a free meal for MY INCONVENIENCE. I don't want it just want you to be aware that you have lost a customer for life noone in my family will step foot in another Burger King again. Burger King should be shut down and B URNED.

On February 9 2017 at about 9:45pm I went through the drive through at the Burger King on Rt286 in Pittsburgh PA 15239. When the food was received I opened the bag to see two wet orange rags that were later found out to be the rags the company uses to clean the surfaces of the establishments. When I went in to confront the employees working about the situation they seemed to find the situation humorous and said it was a joke they play on people they know. The employees involved were Collin Bishop (the one who placed the rags in the bag) and the manager working went by the name of Donna. Both employees gave me a hard time about the contamination of my food but reluctantly gave me a refund after all was said and done. I find this to be very unprofessional and wish those employees the worst of luck in their future with employment and success in life in general.

What is wrong with people? In the newest Burger King commercial it has a young man with 2 tiny burgers in his hand, then some silly young girls approach him saying they want to "squeeze" his 2 tiny burgers. This is a discusting way to do advertizing. Why would ANYONE run up to someone of the opposite sex and say in a rediculously whining way that they wanted to squeeze his 2 burgers. BK should feel stupid and messed in the head to air a commercial completely making girls look SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO stupid.i am enraged by this form of advertizing...I want to squeeze your burgers...ya...GET A LIFE BK

I also believe the Burgger Kiing Commercial "Big Butts" is sexually explicit, because the so called"Burger King" touches the rear end book under the rear, and also the song itself. If we spanked our children for misbehaving, we can go to jail, yet the USA lets things like this go on, that says a lot. It Should be BANNED!.

I forgot... And went to burger king this morning. Then I remembered that my burger king is trying to save money by using the fryer grease too long. For the second time, I was suckered into buying a meal with those little half-tat'r tots that tasted nasty. So I go to the corporate web site, no complaint form, no e-mail address. They don't care too much what franchisees are doing with their product. I'm supposed to phone or snail mail corporate, or contact my local store... Like they don't know their food tastes nasty? Ok so i'm phoning corporate. And trying to remember not to eat there — after a few months you can forget!

My husband and I went to get my son dinner from Burger King on Valentines Day. I had forgot that this particular Burger King doesn't have great customer service and are usually pretty slow, until we were sitting in the drive thru.

We decided to stick it out and go ahead and order. When we got up to order, the guy was mumbling our order back to us incorrectly over the speaker. I had to ask him to repeat himself twice. By the time we finally got to the pick up window (which the same window was taking money and giving out food) it had been 20 minutes which is really outrageous. I paid in cash and when the guy gave me back my change, he knocked my hand and dropped some of the change on the ground. He didn't acknowledge that anything had happened, so when he came back near us my husband said "you know you knocked some of her change on the ground, don't you? and the guy said "oh, sorry" and walked away.

Meanwhile the lady in line in front of us, had pulled up past the window like she was waiting for her order. We watched her get out of her car with a bag she had just been given, and walk into the store with it. I thought they must have screwed up her order. This girl that worked in Burger King came up to the window and said she was going to give us our money back. I said what for? She said, because he accidently gave your food away to the girl in front of you and it is going to take a full 4 minutes to make your order. So here's your money back. Like just leave, we're busy. I looked at her, and said I didn't wait in this line for 30 minutes to leave without my order I want my food.

So she looked at me like I was crazy and left to drop the order I guess. Meanwhile a few seconds after that our guy at the drive thru hands me the bag of food that the lady just walked in from her car that he had given her by mistake! Can you believe this? My husband told him, we just watched that lady walk this bag of food in, and we don't want that. I told him I thought it was against the law to do that, and I was pretty sure the health department would have a problem with it as well, and we wanted our food fresh! He too looked at us like we were ridiculous and walked away. A few minutes later they thrust a bag of food in my hand and just looked at me. I gave them back the other bag and we left.

Now the icing on the cake, is that my son wasn't with us when we went through this ordeal. I brought the food home to him and gave it to him to eat in his room. A few minutes later he comes out and says, I don't know what they did to this chicken but I can't eat it, and I'm pretty mad about it. I told him not to eat it, for fear of what they did to it!

We will never go back to Burger King again. We reported them to the health department the following day for passing food out the window to one customer, taking it back in over the counter and passing it back through the window to another customer! Hopefully something will happen over that!

My husband went to Burger King to get the family supper. When he got home, our son's kid's meal was not in the bag and the food that we did get was smashed and looked like dog food. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager about the situation and she kind of laughed and said we have your son's kid's meal right here. The only problem with that is that we live abou 20 miles from the store. This is not the first time that this has happened. I can assure you that we will nt be eating at that restaurant again and if asked I will let people that I know about the service that we have continued or should I say the service that we continue not to get.

As my family and I were getting ready to leave Ocean City Maryland and return home, we decided to make our last stop on the way out of the city Burger King on 32nd street. Two of the adults ordered a bacon cheese whopper with mayo, tomatoe and onion only. When the order came up they were anything but correct, they had everything on them and the burger was ice cold. A 4 year old in my party had ordered a regular hamburger kids meal.

Upon unwrapping his burger we found that the bread was molded, everyone else checked their bread at this time and we found that one of the already incorrect whoppers had molded bread also. I took both of these back to the manager and she acted as if she could have cared less. She said “What do you want me to do about it”! I did get a refund for the whopper only and returned to the table only to find that the 4 year old child that had mold on his bread had found a staple in his french fries!

I returned to the counter AGAIN, only to have the manager act very unprofessional! I do not know the name of this manager, because she was not wearing a name tag! I will NEVER eat at this place AGAIN! I live 45 minutes from another burger king and go there often, I do not think I will be going there either if something is not done.

I usually don't complain about what I get surved, but this agrivated me. I went through the drive -threw at Burger King in Van Wert, Oh. for breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Driving down the road I discovered I had a biscuit with about a half a strip of bacon without the egg and cheese. The biscuit was cooked too long and was hard as a brick and dry. I bought the meal which cost $3. 71. What I got sure wasn't worth what I paid.

Don't ever go there, they steal your money and provide a bad customer service, I tell you because it happened to me. My husband is a Soldier and we went there for lunch (through drive-thru) we waited 15 minutes for the food, which was only 1 meal (the steak burger) and it never came. I called and they were going to "find out" what was going on with my order but no one ever came out with anything. I called a second time and a man told me that he did not know what I had ordered and if I wanted my order to go inside. I think it's stupid to go through drive-thru and have to wait that long for the food. My husband decided to leave because he was short on time so we lost around $8.03. What I'm mad about the most is that he didn't get to eat at all because he didn't have time to go anywhere else.

This is not the first time.. But the time.. I just could not stand still and do nothing. We went into the burger king in mt. Shasta, ca after church today around 12:30 pm. There was no one at the counter to take our order. We were 2nd in line with others behind us. Others tried to get the attention of workers walking back and forth.. Making orders.. But we were all just ignored! No response at all! Not even..."someone will be with you in a moment".. Or anything. They (More than 3 employees) just acted like we were not there! Finally when someone did come to the counter to take our orders... Some comments was made (Not nice)... After that begining experience.. We sat down to a dirty table to look around at dirty walls, floor, chairs, etc. Makes you wonder what condition the kitchen is in.

Never again... Even if it is my grandaughter's birthday! Cutsomer lost! I will make sure the word is passed along also!

To whom it will concern,

I have just finished living through a terrifying experience at the Burger King on Canal St. in New Orleans, Louisiana, (mid- city), 2727 Canal Street, 70119. I made Audiotape and I videotaped the entire experience. If you fail to respond in a timely manner to this letter, I will post the video on http://www.pickensplan.com, in a forum that discusses your green technology solutions and recaps this event, along with the audio and videotape.

I will also post the video to youtube.com with an expertly written and search engine optimized copy to rank highly in google. I wont have to ask anybody for any favors, I am expert at creating high google rankings and I am extremely angry at the situation I just went through. I believe your policies and procedures at Burger King are endangering the good citizens of New Orleans.

I am a very active Ambassador for T. Boone Pickens and the Pickens Plan, our army will not take kindly to how I was treated at the Burger King you are responsible for and with which you are associated. Boone Pickens has a deal with google.com and I will use that association to create extremely high-ranking articles and blogs, (internet media), returned at the top of the google rankings for the primary search terms your marketing teams use to promote Burger King in New Orleans. I will post on complaints.com and hundreds of other high-ranking blogs and websites that affect your google rankings.

I will turn your own search marketing terms into a lesson in google judo. Google is an ally of mine also; we converse regularly. A lot of vegetarians and health concerened individuals are working for google, great leverage for me. If you dont understand what Im talking about, then youd better find somebody who does or you will be taking a risk that is in violation of your fiduciary duty to your corporation.

========== THE EVENT ============

I began by ordering a free whopper with an LSU calendar card promotional device when I ordered the value meal offering a free whopper with the card. I was in the service drive through lane.

My order was taken and I requested the fixings on the side. I had only brought $5 as I have just returned to New Orleans after evacuating hurricane Gustav, and then Lake Charles for Ike and I am budgeting my money. The order totaled $5.59 and the clerk told me not to worry about the .59cents.

I felt wonderful and loved by Burger King; she was very, very Christian about the entire experience. I was embarrassed that I had not brought enough money, thinking incorrectly that the deal was a buy one whopper get one whopper free. She was very courteous and considerate.

I got a large fry with my value meal out of the kindness of her and the other workers hearts; they could easily see all my belongings piled into my car.

While my order was being prepared a man stopped his car, blocking the safe egress, (the exit) from your Burger King to-go service lane and property. He got out of his car and started to talk on his cell phone. I immediately became suspicious. In New Orleans, when you block the egress from a property that is busy with cars constantly exiting, you must be suspicious otherwise you are just being very, very naive.

I was blocked from exiting your property and underwent a tremendous amount of stress. In Iraq, I would have followed and executed the training you are certainly familiar with hearing about on the news.

Without driving up onto the very high curb and risking damage to myself and the underside of my automobile, I could not exit your property. I pondered the possibility that driving up onto the high curb might rip open my gas tank and ignite, thus injuring myself, the man blocking my exit, and any innocents walking by your Burger King property. Caution got the better of me and training stepped in, I took the risk of striking this completely irrational individuals automobile, (he responded only with increasing belligerence to my demands to cease and desist his criminal activity of blocking a property egress in New Orleans).

You really should forward this to an Attorney who is not out to lunch. I am so angry right now I could shatter my own teeth.

Some of your customers have taken other peoples lives, in the service of this great nation in the armed forces. When they find themselves blocked both front and back, (like in Iraq before the sooiside truck that is blocking you from the back dets), some of these soldiers who fought for your freedoms get extremely worried and move into their training to protect themselves and others from potential car-jacking or robbery.

Do you make it a regular policy to instruct your customers to block the egress from your Burger King property? If so, you are in conspiratoral felony violation of the law with respect to Federal Disater area law, and New Orleans laws.

COMMON SENSE:

Blocking a car into a food service lane is a preferred technique of car-jackers and robbers. In New Orleans during a high time of stress after these storms, blocking a vehicle into the service lane at the directions of your management is tantamount to criminal activity, is inciting and indeed, according to New Orleans traffic ordinances it is a CRIME to block or to cause the blocking of the egress of any building or property for EXACTLY the reasons I have stated.

After continuing and escalating argument with this individual, I felt endangered because of his criminal conduct, (knowingly and purposefully blocking egress from a highly trafficked exit from private property). This is a very real crime, and that man choose to engage in criminal activity because somebody working at the Burger King told him to stay there and wait for his food. That is collusion on the part of your employees in criminal activity, it couldnt be clearer. You are setting up your low level employees. Take responsibility for your property and the safety of your customers. Be a good American, or dont be one at all.

If I post this video and audio on youtube.com it is going to look, very, very bad, and Ray Nagin will get the first link in email and he will affect you with his political power, I will make sure of this in google.

Your reputation online will be damaged badly by this audio and videotape and I am extremely angry.

The blocking egress law does not exist to ameliorate irate homeowners; it is to protect people from car-jackings and robberies that are staged by blocking a vehicle. If you do not understand our laws and continue to break these laws, then you will not be allowed to do business in New Orleans. I am watching this Burger King as it is near my home. If anyone is injured or any persons property is damaged on your Burger King property then I will make it a point of providing the video of what happened to me to that party. Often in a civil trial for damages, managerial and director level incompetence is cited to prove another incidence of incompetence.

I have researched the criminal records online of the property that this Burger King is on. This Burger King has been known for murders and assaults and the Rallys around the corner has had 3 cold-blooded murders on its property in the last seven years.

Ask yourself now; what would you do if I blocked you, your children, and your wife into a Burger King drive through lane. What would you do? Would you sit there and be worried, perhaps terrified as the transients walked past your car and sneered at you?

Or would you act to protect yourself and your family from very real, potential harm?

I suggest you let somebody from New Orleans read my letter, because if at this point you do not understand what I am talking about, then you should not have a family because you will not be able to protect them.

When a car is blocked into a Burger King service lane at the orders of management, and a car-jacking or robbery occurs, you will be responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of any attempt by the victims to defend themselves or to escape that restraining behavior. I believe I could make a case for temporary kidnapping, and smear you so badly on google, that your Burger Kings would never recover. I would write software to automate the updating of the blogs and social network sites that I would use to attack you online. I feel attacked by your Burger King and I am going to fight back. Men have fought for your freedoms in Desert Storm, Afghanistan, and Iraq. The least you can do is fight for the freedoms and safety of your customers. Earn your pay troop.

Semper Fi.

I called out to this individual who was blocking the egress of your Burger King property and told him he was in violation of New Orleans law for blocking my exit from your property that he was making me extremely nervous and in blocking my egress from your property he was in VIOLATION OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. I could not move backwards without endangering any vehicles coming around the corner of the service lane, to do so would put me in grievous legal jeopardy and might seriously injure myself and other innocent people if I hit them in reverse. But I know you, the reader of this letter are more than intelligent enough to understand this. You would not have been given this letter to read unless those that delivered it to you had confidence in you. I have confidence in you also, you should have confidence in my abilities also.

As to your corporate allegiances compared to your genuine concern for the safety of the citizens of the United States of America, I call you into question.

Please review your audio and videotape of this incident; I may subpoena this audio and videotape if required, when I choose to file a lawsuit against your corporation. I have 2 years to decide if I want to file a lawsuit. If you do not know the law in New Orleans, then educate yourself or choose legal peril.

I would argue in court that you were aware of the dangers of blocking your customers into the service lane in the M-U-R-D+E&R CAPITAL of the United States of America, and that you were aware of the level of violent crime in that area. You would lose this civil suit. I would sue you for Ten Million Dollars and I would win. Every single document would attach as addendum to the audio and videotape that I took of the incident as well as the audio and videotape your cameras received. If you attempt to destroy that evidence, which is now evidentiary in my civil claim against you, that would be Rico and Racketeering conspiracy to destroy electronic evidence which is also a FELONY violation of the USA Patriot Act. Are you with U.S. or against U.S.?

Will you make your policies and procedures at your Burger King safe for your customers, or will you continue to guide them into dangerous and illegal activities?

You can hide behind your lawyers, or you can serve the people of the United States of America. A lawyer will not protect you from reputation damage, (well deserved), from the release of my audio and videotape. I welcome any efforts by your legal team to stop me from publishing the truth.

It is legal to release this audio and video as it represents a danger to the public. It is quite possible that my retaining the video may be a violation of the law, in that I filmed a person and a corporation colluding together to violate New Orleans traffic laws.

New Orleans is currently a FEDERAL DISASTER AREA, and all laws, all FEMA laws, (which I can be very creative with), come into play here. You do not want to spend the resources opposing me, and I am very disappointed and frightened of you at this time.

Any person or corporation who could countenance this type of behaviour in a Federally Declared Disaster area, a high crime area, the CAPITAL of CRIME is a danger to all of U.S..

Your policies and procedures put me into a very dangerous and very frightening position. How many others have suffered at your expense?

Furthermore, if the girl who served me is affected in any way by this negatively I will release the video and audiotape. You are very lucky I have my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder under control. If you were one of the guys I visit at the VA, you might not have been so lucky.

I will send copies of my audio and videotape to your competitiors.

Who is the incompetent director who instructed your employees to tell customers to wait at the end of the service lane blocking the egress from your property while they prepared their orders?

You will discipline this person and you will make certain that the driver of the vehicle blocking my egress receives an apology from the manager and director of that Burger King. I have his license plate and have him on video; I have already sent him an email of my intentions. You put BOTH of us into a dangerous and frightening experience, and he may very well decide to come into my civil claim, that is my intention.

Now you OWE me big time for bringing this to your attention at this level of analysis.

What are you going to do to repay me for the terror I went through as I thought I might be car-jacked or robbed because I was blocked into your egress? Remember, your management instructing your crew to tell people to wait at the egress, (blocking the egress), is CONSPIRACY to violate New Orleans Traffic laws, which is a felony crime.

Ill see you on Pickens Plan and Ill see you on google.com, get it in gear troop.

Perhaps it would be appropriate for me to start a blog on http://www.pickensplan.com/profile/neworleansburgerking and discuss your green technology solutions and how they might affect the effort in this nation to break the stranglehold of foreign oil on this nation.

You would want to participate in that discussion and comment on my audio and videotape.

Consider yourself blocked into my egress. How do you feel?

This has got to be the worst burger king in the country. The employees act like they hate that you even came there. Then they take forever getting you your food then its cold. The fries are like they redunked them into the grease to warm them up. And if you complain you get no apoligy whatsoever, only more disrespect like its your fault the food is cold and horrible. I give this birger king chance after chance because its only a half mile from my houser, but it is absolutly ridiculous and I am done with them. I searched the internet hoping to find someone to complain to. Apparently they dont even care enough to receive complaints. So I will drive 5 miles to mcdonalds from now on.

Wow! Crossing a KIDS cartoon with a sexually explicit (or should I say OBVIOUS) music video is absolutely brilliant. Are you guys kidding me? Our kids have no chance thanks to marketing companies like the one you hired to do this commercial. Is your company policy to pay for whatever the marketing company submits? Also< do you really think this is going to sell more burgers? Burger King used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. I will never eat there again.

I pull up to the drive up and the guy in front of me(after placing his order)leaves. The woman in the speaker says "dammm girl i couldnt understand a thing he said -she says "sir was your order this and mumbles out a few things and i say ma', am he left. she says some nasty things i will not repeat then after about 3 mins of wiating says sir whats your order-not may i take your order. so i say yes i would like 4 double cheeseburgers with bacon on your special for $6. takes about 8 mins then get to window and i hand her my last $20. this man comes walking up and she starts talking to him and says he cant order food walking up. i notice that she has $3 and some change in her hand and quickly tell her i gave her a $20. she says sir "you did not give me a $20 you gave me a $10. I am 100% certain of this because it was my last money and i dont get paid till friday. i tell her politely that she is incorrect and to check her drawer again that i am sure it was a $20. she again without even looking tells me this is not possible. ok she did not give me a receipt with my meal and told her that i would call the police if my money was not given to me and her response was "go ahead and call the police shiiiit i dont care" the manager comes over and tells me i need to pull forward so teh people behind me can get there food(so i have to wait)that she needs to count her drawer. after waiting for 10 mins waisting prob $5 in gas i pull back and ask what is going on? she said right away (without even looking at the drawer)sir her drawer checks ok. I assured her this was impossible. i then asked for a buisness card so i can call someone to get the money back that was stolen from me. This was theft -plain and simple. she then gave me a receipt cause she had no buisness cards and circles the number on it. i said so what can i do to get my money back and she had no answer but, to tell me to call the number. if i wasnt sure if it was a $10 or $20 i would never have made an issue of it. but, i am certain of this fact. this is the worst service ever by any restaurant i have ever been to. i was treated very poorly and was robbed. there was no effort at all to help the situation. i got back home and 2 of the burgers didnt have bacon and 2 were ok. this was at 1130 pm on saturday night 12/26. the guy in front of me left i assume because he was treated poorly as well. i can only wonder how many more people have been robbed and didnt recieve there orders correctly. i use to frequent this restaurant when i was younger with my grandma and the people were freindly and nice. what happened ? why is every employee there black? why can i never eat there again? why is burger king letting these people ruin there image? i am sure that they have lost at least 50-75% of these buisness because of this. iin hard economic times this is worse than traggic. i am not predjuice, my brothers girlfriend is black and we are good friends. what i saw tonight is a shame and all i can hope is that someone will read this and realize that this is true. YOUR COMPANY is FAILING because of racist, uneducated people running your restaurants . if you want to stay competitive in these hard times you will get rid of these people. dont fire them (cause then they can ruin the system by collecting undeserved unemployment)but, cut back there hours to like 10 hours a week till they quit. otherwise i am sad to say you have lost a customer for life. I have been eating there for 20 years and now that is over. if you want me back, and not to file a report for theft with the bbb then i will hear some answer and soon.

EXTREMELY unhappy customer and victim of theft from burger king employee.

My wife and I tried the "Steakhouse XT" yesterday 4/1/2017 (thank God it was a B1G1Free coupon) and it was AWFUL! We'll stick with the Whopper.
1) The XT meat was mushy as if it had flour added as an extender (like you add bread crumbs to meatballs but tasteless).
2) The meat clearly had been pre-cooked and then MICROWAVED (microwaves should be frea_cking removed from all fast-food joints). BTW: the meat would've tasted nasty even if it had been "fresh-cooked". We went at 7:30 PM so it was not "rush hour". Can't find a real number to call BK or I would.

The drive through took 20 min to recieve a $3.00 normal order. The staff was talking really loud and joking around. While waiting at the window a cashier held a broom stick out the window to cut off the timer. The timer aparently showed how long a car sat at the window. She cut it off and did not even greet me at the window. I was very dissapointed at the servise I recieved and will not return. I live near by and with my fast lifestyle I always eat out. I have never thought about filing a complaint until I went to this Burger King on 06/13/08 . The service there has never been great but this was the worst of all.

Burger King’s service gets an “F” on their report card. The service there Sucks. Most employee’s are rude and unfriendly. The service is slow as molasses and it’s suppose to be fast food. I took my wife to BK last Saturday and we had to wait 15 minutes for our food the manager didn’t offer an apology or anything as if the wait time was normal. BK needs to train their employees to be courteous and friendly to their customers. And also trained them to provide better service.

Additionally, they need to hire more employee’s because I think that is part of the problem for slow service. If BK don’t do any of these things they will lose tons of business. No matter how good a whopper is people will get tired of the poor service. Plus they’re restaurants are getting dirtier I noticed that on the last visit that garbage was all over the floors where they prepare the food. They are also creating health risk and someone will eventually call the Health Department.

I am aware that just like me there are thousands if not millions of people who watched this recent aired commercial from Burger King that advertises a sponge bob kids meal while a rap song by Sir mix alot plays which is called" I like Big Butts"...now I'm old school and new school so I remember this song back in the day...But what does women with square butts wavering back and forth in the commercial have to do with a child's meal...this commercial is ridiculous and digusting...it suggests sexual and degrating images not suitable for children as well as disrespect to women...so I will call their corporate office...if you would like to contact them in agreement to the complaint about this hot mess on the air, here is their number and website, we have to make a difference by taking a stand!

I have been told by my Doctor that my blood pressure was higher than any figures he had seen. The restaurant at which I eat has been putting additional salt on my food. I dont mean like salt on the french fries. I mean on a fish sandwich or a whopper they add so much salt when I show up that it is non- eadible at times. (Althought out of hunger I ate it knowint they had porpusely salted my food.) Ur staff is full of bigots. Urs is not the only restaurant I ve caught doing this to my food. But I thought maybe u should know u have a problem with ur people in Fort Myers and the East Fort MYers Store. I dont know maybe u dont care if ur people r poisoning people with salt and I dont mean the natural salt that comes on the food . The last time I was in the Cleveland ave store across from the Edsion Mall I ordered a Fish sandwich. They had added so much salt to the tarter sauce I couldnt eat it. But I noticed no one else who ws eating one had the problem. It hs been over a month since I went to ur store so it will do no good to scold anyone now. U have such a high turnover of people anyway. Like the other restaurants that have been doing thsi to my food I have stopped going there except when I felt I had to eat something. Since ur probably a bigot to this wont matter and ull delete this email. But I wont be the only one God may judge.

I was at the BK on Tower St. in Waterloo, IA a few minutes before 3:00, on Mon. Jan 4, 2017. As I was ordering the food, at the drive-up, the employee taking the order was rude. At one point I couldn't hear her, told her so, and she yelled her question at me. When I pulled up to the window, she said something to another employee about how something was really "f---ing" bothering her, and then she shoved my order at me. I usually have children in my car and would have found it really offensive if I had. But I found it disgusting anyway. I took the food to my Mother's house. She is housebound and enjoys the grilled chicken sandwich - I buy it for her several times a week. The order was screwed up big time. I asked for no onions on the Whopper Jr - there were onions on it. I ordered onion rings - I got french fries. This isn't usually how it plays out when I go there, and I know the employee was not someone new. I guess I will have to go to a Burger King that is really inconvenient next time, or maybe I'll interest my Mother in a sandwich somewhere else.
ALSO - another complaint which has make me more upset than the first one. I have been on the internet for quite some time now and cannot find how to make a complaint DIRECTLY to Burger King. What a racket. Mc Donald's is sounding better and better.
Yours truly, but maybe not for long,

On thursday march 25 2017 @ 7:18 am i went to the burger king on lee/harvard in cleveland ohio and purchased a combo which consisted of two bacon and egg wraps a small hashbrown and a coffee. I pulled out of the drive thru and proceeded to work .When i stopped at the red light i pulled the wrap out and took a bite and as im biting into the wrap i noticed the wrap had a strong vomit smell to it and right away i spit the wrap out. After i got to work i called the burger king where i purchased the wrap from and asked to speak to a manager.I didnt know if i had called burger king or not because the person that answered the phone was not proffesional at all.I asked the person on the phone if she was the manager and she didnt answer me she just kept repeating"burger king" burger king". I proceded to explain my situation about the breakfast wrap to her and while im explaining she passed the phone to someone else.i asked this woman if she was the manager and she said" yeah can i help you?" I again explained what happened to me to the manager and she proceeded to tell me that she didnt believe me and i would have to bring the wrap back to the store i told her that i would bring it back but i couldnt do that until i got off work. The manager that i spoke to said that she wouldnt be there but i should talk to the afternoon manager. I took the sandwhich back to the store but i was told that the manager wasnt in this is why i am filing a complaint with you.I believe that someone from that burger king di vomit in that breakfast wrap it had the smell and look of vomit.Ive purchased breakfast wraps from burger king many times and this is the first time that i have seen a pinkish colored substance on the wrap.bacon is not pink neither is cheese or eggs.Whatever the pink substance was had the stinch of vomit and as i said before i truly believe that it was vomit.I was advised to keep the wrap in the freezer until it could be analized.I kept the wrap that i took a bite out of and the wrap that i didnt open.

Received coupons in the mail today. Ordered items featured in the coupons at drive through. Drive through person told me that I could only use one coupon per visit. Cancelled order. Went to Der Wienerschnitzel. Ordered items featured in the coupons. Order was completed in a timely manner, attendant was friendly, courteous, multiple coupons were accepted and Der Wienerschnitzel received my money. "Have it your way" Burger King, you will never receive another cent from me. BTW: your competitors, Arbys, Carls Jr., Jack in the Box, Der Wienerschnitzel, etc. all accept multiple coupons. BK needs to get back to the basics...listen to your own slogan. I'm tired of the hassle.

Burger King in the Philippines does not sell Onion Rings! Why? Their commomn reason is its out of stock... Out of stock for a year... That's poor planning! might as well take it out of their menu list.

The last four times I went to this store the service was unbearably slow and poor. If there were another store in town I would go to it and never go to this store again (Store # 2472). With just four customers ahead of you, it takes over 15 minutes to place your order and receive your food. The third time I went the cashier was putting on lip bum while running the register. She took my order and when I got it I did not look at it until I went home. The sandwich was not properly prepared. One of the buns was overlaping the other but not on top of each other. The lettus was in the wrapper and not on the bun. I ordered onion rings. The container was only half full. I also ordered apple pie. When I opened it, it was burnt until it was black on top and not edible. I did the survey, but it willnot let you talk to a live person. No one will answer as the store most of the time. I went back a forth time. Again it took almost 12 minutes to place the order and there were only four people ahead of me. I ordered my meal to go. So I waited and waited and watched all of the people ahead me leave and all of the people who placed their order after get thheir food. The cashier went to the food counter several times to check for my food but did not ask anyone where it was. After 12 to 15 minutes, I said "where is my food"? Only then did someone make my sandwich. I love Burger King food but the store #2472, the service is always very very poor and slow. The store appearance and cleanliness are always poor. I had stopped going to this store for over a year, but it is the only Burger King in town so I went back only to be disappointed and angered by the poor service. I have talked to several of my co-workers and they say they do not go there because of the poor service. I ask that someone from corporate headquarter visit this store unannounced and discharge the management and take corrective action the bring this store up to proper standards. I have no plans on visiting this store again until it is under new management and it can service its patrons in a timely manner and the store is well maintained.

On Tuesday, 3/16/2017, we noted that there was one person ("order expediter" ?) eating while filling customer orders (bags and trays); there was another person counting out a cash drawer in the food preparation area, only inches away from where burgers were being assembled; there were few tables that were clean, although the restaurant was virtually empty and there were approximately 6 - 7 people on duty, that we could see. Many of the staff were being loud and boisterous in the back and out front, not caring who heard their loud, raucous conversations, etc. We've tried to avoid this particular Burger King, as the service has been terrible in the past, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, and the staff appears not to care what their customers think about their place of business.

I went to the drive-thru at this location on 10-29-2017 @ 8:30am. I ordered 2 dollar menu items (sausage biscuit & 16oz soft drink). The employee named Cindy told me she would have my total when I pulled around to the window. I was charged $2.56 which, by my math is about .42 cents too much. I said nothing of this to her as I was in a hurry. The receipt for this sale was wadded up in the very bottom of the bag. It also had no pricing or tax information, just listing the items that I purchased. My best guess is that she pulled this amount ($2.56) out of her head when I got to the window. I question whether or not she even rang the sale up. I called consumer relations and spoke to someone named Stephanie who was reluctant to give me the district managers name (Mark Stahl) and would certainly not give a phone number for him. The phone number for the store, which is listed on the corporate website, goes to a fax machine. To me, this kind of service is disappointing and unacceptable. I work a large corporation myself and had I given service like this I would have never heard the end of it. IS THE KING LISTENING?

What kind of company believes that an Oreo Shake is serving a vanilla shake with crushed Oreos and whip cream on top? Their service and quality keeps getting worse and this was the last straw.

And to make it worse they gave me no receipt so no Corp number to call. Then I look online and there are no e-mail or numbers to call. They could care less about their customers.

I'll stick with In and Out, Jack in the Box and McDonalds..
