Burger King business breakfast order

Es I came in this morning to order breakfast for our business this morning and your gm came in didn't wash her hands was very and nasty to customers when ask for meat hot off the grill she was rude my orders were cold I call to let her know and she hung the phone up.. this is very ridiculous and something needs to be done she is like this all the time

Burger King food

Okay first of all I ordered the veggie burger combo which ate something which is [censor] Lee expensive in the first place. But then sure enough every like every other time I go through the drive-thru I get told to pull over and the bring it out to me okay I know you microwave the veggie burger so why in the hell do I have to pull up anywhere wait for it then it took 20 more minutes to get it finally and the reason why I think it took that long because she was waiting for the guys behind me food to be ready so she only have to walk her lazy [censor] out there once by the time I got my food it was cold how in the hell am I going to get a cold sandwich came out of the microwave. The onion rings were hard and cold there obviously cooked like a couple hours ago it was b******* ask her for salt at the window did not have it in the bag ask her before she walked back in she told me they didn't have any what the hell [censor]

Burger King rude loud obnoxious employees

I came in tonight around 8pm. The entire store was a disaster. Loud offensive music playing in the kitchen. The entire store reeked of marijuana. There is a limited amount of place to eat that are fast and friendly. This is the second time I have come in to the rudest managers I've ever seen. The 2 that were there were swearing and complaining the entire time. This is the last time I stop at this location. Unless you can get some new management at night.

Burger King the lady that is the boss in the morning on day shift

She is very rude yells at the people that works with her very rude to people that come in Every time I've come in to eat she is always on her phone talking even if a person that is making a order she will have the phone to her ear and will be talking on it witch is very rude and I will not be coming to this burger king anymore cause when you are at work you should not be on your phone and when asking a worker or a boss something they should have there phone out of there ear and should be talking to the person that is asking something I have come to this burger king with friends and they have said that she does the same thing with them it's just rude

Burger King very incorrect pricing sign

Dear Representative,
The meal was great, the gentleman at the counter was VERY HONEST and pleasant and advised my that the BIG SIGN for Spicy Nuggets $1.69 was WRONG and they were TRYING to get it fixed!
I bought them anyway but thought that this is not normal Burger King process.
Not looking for anything but thought it to be comical enough to share.
Unusual. Clearly labeled $1.69 and clearly was charged $4.25.
Burger King #7152 at Sloatsburg Travel Plaza on the NYS thruway.
Like I said the salesperson was very professional and honest.

Store number 2773 on college pkwy fort myers Florida the Hispanic manger is so rude to the customers and her crew after hearing the way she spoke to a customer so I sat there watch around 11:am one young lady ask her if she can change positions with another she just started yelling at her sorry I was a manger for 20 years and the way your manger handled her self was very unprofessional and she shouldn't be a manger

Burger King closing 30 minutes early

I went to the Burger King on mission street at 11:30pm and a man refused me service because they were "closed". When I politely pointed out that they closed at 12:00, the man shut the drive thru window in my face. My friend went around and entered the front entrance. My friend was yelled at and told to leave. All the employees were very rude and even threatened to fight us. They refused to give me any of their names, so I took pictures of them for evidence, and they threatened to call the cops and have me arrested. This is unacceptable behavior. If the closing time is 12:00am the location should NOT be closed at 11:30pm!

Burger King employee

The young lady working the drive thru at your location in Las Vegas NV on st rose around 3.30pm on 04/18. She was very rude, so rude I didn't even want to spend my money with you guys. I talk to manager on duty but he was just as dole and rude as her. I felt he wasn't going to talk to her like he should, I'm pregnant and was actually having a craving for you guys and this the service I get never again!

Burger King messed up orders

I went to the Douglasville, GA location twice this month. The first time I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and when I got home (15 minute drive one way) I open my sandwich and it's a veggie burger. Second time we order a kid's meal hamburger and a whopper stated specifically no cheese on either. Get home both have cheese. If I am going to go that far out of my way can they at least get my order right?

Burger King crispy chicken sandwich

Burger King has a mix and match 2for 6 sandwiches which has the Whopper, Crispy Chicken or spicey
chicken. It's suppose to have Crispy crust and white breast filet. I ordered 3 special whoppers and 1 Crispy Chicken add onions. When I opened the bag and looked in the chicken wrapper, there was a fried semi Crispy patty but the chick was not white and moist. The chick was grayish and tough! The whoppers were OK but minus xtra onions that I requested.

Burger King removal of menu item

My recent trip to the local burger king was very devastating and heartbreaking to find out that the beloved, delicious #5 Rodeo King burger meal was removed from the menu! This is very DISSATISFYING! and I will not be doing business as a customer anymore. Sourdough replacement is not the answer or a solution to this matter, the Rodeo King is the King of all the burgers available on the menu and the most value to us loyal customers that frequent burger king! Thank you for your time.

Burger King food

I went to Burger King 1294 Canton Road Akron Ohio 44312 in order to combo regular cheeseburgers one which is cheese one with everything on it without cheese when I got home I called the manager at that location and told her that they had put everything on both sandwiches she told me she was going to write me down on a manager's book when I went back two and a half weeks later the manager had not wrote me down on the manager's book and I had thrown the receipt away because I'm thinking I don't need the receipt no more because she's going to put me in a manager's book so when I went there to try to get my food replaced the GM was very rude to me and told me my name was not wrote in the manager's book I don't even think she really looked because she was supposed to be going out the door so when I called up there today the other manager said that he was there when the incident happened and there's nothing he can do and he can't tell me no none of the managers names because I'm trying to find out the manager's name that was there when I filed a complaint about my food I would like my food replaced or my money back

Burger King groupon gift card

Went to Burger King at 910 Cypress Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34759. They said that they could not process my Burger King Gift Card #[protected]. They told me that the only way they could process the gift card is if it were in plastic form. The iGift was a printout from Groupon. The instructions showed that the vendor would need to key in the card number. The manager at the Burger King location said that their system does not allow for numbers to be keyed in, that it had to be in plastic form so they could swipe it.

Burger King complaining how the restaurant is run and i'm an employee here

I'm a employee at one of your stores that Jessica Johnson is GM at she has called me a son of a [censor] because I couldn't come in for work due to my child she didn't train me and the assist managers be cussing out customers as well as the employees at the store they also have the homeless people cleaning the store to eat when the customers be complaining about this, last week and early this week their was fighting in the restaurant with the employees and Jessica doesn't do nothing but follow up with children mess I Ashley Glanville don't want to work with her at this store so please can you call or get back with me at [protected] or at [protected]@gmail.com because they have no customer service respect at all and I can't allow myself being around negative people or before she tries to fire me I don't want to work in a atmosphere like this at

Burger King cold food every time

I move to this area about 6 months ago and I've been to this Burger King three times now and everytime that I get a burger it's ice cold and so are the fries. I've spoken to the manager about the cold food every time that I've gone and I can tell but nothing is being done about it. Last time I told him that my burger was cold he just went over and put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then I watched as he put his finger inside my burger without a glove on. Testing to see if it was warm I guess? So he stuck his finger in my burger without even washing his hands because I gave him the burger at the counter and I watched him walk around the counter and didn't wash his hands. And he had just been cleaning the front so I know his hands were dirty. Needless to say I just walked out and didn't eat my burger. Unless something is done I'm not going to go back again nor will I take any of my family there. I always wondered why right down the road the other burger places were packed and Burger King only had a few vehicles parked there. Now I know why!

Today I went to burger king and was talked to in a rude manner the manger nancy at the location 100 W 98th St, Bloomington, MN 55420 was rolling her eyes and talking to me very slow acting like I had a hearing problem I asked for a plain chicken and when I got home to check she gave me a regular one and im allergic to mayo and I told her yet she still gave me it and I didn't notice until I got home i drove there once again and she still had an attitude and I also tired to order another one and I had enough so I asked her why she's has attitude with me when she messed up and she refused me service and threw me my messed up order...

Burger King employee lack of desire to do good work!

I ordered 2 Egg and Sausage Biscuits without cheese, to go this morning. I drove away and then opened the first sandwich. The biscuit on both sides was so wet they would not hold their shape and fell apart as I tried to pick it the sandwich up, the sausage and egg were just fine but placed outside the biscuit. It had obviously been thrown together without any desire to do a good job. The second sandwich was just fine, the biscuit held together, eggs and sausage patty properly placed.

If I had eaten in the store I would definitely have returned the first sandwich but seeing that I was already on the road I did not. The though occurred to me that the ingredients of both sandwiches were exactly the same and that it was the employees lack pride in his work and lack of interest in producing work to a reasonable standard that created this situation. The best ingredients in the world will suffer due to poor presentation. Even in a simple sandwich.

I guess this event finally tipped the scale for me because it is not just your store but most others also, where I have been upset by poor workmanship and lack of caring. I am retired and I still take pride in what I do and try to do my best every time, is it to much to ask that others do the same when I am purchasing products from them. I used to value my customers and try to give them my best, that no longer seems to be the case.

Burger King my order yesterday

Drive Thru

Yesterday i went thru the drive thru to order breakfast from a newly opened burger king here in Peoria, IL. I order a #7 meal w/orange juice and two sausage egg cheese croissant .

The croissants looked like they had been picked up from the parking lot. there was a small scrap of bacon on one of them, no meat on the other. the Bisquit from the #7 meal had been microwaved for at least 15 minutes. It was hot for sure, but harder than a major league baseball.

I contacted the store manager today and she asked if i had the food, no I have thrown out. I was hoping she would offer a refund, but no, only wants to replace the food.

I hope this is just a startup issue with this store, I have eaten the croissants for many years.

Burger King management

I posted a complaint before leaving my house. Im here now at 4235 and again the manager Jessica is very disrespectful toward customer and employees right now she reading off texts she sent another employee to the rest of the restaurant. She also saying that the employee stank and so on. I am not going to eat here I'm thinking of starting a YouTube channel for this particular restaurant. I think I will have to go a lil further and find a better restaurant to enjoy my mornings at. Over twenty years of being faithful customer I'm calling it a Quits! Bugerking flame broiler was down on Sunday and they was serving bake burgers with telling customer I seen where it was coming from sad! I couldn't even enjoy my food.

Jessica Johnson is the General Manager for Burger King near my home I been going here since the 90s however these last few months BK has went down to the fact I get my food and go and only eat there for the convenience rather then enjoyment. She has homeless ppl cleaning while you are trying to enjoy your meal. She has insulted me once also called another customer a ghetto [censor] the other day. She is very disrespectful so is her assistant manager telling people [censor] get out my line I watch her work employee's without slip resistant shoes also the roof is leaking when it rains and she doesn't bother to place cone these people can slip and fall. I asked her to get water up she said let it stay there the owner ain't trying to put money in it so y should she care it's been that way since the Hurricane Irma. She also let's her employees fight and laughing when they arguing she starts alot of arguments with the customer as well as the her employees.
