Burger King cleanliness

That place was dirty, fries all over the place the bun was charred bad, even smelled burnt, must have sat there awhile as was also soggy. One soda macine didnt work, the other spit ice out all over the floor. The counter girl cleaned it up, but the second time no one touched it, thats a tripping/ slipping hazzard. Was very dissappointed, coke machines and counter sticky.

Burger King service/and management

The lack of management provided by the on staff manager patty was evident. The "employee" on the front counter was rude, very argumentative and mos of all incompetent..Management allowed the employee to be rude and insulting. The manager was standing right by the counter and instead of trying to deescalate the problem .. allowed for the altercation to increase. I felt as if I was a victim of racial bias.. The order took way to long to be taken and prepared and the woman who was taking the order was very incompetent.. If this had been an isolated incident i would not be writing this, but this is the second time I have felt like I was being treated poorly at this Burger king .. I will make sure to tell every one to stop eating there.

Burger King service

I have been eating Burger King for a very lone time, I'm 53, but I hate that it'scome to a drive through asking a customer to pull around the entire building to wait on 3 small cheeseburgers. Along with me there were two others waiting too. Waiting for a while until a girl delivered them and never said one word just basically forced it into my hand... I think she hates her job.. It will be a while before I go back there again..

Burger King employees/management

The Burger King in Kasson MN has been closed at least 2x lately mid day apparently because no one bothered to come to work? Yesterday I pulled up and saw the add for smoothie flash on the screen. I tried to order one but the person on the other end who couldnt seem to stop giggling said "We pulled those off of our menu". I suggested maybe then they take them off of their signs advertisement. I then tried to see if they had lemonade and maybe different flavors of lemonade and she, again, was cutting up so much she could not understand me. I finally just left. Their lighted signs on the drive through are partially broken or slides put in backward, this has been for months. The area looks unkempt and poorly taken care of. So I'm thinking no one really cares about that store anymore.

Burger King unethical behavior and overcharging

To whom it may concern there are several complaints in regards to the Burger King Restaurant # 22816 located @ 647 Smithfield Street Pittsburgh Pa. 15222, however I will begin with this morning 9/19/2018 I went in to order breakfast the young lady on the register to the left with long braids, African American and a bit stalky(not to offend anyone) just the only description I have for she had no Identification on her uniform. I asked for #5 the sourdough sausage (2 patties ) meal so she rings up just a sandwich charges me $4.98 by this time her bitter and unprofessional and rude behavior prior to my ordering had just about ruined my morning at this point.So I ask her "Are my hash browns and drink in that order" she puts her hand on her hips rolls her head and says "You didn't say meal" I explained yes I did if you left out the attitude you might of heard me ask you for a #5 meal. Now she sucks her teeth and proceeded to ring up a small Sprite and hash browns and then said that will be $3.00 now I am furious because all she had to do was figure out the math and make it a meal. So I asked for the manager. His name was Lamar and he told her she could not do the order seperately that way, now she is displaying anger to him and walks away. Now to top that off the manager did not know how to count and had to get a calculator (only owed me$1.00 and some change )now the line is backing up and I have been in line 30 minutes. Now he hands me my food and I ask where is my drink. He says she(the same girl ) is getting my coffee... I DID NOT ASK FOR COFFEE I asked for a sprite with meal! Day 2 9/18/2018 I go to the same establishment with 2 co workers who have also received poor food Betty Tallon Williams And Lisa Coleman. My burger was dry and the 2 ladies with me ordered chicken sandwhiches, now a manager yesterday who was nice told the cook to through those sandwiches away they are burnt . Well who would have guessed Burnt on a bun with all the trimmings! So we did call when returned to work and not once was offered new items. 2 weeks ago I ordered a filet of fish sandwhich nice and hot however over cooked with batter but inside was mushy and not cooked, again never was asked to bring back. I know that nothing is perfect but niceness, pleasantness, respect and ethical behavior are learned and obviously not here @ this BK. I am asking you to repair this situation or just give all money back unfortunately I have no photos (who takes photos on their supposed lunch. I only have the receipt for the meal this morning. For this was the last straw!

Burger King food & service

This morning I went to store # 6179 in Smithfield, VA for breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and french toast sticks. When I got to work which is also in Smithfield where I own a business, the croissant was hard on the bottom like it had been sitting for hours and the french toast sticks were as hard as a brick. i am not one to typically complain but this is happening quite often and I am very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service at this particular store. It never fails when I go here they mess up an order somehow, either I get the wrong food, am missing sauces or syrup, or the food is just not edible.

Burger King staff/ food

I was at my Burger King and placed an order for no Mayonnaise on my whoppers only to find out once I got home that there was mayo on them, it was too late to turn around so I said I'll give the sandwich to my son and eat the nuggets, unfortunately they were ice cold. Maybe if the drive through worker didn't have her daughter behind the counter interfering with her work I could of had my proper order and hot food. This will be the first and last time I visit the establishment at 701 W. Leigh Avenue; Not just because of the service or food but because you have a child behind the counter walking around doing who knows what. If it wasn't already after 8pm by the time I got home I would've turned back around and returned the food I purchased.

Burger King wrong order

I love Burger King, don't get me wrong, but my order today was total frustration. I ordered a jalapeño king with fries, picked up my order and drove home which is about 15 minutes away. When I pulled my food out, I had chicken nuggets and a small fry ... granted I guess I should've checked my order before driving away but I didn't think that I needed too. So, after paying almost 9 dollars for a hamburger and fries, I decided to take the chicken nuggets and fries all the way back across town to get my correct order. When I drove up to the window and explained what happened the girl just said "oh sorry about that, give me back the chicken nuggets". SERIOUSLY?! She didn't offer me a free drink for my trouble, she didn't tell me to just keep the Nuggets, she just wanted them back, handed me my food and walked away. I understand mistakes happen but she offered no kind of customer service no I'm sorry it took me an additional 30 minutes to get my food or I'm sorry you had to drive all the way across town and use gas here's a small free drink on us she offered me nothing. Just so you are aware, this is the Burger King in Alamogordo New Mexico, where service just keeps spiraling down. Hope you can let these folks know they need to get their act together! The only reason I'm even writing this is because she acted annoyed that she gave me the wrong order, like it was my fault! She wasted my time, she wasted my gas and was just so unfriendly.

Burger King the manager of the store

Hi my name is Melvin pruit, and because of my job I constantly travel from Texas to colorado! With that being said; when I get into town either Denver or Colorado springs, I have my specific fast food establishments that best suits my hunger! And if I'm in Colorado springs I always with no off and or butts, I always attend the burger king located on the streets of "Platte and Union Ave"! Well on the day of 9/16/2018 Sunday, I had just gotten of the plane and headed straight to burger king! While in the extra long line as I finally got close to the counter I noticed only two women were serving both the extra long line and the drive through as if they had no help what so ever! Not to mention the younger woman had to answer the phone, run back to the drive through window, while the older woman literally doing the same! In my mind ( I was like wow they are taking care of business) ! Now what really brought me to my boiling point, besides being hungry - I literally heard one of the workers that were cooking the food yell out to the two ladies at the front ( we are out of whopper buns) she also replied to call some person that goes by the name of "Amanda" ! Assuming when the younger worker up front proceeded to get on the phone and call that "Amanda " person, after she came out that office, I notice she was of saddened news! Meanwhile I was really hungry and those women working up front where indeed in need of help with no whopper buns! So I left out the restaurant to only sit in the lyft cab to Google the closets burger king, the couple that ordered before I left out unwrapped their whopper and it was on a regular bun not whopper bun! So as I put two an two together a couple of days later thinking to myself that - that Amanda person left the two front workers and those cooks with no help at all! A whopper on regular bun no seeds! Not good

Burger King service and uncleanness

I just went in to the burger king in jacksonville, tx. Alicia took my order, and after handel I got money, started bagging and making the food items. She did not clean or hands or wear gloves. A few others were doing the same thing. I asked for the manager to return my money. Sonia, made no eye contact or apologies, as she only sad, "I need your credit card." she returned my money and walked away without another word. Incredible irresponsibile and tud behavior for management. She walked back into the office to hide.
I asked alicia's name, and alicia started to scream at me. She yelled, in front of customers, "what did I do? What did I do?" I said, "you need to wash your hands before touching food." she yelled again, in front of the whole store, "I didn't do nothing!" then kept yelling as my 7 year old and I left. She acted horribly, and in fact was scary.
Both of these women were not good representations for your company. I am an educator, and was appalled at there lack of social skills or class. I do expect a call of apology for this behavior. It is totally unacceptable in any way!
Very disappointed!

Burger King the food.

On 9/17/2018 at 10:23 p.m, I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich at the Burger King #9520, 310 E. Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28208. The bun was burnt and very dry. The chicken breast looked as if had been in the food warmer all day. The sandwich was absolute garbage! Also, I ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nuggets, and they were also burnt and dried out. I work 12 hours per day, and sometimes don't feel like cooking when I get off, that is why I stopped at Burger King. Perhaps I should have checked my order before I left the store, but I seriously doubt if it would have made a difference, this location is not known to have good customer service. I'm not requesting a refund, but I would like the food to be served as fresh as possible and better customer service.

Burger King everything

Went through the drive thru with 3 children. Ordered 2 chicken fries meals, 1 kid hamburger meal with juice and a single whopper. The person on the intercom was impossible to hear. Arrived at the first window and given a total of over 21 dollars. I paid. Got to the second window and was given 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and 2 orders of fries and the kid hamburger meal. I knocked on the window to get their attention and they ignored me. I kept knocking until the girl from across the room (not the one standing right at the window) came over. I pointed out the error, she took my receipt and retrieved 2 boxes of chicken fries and thought she was done. To make a long story short, there was no apology given, the manager did not come speak to me although she was clearly standing close enough to offer assistance, and when I asked about the charge a girl went to the back and brought me a $5 bill. The order was still wrong, there was no apology, no sense of iegency and a total lack of empathy. Plenary of apathy however. They couldn't even give me the correct money refund. Burger King employee practices cutting hours

Employee managers telling their Team Members their hours are cut from 30 hours to 18 hours because he/she goes on family vacations and also he/she attends school full time; therefore working hours are cut. However, a recently hired individual who is also a student has been working 30 hours a week. If the policy is cutting hours due to full time student in school why is this person given 30 hours and another is not! The Team Member who has his working hours cut was given a $.50 raise, then the next week his hours were cut. How can one see his/her benefits of the raise if now the hours are cut? The two managers, Miguel Gomez and Juan Rosario are discriminating against two employees at the Burger King location: 4330 N. Harlem, Norridge, Illinois, 60706. They are cutting the work hours from one person, but paying the other with a work load of 30 hours because they are both full-time students in school, but gets work load hours and the other employee get his hours cut! There is a discrepancy in hourly pay between two people who work in the same location for Burger King. This is a valid case of discrimination. A burger, shake or fries cannot correct this injustice. Your managers need to go to training and correct this behavior because it does not belong in the work force.

The two managers should go back to training. The training should involve illegal practices and how these practices can lead to discrimination lawsuits. This would cost Burger King Tri City Foods, millions and perhaps the two managers can get fired for practicing such illegal practices. Vacation & School? I thought Burger King promotes education. This is blasphemy for the fast food industry!

Burger King trying to refill bk gift card

I was trying to put money onto my BK gift card to refill it and they don't use it anymore. They I had to go to CVS or Walgreens to try and refill it. When I went to Walgreens to try and refill there, they said that they couldn't do it. So I was left feeling dismayed about trying to refill the card. It doesn't expire and I've been using it for a long time. What I want to know is why they stopped?

Burger King dt cashier

At Drive Thru — I ordered a # 8 combo, medium, sprite, no salt on the fries. Cashier repeated the order as chicken sandwich with a sprite and amount $, When I pulled up to the window the cashier took my credit card to process. I simply repeated "no salt please" she slammed the DT window. I watched her throw the food I ordered I the bag aggressively. She all but tossed it at me thru the DT window and slammed the window again. I started pulling off when I realized I did not get my receipt. I need my receipt to turn in for work expense. I backed back up to the window & I asked for the receipt and when I said it was not in the bag she said I did not have to get an attitude. Which I did not. when she handed me the receipt and I took it she said "You don't need to snatch you raggedy bi*h."
I was nice to the cashier. I am here in Clearwater for work. I do not live in Florida.
This cashier needs anger management or find a job not working in the public. I can only imagine how she must treat senior citizens.
I called and spoke with the manager and she said she would talk to her and apologized.

Burger King tried to order was denied

Went to your establishment at the corner of French Ave and 3rd Street in Sanford Florida 20 minutes ago and ordered food. Got to the window and wanted to add a orange fanta freeze after seeing the sign by the drive thru window. The worker told me my total when I pulled up and I asked if I could add this item. I was told no. I asked if the machine was down and the lady skeptically shook her head no. I then asked why I couldn't add on and she shyly stated add on were not aloud at the window. I drove out of my way to a different establishment because I felt this was wrong and did not want to spend money where I was told I could not spend more money. I frequent Burger King however this one is close to my new residence. I have never been told this before and do not understand why I would not be aloud to spend more money at an establishment. Burger King unethical behavior

September 16th, at about 5:50 PM, I went inside Burger King, about to purchase a kids meal for my son, who was waiting in the car outside. I am a diabetic, as well so I wanted to use the bathroom before standing in the line. Just to mention, I used Burger King the day before, and 2 days prior. Imagine my surprise, when I was denied entry to the bathroom by the Burger King security, because I didn't have a receipt in hand, mind you, I was about to purchase a meal for my son, as we were coming from a funeral. Not only that, but the security was very rude, and I really can't believe this is how customers are treated!

This is the location in Jamaica, on St James Street. Apparently this is a rule. Customers like myself, are turned away for not having a receipt in hand.

I WILL NEVER USE BURGER KING AGAIN, AND I WILL PUT THIS INCIDENT ON FACEBOOK, AND ALL SOCIAL MEDIA, I POSSIBLY CAN, AND BE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, WHO WILL ALSO TELL THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS WELL!

Just so you know someone already reported me for abusing my son. So right now it does not matter anymore. My son really loves Burger King. I told him that the security guard at Burger King was already. That he has to choose a new restaurant to go to. His favorite is Burger King. He started crying so I punched him in the face. Someone saw me and reported me to CPS. They contacted the police and now my son is in a foster home. But you can try, if you really want to ruin my life further as I am diabetic. I did not purchase anything because of the rudeness and when my son started crying because he did not get his food, I lost it and punched him in the face.

Burger King customer service drive thru

I came to visit your Burger King on Memorial Dr in Stone Mountain Ga at 3:05 pm. I was told to wait and wait I did, patiently. After waiting, the young lady on the headset came back on whom I later found out was the general manager saying ‘Am I retarded or what?' Because I didn't hear her. There was no apology or how may I help you. I'd just like to let you all know that this is the sort of treatment your customers are experiencing at this location. This Burger King is at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Hairston, next to a Panda Express.
