It was 9:30 pm when I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. they had 30 minutes let for there shift, I ordered a #12 rodeo crispy meal with LG fry with LG come and a original chicken sandwich meal with lg onion rings and lg dr pepper.. I wanted no mayo on bottom bun with cheese, I received a ocs with no cheese and light mayo with sour looking lettuce and old as crap.. I was told to pull up we were waiting on the other chic to cook, needles to say in the whole order the only thing that was hot was the rodeo chic sand, the rest of the food was old, I've worked fast food a lot in my life, if you park a car for 1 sandwich wouldn't you at least make sure the other sandwich was fresh and the frys and or onion rings? Especially since you pulled the car forward? Burger King is my most favorite place to eat I love the ocs, I was very dissatisfied with my visit, the blonde haired long curls guy was in a hurry for some reason, gave wrong drinks.. and another? The napkins you serve with your orders are? I believe lite Brown that says Burger King I think I'm not sure? Or are they the long white rough feeling ones by the sink after you wash your hands? I received about 6/8 white long rough hand drying towels in my order! Needles to say my visit was horrible! thanks for your time and hope things get better, I understand it was nearly closing time and everyone was ready to go home! Just remember that's called? Your job thought that's why you were there.. I would say if the young man is unhappy with the work he's paid to do.. um find another, don't ruin my taste for my favorite place to eat :) I'm not trying to be ugly in any way I just want the service he would want going in somewhere to eat with his family, when you pay almost 20.00 for your food you want freshness. I went to the burger King #15963 in warren Pennsylvania on April 5th at 741 pm and ordered an original chicken meal, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a whopper Jr and a value onion ring and I didn't receive my whopper Jr and only got 1 of my bacon cheeseburgers. When I first went to order, the lady working the register seemed like it was a big hassle to even take my order and when I looked at my receipt she was under a different employees name.(she was under Benjamins employee code)

I am currently sitting at the burger king whopper bar at the calgary airport. They had advertised beer for 4.00 with a meal, but when I paid for it, the cashier charged me 7.00 and told me to disregard the sign! Well then why have the sign? When I told him he should honor the price... He refused. This is not a big deal, but the principle of the thing just caused me to respond. Also why are you using paper bags for your orders that just get dumped in the garbage? They should be recycled.

My mom and I had a very very awful visit to one of your stores. I would go into detail but there was a lot of foul language used by the cashier and manager. We were called fat and told that we need to be drinking water and eating salads. Your employees made my mother cry. And when asked for our money to be refunded the manager said it was against company policy that we were [censor] out of luck. The ceiling was falling down there was trash all over the drink station and a huge puddle of water on the floor that was spreading. The employees didn't use gloves to make the food

The employee her name is Estela. She complain that we had to buy the jalapeño, which we did but she didn't let us talk. She was cutting us off with an attitude until the cashier told her and shows the receive, which she scoff saying that we only payed one. Second when I was going to start eating she got all her employees from the back and started pointing at my direction with the scoff again, and getting mad at the really friendly cashier. He has such a good way on treating us. Sadly, Estela ruined the food for me and my family.

I went to Burger King on 3rd Ave West in Birmingham, Al i ordered the 2 for 6 whopper and the crispy chicken got home and opened the chicken it was burnt and looked like it was cooked in burnt oil .It was so terrible i lost my ticket so i could not get a refund or replacement the manager act like she did not care at all so i will not be going back to that Burger King ever again and i advise others not to go the food there is not up to par and they cook the chicken in nasty burned oil.

I went into burger King on Wayne memorial drive in Goldsboro North Carolina. Witnessed a manager on the evening shift on April 2nd 2018 throw a sandwich at a team member because another customer didn't want the sandwich because the manager opened it and physically touched it. At that point the manager threw the burger at front cashier. This is not acceptable at all and very unprofessional. The front cashier name was Cierra. Please look into this promptly.

I wanted sausage and got ham. I am not a fan of ham. I took off the ham and had an egg & cheese. It was not busy. Only 3 people had orders in and 3 people working.
I just wanted my breakfast done correct. I have been at that BK many times. This stop I saw no reason why it was done wrong. and did someone else have a wrong order because they got my sausage.

Burger King Crawfordville Florida service was substandard manager was rude to me after I told him my sandwiches were made wrong. He walked away told the sandwich maker how to make it while adding a snide comment about me being "entitled" Manager was a very obese black guy don't know the name. But I guarantee I and a lot of my friends as well as Facebook friends will not be there ever again

I went to Burger King store 5740 at 910 Western Avenue in Toledo Ohio 43609 at 10:48 p.m. order to spicy crispy chicken sandwiches into value fries got home in about an hour later went to go heat up my food and one of the chicken patties was half the size of the other one I am outraged that they would even serve this to a customer I have picture and video to prove this and an even more upset that I could not have my order replaced because they were closed once I noticed my phone number is [protected] and my name is Britni my email is... The location at 4700 N Broad St, Phila, Pa (Wyoming Ave & Broad St) is Always dirty. Floors are always sticky, Glass entry door dirty, Soda fountain area a Nasty Mess. The parking lot and premises surrounding the restaurant is never kept. Burger buns on the ground outside the door. Unsure of who the manager or the district managers are but someone is not doing their job. The store is disgusting & filthy!

While getting a quick bite to eat tonight I ordered a number one from the Burger King menu thinking it was safe. After a few bites I bit something so hard that broke my tooth. I am in pain and have no options to fix it. This is outrageous and cause for concern if they are still serving out the same food that can do this to a normal tooth. I'm almost sure this will fall on deaf ears, as this just happened minutes ago. I am in a panic mode and considering legal action since I'm assuming the response will be a half priced drink or some such nonsense.

I went through the drive through window at the Sun Prairie WI Burger King and ordered one 5 piece French toast sticks. Paid and told not asked to pull ahead, waited over 10 minutes so I called and spoke to a Jamie who was very rude. She said I would just have to wait till she finished orders and collected money. I waited a few more minutes but needed to get to work so I had to leave without my food.

I decided to stop by the Burger King close to my office this morning at 1340 Kemper Road in Springdale Ohio. I was ordering 20 sandwiches 20 hash browns and 20 drinks. One person would have a separate order because they wanted something different so I decided to order that one first ...before I could barely get the words out of my mouth what I was ordering, instead of saying is there anything else that you need, can I get you something else I got that'll be a dollar 20 please pull around. I am formed the person at the other end of the Squawk Box that I was not even close to being done with placing my order and you can hear people in the background laughing. I went to McDonald's and they were more than happy to let me place all my order.

Today i was shocked . I used the restroom at. Burger King and was confused and shocked to find only one. It had a sign stating there was a stall and a urinal that could clearly be seen. It was urgent so i went in. While in the stall a man walked in and used the urinal. He took a abnormally long time using it. If i would have left i would. Have seen everything clearly. So i had to wait. I felt scared and insacure with being alone and stuck until he left. Honestly i felt violated and shocked Burger King couldnt afford both male and female. Ido not agree at all with safety with this. This cant be right and should be corrected asap. Someone will do something..I will be sure of it. Horrified at experience.

Three strikes, and I won't be back to the Burger King #4651 on Charlotte Street in Pottstown, PA, again any time soon. Last night was the third time inside of three months that I've been disappointed with my visit. Last night (3/28/18, around 5:30), I went inside to order so I could see if the order-taker understood my order. She understood, but then I proceeded to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. Meanwhile, the drive-thru line was moving along like there were no inside customers. There were two customers ahead of me inside. One asked if they were out killing the cows. The other one had to go up to see if they forgot her. The manager didn't even apologize for the delay when I finally got my food.

The time before last night - they didn't give me my receipt. I also asked for onion rings instead of French fries - they gave me French fries. That wait time wasn't 20 minutes, but it was long enough that I didn't want the aggravation of waiting longer for onion rings.

The first time of these most recent three, I used the drive-thru. My entire order was screwed up. I hope whoever received my order made out in the deal.

Since I no longer have the first two receipts, I'm not asking for a refund. I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention that there are at least three unhappy patrons from inside of 30 minutes. Management should've been more aware of inside customers. They also could've apologized and/or given free cookies or something for our inconvenience.

I had a BBQ Beefacon Burger Large at KLIA, Malaysia on 23 Mar at about 1715 hrs. I got sick immediately and vomitted and viited toilet a few times. I was travelling to Dhaka onboard OD166 and also vomitted onboard. I also visited to the onboard toilet twice. I became very sick with BP 85/55 and Sugar level 10.2. I had breathing problem with stomach pain. I spent 12 hors in our Private Hospital of my company and still now feeling very weak.

I normally don't go to Burger King, so when I saw that they were supposed to be open until midnight and it only be 10:40 it would be a nice change. Not only is the location closed, the employees inside are not answering the drive thru with customers waiting in it. To me a closed fast food location would have their lights off, but this location had their lights on both inside and outside and in addition to that the location says it's open until midnight which apparently is incorrect information.
Like I said, I normally don't get Burger King, but this experience has deterred me from ever eating at an eatery belonging to the chain, because clearly customer service is not something taught to their employees, who apparently get paid to just sit around not doing anything.
This specific location is near Mule Road on Route 37 West, not the location near the Route 9/Route 37 intersection. First and last time to this location.

Hi. I took my son before school as a treat to the Burger King on Northern Blvd in Flushing, NY. It is usually a great a store and very quick through the drive thru. However this time they were little too quick and when my son went toeat his French toast sticks, they were raw and uncooked. He ended upnot being able to eat breakfast before school. I am very displeased about this.

The store on south limestone in springfield ohio is dirty... Have seen cook pick food up off dirty floor and serve it... Said what they don't know won't hurt them... That store is nasty has had 4 or 5 food poisoning calls in last week... Food not cooked all the way and trash is all over the place its behind fryers and broiler under main boards its nasty in there
