lack of common sense at janesville wi center ave location
This happened wednesday sept 12, 2018 at approximately 7:30pm. Receipt survey code [protected]-080009. I went into the janesville wi burger king located on center ave to order an ice cream cone. A young male came to the cash register and took my order. He then went off to my left and rummaged around. Suddenly, he hollered "pat! Where are the ice cream cones?" a female voice hollered back "right where you are standing!" he hollered back "can't find them!" a female appeared and handed him some ice cream cones. He filled them and handed them to her. She then brought the cones to me. I asked if she would put them in a container... Meaning one of those cardboard trays that you can get at most anyplace that serves ice cream cones... You can put 4, sometimes 5, cones in them and they stand straight up. She went back to the cone dispensing area, looked around, then pulled out 2 plastic drink cups, jammed the cones upside down into them and handed them to me. At this point, I was so disgusted I walked out. My wife, out in the car, looked at the ice cream cones upside down in the plastic cups and said "what is this?" I replied this is what we get for coming here for an ice cream cone." picture attached. Unbelievable!
The previous time I went to burger king on center ave in janesville wi, I witnessed what I consider to be troubling hygiene. A male (I would guess he was in his 30's) was standing just outside the entrance doors... And I mean just outside... Smoking a cigarette. He tossed the cigarette in the bushes next to the door, came inside, walked down the rest room corridor and into the serving area of the restaurant. He then walked directly to the counter and served some french fries to some kids that were standing next to me. He couldn't possibly have had time to wash his hands after smoking. It really turned me off.
Not really happy with this bk center ave location. The food we got recently (coupon for your chicken sandwich) tasted like cardboard.

work hours cut
On September 18, 2018, I was an employee who had his hours cut because I go on family vacations and I am a full time student in school. I was told this by two managers, Miguel Gomez and Juan Rosario who manage the Burger King Store at 4330 N. Harlem, Harwood Heights, Illinois 60706. When I asked why are my hours cut? There is currently a new employee who is a female and also a student, but she was given 30 hours for the week. How is this fair? This sounds like discrimination! This does not sound like something Burger King practices with his/her employees. This could definitely be a law suit. Your managers should be trained to treat employees with respect and provide a better reason for why your hours are cut. I was never told I was not doing my job well, intact I was given a $.50 raise recently and was told I was doing a great job! I had worked for Burger King over a year (July 2017-September 2018). I refuse to work for a company who does not allow their employees to go on family vacations and are a full-time student in school. I resign!
I had chicken bones in my nuggets
MY life bought me some chicken nuggets from burger king .On Memphis Avenue in Cleveland.I got them and started eating them i bit down and found bones in my mouth so i tried one more same thing again.She took them back to the store.The girl there said she would bag them and send to corp, Did you get them one two I did not here back from any one there, Or corp i want a reason why this happened, I could of choked on this, If not i will get my lawyer in this matter if i have too, I need answers on this its been a few /Sorry no free food wont get there again. phone number is [protected] DAVE.
they gave me cold whopper and fries
I ordered some food at burger king on the drive-thru, after a long day i was hungry!
They gave me cold whopper and fries ( i checked my food when i was around the corner from location), and it was cold. Yes, i was mad, but didnt feel like returning and complainning. So i went home. Although when i got home, a few minutes away from restaurant. I popped my food in the microeave and i sat down, then i reached for the ketchup in the bag and there wasn't any. Thats the reason I decided to complaint.
When i was going thru the drive thru the kid at the window asked me" you want any sauce for you order?" I said "yes ketchup please, thank you"..
You see what i mean? Im mad, had i went back i could have easily made the kid but why.. their job is to easy to be screwing it up like this. Stop hiring these people man.

Employee smoking on the job in there work uniform I find this very unacceptable. Burger king needs to be better this was one of my favorite restaurant but seeing employee smoking weed is a bad repetition. Drug tests should be one of the things you do before hiring someone. People wouldn't want to see someone smoking then coming to make a order or a take a order. My last visit there which was on 09/15/18 a young lady name shonica was being very unpatience & rude.
Employees are entitled to paid breaks.

I was the only person in line..manager had her back to me...never turned around..she was talking to a employee that was just getting ready to work..( she stated to me as she was handing me my bag that she needed to clock in..)...the drive thru person came over to take my order...manager was just staring at order board, standing in front of fries...still NEVER turning to see if ANY customer had come in...
People don't have eyes in the back of their head or the manager would've saw you.

I ordered food when I reached the window I was cutting the coupon then all the sudden I was approached by the manager with an attitudet telling me I need to have my coupons cut up before coming here.
I told her that I won't be coming to Burger King
She answered back we are located on 18301 and Harlem.
Then the cashier asked to pull forward and she will bring my order to me
The was not ready and there was only one car just pulled behind me

At 15 sept 2018, 7:30PM. We visited Burger King which located at Toa Payoh INT. When I approach the counter and speaking to ms Farah about my orders, there was another Malay customer standing beside me. She immediately attend the Malay lady and left me half way there. I don't know whether it's part of your training. Well. Nevertheless, it was unacceptable.

At burger king off commercial and around 82nd approximately was are drive thru around 6:25 am trying to order food and the representative was giving me a hard time placing my order — she try to cut me off before making my order — is that all — and I told her no — asked her about smoothy orange — I wanted to find out if it was carbomated orange fanta — I hate carbonated drinks — she would not answer — she was very rude and I blew up on her and called her a predjudice [censored]!
didn't get my onion rings
This has happen twice to me the first time I got 2 meals 1 for me & the other for my husband we both wanted onion rings well we got our food & my husband looked in the bag & said we're good so I pull off as we're going down the road I started eating my onion rings I ate maybe 3 & the rest were fries so my husband checked his & they were the same way. So then tonight my husband went back to get me something to eat & instead of getting my onion rings they gave my fries again 😡😡

It took about 30 minutes for us to receive 3 ten piece nuggets and only one window worked. The food was cold and tasted old and the service was terrible. The workers were not very kind and didn't give back correct change. We also asked for ranch and received no condiments. With a line so long, and such a wait we weren't going to go through again to get this fixed. On top of this, with the honking impatient people also waiting on their cold food, it felt extremely rude to check the food before pulling off as I knew most people were in a rush. I don't believe I'll be attending this particular Burger King again due to the poor service and food. I feel as if it's almost impossible to mess up chicken nuggets but certainly, it was done. And with as long as the wait was I feel that they should've been hot. I would not even give this area 1 star.

Went to Burger King at 640pm on Friday September 14 2018 order 13 store 4801 crescent blvd drive thru food was cold and soda was water so upset I'm here three times a week.. decided to to just go since I was in a hurry and get all the way home to cold food and soda that was no good didn't wanna return so just had to rewarm upset I love Burger King .. but come on please

Hi I've ordered a big order from your lawrance and markham's area and did not recive half my order I went back with the receipt as I was missing one kids nugget meal and 2 original chicken sandwich meals and 2 whopper with cheese meal my order came to 147.68 they took my receipt and said they where in the bag I would not waste my gas to back as I was hosting a kids birthday party

Today I ordered a BK Croissant with bacon.
I asked for a larger size and I got rejected then I ask if I could get a pop instead of coffee they also denied my request.
When getting my order once seated I've noticed that I was given a Jr Croissant instead of the regular sized one that I am accustom in receiving

I've had to take my food back on several occasions.Either it's totally wrong or cold.Today a pregnant employee was rude and snatched something from me and eyeballed me. Somebody need to be a secret shopper in the drive thru because I think the girl name was Teresa .I just know she's a black pregnant girl with dreads.If she don't want to work then stay home.

- restaurant opens at 10am, I arrive roughly around 10:10 no one responds on speaker, i've waited patiently for about 10 minutes before proceeding to the window and manager and or workers with the headset on have windows locked and are not responding. They have a very corrupt way of management, and the employees aren't very "polite" as they should be. This location is known for rude, slow, dirty all over the reviews and if you visit you will understand for yourself. This is unacceptable and is a very bad for people to view it this way.

I started working at Burger King about six months ago, and in that time I endured much disrespect by managers. I came in at my scheduled time and I was supposed to get off at ten. On the schedule though the store manager scribbled out my time and put in midnight (which I can not do because my living situation). I wasn't able to stay and when I went on break the boss said don't come back. There were many times I stayed late but this on time they fire me though I worked other stores for them. I've seen the store manager yell at costomers. Macy Eason treats her employees like dirt. The store is in Longview tx 75602 Eastman Rd.they also work kids who are in highschool more hours then legally allowed.

Today i ordered the 2 for $6 special and asked for two whoppers... My preference is mustard. I forgot to ask when i initially placed my order and noticed once i sat down. When I went up to the counter to correct my order, i was informed that they could not fix my burger. It seemed to be a manager, couldn't tell. He also said he could not throw away a bun, that it would be a loss of profit. After all that, they still went ahead and remade my whopper... I thought the motto was "Have it your way" but this person made it difficult for no real reason. Later learned his name is Jose.
drive through
I went to store #2771 today with someone. Went to the drive through and requested two separate orders. I was told by the person at the drive through was that she wasn't allowed to do that. It is the only Burger King that will not accommodate this request. As a result I will no longer purchase anything from this store neither will the person I was with. This happened at approximately 12:01 pm on Wednesday September 12, 2018. Maybe the employees need to be trained better so they know how to accomplish this little feat in the future.

I like Burger King but I can't get food there because it takes so long.
If there are more than 2 cars ahead of me I am late back to work.
I have 30 min. for lunch it takes 7 minutes each way to get there and back.
Two cars in front of me today, You would think I could get food in 15 but I was late again today and
THE FOOD WAS COLD.
I wish we had a decent Burger King.
