Burger King no rest breaks

My daughter works for the Burger King in Memphis Tennessee at the 1000 block of Union Avenue near Pauline would not give her a break because she works the drive thru her schedule is from 8 a. M. Until 4 p. M. and sometimes she has to work from 4 a. M. Until 4 p. M. With no breaks and she said that job is tiring her out that they would not give her a break to sit down to do nothing her name is ebony and she works the drive thru please contact or try to get this issue resolved about that Burger King is not giving employees breaks also when I was there one day in the lobby and the manager gave an employee a break because they was slow, she said I can't believe you actually given me a break I haven't had one in months. That's awfully, isn't that illegal

I'm pretty sure your daughter is lying to you. Companies are very good about adhering to break laws, if only for liability reasons.

Burger King poor serving unhealthy cross contamination

On 09-11-18 at it about 5:35pm while at Burger King store #1182 located in New Orleans 2600 N.Robertson new Orleans, la70117 I observed the manager fixing my food without a hairnet or food service gloves then after asking her to use gloves I notice her employee place my burger buns on the steel counter top which is all emamples of cross contamination I would ask that someone review my complaint and then get back to me my name is Alexander Collins

Burger King I was asked to leave the store

Today ( September 11, 2018) I was working A The 9/11 Ceremony event ( I'm A member uniform of NYPD) on worth Street and broadway in New York, NY. I was tired and my feet hurt from directing traffic. I came in your store to sit. Your employee told me I need to leave. I still sat in the restaurant. And she told me she's not going to tell me twice I need to go.

Guys - seriously - the commenter Damien is NOT the same person as the one who wrote the complaint. They changed the lower case L to an upper case i in the last name. You can check it out by clicking on the name. There are people who seem to think it is funny to do this.

On and I had to lie and claim that I was one of the police officers helping out on 9/11 when the attacks happened. I was so angry at her that I told her she should have been in the buildings or on one of the planes. I told her she better watch out or I would charge her with something even if I have to make my own evidence.

Burger King customer service/manager

September 11 I went through drive through this morning and i was writing the amount in my book and the worker kept telling me to pull forward and i told him to wait because i was writing in my book and he kept telling me again and again and said my timer is almost 5 minutes so to pull forward and I ignored him and after i was done i pulled forward and told him i was gonna report him to a manager and he said hes been reported many times and the manager doesnt Do Anything About It. I dont think people like should be working there. They are losing lots of customers because of the way they are. Very rude and nobody does anything about it. Something needs to be done because customers shouldn't be treated that way. They mess your order up and get upset when you tell them they made a mistake. Something really needs to be done honestly.

Burger King wooper

A wooper the tomatoes aren't fresh the lettuce looks nasty pre cook the first time I order and receive a meal ok this I know its the best but at least to try it really looks not tasty and it definitely looks lk they had it for hours and just serve it to get rid of it nothing look fresh the nuggets are dry aren't juicy anymore what kind of service is this?

Burger King workers

I have went in several times into the Oscoda store and I have been denied service by one specific worker. And it's usually only with my boyfriend. And he's heard the things she has said. Examples being "oh they are back" and "thank you I didn't want to deal with them" now I usually wouldn't mind it being a once or twice thing. But it's been about a month now if not more and it just happened to just me last night going through drive through. By myself.

Burger King not accepting "happy guy gift card"

I purchased a "happy guy gift card" at Vons in Whittier Ca.in the amount of $125.00. The card has several vendors printed on the front "Burger King" being one of the vendors. Saturday 09/08/2018 I used the card at store 733 Whittier Ca. with no problem a very young cashier took 5 seconds to look at the card instructions "process as credit" not "gift". However Sunday didn't go well, a different cashier processed as "gift" he repeated its not being accepted! I told the BK employee it needs to be processed as "credit" look at the cards instructions, he went on to say "no I can't its a gift card" I will get in trouble. This was taking time he then turned to a mgr. and they also... not looking at the card said it needs to be processed a gift card you have no funds on the card. I had to drive back home to get cash to complete my breakfast order that I promised my grandson from this BK. I was extremely upset for all this necessary frustration spending $125.00 on card that I can't use at my local BK because of some ignorant Bk employees, inconveniencing customers. Went to Oxford, ms location at 8:00 the dine in part was closed so went to drive thru asked why it was closed we was ignored first but then got really ugly attitude with me saying we only have 2 people working tonight she preceded to have an attitude with me when I was leaving and told me it was none of my business to why it was closed my phone number is [protected]

Burger King employee

I just went to the burgerking on high St Pottstown pa 19464. I wanted to order 4 crispy chicken sandwiches. The order taker on front counter said they were all out. So I said please give me a minute to call my husband. I stepped aside and there was another employee walking around near me. I told my husband they were all out and I told him ill just go to Wendy's. How about that employee that was walking around over heard my conversation and said to me good go to Wendy's all rude. I didnt appreciate that at all. If you guys had the chicken I wanted I wouldn't have gone to Wendy's. The employee want wearing a name tag . I don't appreciate being talk to like that at all. Its happened around 345 pm 9/9/18

Burger King cleanliness

Drink area had red drink spilled on counter. No catsup in dispenser. No Dr. Pepper in dispenser. 70 percent of tables in dining room were dirty. Visit was at 2:30 in afternoon on Sunday 9th of September. Employees joking around not paying attention. Dining room really needs updating but would look a whole lot better if it were clean. The womens bathroom had a red jelly like substance on the walls and the floor was very sticky.

Burger King store can only take exact change, then wrong food order

This past Thursday I stopped at the Burger King on Telegraph between 9 & 10 Mile in Southfield MI around 7:30am. I was told they could only take exact change. I placed my order 2 breakfast sidewiches with cheese and sausage. I get to work and find a bacon & egg breakfast sandwiches. I have been calling the store since Thursday and no one answers the phone. I stopped by the store this evening at 7:35 and was told no store manager was there. I told the cashier I had been calling since Thursday and she told me she just works there. I'm done. I see why McDonalds driveup window line is always long and no one is at the Burger King next door.

Burger King service

I was completely disrespected by the supposed general manager of the Burger King on Wayne and Chelten Avenue in Germantown Philadelphia. I will NEVER step foot in another Burger King as long as I live. Nor will any of my family and friends after I tell them my experience! I was overcharged and when I came in the following day to resolve it I was told unless I had the order nothing could be done when the manager the previous night when I called to discuss what happened and told her I didn't feel like coming right back up there after the king week I had at work when I'm sitting at my table ready to eat and was told I could resolve it in the morning no problem and it wasn't. It was a joke and the woman whom I dealt with was incredibly ignorant!

Burger King they charged my card but refused to give me my meal

I went to the store at Destiny USA and ordered my food at the kiosk. I got to the point to pay and I swiped my card and the machine said approved. The main screen didn't change and I never got a receipt. I asked he cashier he said that I had to pay again to get my food. I told him I wasn't paying again because I already had the charge taken out of my account. The manager said she wouldn't do anything for me I had to wait until the end of the night when they closed the card machines. I still have not received a refund and never got any food. They took my money and refused to give me the food I payed for. I will never eat there again and I work in the mall the manager was so disrespectful and even started talking about me as soon as I walked away. I work retail and hat is not customer service she should not be in charge of anything with the attitude she gives to paying customers.

Burger King twix pie

I purchased a twix pie on 9/8/18 at store #13003. The Poe was covered in mold . I took the pie back to your location and people working were kind of rude. They asked me ( and what do you want me to do about it). I told here to please give me my money back she rolled her eyes and went to get the manager. I was very disappointed in the service and the product.

Burger King raw food and lack of complaint response

On July 10, 2018 I stopped by your restaurant # 20803 and purchased a Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich to take back to the office for lunch.
I was pretty hungry so I ate the fries on the ride and took a couple of bites of the sandwich and thought it felt a little strange so I wrapped it back up and went on to work. When I opened the sandwich and looked at it I found out why it felt odd, it was raw. (Photo attached). The receipt says "LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, VISIT WWW.MYBKEXPERIENCE.COM" so I thought that might be a good spot to let BK know my experience. No reply. FYI-Validation Code was FF63234.
I waited a week and didn't hear anything so I thought I would go to the stores website and e-mail address and see what response I received from them. Again nothing.
So I thought as an experiment I'd see if I heard anything from corporate.
I understand that things happen but the lack of any response when they do and someone points it out to them shows some deeper problems.

Burger King food

Me and my husband stopped in at the burger king on south meridian in oklahoma city oklahoma. Went through drive through told them we needed the 2 for $6 whoppers. One whopper was to be without tomato due to a severe allergy to them the other was to be no mayo add mustard due to my husband being lactose intolerant. When we got back to our jobs mine had tomatoes his had mayo. We called the burger king spoke to a manager and told him what the problem was he put us on hold to take orders. He then got back on phone and said that we had to have our food and receipt to get the order remade but we had to return to work so we have the burgers to co-workers since we could not eat them. He told us there was nothing he could do without the receipt and food. We said we were going to contact the district manager and he said go ahead I don't care and was very disrespectful and rude and non attentive to the problem. SO we felt like we wasted our time and money on our lunch break and are very disappointed with the way we were treated at this burger king. My husband even explained to the manager that the tomatoes on my burger could kill me due to my allergy to them and the manager didn't care. Judy Sharp [protected]

Burger King cheesy chicken and bacon meal #10

Hello,

I just wanted to send you a quick message and let you know I had fallen in love with the number 10 the cheesy chicken and bacon sandwich, until today! On Fridays are my days to go out to lunch and the past few I have went to the burger king on East main street in Springfield, Ohio. I got my chicken sandwich it had an amazing amount of mayo which I love but when I was biting into the chicken it didn't taste good at all. It was just very tough to eat I didn't even eat half of the chicken I just threw it away and ate the rest of my meal. I don't know if the chicken was old I mean it was juicy just didn't taste right to me at all...

Burger King customer service

On Friday, September 7th at 10:20 am, at the Burger King on the corner of Barrett Lakes Blvd and Chastain Rd in Kennesaw, Georgia, I was yelled at by a female employee behind the counter. The employees had locked the doors unbeknownst to me and a customer came to the door. I thought it was locked by accident and went to unlock it. The female employee yelled in a very hateful tone, "We have the doors locked for a reason. Don't touch it." I sat down in shock. They did not let the customer inside and made loud comments about why didn't the "woman" go through the drive thru. The doors to the store remained locked for another fifteen minutes. You can imagine how I felt when after being yelled at and being locked in the store. I go to this Burger King often when I have to drop my daughter at the college across the street. I order breakfast or dinner and eat inside. I will never go into this store again. I will take my business to the Wendy's or Arby's close by. Another probably would have called the police when they realized they were locked inside and being screamed at. It is sad that employees like these are allowed to work at a Burger King.

Burger King drive thru service

The woman manning the microphone at the Burger King drive thru in Rawlins Wyoming was the rudest I have ever experienced. When she asked me what I want, I first said I had a coupon and she let me know their coupon ability was down and she couldn't accept coupons, so I took a minute to decide what I wanted instead. I picked a meal and asked to add an ice cream cone, she said their ice cream machine is down, I asked if I could add onion rings to my order and she said they are out, I laughed and made a light joke about so many things being unavailable before the weekend hit, (it was Thursday evening, sept 6th, at 9pm)and she went on about how they don't get large enough shipments and are understaffed and a long list of reasons why she was irritated already. I knew the other major fast food spot in town was shut down for a week to move locations and that it was causing more traffic at Burger King and so I tried to commiserate with her as she seemed very frustrated at the situation and lack of support, I asked something about Burger King preparing for this, knowing it would be busier this particular week, she took offense and I tried to respond that I understand it must be frustrating for them, she interrupted in an angry tone and said it has been a frustrating and long day and did I want my food or not? I was taken back by her anger and said speaking to customer like that wasn't going to help the situation at all and she replied that I didn't have many other options (restaurants in our smaller town are sparse) and that I could deal with it or leave. I responded there really wasn't any need to speak to me like that and she told me to just leave, and then alternated between shouting "Bye!" And "leave" at me over and over until I drove away. I was appalled and shocked at her behavior.

Racist action showed by manager at store. Have had problems with her since she was hired now I was asked to leave the store because I was abusive and not to come back.
