Burger King customer service

Hello. My name is Victoria Caires. I went to Burger King on the Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield, CT for dinner last night. As I was waiting for my food, I witnessed the person preparing my food go into my bag and take out three fries and eat it in front of my. She left to go into the back and I didn't get her name. I was more shocked and astonished then anything. I didn't know what to do but that was disgusting. I thought I should let you guys know.

Burger King displayed pricing incorrect/ bad customer service

To whom this may concern:

My name is Catrina Taylor and I am compelled to notify your Corporate Offices of the horrible and rude customer service at the:
Burger King location of 9083 Orlando International Airport Tram, Orlando, FL 32827
On Thursday August 23, 2018 at approximately 11:15am. I attempted to order a meal according to the price displayed on menu board(pic evidence included)of $4.59meal, the cashier (name-Abria employee #376836) very rudely told me she had to charge double the advertised price because the price displayed should not be there, inwhich she called a female manager in a pink shirt. The manager whispered to employee Abria to charge me for another meal, a meal that I did not want and she proceeded to walk away to the back before there was a resolution. I requested to speak again with said manager and Abria rolled her eyes sucked her teeth and turned her back towards me, she informed me she was not able to call her back, I am now appalled and displeased with the treatment. Another female supervisor in a black shirt came over to register and I informed her It is unfair to charge me a price outside of what is advertised clearly I believe I should have been giving the price advertised. Cashier Abia spoke to me in a very demeaning tone and told me that they would have to call the someone to remove the sign and I had to pay a fee that I could not confirm was accurate or not or not order to move along so she could take the next order..Very disappointing. Now I am a police officer and I know about giving respect and public service and while I'm in travel at the airport I xan honestly say that was the worst experience of my trip. Burger King the night manager burger king glenpool ok

I went thru drive thru was getting my drinks had 5 the girl had waited on me before and she's not very nice or friendly! She put drinks in holder and sat one on top and when handing to me it dumped on me And all in my car runt my dinner that's for sure! Got my phone wet my seat, me all my stuff in door panel! She handed napkins,! Didn't even apologize wasn't upset at all I cryed I had had rough day! And I called when I got home a girl answered itold her my story! She said she was Ariane the manager and she is the one who done that and it was my fault because I also had asked her for some ice for my dog and was going to give her babygirl s small bowl to keep from useing a cup of burger Kings! She said that s why the pop dumped on me! I told her I would call corporate she said that s fine have a nice night and hungup! This person is extremely rude not just this time I go there quit a bit and she has always been rude to me! I just want u to know I won't go back there I love your food but I'm not fond of this treatment! Thank you!

Burger King rotten sauce

I stopped eating Burger King years ago due to finding a hair wrapped around the onion on my burger. I decided to try and come around to BK again and the first time back in years tells me why I ever stopped. I get my food to go, ask for zesty sauce and go home to watch a movie. It was dark-ish and I wasn't really looking before I started dipping my fries into the zesty sauce. One bite and I automatically gagged, and a tingling sensation took over my tongue, along with the worst taste I've ever experienced! I flip my lamp on and the zesty sauce was rotten. I've taken pictures to show you comparisons. Needless to say, I didn't finish my meal as my stomach had completely turned at this point. Both the hair in the onion, and this rotten sauce took place at the Burger King in location in Fern Creek KY. I would call and complain but it will do no good, I feel like this really needs to be addressed. Sauce containers should be gone through and restarted fresh with new sauce packs every once in a while for this reason! Just thinking about it makes me gag still.

Burger King food/stagg

I came to this location around 11:30pm, Wednesday, August 22nd. I ordered my food and was interrupted as I was putting in my order, as well as another order. Each time I said what I wanted to order I was interrupted with "that it?" as if I was an inconvenience. Not "can I get you anything else?". When I pulled up, loud music was being blasted in the back and employees were doing everything but working. I pulled into the parking lot and not only was my food cold, but my friends as well. My food was also not how I asked it. Because the inside was closed, I didn't go back in. I'm not worried about receiving coupons or money back, I'm concerned on how other customers are being treated. It's not a hard job. The staff was incredibly rude. I will not be returning.

Burger King service and cold food

Store # 23198
We went thru the drive thru at your Benchwood Rd. Dayton, Ohio store today. We ordered the:
New Family Bundle
no ketchup, no mustard and add mayo on all sandwiches.
1 Salty Carmel Shake

We proceeded to the window, the casher said we don't got any salty carmel and we took it off the bill.
From across the store Ms. Johnson yells something about the shake machine.
I ask if the shake machine was broke or just out of the salty carmel mix. By this time Ms. Johnson has come over to the window and says it's broke and she took it off.
At this point I question the sandwiches and the no ketchup, no mustard add mayo to all sandwiches. To which Ms. Johnson again yells from across the store. They don't have mustard and already have mayo. The cashier says, they ask for mayo on all sandwiches. Ms. Johnson again yells across the store. Sandwiches are already made, we'll put mayo packets in the bad. To which I rolled my eyes, from the passenger side of the van. Ms. Johnson announced to all in ear shot, She rolling her eyes. I ask for her name, I had about as much of her rudeness as I cared for. The cashier and another women (which I found out later was the Asst. Manger) just stood there looking at me. Ms. Johnson comes to the window and proceeded to say, Well you did roll your eyes. I acknowledged that I did indeed roll my eyes and I felt she was very unprofessional by yelling across the whole store and if she had a problem with me for what I did, she should have came to the window and said so. I again ask for her name, she replied while walking away - so I didn't catch the first name. The cashier hands our change out to my husband, who was driving. The Asst. Manager then steps to the window for the first time. Ask for our receipt, which we hadn't recieved. Then prints us one, ask what the problem was. As I said she was standing there the whole time. I explained I was asking for the girls name to file a complaint. The Asst. Manager says, the Manager will be here tomorrow - you can make a complaint then. We have customers behind you and so I'm trying to hurry you on. At this point, we are still waiting on our food. Which brings us back to, if the sandwiches were "already made", why were we still waiting on our food?
The topper on the whole thing was the food wasn't even warm when we arrived home which is approximately 3 1/2 miles from the resteraunt.

Burger King there were ants in my coke

I recently had purchased a soft drink from the local Burger King in Gardena. I went to the machine and there were little dead bugs in the cup. I am just disgusted by what I found. I asked to speak to a manager. Then when I spoke to her she said, Those are just the ants." What kind of establishment is this? I was so shocked on how she responded as if it was nothing.

Burger King customer service

I normally don't post bad reviews because I too have been a fast food worker myself and I know what it's like to have a bad day but even on a bad day you still have to conduct yourself with some professionalism but this place is very unwelcoming and even the managers allow it. I was in there on my lunch break and ordered my food to go but I sat down anyway to eat just in case I didn't finish it. An employee who was cleaning the table kept staring at me all crazy and when I finished I was on my phone when she walked over and said "have a good day!" In a sarcastic tone as if she wanted me to leave. And as I was leaving she was cleaning windows and looked at me saying "Go ahead and Go!" I hate when people in customer service don't know how to treat their paying customers it's apart of your job or were you not aware? Customers are doing you a favor by coming in, not the other way around. It will be a while before I come back though. Other than that my lunch was the only good thing I could say about my visit.

Burger King service and product

Sad company. I submitted a complaint or comment through the website and no one has yet replied. I refuse to do business with a company that will not take customer concerns seriously. Bottom line when you buy a breakfast menu and sub a drink for coffee Burger will charge you and upgrade charge of a dollar. They must be desperate for money to steel from customs that way. McDonald, Sonic, Jack in the box, taco cabana and more the list can go will not charge you the extra dollar. So a good affordable breakfast menu went from 6 dollars to 7.50 this company must be going bankrupt. I left my personal info and no return call. Sorry excuse of a company.

Burger King burnt chicken nuggets

I went to the Burger King on 4351 Blue Parkway in Kansas City, Missouri. I ordered a 10 piece nugget with fries--I did have a coupon but there should not have mattered. There is no way for the person to put the nuggets in the bag to not notice the nuggets were Burnt to a Crisp! They were not eatable! I'm at work and could not go back. I tried for at an hour off and on to call the store on my receipt. No answer. This totally unacceptable!

Burger King service/availability

After several months and I'm sure thousands of dollars to renovate this location, I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately they have already upset and frustrated several customers.
The play room is never open always has a closed for cleaning sign on it no matter what time of day. Employees are rude non attentive and unwilling to answer questions. I hope For the owner's sake that they are able to save this location.

Hey my name is Angela Thomas I am a nurse at St Mary's & I came to the Burger King on blue heron for lunch & as I was waiting for my order I seen the Worker LaShaun coughing & sneezing on the burgers & the burger she did it On was mine & I heard her make the comment so it's not like it's my food & also one of the manager Anika was back there she laughed and said "your so funny LaShaun I feel you on that one it isn't my food"

Burger King specific location

I went to this location 2 different times and asked for a whopper to be told both times they don't have anymore whoppers. Then another time they didn't have any more French fries. Then another time went to ask for a milk shake to be told they don't sell any ice cream when they have a whole ice cream menu that should be taken down then. This location everytime they don't have something so the place shouldn't be open or they are not doing there ordering correct. I have to always drive to a further location just to get food that this location close to me doesn't have! Not a happy customer

Burger King breakfast sourdough king

I just visited the location at 4636 Jonesboro Road in Union City, ga. I order my food and when I got to the window I was asked to wait to the side as soon as another car pulled up behind me as if I were in the way. Ten suddenly since they saw the loo on my face my food was rushed out the window. To my disappointment I got home to discover a grilled sourdough king that was in NO way grilled. It is upsetting when you spend your money to one thing and get something nothing like the what you ordered. If I wanted plain bread I would have ordered something else. Not good. Especially since this seems to be the standard for this location, because this is not the first time this has occurred.

Burger King cold breakfast sandwich on several occasions

The burger king located at: 2732 blanding blvd middleburg, fl 32068. on more than one occasion I have order my breakfast sandwich and it comes out with cold cheese and ham slapped on the croissant ice cold. when I complained then I received one that was so hot you could no longer see the cheese, really over done since they didn't like that I brought it back. so 2 more times after the 1st time I have received ice cold sandwiches. isn't the croissants supposed to be toasted or at least microwaved for a breakfast sandwich? seriously! I have vowed to not go in there anymore. the burger king is relatively new to the middleburg area and I was so excited it was coming to town. now I am super disappointed!

Burger King whopper/customer service

8/20/18 5:45 pm (I attempted to call this Burger King, but their phone line is consistently busy.) Because I have a medical condition that forbids me from eating certain foods, i.e. seeds, nuts, corn, I asked the drive thru guy if I could get a whopper with a seedless bun. Instead of just saying yes, he asked me if I wanted two bottom buns. I really didn't want two bottom buns and I could see on the sign that their chicken sandwiches had plain buns so I asked him if I could get one of the seedless buns the chicken sandwiches came on. Again, instead of saying, "yes, we can give you a seedless bun." he said something about a potato bun. I didn't know what that was but I said okay. When I got to the window, I explained to the kid that some people have medical conditions where they can't eat seeds and I thought he should tell his manager. He went into a long explanation of why they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to call their corporate office. I said "so your old slogan 'have it your way' no long applies?" At that point he handed me my whopper and slammed the window shut. He hadn't given me the drink I ordered so I hollered "HEY!" and another kid opened the window, apologized and handed me a drink. This isn't the first time I've had bad customer service at this Burger King and if Whoppers weren't the best fast food burger out there, I would no longer be a Burger King customer. NOTE: I couldn't taste any difference in the two buns. I think Burger King needs to teach their employees to think on their feet to avoid this kind of service. All the kid had to say was "Sure, we can give you a seedless bun!"

Burger King bacon cheeseburgers

I just came from Burger King on Boston Avenue in Bridgeport CT & as we all know we have the options to have your burger premade or as you call it "Off The Broil" this is the closest Burger King to me so I obviously go there often. I like my burger fresh and EVERYTIME I go and order and say off the broil then continue to give me these dried up burgers like I can't tell because the cheese STIFFER THAN DONALD TRUMP ACCEPTANCE FOR THE MINORITY. Anywho as a regular customer I do not appreciate the carelessness. And might I add someone died in there recently so you'd think you'd be in top of your game. I NEED SOME FREE MEAL COUPONS 🗣

Burger King everything

We ate at the Covington, VA Burger King Friday afternoon, and food was cold, cheese wouldn't even melt, restaurant filthy, bathroom disgusting. Staff didn't seem to care. Manager didn't seem to care. The chicken fries were hard like cardboard, you couldn't even chew them. They were out of unsweetened tea, and I was told they would make some but they never did.

Burger King chicken fries

Went to drive through about 10 mins ago, I get back home to take a bite into a hard dark chricken fry. I ordered two and they are both the same. This is the first time I've been unsatisfied to where my moment went. The chicken fries have clearly been sitting all day. I would like to see my options regurding my money back or an actual decently fresh order of chicken fries in which I can return to the strode asap.
