Burger King service/lack of cleanliness/dirty

My friend and I went to burger king today. After waiting several minutes for service I ordered a sandwich and large soda, my friend had a soda. We got our order but no napkins or receipt. The sandwich was fine but the service and the lack of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floor had clumps of dirt all over and had it had not been washed in some time. The windows were filled with fingerprints and hand prints.

There were men working inside. There were screws on the floor. I have a handicap and had I stepped on one of the screws and went down I would have hurt my titanium hip and probably my ankle that has screws in it. I pushed the screw that was on the floor out of the way with the cane I use.

When we finished I went to refill my soda. I noticed that the crew member who took a fresh basket of fries out of the hot oil wiped his nose on his arm! Is that sanitary? I think not. I did not see a badge on his shirt so I do not know his name. I asked about the rubber/plastic gloves and hair nets that they used to wear. I was told that they do not have to wear them anymore. I hate to think what goes into the 'fast' food that is prepared.

I asked for the number of the store to call burger king hq but was given the number of the store. I knew it was the store number because of the exchange and no area code was given. I called the number I was given and there was no answer. I asked for the store number. I was told that it is #1012. I like burger king original chicken sandwich but I think it will be a long time (If ever) before I go back into the marseilles burger king.

I noticed that they are hiring managers. I would love to be the manager—things would change! The crew would work for their paychecks and be more friendly to the customers.

It all has to do with bad management. BK managers would supervise their employs better and reward hard working employees, there would be no employees with bad attitudes and would give a better service.

I have been to Burger King with very good management. They have employees with very good customer service skills. This is a very busy BK next to the Interstate Hwy. SO there is no excuse for other BK to be messing up orders or giving customers bad attitude.

Burger King do not pay their contractors.

I am a contractor that did $40K worth of work for this scam operation. They do not pay their contractors, I have had to spend thousands filings liens and not more to get the judgments and then even more to foreclose on the property. They have a history of screwing small local contracts because they have in house attorneys who's only job is to screw their vendors.

Dont eat at a business that scams the families who do work for them by taking the food off there tables. Boycott every spence owned burger king franchise. Their is about 40 of them in ILLINOIS and OHIO

Burger King very poor service

Went to Burger King in Porterville, Ca.there was three cars in the drive up lane. We waited about twelve minutes for the line to move. The car in front of us moved up in about five minutes. when I pulled up to the ordering board a girl ask if wait for a minute?
it was raining so to order I had to have my window down. about four minutes went by and a guy comes on and said he would be with us in a minute, I told him to yell at me because by now my arm and the door panel inside my car is all wet. so I rooled my window up except for two inches and waited another seven minitues and ask thru the speaker are you going to wait on me or not .
he said go ahead and order. My wife wanted a drink that was caffine free and no one knew what I was talking about and I said I want a soda pop that has no caffine. About that time I think it was the manager got on the speaker and yelled into the speaker we have no drinks caffine free. So now I drive up to the window to get my order a guy takes my money and a couple minutes a girl opens the window and slams my burger at me and said here is your burger so I say how about my drinks she said there coming .
finally he hands me my drinks and slams the window I had to honk my horn to tell him I wanted a receipt he handed it to me and slamed the window again. I have been here before and had the same poor service, but I'm very happy to say it won;t happen again as Im' going to the new Carl's Jr. right across the street from them. I hope that more people like me will wise up and put them out of business. very unhappy used to be customer

I pulled up to burger kings drive thru, the girl started off with, we only have whoppers, french fries and fried foods. so i ordered a #2 which is a double burger meal. as im trying to finish saying what i wanted, she cut me off to ask s, m, or large? so i answered lg. then she wanted to know if that completed my order. well, what was she going to serve for a drink? and did i want onion rings or fries or was she going to listen to anything else i said? then i continued to try to tell her what i wanted to drink. then she cut me off again and wanted to know if that would complete my order. i said no and tried giving my second selection. she again cut me off before i could finish and asked the same questions. so i had to wait until she finally shut up and stopped cutting me off to finish my second selection. then i tried to order my third selection and she cut me off so much i just told her thats all and drove to the window to finish my order. i asked her to add another whopper to my order and she just turned away and started taking another order, told me how much i owed and i just finally gave up and took what i could get. the drinks had only a small amount of ice in them so i asked for more ice. again i was completely ignored. there was barely any ice in the drinks. she handed them out even after hearing me ask for more ice. i know she heard me because she made a point to stop and lookook straight at me while asking her. well, i didnt get my order but i did get the other 2 orders so i paid and left.
when i arrived home i called the manager and talked to him. he just said yes maam, yes maam and nothing else. i said so you dont care about what your customers want? he said nothing so it seemed that he was just going to hang up without even trying to resolve the problem. i said well i guess i wont be back to your store anymore and he said whatever you want to do. i asked him to make sure i understood what he just said and i asked him specifically, "so are you saying you dont care about what your customers order? and he said yes maam. i then said i would take my complaint to burger king complaints.
IS THIS WHAT IS MEANT BY "HAVE IT YOUR WAY?" no one wants to be shut off when they open their mouth, especially when they are only ordering food from a food vender. this is not the first time this has happened at this store.
i have not been to this store for about a year for this reason. you would think there might be some improvement made in that amount of time.

Everytime we go to the Burger King on rte 47 in Glassboro we have problems. The service has been rude on more than 1 occasion. No rolls one night, no burgers another . One night they asked to pull up and they would bring the order out to the car. After waiting 25 minutes I had to go in and get my order. Not once in 20 visits has the order been right ! I have called the manager several times to complain.

A freind of mine once said that going to a fast food resturant is like a gamble every time and he figured that if he got decent service 2 out 3 times that was acceptable. Sad but it is true. I have complained on Hardees website and at Mcdonalds. Got free stuff and just went to another store.

Burger King cruddy management

My family went to Burger King for a quick dinner the other night. My husband and I both ordered a value meal (over $6.00 a piece) and we ordered one kids meal for our two small daughters. They never eat their entire meals and I am sick of throwing food away. We ended up spending over $17.00 on this food. I asked the cashier if we could have an extra toy for the kids meal as I have two kids. She said "no". I then asked to speak with the manager. I asked her if we could have an extra kids meal toy. The manager said. "yeah, sure, no problem...what kind of kids meal would you like and then I will give you the toy.". I said I did not want the kids meal, just an extra toy. She said that she "WILL NOT" give one without purchasing another meal. WTF...I just spend over $17.00 on cruddy food. I handed her back the toy from the purchased kids meal and told her to keep it. It is not worth my children fighting over this because Burger King will not allow us to have a toy worth a few cents.
Where is customer service?
I refuse to go back...

Kim Hobbs - in principle, it is a tiny bit stingy of the management to not give you the toy (e.g. they could just charge you 3 ice cream cones, $1.50, to cover the cost of the toy or something). However, rules are rules. What do you think Burger King is, a social service? The store did absolutely nothing wrong and, as a cash business, were only following company policy. So quit throwing your bloody toys out of the pram and grow up, because we all know you're going to go back eventually anyway.

E. Anthony - not everyone in the kitchen is capable of operating tills and taking orders. Still, in this instance they seemed too gormless and [censor]witted to tell a cashier or manager about your presence, and the manager should definitely lose her job. Totally unacceptable.

The other day I stopped by the
Burger King at Herndon and Cedar ave., in Fresno, Ca.
I stood at the counter a good 10 minutes while numerous employees milled about the kitchen. There was no one at the counter. I got the attention of one of the cooks who was walking around scratching between between his butt cheeks as he walked. I asked for the manager. I asked her for the telephone number for Burger King corporate so I could report their apparent disregard for service. She did not know the telephone number for the corporate office and went off to her office to get it. She never returned. As I was leaving (never to return again) one of the employees was suddenly interested in taking my order. I said I was ready 10 minutes ago but management had apparently decided having a person at the front counter wasn't as important as having several people lurking around the kitchen area scrathing their butt. I have concluded that the cooks butt must be the home of the whopper and as a result further concluded that since Burger King has no functional management, who knows what they are doing to their food?

I think Burger King, like most FF franchises, operate under strict company rules. I remember once asking a Burger King manager why I couldn't have orange juice (as opposed to orange "drink") with my lunch, and he told me that he could lose his franchise if he sold orange juice after 10:00 a.m. Those were the rules.

Burger King decline of food

Burger King has been our favorite fast food restaurant for the last few years, however, recently (for about the last 3 month) there has been a marked decline in the food and cleanliness of the the place. The buns are often stale and the fries are served when they are no longer fresh. The fries have always been among our favorites but lately if business is slow the fries are no longer good!
My wife's favorite choice is the grilled chicken combo and it has been consistently over-cooked (burned). If they can consistently burn it, they should be able to adjust the burner until it is just right!
We have enjoyed this restaurant for many years and are very disappointed in the direction it has taken!

I gave him my credit card and asked for a reciept, he rudely replied we always give a reciept. I got my order and asked him if he is alway this rude to customers he started fighting with me and exchanged profanity he then attemted to take a swing at me from the drive thru window. This was the worst customer service i have ever recieved never would i had thought i would be physically abused from a place of business.

Richard - it's no wonder the manager got all 'sassy' with you. She was trying to help you and correct the situation, and all you could do was incessantly argue and belittle her. It seems like you were more interested in her lie (a pointless and inconsequential one) than getting any food. Customers like you are annoying as [censor] and are no fun to deal with.

I went to burger king #8999 and my order did not come out the way I ordered it. What was worse was the response from the manager, Tammy. What she said was that a customer ahead of me pulled away and did not pickup his order and I got his by mistake. I told her that is incorrect the customer ahead of me picked up his order because I saw him and it was unusual that he ordered the same thing I did two whopper jrs and an order of onion rings. She further stated " Well we are sorry but it is not my fault he drove off. These things happen". My response was so its my loss and that's it. She got irritated and said "Well if you want me to give you your correct order I will" and she said it in a sassy way. I told her either you incorrectly made the order and are covering it up or just lying. I told her to forget it keep your burgers and I just will never go a to a burger king again. This order was taken at 7:07 pm today, June 27, 2009. Order #46. I cannot believe that you have this person working for you and she is a manager. This is the worse service I have ever received. If these are the type of people you are hiring then this company may not be around very long.

Burger King overcharged and food not good...

I am very upset with the way you handle complaints from comsumers...My husband and I ate at the Burger King on Indiana Ave. in Englewood Fl. on Dec. 1, 2008 We thought we would try the Whopper Juniors so we bourght 4 plus 2 small fries (they were not done all the way) and when we paid it was $9.14 (they didn't give us a receipt) I asked them how much small fries were..they said 1.69...TOO mush..We were over charged I have complained to the Miami office, by phone, several times...No results..
P.S. the first time I called Miami, the lady said someone would contact me..the second time I called, they said it would take 4-5 days...Here it is Jan. 15, 2009 and still not one has contacted me..

small fries are $1.69 in every burger king, maybe if you knew how to read the menu you would know to order the $1 value size. TOOL

Burger King horrible service

January 7, 2009 at 6:10 pm
I went to pick burger king for my son last night, stayed in the drive through for about 10 min no response, so I decided to walk in the store and order in. There were about 4 people working in the back 1 at the counter and 1 at the window. So total 6. Only 1 customer ahead of me and I waited to order and for the order to be processed it took about 10 min (Just twaking the order) , horrible.. That what they call fast food service. Waited for the order about another 10 minutes and I had to go, so I said the the person who took the order why is it taking so long, he said they are making it. I replied making what its 15 minutes now is that fast... He turned his back to me. So I said what are they waiting for, please give me what you have ready, I have to go, he turned his back and walked away. I said I have to go do you understand english and he said you have to wait. I said no I dont have to wait I will take whats ready and go. Finally he gave me the order minus the mozzarella stick as he said they were making it. I ordered an angry whopper without bacon or tomato or mayo (Value meal meduim) , cheese burger and mozzarella sticks. - order number was order 48 on 1/7/09 at :6:22 (According to their date and time stamp on the receipt). I left the store 6:45 and when I got home, I got a completedly messed up order, only 1 bacon cheese burger (Which we dont eat bacon so it went to the garbage) and 3 pices of mozzarella stix.

What do you call that? I am not stepping a foot in this store anymore or any burger king. They hire idiots who dont even speak english or have any manners or courtesy to deal with customers.

Burger King deception

Location I-70 & Mount Comfort Rd. I went to this location to get a double stacker sandwich . I 've never tried this item before. I don't eat at Burger King to often, I thought I would treat myself The photo of the double stacker looked so wonderful I ordered the combo meal .When i recieved my order the sandwich looked nothing like the appealing sandwich of the double stacker i saw on your menu the fries were barely warm. I told the manager he told me that what i saw on your menu was just a picture. If Burger King is leaning towards deception and thievery i believe my money will be best spent else where. Y our customers should get what they pay for Joseph Robertson

Burger King employee-stole my husbands cell phone

My husbands cell phone was stolen by an employee from Burger King... He went to eat there for lunch with my 7 year old son... Ordered... placed his cell phone and keys down by the register... grabbed his food... returned to get his keys and cell... then realized there were only keys there... No other customers came in after him... when he spoke to the manager she said no one seen a cell phone... then he asked about their cameras... she said they were not working... I filed a police report... then went down to Burger King myself... thinking maybe a worker would say "they found it on the floor or something". The manager said I would have to prove it and told me I shouldn't be pointing fingers (accusing) at her employees... She was rude... I've had no luck getting some help with filing that complaint... This business is ran unprofessionally and I think the manager really does not give a wink about customer care.

Burger King scam

In case you have not noticed yet, Romania is a country in Europe and also a member of the European Union. On what statements are you denigrating a whole nation because you took some old people from the country to do your ### Whopper Virgins campaign? Your think your peasants know how to eat a hamburger? Think again. Maybe you should search youtube for a video called A WORLD WITHOUT ROMANIA, before trying to impress anyone with your campaign. Also you should document yourselves first before criticizing. You know, we, in Romania, have electricity and internet, and we do look like humans. Glad you decided to open Burger King restaurants in a country where people DO NOT know how to eat a hamburger, as you state. See if you can build a new hamburger for us, one that we know how to eat.

Making us feel weirdo's because we are not familiar with the " essential component of modern culture " that is Burger King and implying we are "civilization virgins" will never penetrate the Romanian markets. It's just a lack of respect for our (by the way) more than 1000 years of culinary history...

Burger King bad service

On August 9th I purchased a meal from burger king and used my stamp card. Which the Cashier accidentally punched the breakfast portion of the card instead of the lunch meal. So instead of having a free meal I was still one punch away. I didn't think much of it or that it would be a problem if I tried to use it later. The next day August 10, I tried to use the card and the cashier said she couldn't accept it. I explained I was just here yesterday and she punched it in the wrong spot. She asked me if I had a receipt to prove it and I did. So she called the manager over and he said sorry there is nothing he can do, To make sure they stamp it in the correct spot next time. I honestly think the manager had more than enough authority to resolve this situation but he completely refused and in the end I had to pay for the meal and received my last punch for my card. I've worked customer service before and I think this manager has a lot to learn. I obviously proved to be a loyal customer I don't think anyone would attempt to make a fuss over a punch card unless they were right and felt cheated. This happened at the Burger King on Yokota Airbase Japan. The name of the Manager was Mr. Satoshi.

Today 7/6/16 around 5 PM my husband and I went to our local Burger King in Gouldsboro, Pa. We haven't been there for a while and I don't know if we will ever return.
It was understaffed. The place was filthy and the wait was horrendous.
The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Filthy and in need of service.
The Dept of Health should be notified it was that bad. I feel like I must complain about this particular Burger King. Very disatisfied
Thank You

Maybe the health department should be called on the nasty customers who make the bathroom messes? Would you want to clean up after nasty people? Neither do they. I honestly believe the law that states a public place have a public restroom should be repealed. The workers do not make the messes, the customers do.

My family and I have been going to the same Burger King for several years. We have been getting biscuits and gravy with an extra cup of gravy. We pay extra for the gravy. We have always recieved a full cup of gravy. When we called Burger King to ask why we didn't get a full cup, they said that is how we always serve it (the cup wasn't half full). We told them that wasn't how it was yesterday and last week. The Manager said "Well I have been here 5 yaers and that is how it is done." All she would have to do is say we have raised the price for a full cup not get smart about it.

Went to burger king in meadville PA, and was very disappointed with the service. I received a cold sandwich and cold fries. my diet coke was so flat it was unbearable to drink. I had to pour it out. I shouldn't have to put up with poor service when I am paying good money for good service. This isn't the first time this has happened and maybe it's time to replace some employees because there not doing their job!

Thank you for your time!
Rebecca Huffman.

I went in with my mother. The lady at the register didn’t understand our order. I guess she didn’t speak English at all. So another had to come take our order. So after she got our order, the women turned and started talking about us in Spanish. Saying racist remarks about us. Saying how they hate when Hispanic women won’t speak Spanish with them. And that we think we are too good to speak Spanish. Also just making hand motions to the other ladies as if she wanted to choke me. So we asked for our money back before we got our food. They had no right to say that. How would they know if we spoke Spanish or not. We are in America, English is the main language. So we called and complained to corporate. Then the owner called us, and said we should go back there and eat and that he'll send us some gift cards. But this was two months ago. We have yet to receive any. I work right next to the burger king and decided to go back, I did and the same women were there and were very rude again. There where no customers there, and they where talking and not making my food. I just left. So I will never go in to that restaurant ever again. They people are so rude and racist!

Maybe you should your managers alittle bit more carefully the ones at this burger king are the most stupid ones that i have ever seen i had a friend that worked there and there some sexual harrssment that goes on there if you won't sleep with the manager your fired or have your hours cut back the one manager that use this to his advanatge is vince something needs to be done about his behavior my won't come forward to file the complaint so this the best that can be done something needs to be done so he doesn't get away treat another girl like this to keep her job. To sleep with a manager is the wrong to treat a person i hope something get done with him so he can't do this to a another girl

Burger King bug in burger at bug-a-king

My son and I went to the Daytona Beach August 12, 2008 to visit my neice who lives there. We were on the way to our condo in New Smyrna Beach and stopped by Burger King on A-1-A in Daytona Beach (store # 6527) to pick up lunch. We headed down the road and my son started freeking out because there was a bug in his sandwich. We all stopped eating, had to stop somewhere else to get my son something different to eat. Needless to say, my neice and I had lost our appetite. On our way back to Daytona Beach we stopped back by Burger King, talked to the Manager of which refunded my money. She also gave me the number of the General Manager - Renee @ [protected] in case my son were to get sick. The next week I received a call from an adjuster - JoAnn Williams @ [protected] asking what happened. I also received a call from Ricky at Flowers Bakery @[protected]. It appeared as if they were sending off the sandwhich to the lab to determine who had the liability issue; Burger King or Flowers Bakery. Since, JoAnn Williams called wanting to know if Flowers Bakery got a hold of me. I called Flowers, and spoke to Ricky who said he had not heard anything yet so I called JoAnn Williams back to ask her what was happening. JoAnn was out of town and would be back in the office on Monday. I left JoAnn a message to call me. To this date, November 25, 2008 I have not heard from anyone. Oh- JoAnn did offer to send me free coupons, but to be honest with you I have no desire to ever eat at a Burger King in any town or any state. My next step is to contact the News Journal in Daytona and the Gainesville Sun to share this experience with them and then maybe? I will get a call back from someone. What really upsets me more than anything is these folks called me and now I cannot get the common courtsey of them letting me know where we stand with the liability issue. I also tried calling Renee the General Manager, and of course, she doesn't work there any longer. I guess that tells you where we stand with issue which is absolutely nothing! Also, when I was talking to a friend of mine at work, she knows of a lady that stopped in Melbourne Burger King and found a half of a frog in her sandwhich so you might want to think twice about eating there and I think that should explain why there are not many Burger King as there used to be. She has seeked legal counsel. I have told many people my story and will continue to because BUG-A-KING doesn't deserve to be in business especially after reading all the information on this site. PLEASE ...RETHINK EATING AT BURGER KING.

This comment is concerning the Burger King located at 112 Ridgewood Ave, in Daytona Beach, Florida. The restaurant looks grimy and unclean. The rest room for women repeatedly lacks paper supplies and the door remains locked. After I asked for access to the rest room, I was informed that it was customary to lock it as a lot of crime was committed there. I was very uncomfortable at that point. My food was correctly made but was room temperature. The employees seemed uninterested in the customers and generally gave me the impression that they did not care about how they did their jobs. I was very upset during my visit and do not plan to go back. Can you please take measures to correct this restaurant? Thank you.

Burger King abuse

I just had the worse customer experience of my life. It happen in the Burger King located at the 455 Grayson Hwy Lawrenceville, Ga 30045 which has bee my children favorite fast food restaurant for many years. Today, November 22 at 12:15 I was abuse by the shift manager, who misunderstood my order refuse to give me my ticket and scream at me. I did ask for a customer complain form and she refuse to give me the form. At this point I am trying to get in touch with the company customer support service.

Burger King misrepresentation

I received a promotional receipt to call in for a survey where upon I would receive a promotional code to enter on the back of receipt. I followed all instructions and when I returned to order a frie and drink to receive a free sandwich the manager informed me that she had to be able to read what I had originally ordered, but the register ink had faded and was not legible. The code and print on back side was fine! Everyone could see what I qualified for after taking my precious time to call and comply. They need not think I will ever enter their contest again. Also after watching the manager walk away shaking her head because I was dismayed I promise to eat elsewhere as well! Guess they don't need my business anymore.

Burger King burger and service

The Whooper Jr.'s my husband and I had were terrible. They were cold and the lettuce was brown and bitter. That was the first time we had had a bad meal there. And the next time I went there, I was asked to pull ahead after I had paid for my meal because they had to wait on the cars behind me, and they would bring my order out to me. Well, I waited for ten minutes and they never brought it to me. I went in and asked for the meal that I had just paid for at the window. The girl that had waited on me didn't remember that she had asked me to pull around. I don't think I should have had to pay for the meal when they didn't remember that I had ordered it and they didn't bring it out to me.

Burger King employee personal hygiene

I stopped in yesterday at the rest are on my way to work at 8:00am Thursday 6 November 2008.

As I approached the counter, a young man asked for my order while he was picking his nose.

When he gave me my change, he would not look at me and I noticed his fingernails where at least a half inch long and completely filthy dirty, as though he hadn't washed in months. I was completed disgusted. Don't these people take the Florida Foodhandler Class before serving food?

Perhaps this should be looked into.

Thank You, John Staniland

I was thinking the same thing, then I saw a male posted this, so it may not be the case. Then again he could be gay, or perhaps this person is telling the truth. Without knowing people we don't know if people want to make lies to cause trouble for someone or if someone is really that much of a pig.

Burger King very rude employees

On 11-02-2008, @ 2am I went to burger king to get something to eat. I ordered a double with cheese, fries, and a diet coke for my wife, I also ordered a triple with cheese, fries, and a strawberry shake for myself. I was told that the shake machine was broken. I informed the girl at the drive thru that im told that every time I come there, be it noon or 2am. She promptly said to me, and I quote " I said that the mother###er is broken" I said to her you dont need to be rude, she said to me that she is refusing to take my order and that id better get my ###ing ### out of here or she would call the police. So I left and went to the burger king at 119th and south western. I ordered the same thing, I was informed by the girl there that the shake machine was broken down for the night. Which was fine with me. At least she didnt yell or cuss me out. The girl on i-240 and south western needs someone to have a serious talk about how to treat your customers. But on the same note the girls on 119th and south western should be commended for their professional work. I will never go to i-240 and south western again. For I will not tolerate being treated like the way I was treated

Burger King overall bad service

I've eaten at alot of fast food resturants & I must say this burger king is the wrost. The parking lot was a mess. I should have let that change my mind about eating there but I figured since my food was'nt being cooked in the parking lot everything would be okay. Boy, was I wrong. To be a fast food resturant i've noticed that burger king is very slow, but i'm willing to wait on a good original chicken sandwich fixed my way. I had to return my sandwich twice before it was done right, well at least I thought. While waiting on my meal another customer brought his meal back demanding his money back. It was his third time bringing his meal back. I guess this day was payday because a couple of off the clock employees were there & mingling with the on the clock employees like there were no customers there, sitting on the counters & rails. After finally getting my order I left & did'nt get far before having to bring my order back. Whenever I order a chicken sandwich I ask for it to be cut in half. I'd only eaten half of a half before I realized something was wrong with the chicken. It looked like the chicken was old or overcooked. It had the look like it was cooked froven. I brought it back with the intentions of just getting my money back, & did'nt get it back. The manager told me that since I eaten a quarter of the sandwich I was'nt able to get my money back. Instead of clowning behind 5 dollars & some change, i'd rather make my complaint this way. If you spend 15 minutes in a fast food resturant & witness 3 different customer complaints something is wrong with staff & managment. And this burger king frequent alot because it's within walking distance of the of one of the busiest hospitals in the city.
