Burger King foreign objects in middle of whopper

My daughter and I took lunchbreak today at noon, we decided to go to our local burger king in Faribault, MN. She ordered bacon whopper combo . As we got back to our place of employment we began to eat .. halfway threw her whopper she bit into a hard object, a ROCK! I called our local BK and the manager was like .. ah ya I am the manager, as I told him he seemed very confused, and said the meat must have been sent that way to them because they don't drop their meat ... he asked for my name and number, and hung up on me! I then tried to call back to only be hung up on once again. I am disgusted, pissed, and hoping my daughter don't need see DR. as she is also not feeling well. I don't want their coupons this is not my point behind my complaint .. its to let people know, and to check their food before they serve it, I am also going to contact the health department because this is awful, and whats worse the management DONT CARE !

Burger King 24 hour drive thru

12/21/2015 12:35am This locations drive thru is always closed from 11:30pm to 2am and they always state end of shift or computer problems and can't server anyone. This has been going on for years and no one seems to do anything about the laziness of the employees not wanting to do there jobs. This location is falsely stating its open 24 hours . I think the third shift should be removed from this franchise store for not being open 24 hours. I will take my business to McDonald's that is open 24 hours.

Burger King bad experience

I have been a big fan of Burger King for a long time. I was always satisfied with the food and service. But that was in the past. I'll never go to BK again and I'll explain why. First of all the service is very slow. Even if you want to order a small burger, you'll have to wait for ages. The dining area is very dirty and nasty. They only seem to clean up only when there is nothing else to do. Staff member look bored and tired. Well, I was there two days ago. I came to the counter and was ready to make an order. But staff members were busy talking with each other. When I finally made an order I had to wait almost twenty minutes for my food. I ordered some french fries with ketchup, but I got my fries without any sauce. They told that they don't have it anymore. At least they could give me any other sauce in a replacement. I took my food and saw a fly there! Do you believe that? I went back to the counter and said „I'm sorry, but there is a fly in my fries!”. She looked at me and simply took away the fly. I was really shocked. There was an insect there and she just took it away, she didn't even gave me a new portion! I could not stand that nonsense anymore, so I took my meal and threw it right into her face. Very poor and awful service. I'll never go there again.

Burger King consumer satisfaction - none

Around 3:05pm on 10/5/15, my husband and I drove up to the drive in window at burger king here in florida. A voice on the speaker asked if we wanted to try one of their specials today, I quickly said "no" and started giving my order. When I was done, no one responded. I said " hello, anyone there?" several times with no response. So I drove up to first window and no one there. So I pulled up to 2nd window and no one there, but I could see one lady chatting and another putting together someone's order. I waited and waited for someone to come to window.. I then keep waving my hand to get someone to come. Finally a lady said can I help you. I told her my story about no one handling the drive thru calls. She yelled for cathy and she came in the area and they asked her if her headset was on. She fumble with it and came to window. I told her I was trying to place a order. Told me to either drive back around the building or back up. My husband told me to drive back around. I gave her my coupon for my order of 2 whoppers, small drink and fries. I asked if I could get a free upgrade on the small drink since they caused me inconvenience. She said she couldn't. I asked for her manager, and I asked the same to the manager. She said she couldn't... And they didn't cause me inconvenience and that I should have backed up instead of driving around. That didn't make sense since there were no other cars. I told the manager that I was going to make a complaint due to their lack of consumer satisfaction and the manager then handed me back my order coupon and told me to go somewhere else. To this response my husband and I were both flabbergasted. We have never been treated this way. We left your establishment and went down the street to mcdonald's to make our purchase where we were treated with respect and they at least got our order right with little or no delay.

Such junk they sell. The Whopper hasn't had the flame broiled flavor for like 20 years (blah) and everything else tastes exactly the same - like overheated degenerated oil. I wouldn't in my hungriest or even my drunkest state go anywhere near one.

Burger King menu changing from breakfast to lunch

I visited the burger king on brice rd in Columbus ohio across from the PNC bank don't know the address. Breakfast ends at 10:30, I arrived at about 10:27, a young lady was complaining about the eggs on her sandwich, when she turned around I realized I knew her and we passed a few words, I looked at the cashier and said I wanted to order the 2 croissants for $4, she told me breakfast was over, I asked her what time it was she said 10:33 and I'm like I was standing here prior to the menu board changing and she told me she was sorry but breakfast was over, I understand the menu changing for lunch but if someone is already in line I would assume they could still order breakfast, I work in customer service myself and if a person is in line for breakfast/lunch in a timely fashion they would be served, I thought it was very unprofessional.

Burger King the way my food was giving to me

Went to BK on Wednesday night around 10:30. First of all we sat at the window to order for about 8 minutes. We thought they was close. Finally some one came to the window and took our order. We paid for our food the girl was real nice. Asked us to pull to the parking lot they had to drop our fries. We sit there for about 10-15 minutes waiting on our food. Well this car pulled up behind us, the man get out and hands us our food. We didn't know him. But he told us that the girl asked him to hand us our food because they was getting ready to lock the doors. I didn't understand that and we was scare to eat the food. We did because we was Hungary and we both starting feeling mad.

Burger King wrong food order

There are incompetent employees working in the drive through area. The Burger King is located on 107th Ave and 72 St. in Miami, FL. On more than one instance, I have ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner for my parents who love eating at fast food places. Whenever I place an order, I try to make it simple enough that even a fifth grader would understand. Bottom line is that they always give me the wrong order. Today I ordered 6 hamburgers, No ketchup, extra pickles. When I got home, there were 6 cheeseburgers in the bag. Last time I ordered, they gave me several cheeseburgers with only mustard and no pickles when I specifically told them No ketchup, extra pickles. We reviewed the order on the screen and they still got it wrong. Incompetent people or they just don't understand the English language or simply they just need more training.

Burger King overcharging

We recently visited Burger King in Hamburg, NY and felt that we were taken for at least $1 extra. That may not be much but done many times over to other customers, it adds up. Ordered small fries and charges $2.06 - no order amt given at time of purchase amd no recpt given - thought it was odd - was ordered through drive through at about 8:45 pm. Will not visit this location ever again, be warned to check prices on menu and question charges before leaving, I should have and no have learned my lesson.

Burger King bad customer service

My two friends and I was hungry so we stopped at burger king {there was no outside lights on).the clerk informed me that she could only take two orders per car Two of us put our orders together so we could have the "required " two orders.we girls are all in our sixties and wanted our senior citizen discount.The clerk told me we could only get one discount even though we had two orders. I want to know if that clerk was quoting company policies.

Burger King small burgers and fries to down sized

I have been to burger king many times and the burgers are getting smaller and smaller and prices are going up I cant believe how small the burgers and fries are and wow not even enough to feed a kid as they are so small you have to buy 3 or 4 now just to get a full belly I cant afford to do that so i have to go somewhere else to to eat i think subway are better with portion size even macdonalds have a bigger burger so burger king you need to look at yourself and give the people food they pay for and stop being a scrooge with ya food i will not eat at burgerking as iT now cost me about 50 dollars to feed my family so i will be going somewhere else to eat as you are so bad so people have to buy 3 times as much to eat what not even a pound of food not good

The receipt & wrapper were right & food was wrong. When an order request is to be without Mayo & it has XXXtra on both top & bottom buns, XXtra onions when that was to be omitted also, it is uneatable! I worked at BK during high school so I have seen how it can be. Spiteful, unhappy employees - or at least one - are sabotaging orders. This was no accident like the manager thinks! We stopped going to BK for 2 years since orders are NOT "our way" or does that no longer apply. BK Sux!

Your French fries used to taste great in the last 3 months they are terrible. Also why do I do no longer need two hands to hold a whopper? I use the Burger King at 363 and Ride Pike, Norristown PA 19403

I had recently visited Burger King in Hamlet and almost every morning, I order Sausage Biscuits off of the BK Value Menu. When I get my biscuits they are either burnt or not cut correctly. It's always pencil thin and burnt on the top, and very thick and burnt on the bottom. The biscuits are good and all, but something needs to be done A.S.A.P. Whoever is cooking the biscuits, they leave them in the oven too long, and when they cut the biscuits, it's never cut right.

I was in shock when I saw a Hispanic manager she is short and has black hair, employee's smoking what look marihana in the dumpster its sad that a manager will go sooo low because if they are doing that what can u expect of the rest employee's...

Went through drive thru Fri morning, Aug 31, 2012. ordered 2 cini-minis, which were listed on the menu board twice, they no longer carry them. That was the only good breakfast food at BK. and how hard is it to remove from the menu or cover with tape or paper.

We spent $25 on a family meal and it was horrible. None of the hamburgers were fixed the proper way we asked for...The chicken nuggets were so over cooked & sat so long you couldn't chew them...Very Disgusted with BK use to go all the time when I worked & it was a great place to eat...BUT NOT ANYMORE I want a REFUND for my wasted $25!

Okay. I'd like to say that I love Burger King. But you took my absolute favorite thing. The Spicy Chicken Crisp. Really? I know damn well it was selling because I'd order 4 to 6 at a time. I don't think I'll go back anymore. Thanks for nothing. Please bring them back.

There is nothing worse than receiving a Wopper with a hard and stale bun and another that tastes sour. This is what just happened today at the Agoura/Westlake Village Burger King. There is no reason for this.

Hi, to sum it up, My order was wrong. I went back and explained what happened, the manager would not apologize and looked at me like with a mean face like I was in the wrong. I know Fast- Food employees come and go and no real training is in involved because of the turn- over rate, but i had to go back and have my order replaced. Not a big deal, but a manager w who you would think would have soom concer, DIDN'T!

Burger King poor service by the head and assistant manager

On 8/22/14 I received the most horrible customer service from the head manager by the name of Debbie. She was very rude and very snappy towards customers as well as her workers. I visit this store a lot and every time I have come inside to eat she is never helping get orders out or seeing if the guest are satisfied. Every other manager I have encountered there has been more professional than she ever has. I don't pay my money to be treated and talked to rudely so I hope upper management can get this problem resolved for future references. Furthermore the other manager that was there by the name of Jeremy wasn't any better either cause he was very rude and smart with me as well when I tried to ask him a question about a price on the menu and he just walked off on me and went to the back and didn't appear from the back for quite a while. I don;t know what the problem is but there needs to be an over haul with the upper management team their. It wasn't like this a few months ago. Very poor service. I am truly disappointed.

Burger King too much ice into coffee

Burger king coffee had too much ice into a cup.
I complaint to the store, they were rude and just laughing.
The guy was saying no refill.
But I didnt want most likely coffee but ice.
I took a picture. The cup filled with two third of ice.
I would satisfy if they refill little more.
But they are rude and treat me like I am not their customer.
I do not like this burger king..

Burger King stealing credit card number

At drive thru took my card and swiped. Usually hand it back immediately .. This time they stand there 2 of them, I see cell phone come out trying to hide as the did it and saw cell phone go back in pocket then still kept back to me with my card till I said something ... Then they made it seem like I was accusing him of some thing . I asked about his phone he said I was crazy... I left and cancelled my card in BK parking lot . Never going there again

Burger King no hamburgers

Pulled in drive up line at Aprox 5:30 PM 5/15/2014. Rush hour traffic 3 cars ahead of me and more lining up behind me. Long wait but I didn't mind. Now I get to make order that I wanted $8.99 meal for two, Burgers small fries and drinks. I am told "sorry we do not have any burgers. ? I am tired and hungry so I ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries, I didn't have time to go elsewhere. This is not the first time they did this ( I am guessing bad management) I wont be going back there anymore.

Ordered at drive-thru, pulled up to pay asked to pull all the way back around front of building pull near front doors to wait for food. About 4 other cars doing the same thing! Waited about 15 min and they brought wrong order correct drinks! Gave us correct order and the others had to wait again! No sense in making people wait around in parking lot for fast food...drive-thru!

everytime i order 2 whoppers plain and get it home and everything but the kitchen sink is on it i have tryed to contact the main office to no avail futermore their workers are RUDE RUDE RUDE the main office do not care it seems that there is no such thing as to have your way any longer they just throw it in a sack and give it to you

I was there twice and the first time they gave me some bad lettuces on my burger and when I complaint they got very nasty with me. The second time I came their bathroom was broken and when I mention about it once again they got nassty . you have a lot of young workers that are not trained with customer service.

You never know who my stop at the store at 400 east tremont!

I wentinto Burgerking to get something to eat, and while Iwas
waiting for my food I notice they did not have plastic gloves on when they put the food together. That is very unsanitary.
I will not go back again. There, s to many germs out there

Went thru drivethru, ordered food, went home and discovered they forgot 1 burger special order. called them they said sorry and that i could come back and get it. asked neighbor to watch the kids, went back and they gave me the burger and nothing else for their mistake! Cost me more in gas then the damn burger! Will not return!

I bought a value meal and kids meals. they are supposed to be 99 cents sas TV and they have a huge sign. They charged me 4 dollars and thn when I said they were suppose to be 99cents. They said I didnt say anything. That is false advertising and refusal of said posting I will go to business bureau and to Corporate

Boy taking orders looked discusting. Had hole is both ears and piercings. Tattoos on both arms and long stringy hair. Told him all the tables were dirty and he came out and cleaned one table then went back and stood behind the counter with no business.
Stomach is not feeling good like I ate something bad. Will never go back to the local Burgerking again.

AFTER SEEING YOUR COMERCIALS ABOUT NEW CHICKEN WRAP HAVING TWICE THE CHICKEN THAN McDonalds I bought 2 of your wraps. They were nothing like you showed on tour commercial. They had one tiny piece of dried out chicken no thicker than a 1/4 of an inch incl. bread crumbs. B.K. should send out quaity control or let there B.K.s know what they, re adveritizing!.

Burger King cynthia, the manager

It was my grandaughters birthday today and I took one picture of her by a plain brick wall to send her mother that lives in nebraska. Instead of kindly coming around the counter and telling me I was not supposed to take a picture, cynthia yelled over the counter you cant take pictures in here. I was very hummilated and embarrassed there were at least 5 people in line and they looked at me and even the customers, like I was a criminal or something. To me that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I have not complained about her before but I remember her working in salem utah as well and she kind of made me uncomfortable then too because she is not a happy person and never smiles at people anyone who works around the public especially a manager needs to be a good example to their workers. I will not go back there again so I hope she is happy that she lost our families business.

Burger King health violation

The same employee handling putting the fries in bags is also handling money with no use of gloves. The company increases their prices without any prior notification to the customers, and when the disagreement of price is brought, the management seems indifferent, shrugs and says sorry in a completely insincere manner.

The employees not wearing gloves is the least of the health hazards eat at fast food joints. The chemicals and the chemicals in the frying oil are health hazards. The meat in the burgers contain chemicals to get every scrap of material off the bone. God knows where they get the so called chicken from.

I went into the bk on west corbet ave and I over heard someone say that a manager and an employee who are dating both have herpies and before that a few days before I heard a different employee had clap im not sure if all this is all true but I would greatly appreciate it if it was lokked into

Burger King the worst fast food & service ever

5/24/13 The worst fast food & service that I have ever encountered in my 40 years! The Restaurant & restrooms was filthy (and didn't look they were cleaned in decades!), the burger king manager & staff was poorly dressed & very rude toward customers, my food was cold & the fries was very greasy and salty, so asked for unsalted fries, and the manager had an attitude problem- he actually yelled at me and talked about me behind my back! As my family & I walked out- a person warned me that this restaurant has been shut down many times for food poisoning! I'm never going back there ever again! And I'm warning others to avoid this horrible Burger King franchise!

On 2/23/16 I entered the drive thru to place an order in Fort Pierce, Florida ( Okeechobee Rd.) I had to wait at least two minutes prior to placing my order. It was a little difficult to hear the cashier I had to ask her (Latoya) to repeat herself. After placing my order and given a total of $12.64 I proceeded to the Drive thru-window. As I reached the cashier (Latoya) name that's on my receipt Order 522, I said to her "I don't have an add on, but I would like to have my sandwich cut in half. Because it was a little difficult to hear, I decided to ask at the window. Cashier gave me a puzzled look took the sandwich out of the bag went to the back and came back and said " There is no knife available" I responded "Really" she replied would you like a plastic one? I said no! Is there a manager on staff. She called the manager and he came I can't remember his name. I said to him, all I want is my sandwich cut in half. He took the sandwich and went in the back for about 1 minute. I really was afraid to take the sandwich because he took about 1 minute to cut a sandwich in half. I said to the manager "Thank you" he walked away and did not respond" I repeated myself again "Thank you" he responded yeah! How unprofessional of someone who is suppose to be in a leadership position. I think that he needs to a lot of management skills and training. I will make sure that I contact the corporate office so that no one else experience the same thing.

The service was very poor at the Burger King on queues blvd, in queens New York and they didn't have the turkey burger or the veggie burger that me and my family wanted after waiting on Line for almost 30 min I feel like my family should be compesated for our time with coupons for the burgers we wanted Thank you very much.
