Burger King service

Several weeks ago I finally complain about the drive thru at the location near my home was getting my order wrong all the time and I was too tired to check, I did not realize it until I got home 25 miles away usually I ate what ever they made a mistake with. This was life in a rural area. But the last time they really messed up and I was furious to the point that I was to drive back and let them have but I did not, I filed a complaint, and the next day I spoke with the area director and he sent me some coupons for replacements meals. I had not use the coupons because I keep forgetting them at home, well o finally decided to use them and the lady at the drive thru speaker box was giving me a hard time so when I reach the window, she look at me and said we do not honor these coupons, I said yes you do, they were given to me for the previous mistakes made at this location. So after going round and round I got fed up and left without my food.

Burger King service food

Went to Burger King store 10753 at 9239 Gratiot Avenue Detroit Michigan 48213 I ordered 3 10 piece nuggets and a medium fry order number was 71 on my way to appointment when I finally check my bag they shorted me a nugget call back to the store on Tuesday September 12th at 5:27 was when I place my order I called back to the store 15 minutes later talk to the manager on duty she did not give me her name she said that I could come back and get it they forgot to put it in the bag and they would let the other employees know I told her I could not come back right then but I will be back later got back to the store at 9:30 talk to a different manager she was very rude and nasty she said that she didn't know nothing about it and in my name wasn't in the book she acted like I was there to get a free 10-piece nugget if I place an order and pay for it I expect to receive what I paid for it's the principle

Burger King gave the wrong order and had to go around twice

Store #10798 at 2096 Mariner Blvd. Brooksville, FL 34609. Order #82 on 9/12/2017 drive thru.
We originally ordered a triple whopper large, whopper 2 for $6, two 10 piece nuggets, reg fries and onion rings, but they gave us everything except instead of the triple they have us a whopper with bacon. We went by drive thru and one of our cards declined so they told us to park so they can take the next cars. When we got the other card they made us go around again, which took another 15 minutes and so we did but the food was incorrect and cold and no sauce for the nuggets. We could've taken our business elsewhere but we went around twice to get food, never again.

Burger King poor service

I was in North Charleston SC over the week end due to the hurricane, I picked up some burgers from your store at 4820 Tanger Outlet BLVD on Saturday the 9th around 3PM. I was shocked by the service and food to the point that I had to complain for the very first time in my life. I have been in business most of my life and it was very obvious the workers at this location had no interest in serving the public and they conduct themselves like this on a regular bases. They could not focus on the customers in the store due to there private conversations and that of there friends. The gentleman in front of me left after he couldn't get a simple ice coffee with his order. My self as well as other customers waited for quite a while as the food was slowly brought out to the counter one item at a time. Everything brought out was cold and already cooked so I would of expected no delays. I had to wait for the servers finish up there conversation to get my chocolate shake in order to leave as well as taking care of other customers complaints. When I finally got my 2 shakes I informed the girl I ordered large shakes she said she didn't wont to get the large cups so she gave me a medium and only charged me for a medium. The bottom line is the food made myself and my wife sick, it was old and cold but my largest issue was the 4 girls who worked there and the treatment of the consumers trying to get something quick to eat. The customer that day did not get it there way.

Burger King no service

Burger king: located on sampson, dr., westlake, la... Incident took place between 8:30 and 9:00 pm on 9/11/2017...I placed my order at the drive thru, waited for 30 minutes, got out of line and went inside to replace my order thinking it would be quicker, waited for five (5) minutes, finally an employee walked in front of me never acknowledged me, she went to the back, i waited for a few more minutes, never got waited on. Left, as i was leaving several other vehicles that were behind was also leaving.

Burger King food

09/12/17, 9945 E. 350 highway, Raytown Mo. 64133 order # 599 2 for $4 croissants 1 large hash brown. bacon croissant had disgusting eggs. Seemed like they didn't mix them. Sausage croissant was better because half of it didn't have eggs! Hash browns had a burnt taste. I imagine old grease. The ONLY thing not terrible was the stripper like, fishnet undergarment the window employee was wearing! IF I hadn't had good BK, I would never try it again. I will NOT return to this one!
So I attempt to go to survey. BECAUSE of grease exposure, the store number is illegible, so I couldn't proceed...further aggravating me. Must I just never visit another BK? I only spent $6.72, but am getting $60.00 worth of aggravated! I would like my $ back and coupons for food at another BK because I will not return to this one.

Burger King ripping off soldiers

I am a Soldier stationed at Fort Hood, Tx and am extremely upset when I noticed I was being ripped off. There are 2 BK locations on Fort Hood within a mile of each other. I had been going to one Burger King for quite some time and was paying $5.98 for a breakfast meal. The day in question I decided to use the other BK down the street and purchased the same meal I always do. I gave the drive thru employee $6.00 and she gave me .52 cents back. This might not seem as a large sum of money but over years of doing this and the 1000's of soldiers that have been through that BK it is probably within the million dollar mark Soldiers and their families have been getting ripped off.

Burger King product and service

587. I ordered a croissan'wich and had a coupon for buy one get one free i was charged $4.54 for one sandwich. The employee that was working a Hispanic or indian lady was on her cell phone and was speaking like i did something wrong by placing an order, i probably shouldn't have as this restaurant parking was empty
I really didn't think about it at the second.
I drove off and got on the road and began to open one of the sandwiches it crumbled all over as it was cold and seemed like the keep timer was up for it.
The second sandwich was pretty good like a bit fresher.

I tried to call the store over 10 times this morning and no one was answering.
Phone just rang and rang and would go to like a siren sound (like a fax)
I called this evening and was told that the lady was the manager and that to fix this issue I'd have to come back Thursday to talk to her. I have to talk to her because she over charged me? I have her the coupon and $5 bill got 46 cents back.

I'd like someone to fix these issues, i wouldn't mind paying $5 for a sandwich if the service was good

Burger King poor service

I went into the burger king at 801 N. Industrial 9/11 at 4:30pm. I went through the drive thru. Ordered. Proceeded to pay for my food and was told to pull to the front of the store and wait for my food. When I left I realized everything in my bag was cold. I am trying to figure out why we was waiting in the first place for 2 whopper Jr. 2 fries and 2 drinks when no one was in line in front or behind me. I had time to go inside and go to the restroom then come back to my car and waited more time. So I went back to the store and told them the food was cold. I recieved my 2 whoppers and fries again... STILL COLD! The cheese was not even melted on the burgers! Very poor customer service!

Burger King whopper meal

After a long flight decided to eat at Burger King. I thought because it was crowded the food would be hot and fresh. WRONG. It was the worst food every. The Burger were dried out and cold. The buns were hard and cold. The fries were greasy and cold. I don't know how they could serve such terrible food. We will never eat at Burger King again. We were reluctant to try it again after our last experience with Burger King but because we abhor airplane food, we thought we would try again.

Burger King quality of food

My wife and myself visited a Burger King in Cameron Missouri in September of 2017. We had stopped by one in Paris Illinois two years ago and it was very bad. We thought we would try one more time because we were on vacation and it was worse .The food was cold and now when you order a cheeseburger they sprinkle shredded cheese on your sandwich. Do you think that cutting quality on your products is going to help your roi! I would never step foot in a Burger King again . I don't want any coupons or reimbursement I just want you to let you know how bad your food is . If you go back 25 years your burgers were awesome, we stopped at a Culver's in mt Zion il and ordered fish and burgers it was not only served to us at our table but it was red hot and the employee came back and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything else! A lot better than the trash I threw out at Burger King 8.99 for a coke and straw!

Burger King missing food

Went to store #784 at around 7pm to pick up dinner for for two people for lunch break. I ordered 2( double whopper meals, large at the drive thru. I only received one. I couldn't go back due to short lunch break. I should have released only getting one soda but was in a rush. So I went hungry bc I gave the one meal to the other person. I'm not upset, just disappointed since I have a short lunch break.

Burger King service complaint

On the 31st of August I went to one of your locations in East brunswick on Route 18 Northbound ( Burger King #177612), I asked for two number fives medium and a number three, so far so good, I got to the window, paid (transaction at 08/31 17:37), grabbed my food and took off, parked in the parking lot to check if everything was correct and to my surprise I had a number five and two unknown chicken menus, not the other five and three I had previously ordered. At this point I thought to myself, ok I'll get back in line and get this sorted out, no big deal, this stuff happens. So I got back in line, told them my order was wrong and made my way to the window. Now this is where everything started going sideways. They had the hardest time comprehending my situation and when I finally thought they had, the gentleman there asked me for my credit card so he could make it right (and here I thought I was getting my money back and a new order was going to get processed) and I gave it to him as he asked. Again, so far so good he finally understood the situation and we got charged ( Again ) for our 2 fives and 1 three (transaction at 08/31 17:48). We left there Happy with the correct food thinking everything had went well only to find out days later when I went on my mobile banking app that they charged us for the first meals that they got wrong, didn't return us the money for that order, and charged us once again for the correct orders.

Bottom line is, we ended up with the 2 fives and 1 three that we asked for in the first place but instead we ended up paying for 3 fives, 1 three and those 2 other unknown chicken menus.

As you can imagine I'm not very happy with this situation to say the least.

Burger King I was overcharged one day, and the problem wasn't resolved for 3 days

I had a very disturbing experience at one of your restaurants here in Hot Springs Arkansas. I went in one evening to purchase a large meal for my family they cost me $20.69, I gave the man $19.69 in cash and told him to charge my card one dollar. The next day I noticed on my bank account that the man had charged my card $20.69 and also he had taken my $19.69 in cash this past Sunday evening.. I called Monday morning and ask them for my money back because I was double charged. Being that I had paid him $19.69 in cash and told him to charge a dollar only to my card when he actually charged $20.69 to my card. It took them until yesterday to fix the problem. Not only did my bank overdraft and charge me a $17 fee for this incident, but The restaurant did nothing to try and reimburse me or to make up for the gas and time and money I had wasted. Instead when I went in I was given $20 cash and I made sure to take this video of the interaction with the manager on duty. I am very disappointed with Burger King, it was always my childhood favorite. But now I'm reluctant to go back, and I'm about to share this video with all my family and friends and all over different groups in order for people to realize the hardships I went through this week caused by one of your managers who overcharged me. And then have the audacity to not reimburse me or compensate me in anyway. I'm very disappointed Burger King and very saddened, not only did I pay for the meal but I paid $17, nearly The same price as my meal, in overdraft fees because of this incident. For shame. I've tried numerous times to get ahold of someone about this incident. And it's as if you are ignoring me and my messages.. wow... i always used to go to Burger King as my first choice, the whopper was my favorite.. but now I guess I'll start going to other restaurants.:. I'm very upset about being ignored, I've left numerous messages over the phone, through Facebook, and even in store.. but nothing... I have a video w an interaction w a manager.. but it wouldn't upload

Burger King burger cold, items on burger missing

Hello I went to Burger King on 221 Graves mill rd, drive thru. I requested a whopper with chesse, I received Whopper no chesse or onion. The burger was cold also. I have never had a issue before. I called back to let manager know, smart [censored] worker kept me on hold for over 5 min. No one ever came to phone. If this is how a potential customer gets treated, I will not go back or my family .

Burger King racial discrimination while taking orders

I was at Burger king, in Hannover city. There were only two counters open to receive orders. The first one was handled by manager him self and next one by a sales girl. There was just one waiting line. Customers would choose either one of the counter when it's free. When my turn came. I went to manager's counter, at the same time one more guy entered shop. I tried to explain the guy that he should come in line, but manager intervened and took his order not mine. When asked for explanation, he kept saying he can't talk to me and I can leave. He showed least interest or respect to me as if he doesn't want me as his customer. He even humiliated me by saying good bye while laughing at me.

Burger King intentional spiking of the mocha iced coffee with possible solvent or cleaning fluid

On 9/7/2015, myself and a passenger stopping by Store 3042, bellingham, WA and ordered a dinner (Order #79, for $28.10). We ordered via the drive thru. Admittedly my passenger was having a difficult time with the process (very senior and hard of hearing) and was certainly less than gracious to the young person on the other end of the speaker/microphone. Nanette less we got order and went on our way. However, about 15 minutes passed before I attempted to drink the "Mocha Iced Coffee." Almost immediately I detected to chemical flavor and poorer it out--but not before I had unwittingly swallowed some of it. The next 24 hours were immensley painful. I will not, nor any of my family members or associates ever patronize another Burger King and in fact one of my daughters is pervasive blogger, and will by my direction, will relate this even as far as she is able.

I didn't but should sought medical help but I managed to get through it on my own thank to some previous medical training. Had I gone to the emergency room, my lawyer would be writing this not me.

Burger King bacon king

I went to the Burger King in Smiths Falls, Ontario, Canada and paid over $9 per burger (got 2) and was shocked when I got home. On your commercials you say 6 pieces of thick bacon on top of 2 patties. Well when I did not see bacon on either sandwich I proceeded to take the bun off and was shocked to see only 5 broken pieces of bacon that when put together made only 1 piece of bacon, I will never buy that again because you have done false advertising or that franchise is ripping people off because this is a blatant rip off.

Burger King the whole visit

I am from Dallas and had to go and visit an uncle who is sick in Providence hospital. So it's late about 10:15pm I am diabetic and needed to eat something fast. There were no customers inside so we go in only customers order pay sit down and wait. Next you have another set of customers come in and they order so get this we are still waiting. Then we see they get there big bag of food and we are still waiting. Finally get fed up ask for a refund cause since we walked in bad customer service lots of workers and slow service everybody looks as though there on something. I've token me meds thinking okay I'll get my food shortly no. So here we go having to look for another place to eat. They didn't offer an apology nothing hey here's your food it was wait no good customer service. Moral of the story take care of your customers that came in first and there was no reason they got there order first before us. I will not visit your Burger King again #7144 in Waco Texas

Burger King rodeo burger-multiple hairs found

Case # [protected]

My boyfriend went to our local BK in Shaws Plaza, Augusta, ME 04330 and ordered 6 rodeo burgers to go for he and his disabled roommate currently dying of brain cancer (all, he likes/craves are your rodeo burgers) when they arrived home, after eating a burger or two, when he opened and bit into the ne, t burger, he noticed there was a hair, he figured it was accidental and opened the burger to check. In the middle were 5 hairs that resembled pubic hair; coarse, black, short and kinky w/follicles still attached like someone pulled them out intentionally. When he returned to the store, providing these hairs, the customer associate quickly shook the paper containing the hairs and pretended to see nothing. He tried calling the store SEVERAL times; the advised him to return (all he asked was for a replacement burger or refund) and they would replace; they did not once he arrived, in fact, they charged him again! All he did was request Fresh/hot off grill and they all, seemed bothered/angry about providing it to him and it seems purposeful and malicious.

We did call customer service BUT I wanted to ensure our situation be heard by someone interested in helping loyal/regular customers.
