Burger King your service your restrooms and store is is very dirty

I went through the drive through place my order repeated 3 times and was waiting in line for 35 minutes and finally got to the window the girl ask me what did you order and I had to repeated again and they were writing in in a piece a paper they were people leaving the store because the slow and also short handed not clean at all food is not hot at all then there very rude I paid almost 30.00 to get cold food and waitng 35 minutes that is ridiculous and also I have recorded my husband was so upset he video recorded my name is Velma Diamond [protected] also have receipt

Burger King chicken sandwich

I took a take away at Burger King (243 Yonge St. Toronto ON) and while in transit as i ate the salt in the sandwiches was really too much .I am a kind of person who like having good amount of salt in my food but this was so bad that it kind of made me sick .Unfortunately I was in transit and ate both the 2 sandwiches I bought as I was hungry .

Burger King not receiving a correct order

hello I'm writing to complain about a burger king location on west tyler in Harlingen. I ordered exactly $36.77 and half my order was wrong and we were terribly dissatisfied with the meal. And that's because we were so excited to taste your new burgers you had on the picture advertisements but we didn't get it. i ordered the new brewhouse king and I'm pretty sure it was just a double quarter pounder because it just had mayonnaise, pickles, and a couple slices of onions. No lettuce or tomatoes or those onions rings pieces. Then my daughter ordered a bacon and swiss sourdough and it had no swiss cheese at all. Our fries weren't even fresh either or they were over cooked. And on top of that all the burgers were really flattened. We had gone through the drive thru so once we got our order we just left and came home, we didn't check our bags till we got home. And we live about 10 miles away so we couldn't go all the way back. But i did call the manager at that location and let her know of our wrong order. But she didn't seem to even worried about it . Her name was Tabitha. But after a while she did ask if i wanted to go back in and take the uneaten burgers and she would remake them. but again we live 10 miles away and we were very hungry. I don't know if this location does this a lot or not but we were very dissatisfied and really wanted the burgers we were excited to order.

Burger King I have been to burger king on several occasions and they do not have unsweet tea

7/12/18. At this location and others there is never any unsweet tea. How hard is it? There is instant unsweet tea. What is the big deal? Do not send me a coupon for unsweet tea because they will not have it. Please send me some usable coupons. I had to instead go to the Whataburger next door. I was giving you the opportunity to correct the problem however it is not getting resolved.

Burger King store #156 waukegan il

I love burger king..and everytime i go out too eat doesnt matter where it is. I like to dine in. But this store has no air conditioners working at all. And if they are there barely working. So i have not been eating in lately and im bothered by it because if i do try eating in i might pass out from a heat stroke. I can only imagine how the coworkers feel working when its 90 degrees out but i know because there working around the broiler and have those fryers on it has to be 100+ degrees back there.I know you guys make enough money what are you waiting for fix the a/c before summer is over..and before someone gets heat stroke. I would like to start dining in again. Think about your workers and customers! Please fix the a/c at store #156 waukegan il! Please!

Burger King service

Credit card machine went down i stood there waiting for 10 min they told me couldnt process the card so i walk across the street to an atm come back the cashier stands on the phone with the support team because the manager refuses to call and figure it out so the entire time shes on the phone i stood there waiting to order spent literally a half hour getting my food and then they gave me the sandwiches they made from the original order i made that had sat there the entire time

Burger King the service

I wait for a hour inside the Burger King. While the person who was suppose to be at the register but instead they were talking and playing with other coworkers. While standing there waiting for my food one of the employees were asking another customer about smoking weed with them. This is unaccountable. I finally received my food with no apology at all.

Burger King Service

A Burger King recently opened in Stuttgart, Arkansas (store 24803) and I was excited because I have always enjoyed eating at Burger King restaurants. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed with this BK. My husband and I went to BK on Sunday, July 8th after Church for a quick meal as we were meeting family from out of state later. We walked in and placed a normal order of 1 whopper, 1 whopper jr, 1 large fries, 1 10 piece nuggets and 2 drinks. We placed our order at 12:23pm (according to receipt). We along with other customers waited 30 minutes for our food. We were finally told they were out of meat as they had not cooked enough. The dining room was filling up with unhappy customers, as the meat started being cooked, the lady in charge told the counter person to get the drive in thru first, he said" but #47 and 48 have been waiting a long time ( we were #48 and are hearing this conversation) she said I don't care get the drive thru caught up first). That's exactly what they did. When we finally got our meal, with no apology or thank you for waiting, we had to go back and ask for our nugget sauce that we had ordered. The dining room was dirty, and one employee was apparently on break and had taken up a four seated booth at the front while on break while customers were looking for seats. One customer had to tell her that there was a huge spill in floor and tables were dirty. She finally got up and mopped up most of the spill but not all and half way wiped one table. Sorry for this long post, I usually do not complain about service but this was horrible. When we left people were still waiting on their order. I think management needs more training in people skills.

Burger King service, price, cleanliness, food

My family and I were in Zurich, Switzerland and we stopped at Burger King to eat. First of all we paid 97 euros for our meal ridiculously priced to find out the food wasn't up to par. We had gotten drinks and they wouldn't give us a refill. Each time we asked for ketchup they wanted to charge us. Everything was horrible and I would like some sort of compensation for this. Burger King product/ store filthy

1st off worker on break was sitting at the cleanest table in store. Food was cold. No ice at all in any machines. Flies everywhere coming from well more then likely from the buildings roof leaking water from the rain. A couple walked in and walked out because they said it was filthy and manager was surprised by it. Think you may want to come check out your port arthur, tx store on twin city hwy. What I don't understand is no apologies for the building leaking or no ice. Your store reflects who you have running it!

I don't care if she is working or not, she should not have sat at the clean table. I was so angry at her that I almost beat up an old woman who was using a walker. I told her to get out of the way or I would punch her in the face. I did not care that she was crippled. Then her son told me that he would knock me out of I touched his mother. What a coward, threatening to hit me. Must make him feel like a man to go around threatening women. Then the employees took his side, and not mine.

Burger King burger king in mt. sterling ky

Horrible food! My brew house burger which I paid almost 9 dollars for was black and burnt up! My husbands chicken nuggets were so old you could of busted out the windshield of a car with them! I will never ever go back there! Also, my husbands whopper buns wasn't even put on straight! And fast food wants $15.00 a hour yeah right! Absolutely horrible! I called and talked to Marcus and he said oh well I can remake it! We if it wasn't made right the first time then what makes me think it will be made right the second time?

Burger King drive thru

I went through the drive thru of Burger King in Edgefield, SC on July 9th at noon. First there was a handwritten note on the outside order menu stating speaker was broken and to order at window. It took 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. When finally at the second window, a girl opened the window and just looked at me. There was no greeting, no smile. I ordered my lunch and she put her hand out for my card. I asked about the total since she never provided this information. After paying, she closed the window. She gave me my food with no receipt. She was extremely rude especially after I had waited 30 minutes to place my order. Her name was Constance. I believe when a person works with the public, he/she should provide better customer service. It was very disappointing as I worked at a Burger King in my teens and never treated my customers like this.

Went through the drive thru and ordered The Big Fish combo, substituted the soft drink for a shake. I believe the cashier quoted me a price of $8.67. When I got to the window she said the price again and I handed her my debit card, she passed the bag out to me then she pass my debit card back and the shake. OK everything is cool until I look at the sandwich and it had no lettuce or pickles on it just a little tater sauce and a piece of cold not melted cheese, so I drove back around to the drive thru because I had drove off and when the cashier came to the window I said this sandwich I not fixed right and she said Oh you are the one that didn't pay me and she proceeded to call the manager (Marcus) who was standing near and said this is the lady who didn't pay me! Oh I was kinda warm then, I said don't say I didn't pay you, I gave you my credit card and the she said WELL it didn't go through and I said who's problem is that? Marcus proceeded to tell her to hush and asked me if I want him to re-do the food. Hell No are you kidding me! I will never patronize you EVER AGAIN!

Burger King not taking a roll of quarters

Ordered a five piece chicken fry and a two for six whopper and spicy chicken at 9:45 pm got to the window and gave her a roll of quarters with my name and phone number on it - I did not see a sign posted that they did not accept rolled quarters but the cashier grabbed them called her manager he shook his head no at her and told us they could not take them. I asked was quarters not money anymore and she did not answered and i asked if I took them out of the roll could she take them and she said no. Her mannerisms were rude and she offered no explanation and closed the window. Well hardees took them and your business and I will let everyone in my congregation know that burger king in Blytheville Arkansas is only interested in our dollars for they are no longer accepting coins; please let me know if this is all of your locations or just this one so that I may spread the word?

Burger King hamburger

I went through drive thru and ordered crispy chicken and whopper sandwiches after asking for spicy to which he said he didnt have. Within in a minute of paying I got my food and drove 2 minutes down the road to find out both were cold, had pickles on the whopper which I requested not to have and the burger party was in 50 pieces. This was the second time going there and the first time I was in the drive thru waiting for 20 minutes before I left as no one answered along with 3 other vehicles and only to see 2 people inside talking and playing grab [censored] and another outside smoking and talking on the phone. This is the final straw for me, I wont ever give burger king my business again. 2850 s. Westport drive is the location and it sucks.

Burger King new brewhouse hamburger

Seen the new BrewHouse hamburger on TV my wife said it looked good so we decided to get them for dinner we ordered them and ate in the restaurant they showed up the order was right to what we ordered but the hamburgers did not have the BrewHouse onions on either one of them just bacon and to much sauce it was a up graded whoopers with the bacon very dissatisfied with the experience.

Burger King just trying to help

I grew up in the 70s 80s im 53 now,
I lived 46 years in orlando 32804 and now eustis 32726,

I used to hold bk up there as pretty much the best burger joint,
Mcdees is too generic and wendys and others pretty much off my radar.

Years back i watched all the fun bk mc wars and then the odd surreal bk ads with the guy in the king mardi gras mask, i watched many bk close a few remodel and sadly watched bk drop from being a firm competitor of mc to really below places that i never would go to.

My reason for felling this way isnt your food while no fast food joint can be perfect 100% of the time bk was always very good to me, far better that any other fast food joint but that started to change,

In general bks are not up to par, they never really seem on the ball or very clean, food suffers at times,
Employees never are courteous, acting more like the customer is a hugh incontinence to them, my "thank yous" are seldom if ever greeted with "you're welcome".

The Last couple times i gave two different locations near 32726 a chance the first the bag as basically tossed at me with a grunt, today it was fast handed with attitude of arrogance, and told at tge window bk does sell ice coffee, odd since i bought one the day before, my assumption the lack luster worker didnt feel like making it.

And its more sad because the food was good,
I have to assume from the appearances bk is closing down going out of business and the high ups know it so it trickles down and owners managers of locations dont care and in turn employees can act any way they desire, treat the customers poorly etc.

If im mistaken no way is bk doing as well as it once did or im guessing you guys would like for it to do,

Personally i wont be heading back soon, i owned a night club and booked major acts i know how to treat people and your staff drops the ball and has for years, why would i pay for that type ttreatment?
Dont belive me?
Have friends or family acting as customers hit these drive thrus near 32726 see how they are treated 4 out of 5 times.

My wife says im wasting my time she doesnt believe people read these and if they do you guys dont care,
But im more optimistic i hate to see bk go defunct for basically nothing more than crappy customer service and management who condone it.

Burger King new lenox, il burger king service

On July 7th at 10:45pm i went to BK to get food. i pulled up to the window and they asked me to wait. wasn't a problem and then 5 minutes later someone came on the intercom and said "um we close in 5 minutes, i'm not taking your order". if she would have said it nicely, i wouldn't have had a problem leaving without getting food but she was beyond rude and they were still open for another 10 minutes, not the 5 that she claimed.

Burger King service

The manager Katrina at Burger King 3466 is a real big [censored] she cusses at her employees and customers all the time calling them [censor], [censored]es, and [censored]es. She talks about everyone and starts tons of drama causing fights and arguments. She doesn't do anything right I confronted her for cussing at employees and she said have a nice day mam and walked away wouldn't even apologize and then proceeded to do it again. She also doesn't clean anything in the kitchen at night and makes everyone in the morning do it all which is totally disgusting I would like to see her be fired immediately. Obviously the owner or district manager does not do anything about any of the problems which is pathetic.

Burger King food. I am complaining about the burnt food

I purchased my order about 3:00pm at the burger king in alameda ca I am complaining about my food because I paid over $35 and the only burger king in alameda ca & when I got home I got my food out and ready to eat & then I noticed mostly burger king in alameda ca. today is 7/7/18 after I received my food I drove home and when I got home I noticed all my food is burt.! I had took pictures of all my food so I can show someone and get my money back because that is just not right. you guys avertised fresh cooked food, but then turn around and sell burt no even able to eat food. like what type of business are you guys running? I really want my money back because I did not back $35 for some burt food! can someone please respond assap because this problem has to be resolved. I don't even know how many other customers you guys sold burt food to. and these pictures that are supposed to be chicken sandwiches & they look like they can be burgers... now. you see why I want my money back?

Burger King deplorable seating

Good Day, Burger King #6207,
The soft seats at this location are thorn up for over 5 years now its obviously there is weakand depreciated oversight managment at Burger King and the franchise manager is Shameless. I'm writing this email as a concern guess please see to it that action to remediate this unsightly condition takes place immediately. Burger King has been my favorite restaurant and it is a disgrace to see how Rundown Burger King franchises in some areas has become.
