Burger King unit no 12599

1. First we waited in line for 20 minutes. There was only one person at the counter and she was not taking orders but serving customers. They need more staff.
2. I wanted a Fish meal. There was no fish available.
3. I ordered a crispy chicken meal and she overcharged me. I did not argue as the line behind me was long.

Very poorly managed outlet. All other customers in line were complaining.

Burger King my fries/ burger and horrible customer service.

Young man that took my order didn't place the order correct on the screen or use separate orders as I requested twice upon ordering. When I got to the window he gave me an attitude when I explained to him these were two separate orders and that we each had different forms of payment. He didn't apologize he rolled his eyes and got the manager who was also very rude and said "what's the difference just pay together" and "why didn't you say that in the first place". I explained to her it was mentioned twice and politely asked her to just proceed to separate the orders. There were no cars behind me. She did. Once payed I ended up going inside to ask for zesty sauce, there was no one in line I stood alone. They saw me and turned their heads and let me stand there for all of 4 mins before approaching me. 2 employees gave me weird looks as if something was going on. I didn't find out until returning home, i checked my bag, I had eaten half the fries before I realized what resembled dead ants and webs were on my fries. As if they had been dropped on the floor and placed in the bag anyway. I'm disgusted and extremely upset. I used to love Burger King and heard rumors about this particular location being "nasty" and workers being rude is gross and completely unacceptable.

Burger King all food

We went to Burger King at 2393 Eisenhower Loveland, CO on 8/12/2017 at approximately 4:00 p.m. The grill was down, ordered chicken sandwiches instead. The chicken was cold in the middle on both, fries were soggy and cold in the middle along with the onion rings. Nothing was warm and we ended up throwing this all away. We keep going back thinking things will change but the last three times we have had the same issues.

Burger King burger king employee

Hello,
We recently stopped at your Burger King location on 8/12/17 and were very dissatisfied with the employee/employees in the drive thru window. We noticed the person had a Band-Aid on his hand and was handling drinks and food. We asked another person to have them wear a glove and he said he didn't need to as he wasn't making the food. We explained he had touched our drinks and we didn't want them. So he said he would make the drinks and as he was doing that the employee with the Band-Aid touched all of our food. We left and threw away all of the food as we weren't eating something that someone touched, not knowing if they could've leaked through the bandage. If you are a food service worker and are handling food and drinks or simply dealing with customers it should be mandatory to wear gloves. This isn't the first time this has happened at this St.Albans location, and it's like they have an excuse for why they shouldn't have to. This is very unsanitary and makes me not want to go back. We wasted $30 on food because they couldn't do what we asked them to do in a very polite manner.

Burger King food and service

After coming back from Detroit went to our local Burger King store 19680, order number 38. The employees didn't want to be there and they were rude, the food was cold and frankly we threw it in garbage. Paid in cash after receiving a 10% senior discount. It came to almost $13.

We are seniors living on a fixed income, and can't afford to eat but once per week. We will never go to Burger King again.

Burger King charge for ranch to eat with french fries

Bemidji MN BK is so cheap they charge .15 a piece for sauce packets. Never had to pay for a couple in the past. But a couple days ago my husband and I went through the drive through we ordered 4 whoppers with cheese no pickles, no onions, 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. When we picked up our order we asked for ranch for our fries and they told us it would be .15 per Ranch so we did buy 2 Ranch packets to eat our French Fries. This is insane to me, I guess you can get sauce if you have other sides like onion rings, chicken strips, etc. So why not get sauce for French Fries? I thought BK slogan is 'Have it your Way'? Totally upset me, this is the first time I've been there in a long time cause I've had bad experiences with the owners in the past. They're hard to work for they don't treat their employees very good and I've witnessed this first hand as a customer and friends of past co-workers. One of the last times I was in there I ordered and was going to write a check but didn't have a pen so asked for one and the worker got chewed out right in front of me for taking to long with the order, I felt bad for the worker and wanted to tell the owner that it was my fault cause I asked for pen. Owner was there the other day to when we paid the extra .30 for Ranch and was over workers shoulder, window was shut so I couldn't hear what she told him but I'm guessing it was similar a similar conversation cause the drive thru was busy. Totally uncalled for, I believe in running a tight ship but this is not necessary.

Burger King the size and quantity

I went in to the lagrange ga burger king and the size proportion was a big difference thrn the store located in my home yown of roanoke al the service was alot better and the workers were even friendlier. Why is there such a difference in the stores i had one worker tell me from my home store that they was not allowed to make the icecreams any bigger and the wayshe told us was not friendly i feel something needs to be done with the service and management in the roanoke al store i frequent bk 3 to 5 times a week and i would hate to take my business to some other competitors because for the most part i love the food and service everywhere else its just the roanoke alabama store that needs serious help thank you dissatisfied customer

Burger King whopper and nuggets

I ordered a regular whopper and nuggets at the Budapest airport Burger King, and it was nasty. The burger looked like an octopus and did not taste good. The nuggets were cold, too fried and not fresh. Also I got the wrong size fries and drink. I said small fries and lagre Coke. I got XL fries and XL Coke and paid for XL.

On the other hand I'd like to compliment the Burger King next to Liberty Bridge on the buda side of Budapest. That one was amazing! Fresh food, tasty food, great service, great in English!

Burger king on branch ave, temple hills is terrible @ 10:35pm, it's a line of customers and we all pull up and no one comes to the speaker and once I pulled up someone in the front did a sigh with there hand saying no, the manager and team was standing outside without putting no signs up or saying anything...need new professional staff, hope burger king get a new employees

Burger King poor service

I was in Hillsborough NC on Saturday August 12, 2017 at approx. 2pm. Stopped for gas and had a choice between Hwy 55 and Burger King, due to being in a hurry I opted for Burger King because I didn't have time to wait for the process at Hwy 55. Bad decision, it took about 15 minutes to get my order and would have taken longer if I hadn't went back to the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge me. Everyone behind the counter and in the kitchen were either standing still or moving very slow. There appeared to be no organization at all. No one seemed to have a specific job and it looked like whoever was willing to do something did it in their own time at their own pace. When I finally got the order the fries were hot but the burger was cold. The order printer has some problems because it doesn't print in the middle of the ticket so I don't have a store number or time or full address or the full survey code. I highly suspect this is a underperformed location and the owners probably don't understand why. As you probably know, most people don't complain about mediocre service or poor service and probably rarely complain about exceptionally poor service, they just spend their money somewhere else and suddenly a business closes it doors. I don't want to see this happen in Hillsborough because this is the second Burger King to open there, the first one closed years ago and probably for much of the same problems I experienced .

Burger King restaurant

I walked into the Burger King in fort Morgan colorado. I was going to order something to eat and I saw roaches crawling on the floor in the lobby I also saw some little black ants crawling on the floor under neathe the booths. Burger King crew members.

Hello, theres a girl that goes by the name of Alisha who works at Burger King located at south center . it seems every time I come in she's cleaning, She makes sure the lobby front area is very clean ! She deserves to be rewarded a raise maybe or even promoted for manger! About a year and a half I've been coming in and every time I see the same girl Alisha . Always very polite when cleaning and taking orders and has a very welcoming smile :)

Burger King food services

Burger king was ine of my favorite place to eat but I have gotten a burger well a meal and finished the meal and I was feeling sick from my stomach I was sick from what I aten I can't never eat that place no more I wasn't the only one who got food poisoning my dad and friends and other people gotten dick from eating that place never again eating that place don't know what y'all put in the food but I'm not trying to get sick again

Burger King incorrect pricing

So I just did a quick drive through at one of our local Burger Kings. I asked for a strawberry/banana smoothie which was priced at $2.99. So I figured w/tax it should be about $3.20. When I got to the window the kid told me $3.53. What? That can't be right. He told me they don't have time to change the prices all the time. That takes too much work. I told him, so basically that is incorrect pricing because you and management are too lazy to change the pricing? That is false advertising. I told him to keep the smoothie and went over to Dairy Queen instead.

On yesterday I sat in the divethru for over 20min waiting on a whop no onion too still get my burger with onions the line was so backed up I got out went in side and wait another 10 minutes horrible service I will never bring business to this place again I ask too speak with management and no one was available we running a business employers need to do better

Burger King bad customer service, uncleanliness, poor management, bad food

Me, my mother and my children went to eat inside of Burger King. The floors were filthy, and the tables were littered with trash (multiple tables covered in trash) the tables were all sticky like they had been wiped with a rag full of pancake syrup. When we finally got our food that we ordered and found a halfway clean area to eat, my children opened their kids meals and had no toys. When we asked about it they just said they didn't have any. I had ordered and paid for cheese to be on our whoppers and there was none, but I didn't bother to ask for any because the burgers were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out in a pan for hours. When I had asked about the toys the woman was very rude with me when she said they didn't have any. I feel like I completely wasted my money there because none of us finished our food and my children didn't even get anything in their mighty kids meals. When we were leaving my daughter needed to use the bathroom and when we went in there it was so filthy I gagged. The floors were covered with used toilet paper, and the soap dispenser was falling off the wall. The toilets were filthy disgusting to the point that I didn't even allow my five year old to pee there. It was really really dirty there. The health department should be checking this place out because I'm sure they must be in some violations

Burger King service

At 7:19pm we drove up to the drive thru. The woman asked us to wait, after a couple of minutes she then asked my wife what she wanted. My wife had to repeat herself several times before the woman told her that she could not here her and to drive up to the second window. The woman asked her again what she wanted. She was not very polite to my wife, when she finally got to the bacon cheese burgers she said that they don't have any. My wife told her that they were on the menu as we drove up. She insisted that they didn't have any at which point this guy came up to the window and told my wife to calm down. Then my wife asked to see the manager. He replied that he was one of the managers and still told her to calm down. My wife informed him that she is a manager and that is not the proper response. You are to identify yourself as the manager and ask how may I help you. He then proceed to not talk to my wife but to me. I do not appreciate him skipping over my wife especially when it is her that was making the order. Finally he went back to her and realized that it was a bacon cheese burger he told the woman what and where on the screen. This is not the first time that this has happened BK 8975, 16711 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX. Aug 10, 2017. Just because my wife is of Mexican decent and a U.S. citizen does not give them the right to treat her this way. They need to have customer service training, and to get the drive thru speaker system fixed. The woman also made the excuse that her screen froze up. If that was the case she should have told us instead of ignoring my wife. This is another problem that needs to be addressed.

Burger King service and order

The burger king on south monroe street in tallahassee florida constanly get there order wrong and makes customer waste 30 minutes in there. They mess the same order up more than once and never give you anything for messing up or taking to long. Their workers talk about crazy things, this why orders come up work. They do not seem experience at doing this..they need to shut it down or get new people!

I used to work here for 4 months I just recently quit and they are all about flexible schedule ya that's a lie they also have manager favoritism there is ants all over the boxes in the back and all through the kitchen the managers will take food with out gloves on and eat the food at the end of the night shift after they lock up the employees and managers will go in back of store ad drink alcohol
