Burger King bad food

I always have loved whoppers. Today I bought a regular whopper and a double whopper. I got home and took them out of the bag and handed my husband his double whopper, when we took off the paper they were wrapped in they were very flat and old looking and we took the top bun off and instead of shredded lettuce it was just parcial pieces of lettuce. The tomatoes that was on them were end pieces and had 2 on each whooper because they were so small. The onion was cut in long strips and wide. I ask for cheese and of course there was none on either whopper. I was very disappointed! I tried to call the store several times and no one answered. Finally when they answered it was a young man and could barely hear him as it was so loud. When I ask for a manager a young girl came to the phone and I could barely hear her. When I started talking she hung up. I won't be going to that burger king anymore. I hope something will be done about this. Thank you, debbie dixon

Horrible grease taste of the BK fish will never order it again. They need to come up with something that tastes less like a cheap fishstick and more like godons frozen fishsticks. But even godons are a little heavy on the breading as well. But much much better taste. Whoever said the regular BK fish tastes good is dead wrong. I do want to try and cilantro lime fish sandwich because I think that is a very good idea for a sandwich those are the best flavors. Hopefully its not using the same fillets as the regular BK fish.

My wife became extremely ill after one of your bk fish sandwiches. We felt some ought to know about it. she had diarrhea and throwing up for nearly 12 hours then weak stomach for another 24 hours. This occurred on the afternoon of 05/20/2008!

Numerous complaints to Carrolls, Inc. dba Burger King have remained unanswered. Poor service, dirty store, untrained employees, long waits for menu items, etc. Evidently Carrolls doesn't care about customer service.

I got a whopper for lunch, drove straight home, which took 3 minutes. my sandwich was ice cold, the bottom of the bag was greasy, I had to clean my car seat after I saw the bag. Even the paper around the sandwich was greasy. My cat, who eats anything that doesn't bite him first, would not eat the sandwich. THAT'S PRETTY BAD!

worst sandwich i ever had taste like it set around for a while i got a tender crisp chicken sandwich. also why have a survey if you cant talk with a person. my code for the survey is wh94764 i dont plan on using it . i dont like your ff or drinks so why would i purchase these items to get a free sandwich. i have had good food before but i wont go back for a long time a four dollar sandwich should never be this bad. believe me i am the kind of person that will tell a lot of people what kind of experence i have had . however if you deem to make it right i will remember that as well. not happy dave

Bk does not use shredded lettuce and 2 tomatoe slices go on the bigger sandwiches. So what do you want them to do. Replace 2 sandwiches because they forgot cheese. Or do they owe you 2 pieces of cheese? Why are you complaining on here instead of taking it to the Gm of the store?

Funny! That just happened to me by the Airport in Portland, ORE. Only we tried to eat the food in the parking lot, and
it was stone cold without the time delay. I told the manager
and what I was told was: ".. Gosh, Sorry 'bout that!"
No want for replacement or refund, or we'll reheat it, or
anything.

Restaurant #16751, Here is my storey, I am 19 years old, Went to drive up window with my Parent's, my Dad ordered 5 BK Bucks Doubles, He paid 5.35 and was told by a Lady at the window to drive around and they would bring it out, I was confused because there was only 2 cars behind us, Why the delay ?, We waited about 10 min no one came out, In the total of 15 min a lady came out, when she handed my dad the bag of Burger's, He asked a question, He said this was his 3rd time over the past 12 days ordering Burger's why he asked did he have to wait ?, her reply was this (Sir if you dont like to wait go some were eles, we have lazy people that dont show up for work) My Dad replyed to the lady Mame I am sorry to hear you have problems with people or help showing up, But thats not my faualt and BurgerKing advertizes Have it your Way, My Dad said that mean's when i pay for something i should receive it in a reasonable time and not be told if i dont like it go some were eles, The lady started to walk away and said to my Dad Screw You.

Thats what happened and I wanted you to know, I asked my Dad why dont you go inside and complain to a Manager, His reply was Son thats why they call it FAST FOOD, Some people have No respect nor do they care like that lady did.

Just wanted to thank you for leting me share a Visit on Monday, Sept 20, 04:56 PM T=12L I=2 C=300, that was on the bottom of the ticket, Didnt know if it would help you. I am keeping the Ticket receipt if you need it i can mail it to you., I am hopeing you can correct the problems that worker's at your BurgerKing give to customer's.

15 minutes is pathetic for a fast food drive thru and you definitely deserve compensation for that one.

i was a manager in the fast food business for 26 years and yes, sometimes there is a wait for food( during off peak hours or if really busy) But the reason why someone has to wait should be explained to them and asked if that is okay, (being courteous goes a long way and usually somone doesnt mind waiting ) but that also means when there food comes up- there food goes out immediately== But the Real problem here was not the wait for food but the employees attitude ======
#1 customers pay your paycheck= without a customer you would not have a job
#2 a customer does not care what kind of day you or the company is having nor should they, and under NO circurmastances does and employee state the things that employee stated to the customer.. and if there had been a really long wait the manager should have taken the food out to begin with...
Its not rocket science people.. managers get your ### out of the office gossiping or other non business stuff that you are doing (which is where 75% of the managers are at) and train your people in that store a little better or fire them...
that man deserves at the very least an appology from the manager. the employee should be fired and a free meal should be given to at least guarantee the customer comes back at least once-

Burger King sexual harassment and nothing done

I have a complaint about one of your managers-currently works at the store in wayne county on wayne memorial, in North Carolina.
his name is Jason Wright-he is sexually harrassing female employes.
I used to work at the store on Berkley when he used to work there
he actually asked me if I would give him a blow job and offerd me $600 of I could do it with in 15 minutes.
well reguardless to say I no longer work there and he is one of the reasons I no longer
work there-I was nice and did not press charges all though I should have-but the store
manager knew of this Ms Danette (pardon me is if I spelled her name wrong) as well as the
district manager knew about this and neither believed me or they just did not feel like
doing anything about the problem.
well I as well found out recently he used to work at the burger king/gas station in marmac-
he got transfered from there to berkley (this was before I knew him) because of sexuall
harrassment-he got transfered from berkley to marmac (same reason) then from marmac to wayne memorial ( same reason)
why do they keep transferring him and trying to hide it instead of just firing him?!?!
I also found out he is really good friends with the district manager..

I have a friend that just started working at burger king ( I did not know she was working there)
but talking to her on the phone and what not she was complaining about how this person was sexually harrasing
her-I said she needed to report it-she was scared to report it cause she did not want to loose her
job cause she has to support her baby and her husband had just lost his job -well I asked her where
she was working at-she then told me burger king-I asked her by chance is the guys name Jason Wright?
she said yes!
she said that he was doing this to all the ladies that work there particulary the ones that happen to be white.
this man has to be stopped! I do not mean a slap on the hand either he needs to be fired.
I have been talking to the other ladies he ahs been doing this to,
I know I let to much time go by to do much of anything now which is my bad-
but these girls are even talking about going as far as taking it to the local news one if them said
she went to school with one of the local broadcaster.
I said that I would e mail you guys-cause this needs to be fixed-she said if it is not delt with
immediatly as possible then she is going to take this to the news.
and embarasse the crap out of burger king in this area for not doing a thing about it.
this other girl Jason has gone as far as message her on yahoo and has no clue how he got
her yahoo id (she thinks may have been from the job application) but started to harrassing
her on yahoo messenger-Jason Wright has done this to me as well and YES! I have saved the
recent conversations of this! so now I have proof!
there are a few other thing that went on at the Berkly burger king-like the night shift
during the time I was working there all but 3 people were taking drugs- and going to work high as a kite
one of them was always drunk- 2 others would light up marjuana (joints) while on the clock in the back room-
and yes ms Daenette knew about this as well as the managers working on there shifts and
nothing was ever done about it.when one particualr manager was working I think her name is Keontay-she was one of the managers that knew of this.

SOMETHING has to be done before more damage is done.
I love burger king it is my favorite fast food place- I can not believe that this was allowed to go on.
I will be watching in hope that your coporation cares enought to do something before the girl
I mentioned takes this to the media -and the other girl takes this to court.

Once you quit it is very hard to file charges. When you do not get results from a DM you go above them to human resources who will do an internal investigation. If your friend is still there that is what she should do. They talk to everyone in the store to find out if he has harrassed anybody else and build the case from there.

I am sorry that you and your friend have to deal with such a horrible manager. Since you no longer work there, I would try and find someone within the company that will believe you, especially if you have proof of your allegations about him. If your friend decides to pursue sexual harassment charges. It will get really ugly fast. I had a perverted jerk as a boss too, and worked with a couple ###s like that. I have no idea why slimy men like that, have the need to act that way. It is disgusting, disrespectful, and makes the workplace a horrible place to be.

There is never a reason a women should have to deal with sexual harassment at work. There are agencies that you can seek help, if your supervisors refuse to. I am not sure what agencies are in your state, but with some investigation, you should able to find out. I do know that laws of sexual harassment are taken seriously, and should be enforced. If this isn't being done, than you, and your friend need to seek the help of an agency that can help you. In every work area, there is laws pertaining to your state, and should be a phone number you would be able to contact with your complaints. I would seek counsel immediately. A good place to start is also with Legal Aid at your local court house. They would be able to guide you and your friend where to file a complaint against the manager for sexual harassment.

I know how your friend and you feel. There is nothing grosser and uncomfortable than a dealing with sexual harassment than a disgusting perverted man saying filth to you. Good luck to you and your friend, I hope you both get the resolution and that SOB get's fired. My sympathy wit dealing with this issue. I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy. Stay strong, and good luck to you and your friend.

Burger King management

I just went to your business on carter hill road.The manager screamed at the crew the whole 10 minutes it took for me to place my order, pay for it and pick it up.There are a lot of honest hardworking people who know how to talk and treat people with respect no matter how meanial their job seems.The crew were handling the crowd in a polite manner that made you feel comfortable and attended to, but that fat, loud, ill-mannered manager needs another job because this one is not for her if she can't deal with the public then she can't lead a crew in the manner in which they should perform.Sonics is just across the street from them and a lot of us at the hospital and at the college will really stop giving you our business if these are the type of people you are forcing others to deal with while spending our money.I know cursing and screaming seems to be the norm in the U.S. but not in burgerking i've worked for this company before but the standards for leadedship were NEVER this low

i come into this restaurant just about everday.i, ve noticed here lately the manager brenda waid has been bullying her employees.they will in just good moods and she will smart off to them to bring them down. she needs to go to anger management classes or go see doctor.

Managers at BK especially GMs and AM 1s make very good money. They have lots of bonus potential and salary is 50, 000 plus bonus. Until you manage a bunch of lazy people who usually work to supplement govt money do not judge the manager. If you don't want to eat there don't. They really do not care.

Burger King slow service and horrible food safety

I stopped by the burger king at 2808 North Tamiami Trail Sarasota, FL [protected] during my lunch break yesterday and felt the need to complain about my experience there. I was struck by how long it took for three customers to make their way through the line. While waiting in the almost non moving line I noticed that no one who was handling food were wearing gloves, including the woman who was assembling and wrapping the burgers. I repeatedly watched her line up the meat on the bun and put on the bun top with bare hands and never wash her hands between burgers. I should mention that I have noticed food service performed without the use of gloves at EVERY BK I have been to. I have worked in food service several times in the past, and know that gloves are a requirement when handling food items. In addition my burger was not fully done. Usually I do not mind a little pink in my burger, but at fast food places I expect a well done burger.

Burger King employees that are thieves

I'm not sure if you can help me resolve an issue or not. Long story short.. A few weeks ago my daughter, my friend and I visited a Cobb Co. Burger King, the one located on Bells Ferry off of 575. We were on our way to Savannah, Ga. I accidently left my cell phone on the table where we ate our food. My mom and my self both contacted that BK and got their word that they would 'save' my phone for me. My mom advised them that it would be a few days before I could come retrieve the phone, that was okay with them. (still not friendly but we believed them) Then I tried to contact them and another manager doesn't know of a phone, I share the story with him, he blames it on a manager thats on maternity leave..says hes going to contact her and see what she could have done with it. A days passes I call back another woman manager, is still extremely unfriendly and unhelpful..basically informs me that I'm going to have to get another phone, she asks me what I would like her do? I told her please check your roster someone that day had to of taken my phone or saw what happend to it, please at least contact that manager that was on leave. She didn't, she laid the phone down and continued to laugh about it and talk trash in the background. I gave her my name and number she promised to get in touch. I waited. The next day I called again, the guy manager answered he said he couldnt help me, he didn't know what to tell me, I asked for the district managers number, he gave me a chat lines number!---My friend that was with me happend to be down that way, she stopped in and asked for my phone the lady manager was terribly mean to her, my friend Nicole told her I guess we have to bring the law into it. Well after that and the chat line, I contacted Cobb Co. Police Dept. a local officer took my complaint, I gave him the serial number, and all the info on what had taken place. He turned it over to an 'Investigator'. Well almost a week later, which ended up being today..he calls me. He says he went in and spoke to the guy manager, he told the investigator that it laid behind the counter for days and someone took it., and there isn't cameras behind the counter. Well this particular manager never told me no such thing. The investigator says he doesnt know what to tell me that someone has it but since they have so many employees (which I doubt) he doesn't know what to do. Call it at a loss because It wasn't worth much. Ive tried to contact district managers, Ive called from the beginning and no one will contact me back. I have receipts for my phone which was only $89.99 and for my $30.00 time card that was on it. I know thats a cheap phone, but it's all I could afford, point being it was mine. It seems that someone from Burger King should have to pay, they should have to investigate, they're all ignoring me and blowing me off. I thought part of being a manager was dealing with customer relations..customer comes 1st. I know this isn't extremely important, but I need help getting some answers. If you can't help I understand. If you could it would be great. I tried not to leave anything out, but I'm upset so it may be hard to read, I'm sorry. Thank you for your time.

Burger King poor customer service

I went into drive thru between 1- 2 pm on August 25, 2010which is my lunch hour i order a whopper meal and one more extra whopper and ask for hot french fries and she said they were hot When I took off and just around the corner from the building tried my fries they were cold I had too come back to the office could not go back inside and your drive thru girl was not happy i feel they should be happy to have a job she talk to me like she was having a bad day I have now notice the the front girl at burger king on Shaw and Valentine do not smile .Let me take that back you have a young lady that probably just started a couple of months ago she has a very cute smile maybe in her early 3o's she is alway smiling hope that all the other girls were the same. I have worked at burger king before down north and nothing like this girls. Like it says on your advertising Have it your way but it seems like the front ladies need to practise customer service.

Burger King drive-thru / manager

On Saturday, August 14 we went thru the drive thru at the Burger King in Duncan SC. After we have given our order we were asked to repeat it. This happens all the time at this Burger King. When we were asked one of the people said oh my gosh and then repeated. When we got to the drive-thru window it was asked to the employee why every time we come there we have to repeat the order atleat twice and sometimes it is three times. She said that they were with another customer and did not hear what we said. Then the window was slammed in our faces. SO we asked to speak to the manager when the same question was asked she said that the first time you hear someone speak it is a recording and that is why they ask you to repeat the order. When we told her most customers do not know it is a recording and it was fustrating we got he window slammed in our face again. When we FINALLY got our food, which we should have told them to keep it, we asked for the managers name and all they would give us was Jessica. We asked for her to come back to the window and after waiting a while one of the people in our car went inside. The manager was hiding back in the kitchen and was not going to come out. She finally did, would not give her last name and when asked for the corportate number she gave us the local number. We called the local number not knowing it was local and when asked for a corporate number she said she did not have any other numbers that she could give, which the I told her that was crap there has to be another number to call. Of course the GM was to be at this Burger King in the morning, which of course that is always the case and we were told we could call back in the morning. Not sure how many people will read this that go to that Burger King, but make sure you dont go after five because if you ever need the manager she might be hiding in the kitchen.

I have this same problem! I flippin hate it. They need to hire more competent people to work there, like it's that hard to take orders anyways! Plus, they always forget something, or it's the wrong damn sandwich.

Your new commerical is digusting... Where is burger king's sense of dignity for god sake!

Get off the "dumbing down of america" train and get back the core values of what burger king once stood for.

Stupid is as stupid does. Be sure we will tell our friends how low burger king has sunk this time around and we will not be partronizing your business any longer.

You have a great product - don't lower your standards any more than burger king already has!

Burger King commerical

Burger King has the freakiest commerical with two guys and a girl on the dance floor. One guy is doing all the talking to the girl on the dance floor while holding two whoopers. Then standing behind him is a BIG head guy being his extra hands. The freaky way this jerk is looking at the girl. He looks like a serial killer or a stalker. The most digusting thing happens when this fool puts his big hands on her waist and moves then down on her butt. YUCK Bogger King! Hope the girl got home safe after that commerical.

Burger King suppoed to open at 6am but they dont

It seems as if every time i go to Burger King to order breakfast, I pull up in the drive thru, and they always say in a rude tone, "We are closed!" Keep in mind, I work nights, and i dont get off work until 6am, and the sign states that they are supposed to open at 6am... not start getting stuff ready at 6am then open later. There is a McDonald's directly across the street from Burger King, and they are far more polite and they are always open when promised. And due to these factors McDonalds gets far more business eventually in the breakfast category. Also keep in mind, Wasco has built within the past 6 months, Carls Jr, Jack in the Box, and a Dennys, and if Burger King doesn't make some changes i highly doubt it will stay in business here much longer.

Burger King salmonella

My coworker and I went to burger king on [protected] and both of us got very sick. I am out my second day of work because of it. We had hamburgers and this burger king didnt even cook the food fresh, which I have never seen before. They pulled it out of a prewarmed drawer like all the other food places do. When did burger king start doing this?

You really should not have written that complaint. it makes you sound like a complete idiot. You can get salmonella almost anywhere you eat. it's not just fast food restaurants that can cause it. You have no reason to complain. Everyone gets food poisoning, salmonella, and so on from eating out every now and then. Honestly you are more of a whiner then anything. Boohoo you got sick. Get over it.

No what is ridiculous is that I'm letting you know so you don't get sick and your dogging me for it. My son was with his father and stopped after a concert in Memphis on their way home. And no my cooking wouldn't have made him sick because after TRAINING of salmonella while working on a restaraunt during colege years I know what to do to prevent a food borne illness. The mgr said well the food was fresh so it can't be that... That tells me no trainging has occurred on it because their are 100 dif ways to get salmonella not just old food. Cross contamination, not washing hands, wrong storing temp etc so take your rudeness elsewhere and pray you never get this! My son hasn't eaten in 5 days and is still sick after going to Childrens hospital twice... It's ridiculous!

imy son is sick for four days now from eating at a burger king in marion arkansas. I know it was the burger king because everyone who ate it got sick but my 15 year old didnt eat and is is fine. This is ridiculous!

Burger King served a raw whopper, filthy restaurant, terrible service

Should be awarded "The Dirtiest Fast Food Restaurant on the East Coast."

Worst experience in a fast food restaurant ever! As a matter of fact it was so bad I will never step foot in a BK again. This place ruined it for me. Here is the order of mishaps. It's long...

1- No AC on July 11th
2- One cashier/order person. (slow one, too)
3- Filthy conditions. Didn't even want to touch anything in bathroom. Restaurant was no better, trash scattered all over the floor, counters, tables, etc. EVERY table was dirty! Ketchup splattered on the doors, trash cans and front counter. Just plain nasty. (should have left after seeing that)
4-Waited in line for 20 min. to place order.
5-Took another 10 to get food.
6-Was served a raw Whopper (Yup, totally raw on one side)
7- After trying to return was given $1.45 back instead of price paid. Had to argue to get total amount back. Had to involve cashier & 2 mngrs. to get it straight. Took 15 MINUTES to get this straight with lots of arguing and trying to give me back the wrong amount again.
8- NO apology from cashier or Asst. mngr. Finally got an apology from mngr. after he overheard me saying "not even so much as an apology." He said "You're right mam, I apologize, give the woman back all her money. We're in the business of helping customers, not arguing with them. I've been up here 4 times and I have other customers. etc. etc. Just give her the money and move on." (Why he didn't tell them that to begin with or the asst. mngr couldn't have done that is beyond me)
He then said keep the other food on us. I told him I wouldn't dare to eat it and would be stopping somewhere else for food.
9- While I was trying to return the food I told the asst. mngr. how filthy the rest. was, how horrible the service was and how hot it was in there. He ignored me, completely. Didn't even respond. It was as if I wasn't even talking.

They simply do not care. This rest. should be shut down. It's gross. I've never seen a fast food rest. this dirty. And I've lived & traveled all over.

So to recap... I spent 45 min.(55 counting bathroom time) in this place and left after being argued with, ignored and treated like total dirt, only to have to find another place for food. (McDonalds-which took all which ended up being chips and sunflower seeds at a reststop since we were traveling and couldn't waste a bunch of more time)

Oh, yeah. I also ruined my shirt because I accidently leaned against the counter and noticed after we were down the road that the front of my shirt was covered with ketchup. Maybe the stains will come out, maybe not. But it is just ridiculous.

The WORST customer service experience I have ever had, by far. I'm tempted to make a web pg. dedicated totally to spreading the word. But who has the time? I just will give my business to other rest. who act like they give a crap.
No wonder why MCD's has taken over.

This was like a watching a 3 Stooges episode. The blind leading the blind. They had no idea how to do a return and needed 3 heads to figure it out and still had to be shown on the receipt how much we paid and have it spelled out to them how much we should get back. Which is totally ridiculous anyway. They should have offered me double my money back instead of half. So they risked losing many customers (via bad reviews and word of mouth) in order to save a couple bucks. I am a very loyal consumer and will go back and will spread the word if I get great service. However, on the other hand when I am treated like this I make a point of telling anyone and everyone who will listen. I mean, who likes wasting their money or eating rotten uncooked food? There were people behind me waiting to return food as well. I live near DC and the fast food places where are very clean and I have never received service like this.

I have also worked as a mystery shopper for restaurants and apartments and written many reviews. Any manager of a rest. should be aware those people are out there.

Called the consumer number on website. Sat on hold for 10 min then got a recording saying leave a message & they'll call you back. I'd be shocked if I get a call back.
There's a reason why there's no email address on the website. I'm sure they wouldn't be able to keep up with the complaint letters.

This has gotten so out of hand and off topic. I simply wanted to post a review/complaint to warn others about this establishment. I guess I should have done a little reading first.

After going over the history of some of these people (Brenda, Stealth, etc.) I can see that people are using this "complaints board" as a sounding board to attack each other and post stupid comments that have nothing to do with the topic on hand.
There are some that are just talking back and forth to each saying childish things. I assumed it was what the title says, where we could post complaints about a product or service.
I can see this is not the place for that because it has attracted some very angry and rather nasty, childish people.
To those of you who wrote comments directed at the issue, and did not come here simply to attack, thank you.

I'm moving on to actual review sites and my own website where I can stay on topic.

And to Brenda, I actually have a great sense of humor. I just wasn't aware that this was supposed to be a place for that. Again, silly me...

Thank you trackster. You are correct in your comments. I too have worked for Wendy's and McD and those conditons would never be acceptable. My early work days were all in rest. and would never have stayed at a place like that.

As for calling corp. did that. Put on hold for 10 min. left message. no return call. There is no email address either. I don't think they want to know about this. I guess the only thing one can do is write reviews and call the health dept.
Writing a review is imp. to warn others. I appreciate it when others do that.

I should have read your history before responding. I would have saved myself some aggravation. I can see that you have spent a lot of your time going on MANY opinions/complaints and disagreeing with everyone. You are obviously one of those holier than though, opinionated, military types who loves to throw your weight around. (issues as a child perhaps, something to prove.)
Every single comment of yours you side with "the man" coming down on people. I'd love to be like you. You sound perfect. If only we could all be like you. So obviously an employee. Maybe we should be expected to wipe clean the tables after eating or carry a broom or toilet scrubber with us, according to your logic. NASTY CUSTOMERS! These were not messes like someone came in and just trashed the place. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned all day or possibly all wk. ###. EVERY table was dirty. And crusted on ketchup on the walls? Since when is this acceptable? I don't know where you eat but where I live (DC) I have never seen a FF rest. in such conditions. Maybe people just care about their health more here.
It should be expected customers may leave behind crumbs, and some dirtiness after eating. Is your table spotless at home after eating? That is why you CLEAN it after. That is what is expected when you go in a rest. I am not an uppity, neat freak, by any means. So I was not being extra picky. I frequent fast food places and overlook some messiness. It's expected.
I've worked in these places too. So if I"m saying the entire place was dirty from top to bottom, it is not an eggageration. Sorry I hit a sore spot with the employees. That is to be expected.

This goes beyond being respectful, maybe you should read better, trash on the floor, counters AND table, Ketchup was splattered on the doors and trashcans, and the front counter. If you walked in would you not be disgusted? Or would you start throwing all the trash away and start cleaning the ketchup off of everything?

No let me correct you. The large cup they had given me had coke running down the side of it, the top was not on (due to to much coke being in the cup) so when i pushed the top down so the whole lid wouldn't open coke went everywhere. This was not the first, second, or third time this has happened. And, there is a line inside of the cup that shows you how far to fill the drank up to. So to answer your question yes I really did call. I don't know about you but I'm not "cool" with sticky ### getting all in my car.

Yes, it irritates me even to the smallest things when it comes to ff rest. I called corp on McDonald's for over filling my drink and it getting everywhere in my car. Your situation is ridiculous I would have given them a mouth full, and the health dep. should do something about it.

Stealth- Did you really say the only thing at fault was the meat? Wow we can tell you have never been in the food industry before. The whole store was at fault, if the store is filthy with nothing being cleaned and with being shorthanded and with having to argue to get FULL price on the UNDERCOOKED meat is freaking ridiculous. I would def. be calling corporate! That is not acceptable. I worked at Sonic for 3 years and we would always get mystery shoppers, you better believe everything was clean and in order down to the last drop of soda that got on the outside of the cup. OFCOURSE the employees didn't make the mess...why? Because it's THEIR job to clean it back up.

Burger King unhealthy bun choices

When are are the Fast Food companies going to arrive into the 21st Century with their choice of bread that their products are served on?

Our country's obesity problem is rampant. And yes many people and organizations blame the Fast Food companies. And those same Fast Food companies are indeed to blame for contributing to the obesity by not providing a Whole Wheat (or Whole Grain) alternative to the hamburger buns and muffins.

Someone needs to lead the Fast Food chains into the health wars and offer healthier choices such as Sweet Potato french fries and Whole Wheat hamburger buns.

Burger King their employees do not know the difference between clean and dirty

What I saw at a Burger King the other day made me wonder who trains their employees to know the difference between clean and dirty when they possibly have never been shown or taught prior to the present job. I may have realized too late, but noticed that someone had placed two of the big floor mats from the lobby and hung them over the hand rails where customers wait in line!

Burger King you should be able to request a kid toy without having to pay extra for the toy

I think if you order an adult meal for your child that qualifies for a kids meal, you should be able to request a kid toy without having to pay extra for the toy. I have three children and sometimes one or two of them will get kids meals and the others get adult meals. Well of course being kids they want a prize. When I have asked they say well you have to pay for it. Well I just paid for an adult meal for a child. This has happened many times at Burger King.

Burger King has to buy the toys, they have to sell the toys. The adult meal gets their moneys worth of food, the kid meals get much smaller portions of food. Thus the toy is included in the kids meal. Learn business before you crack on it.

86th street brooklyn store number is 9418 customer service number is [protected] .i went there like 2 days ago with my two sons and we order #1 #11 and #6.the assistant manager was taking orders and it took forever for our order coz the manager didnt know where are the buttons for those sandwiches.and then we were waiting for too long to get the food coz everybody was playing around.

Burger King nasty and the distrit manager fail to do his job

I ordered a orignal chicken sandwich the lettuces was black when I opened up the sandwich. I picked up in the drive thru and didn't find this until I got home.
I called the Coldspring Burger King to get the phone # for the Alexandria store due the # not listed. The manager was stated she couldnot help me and hung up on me.
I called the Fort Wright store and the manager was very helpful and gave me the District Manager's #. He stated he would take of both problems and send me my money back by mail. He took my name and address and stated it be there in two days its now been 2 weeks.
I will not go to anther Burger King or will I sent anybody there.
I'm going try to get a hold thedistrit managers boss this week!

Burger King suspended

Hi, I work at burger king and i'd like to let everyone know. Never apply to burger king for a job. Two weeks ago
I got into it with a employee. This employee is known for starting trouble on the job. I was so angry, I had ask if I could go home early. So I can cool down over the weekend, and i'll be back on monday. She had said yea ok. Now the next week I came back, my general manger did not ask me of any sort what happen on last friday. The third week on fri, another employee got into with someone else that worked in the front. The manger was in the office, I guess doing paper work. I was working on whopper board. They both started arguing, mind you i'm still working not even be involved. After a certain point of the argument, she decides to send him home. Later one of my friends come in to work at 4pm. He and I were talking and our conversation was between both of us. I had told him that so and so had got into it with so and so. And he was sent home. A half an hour later, another employee came in and said that you can go home. So I was thinking maybe i'm going home because it was slow for the moment or maybe I clocked to many hours. I thought nothing of it, clocked out and went home. I later on my friend which is the one who came in at 4pm. He text me saying why was I suspended from work. I had said I wasn't, I went home early. He stated, that my name was crossed out the whole week. He had told me she said she suspended two people and i'm one of them. I called to try to figure this out. I spoke to the manger, she said she is suspending me cause I called the person a ### that was arguing with my friend. I said no such thing, she insisted that I did. And also she said that I was responsible for what happen because I work in the back as well. She also said I am suspended because of the argument, which happen two weeks ago. The thing I don't understand is why was I not informed I was suspended, instead of sending home early and not telling me. Why didn't she suspend the person two weeks ago I was arguing with. What kind of world are we living in. I give anybody advice, do not work for burger king. Burger king treats people like crap. They don't appreciate good workers.

Burger King service

Ordered a veggie burger going through drive thru! Took 15 minutes, They take each order one at a time and serve them before taking the next order! OMG I finally got to the window and expressed how long it took nicely and the girl tells me she knows and turns and walks away like "oh well get over it"! I stopped going for about 3 months and thought well may the serve was better as I have complained other times with corporate, but apparently that was absolutely useless do so. The service is worse that ever and very unclean and don't give a damn staff!
