Burger King rude store manager, woodbridge mall new jersey

This afternoon 1/7/2019 I went to the Burger King restaurant in Woodbridge Mall in New Jersey.. After I ordered Original chicken sandwich with French fries, I insisted on getting French fries that was hot and not stale and also without salt because of my health condition - I am hypertensive... Obviously peeved by my request for hot French fries and unsalted fries, the manager who was supposed to know better instructed the customer service personnel to mix the already prepared salted French fries with the new hot French fries that I requested. He then turned around and said to the customer service rep using the Spanish term "pendeja' meaning"idiot" an obvious reference to me.. When I got home, I called the manager (he stated his name as Damien Abrego) back to confront him about his rude behavior and to my dismay, he admitted the use of that word but then lied that he was referencing himself.. I am sure Burger King as a corporate entity prides itself on good customer service and I am writing to alert you about this uncouth manager so that his rude behavior will not be visited on other clients. Burger King service, not receiving product ordered

First time to a Burger King.

New Burger King opened in Bradford, Ontario. Saw advertisement for a Bacon King and thought I would try it.

Go to drive through, two cars ahead of me, yet I sit for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me on the speaker. Order the Bacon King and get an OK, not giving me the total, just OK.

Five minutes later pull up to window and pay for a Bacon King.

Take the bag home and find no receipt in the bag and NOT a Bacon King but a single patty burger with no bacon.

Slow and poor service and received a lesser product than what I paid for.

Tried Burger King, guess I won't be trying again

Burger King crown card gift card

I am seeing this place already only has a 1n1/2 stars so I'm thinking the Burger King franchise doesn't give a [censored] how their name is showing to the public, and probably won't care about this complaint either, so this is for the public beware. I received a $25 dollar Burger King gift card for Christmas, went to try and use it at this establishment the other day and was told this card is unsupported. I thought maybe I needed to activate it online, so when I returned home, I went to the site on the back of the card. There was no activation, but if you put in the numbers on the card it will give you the balance, and my card showed $25 dollars on it, so apparently this Burger King doesn't honor the gift card. Wrote an email to the Burger King gift card, and they claim they are not responsible, so all they do is take your money, and now it is up to me to hunt for a Burger King that will honor the gift card, or I will be stuck with a piece of worthless plastic. My wisdom to you is, don't buy Burger Kings worthless gift cards, and now that I see from Yelp this place only has a 1n1/2 stars, probably shouldn't patronize this establishment either till the franchise starts caring about their customers and makes them clean up their act. On a funny note, guess what I will be regifting next year ;-)

Burger King an employee

My son works at this particular location, he has came home several time very upset with a shift manager by the of Octavia, and African American female she constantly using elicits language to him and other employee in a degrading manner and nothing get done. Its been brought to the manager Michelle attention. Still Nothing gets done. No one should have to work under these conditions Period!

Burger King I purchased a $75 gift card for my father on 12/19/2018. he tried 2 bk locations and was told the card wasn't good.

The gift card was purchased at Walgreens at 5121 Quince Road, Memphis TN. 38117 on 12/19/2018. I called Customer Servis and talked to an agent named Jim and he suggested that I email you to get a replacement card sent to my Father.

Burger King crispy chicken sandwich combo

I got the checked sandwich in the picture on Nov. 12th at the DORAVILLE, GA location. I contacted the corporate website about the matter and was never contacted. The food was inedible. Nothing was done and the company did not care at all. It makes no sense to recieve this quality of food at anytime. This is unacceptable and the lack of concern or response is even more reprehensible.

Burger King app purchase gps debacle

I pulled into a burger king in Kissimmee fl 34746 ordered on the burger king app and then proceeded to the drivetru to retrieve my order when they had no idea what I was talking about. When I ask the address of the location I'm at the app made the purchase 15 miles away from my location. Needless to say I couldn't drive the 40 minutes away to get my order i had already paid for and when I went into the store I was told they have nothing to do with the app and I'd have to go hungry and with out my money unless I was willing to drive the 15 miles away.

Burger King cost for hawaii /alaska

Why do you charge more for you products in Hawaii/Alaska-if you want us to purchase your products you should pay for the shipping charge to get your product to get them to our states. This is totally unfair of you to charge us more just because we are outside of CONUS. You have franchises all over the world and should be able to pay the costs to cover the shipping of your products. Wise up and do the right thing. We have hundreds of local fast food places here in Hawaii that provide competitive prices and wonderful food. GET SMART or remove you franchises from our Islands.

Burger King expired product

In today I went into the McDowell ext location thru drive thru placed an order received my order upon getting to my destination to feed my child she starts to drink the orange juice she said it didn't taste to well... so I took it back up there and 3 women including the manager had a nasty attitude like y'all don't check y'all product or something... any how upon going back to restaurant the lady in front counter says what u want me to do... I tell her I want what I paid for and she gets to talking to the manager and rolling her eyes and so the other employee say if you get another one it will have the same date on it like y'all giving customers expired product

Burger King product, chicken & biscuit

This is the second time that I've ordered this item, thought I'd give this item a second try, same result, price is too high for this item, biscuit was undercooked again & chicken overcooked again, I will not be returning. The first time i went into this restaurant, the servers even looked dirty, the restaurant was not clean, i left and so did several others.

Burger King food

I order 4 combo meals with onion rings on dec 24 2018 at burger king. I was surprise that when I was all most finished my last 2 onion rings there was a sharp piece of metal fried in the onion ring. I am very upset over this and i don't now if i ate any of this metal in the other onion rings. Or if my husband or nephew or his girlfriend had any in there batch. This is something that should not have happened. I will send picture of onion ring with sharp metal fried into it. I could of swallowed this.

Burger King service and restaurant cleanness

This second time I go to our new burger King in our neighborhood, which just opened. My experience is bad. I went today (christmas day) to get burgers for my family. I placed my order and waited almost 30 mins. for my order. I used the restroom while I waited which the mens room was very dirty. I waited for my food to come out and still nothing. I noticed the kitchen very dirty with fries and nuggets all on the floor while a bucket next to the fryers on the floor already over full with fries n nuggets and trash. I soon saw my burgers being done. All needed was my fries. The line to order was about 7 people. Customers waiting to pick up their orders were about the same. Ten min. Later still they hadn't call my number but I knew my burgers were ready all I need was my fries which were already ready. I guess she was a manager. A little 4ft tall black girl which was being rude to customers when they would ask for condiments or tops for their soda cups. Which the soda counter was very dirty also. She didn't say anything but kept rolling her eyes. I was hearing other customers smacking the mouth and complaining how slow they were. While all this is going on that little black girl was being slow at other order because the burger finish line was full like about 25 to 30 burgers besides mine that were done. She kept complaining to other employees about one order that something was missing. She looked very frustrated. She kept putting her shoulders on the counter and would put her head in between them and cover her ears as to being frustrated. Also drinking a bottle of water that she had on the front counter. I went up to the counter and said if I could get my order cause my burgers were getting cold and I had seen them get done 10 mins. ago and all that was needed was my fries. She looked at my for about 4 seconds and proceed almost screaming at me telling me that other customers were waiting for their orders too and I wasn't the only one there. I said that I had been observing her how slow she was and all those orders were done and she had been complaining to her employees about one order for the last 10 min. She said screaming at me that she had the right to refuse service which I never saw a sign about refusing service. And that if I didn't want to wait a little longer she would give me my money back and she never wanted to see me there again. She was literally screaming at that point. All the customers were there about 25 to 30 people either waiting for their food or In line wait to place their order. She literally said that if she would come out from behind the counter that it would not be nice for me. Everyone started laughing cause she was little and I'm about 6ft tall, I was thinking to myself did she really just assault me. like what the heel is this little adult going to do to me. While she's still screaming and making a big scene the cashier started with me about Mr being rude. I told her that my burgers were ready 10 min ago and all was needed was my fries and that I didn't want my burgers being cold. The cashier said she didn't want to see me there anymore. I told her I wouldn't go there anymore. I asked the cashier what was that black girls name cause I was going to file a report and she told me for me to ask her. I walked out went to sonic around the corner which I was out of there in 10 min after ordering the same thing 6 burgers and 2 small fries. Your employees need to wear hair nets.

Burger King service in turkey

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have been ordering food from Burger King for many years and in different countries. I would like to share my bad experiences that are happening continuously in Turkey.
Nowadays, noone wants to order from Burger King in Istanbul, Turkey. All the restaurants are delivering the orders after 1 hour. Food is getting cold, fries become elastic.. In all the delivery platforms; burger king restaurants have very low rates.
As 1 of the main franchising companies in the world i believe you need to take a deep look in the restaurants in turkey. Whenever we order something from bk, its always late and we have to return it due to bad taste. It really ruins your reputation here..
I hope you will take action.

Burger King hard substance in my breakfast

I recently purchased a burrito from the Burger King on Yuma and survival in Goodyear 85338. I choked on a hard stick like substance that was in my burrito! I don't not want a refund or a free gift card! I would like to talk to someone about this situation before I proceed with legal actions.
