Burger King told my order in plain form and didn't get what I asked for then I asked again and got rude comments

I placed a big order at Burger King in Alexandria Louisiana store #6311 and told them i needed two" kids" drinks on two of my orders and they gave me two regular size small drinks and I asked if I could trade them out for the "kids" cups and the workers talked among themselves and never told me anything and then one of them said after I walked away well she has a sippy cup she can use that ...I wasn't happy that they didn't acknowledge what I asked and I didn't appreciate the comment they made

Burger King customer service

Every time I go to store 13259 on Walton they get something wrong. Small onion ring when I order a large. Several times. Plain I get mustard ketchup pickles. Forgetting a dessert. Tonight I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers Large onion rings and I finally got the large onion rings but not double cheeseburgers just regular ones altho I was charged for them. Ugh so frustrating. Get it together guys.

Burger King worst drive-through service

We went to the Burger King in Madera, CA last night and saw that it was busy so we went to the drive-through line. There were 3 cars ahead of us. The line was extremely slow (started at 6:48 pm) and we were able to place our order at 7:10 pm. We ordered 1 hamburger/fries, a shake, a water, and onion rings. We got to the window at 7:20. While we waited at the window for someone to talk to us, the staff was having a "French fry" fight. They were having a really fun time throwing French fries around the store, on the floor, at each other, laughing... the lady manager was also throwing BK bags! Inside the restaurant the customers in line were as shocked as we were in our car... it was very busy... dinner time on a Sunday! I decided to take photos of the fight, the floor, the 5-6 employees, the manager... and finally they saw me do that and came to the window... at 7:32. They brought our order: 2 lemonades and 2 burgers. My husband told her that this was NOT our order and we had already wasted 45 minutes while they played with our food. She apologized to us and told him that she accidentally gave someone ELSE our food, and could we just take it anyway? HOW CRAZY IS THAT? He said no, and told her our order again. When the order arrived... (they were sweeping the floor and more subdued in the store) she refused to take our money because she said that she didn't have a receipt! (so that way we could not report them with a receipt number, probably!) We got our food for free... which tasted ok... but they lost many customers behind us... in the store... and they certainly lost US forever!

Burger King horrible customer service

I called 2 different times to you Burger King at your headquarters, and still no call back I was suppose to get weeks ago.

I am seriously unhappy same with my whole family Im going to take this somewhere higher up then the company, because obvisously you don't have good customer service. The better business bureau or FDA. I had plus my girlfriend had plastic in our breakfast burritos that was something black and about as big as my thumb nail. i could have choked or my 7 month pregnant girlfriend could have. And my little brother had a breakfast burrito with weave hair in it very disgusting. UNACCEPTABLE. And instead of burger king headquarters taking care of the issue upfront, the store manager called me and was mad for me calling the headquarters. So the manager told me to come get 4 large free meals for the mess up originally. So when I went to go get the free replacement meals the night manager swore at me and told me I can come back the next day during the day and get the meals, but then I told him I still need food and have money for food they didnt answer the drive thru machine. I was furious... so i called the headquarters told them my issue two months ago now nothing has been done at all. Obvisously Burger has no respect for their customers.

I wanted my $35 in food i spent that morning after taking a bite we all thru are food away. All i wanted was a gift card so I didnt have to go back to this crappy burger king, which me and all of my friends will review badly, and i can go to a different burger king in the next town.

Mcdonanlds during this time messed up and didnt give me a couple of my foods items so I called and they sent me everything plus free food in the mail in less than a week.

Burger King ocs and gm

I visited store 04063 at 11:05 this morning to grab a quick bite. I asked for two OCS off the broiler and wasn't given it fresh by any means. I then called the store and spoke with Julie(I believe), the GM, and complained about my sandwiches. She then proceeded to tell me they were fresh. I told her the oil needs changed than because my sandwiches were a dark brown, as they would be when throwing them back in a fryer. They weren't hot, nor appetizing. Im very unsatisfied.

Burger King lux - rude/argumentative/cannot read english or read receipt (drive through window)

On 10/08/2017 at 11:28am. Store number 13093. Drawer: 7-D02. My sister and I went through the drive through. On the first order, I asked for 2 whoppers, add bacon, cheese and jalapenos, a vanilla and strawberry shake. On the second order, my sister ordered 2 whoppers, add bacon, cheese and jalapenos, an Oreo and Froot loop shake. Neither one of us was given the total. We drove to window to pay, where Lux was standing. She told me the first order was $18.08, I gave her $20.00. Lux gave me back $1.39. I immediately told Lux and looking at the receipt, she did not give me accurate change back. She continued and told my sister her order was $19.46. She paid by credit card. I again told Lux and handed her back the receipt and change that she did not give me back enough change. Lux, then began using the calculator on her cellphone and stating, "she told me $18.62" I do not know who "she" was but I told Lux, my receipt states, $18.08. Lux began rolling her eyes at my sister and I. When we did not pull away, she went and got the manager. He read the receipt and gave me back the accurate change back per the receipt of $ 1.92. This situation was blown out of proportion by Lux. She clearly could not read English or the receipt. She may be able to speak English, but she can not read it, nor does she know how to count money or she could have fixed this by either printing me another individual receipt with the total being $18.62 or given me an additional $0.53 just as the manager. The food was great, but Lux's rolling her eyes and attempting to ignore me was unacceptable. She clearly should not be working a drive through window if she can not read the receipt printed in English or count back money correctly per the receipt. Very embarrassing for burger king to have someone who can not read their own receipt and count back money when needed.

Burger King store and manager and all the rest

cannot believe what actually happened to me at this location. I walked into the Burger King at 6:15pm on 10/6/17 - I would have gone through the drive thru but it was so backed up that I thought, no, let me just go in. There were two families waiting for their food and one person in front of me waiting to order. The Manager "I know this from her uniform and her tone (not very nice) directed at the front end clerk and the food staff in the back. The "Manager" was working the drive thru window, the register at the window and also trying to figure out what was "wrong" with everyone and every order all while she was sweating terribly and itching her nose with the back of her hand. At 6:30, my order was taken, it was wrong, even though I repeated it several times. I figured I will see where this goes. I ordered by meal with no pickle and no tomato and OTB (off the broiler) which is way better than the patties that were on the broiler and then put in a little pan to keep warm. Anyway, It was 6:45 before my first order came out, wrong. I watched as the Manager packed up some fries and onion rings and used the palm of her hand to pat the fries down so they would not fall out. She also had her hands on the paper where the fries would be dumped out if you were lucky enough to think to eat your food there. In between her screaming at the staff, I asked her to stop touching the food with her hands since she was touching her face, nose and wiping the sweat off her face and neck. I asked to to stop and go wash your hands. I thought that she was going to swat me, but, I stood firm. Then the poor guy who took the interior orders was getting a lot of static from the few families that were still waiting when I arrived at 6:15 because all of their orders were WRONG!

I finally got my second order, it was still wrong and there was NO WAY I would even think to eat any of the food because everyone was mad, the place was absolutely filthy and the look on the face of the Manager and the cashier, was like, What's wrong with ME, why am I complaining?

I dumped my bag on the dirty counter and asked if they could actually identify what was on my Whopper Jr . Both of them were speechless when I did this and she said that I was making a mess. I informed both of them that they still had a tomato on my order and that if they thought that the counter t dumped my food on was already clean in their eyes there was NO WAY I would every eat there again. It was so sticky!

The Manager did not offer to give me a refund and I left the food there and left. I had every intention to call in and take the survey that was offered on my receipt, it was valid for 48 hours. Well, it is now 25 hours after my visit and the survey is NO LONGER VALID. Why, because they just can't handle the truth or did the manager void my receipt.

f I have to wait over 40 minutes in a burger king and still not only can get it my way and then get the attitude to go along with it, coupled with the inability to complete the survey and have the pleasure of PAYING for food I just could not think of eating!

Burger King lack of product and lack of employee concern

Sept. 28th went to Restaurant #1772. First I ordered the MorningStar Veggie Burger listed under “Salads and More” and was told, “Oh, we don’t have that.”.

My second choice was the Chicken Club Salad. This was also not available. No explanation, nothing. My husband and I left and at elsewhere.

We have issues with them being out of cup lids and such in past but never food items.

Burger King service and condition of eating area

My wife myself and my two young grandchildren visited a burger king premises in Leeds, address junction 1 retail park on Beeston ring road, we were served at 15:31 according to our reciept and recieved our food at 15:50 at this point when we entered the premises there was six customers waiting, when we ordered our food they put her sweet into the microwave straightaway so by the time she got it it was cold, we told the grandchildren to get a table which then they had to proceed cleaning it as it had not been cleared at this point we were going to tell them to sit elsewhere when we realised that just about every table was full of rubbish the restaurant was absolutely filthy, even when we were waiting for our food the kitchen floor had chips on it where any of the employees could have slipped, anyway getting back to my complaint as we sat down one of the staff proceeded to clean the tables as she did I couldn't believe my eyes first she moved the rubbish from the tables then any food that was left on the tables was washed with a cloth and flicked onto the floor and left, when we finally got our food there was chips missing and then we had to go up and ask for the cups for our soft drinks, I am really dissatisfied with the service and the cleanliness of this establishment and I would like this premises to be checked by your environmental department.

Burger King customer service

The store number 13346 in Jonesboro, Louisiana. The employees are rude, grumpy, unprofessional, and unconcerned. The employeas always ask you to pull up and it takes them over 15 minutes to get you food and most of the time it is not right or not incomplete. I try to ask for all of my condiments before I pull up or I won't get them at all. If I pull up and ask for condiments then it takes them another 10 minutes to bring it back out, so now my 30 minute lunch break is now 5 minutes. Wow! If your looking for a good diet plan Burger King in Jonesboro, Louisiana will help, just go when you are in a hurry with limited time to eat, you'll never get a chan e to eat. I even ask the drive through attendent if she liked her job because every time I go thruogh the drive through she has an attitude. The nanager there is no better; she told them not to take orders at the window and have the customers come in to place there orders. At 10pm, I had my kids in the car and refused to get out. They would not even come to the window. I had to knock on the window to even be addressed. Then the girl said that her manager said to have every one come in and because the drive through registar was closed. I asked her to write my oder down and cash it out at an opened registar. She seemed to really not comprehend my statement, so I asked to speak to the manager; and she refused to come to the window. After 15 minutes of nonsense, the registar was finally opened and our order was taken. Man, is there anyone out there that still appreciates having a job? Theses people obviously dont care at all. If there were more eating obtions in Jonesboro, I would not go there again! That whole staff is thr TRUE definition of sorriness at it's best.

Burger King credit card machine and shake machine

I went in a about a month ago to get a shake and was told that here credit card machine was not working. I said ok and went to the bank down the road from them to get cash. I went today Oct 7 to get a shake for my elderly mother who lives in the nursery home near by. I was told that the shake machine was not working and it would be runny. This Burger King is in a popular area and close to a nursing home. Also while we where there a car drove 3 time through the drive through. I have never completed about about a good company but someone need to look at this location in Sat. Mornings.

Burger King 2345 east lincolnway cheyenne, wy [protected]

On Tuesday ( 03 OCT 17 @ around 15:20 ) I went through the drive through
in the above listed store and ordered a Double Whopper ( Meal ) medium
sized with cheese. The meal cost about 9.33 $, an amount which both
my Wife and I thought was pretty high for a burger, soda & fries. Upon
returning to our home which is about 5 minutes away, I opened my
meal and found a small fry with a single cheeseburger. I ate my meal and
then called the above listed store at 15:58 . I spoke with a person which
identified himself as ( Josh ) [ I am hard of hearing and have a multiple of other handicaps which is obvious by the way a walk ], the Store Manager
apologized for the inconvenience I had experienced. Josh asked me if I
could return that night and pick up the replacement burger. I told him
that I was already home and very tired. The manager said no problem,
just remember his name and I could come in anytime that was convenient
and pick up my missing burger. This phone call lasted 48 seconds . I
returned to this store today at about 19:30. I asked the manager on
duty if She could replace my missing burger. I related the above facts
about why I was entitled to an replacement burger. Her body language
her tone, and even her volume were disrespectful . She said that there
was nothing in her log about me and that she would not replace the
sandwich which I had already paid for. I asked her to contact the store's
Manager in attempt to have his input about her decision . She refused
to call her GM and I left the above BK wondering if I would ever visit
that store again. This store has had some significant service problems
in the past however, I really thought that they had turned the corner
regarding their customer service problems. I have visited this store
twice trying to receive what I had already paid for. I want a call from
this store's GM, and I want a certificate for a replacement Double
Whopper with Cheese Meal . I don't know if I will ever set foot in
this store again. Their customer service failed not only once but
twice, and has really offended this patron.
On a positive note, the single burger I originally received was actually
ketchup only as ordered.

Burger King regarding an order and the service received

On October 6, 2017 we went to store #15518, located at the corner of 59th ave. and Camelback Rd in glendale, arizona. The time was 5:50 p.m. we placed order (2 cheeseburger meal, xtra cheeseburger, and 10 piece nugget), got the fountain drink and found a table. We had been sitting at the table for about 5 minutes when we noticed that there were some ladies standing at the counter eating food, we had ordered before them so we were a bit concerned, the continued to stand there eating fries when I stood up and asked who's order is that, the cashier finally checking on the same thing. The women who were there were eating our food. I was angry and so was my husband. My husband demanded that our order be remade since they been standing there eating it. We never heard our number called and we were sitting at the first booth. when they remade our order the asst. manager said she knew what they had been doing and did nothing about it and said all she could do was say she was sorry. We will not be eating at this location again, we were disappointed in the service we received with barely an apology. I believe that if they knew the food was not the customers at the counter then they should have done something about it. Just so you all know, when mcdonald's makes a mistake they apologize and compensate the customer for the inconvenience. It took 15 minutes for our order to be cleared from the board, not fast service as you claim and definitely not customer friendly.

Burger King charging sugar tax for product without sugar

Cook County recently started a "Sweet Beverage" Tax. I think it is 0.01/ounce. When ordering I mentioned that I was having Coke Zero (No Sugar), but they still charged me the extra tax of 0.20 X2= 0.40. They said your registers have it automatically included & they could not change it. So if I order Coke Zero or Ice Tea I still get charged? That seems fraudulent to pay a "sugar tax " on a drink without sugar.

Burger King theft

I’m sitting here now and wondering why I have to pay for beverages when others simply fill up water cups w/soda. Staff seems to not care and I asked if I can do the same and get my $3 back and am told no. I don’t think it is fair for a family of 4 to order a dollar menu item and one soda and get 4 sodas out of it.

Moral of the story, if you have kids and can’t afford them, come to BK, order $4 in food and steal soda while the rest of us pay for it in the form of higher prices, oh and enjoy the playground and free WiFi. There are also folks in here with their own beverages.

Burger King badly managed

Hi. I'm writing to let you know about the Burger King located at 33 Lecount Place, New Rochelle, NY 10801. They have the worst service. On numerous occasions, they have run out of supplies whether it be food items/condiments/cups. They constantly get my order wrong. There are certain food items I would like My Way, as Burger King uses as a catch phrase. I prefer to just order as simple as possible and not make it harder on them. As a customer, why should I order food according to their inabilities? Why should I hope that my order will be processed in less than 30 minutes every time I enter this location? Isn't this supposed to be fast food? I can even complain about their set up. The way the registers are set up and how people line up has been a problem. There have been actual fights between customers. This a great location which could be extremely profitable but not under the current management. They are tarnishing the Burger King brand.

Burger King food and service

Visited the new location in Mckinney, Texas on 121 last night . It was about 630 and there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. First of all the young man at the counter just looked at us when we came in. He never said Hello or may I help you . He just stood there until we ordered. When the food was ready he just looked at us never said your food is ready or anything. The manager was standing close by and she never spoke as well. When we left nobody said thank you come back and see us or anything. Then the food was not up to standard Burger King . It was super greasy, the lettuce was nasty and there was so much sauce on it hat it made the bun soggy and it pretty much oozed out a all over.

Burger King dissatisfied customer - extremely unprofessional service

Hi Team,

I am not sure of the best contact, so I am sending this to various persons in hopes of reaching the appropriate point of contact in escalating my concerns.

Please see below regarding what transpired at the Burger King located just across the street from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - on the morning of September 27th at [6:30am].

Prior to taking my son to school, we stopped at BK via the drive thru for breakfast. I asked if they offered Steak breakfasts. At this point, the attendant started laughing hysterically over the intercom and screamed out, "Hell no we don't offer no steak!" This was not an unreasonable question considering, many fast food establishments do offer this as an option; e.g. McDonalds. In addition, as a customer and a human being, regardless my question, I deserve the right to be treated with dignity and respect in response to that question. I felt very insulted by the rude and extremely offensive comment and drove up to the window. When I asked for an explanation, the Manager stated, ”Oh that was one of my employees - they didn't know the mic was on". There was no apology or promise of reprimand. Instead, she too was snickering and asked what I wanted to order. I did not feel comfortable ordering. Their antics made me feel as though I could not trust them with my food - so I drove away and picked up breakfast from the Wawa next door instead….which resulted in my being late for work due to the long lines.

I called and spoke with a Representative, at [protected], later that same day [Wednesday, September 27th at 3:45 pm] for about 10 minutes. She took my concerns, name and contact number and advised that I would receive a call back from the General Manager over that location later that day. As of today, October 4th, I have yet to receive a call.

I’d also submitted a complaint to Headquarters on line [on the 274th as well] - to no avail.

I would appreciate a call back to discuss this further. I am very frustrated by the treatment at that BK location and at not receiving assistance with my complaint regarding this very important matter.

Burger King order wrong

I ordered at Burger King Burnside Oct. 5, 2017 12:44 pm, Order #73. Ordered onion rings, got fries, ordered a whopper junior and got a whopper, ordered no onions or pickles, got pickles. I have a copy of the receipt but it's a PDF & it won't let me attach a PDF. I would not ordinarily say something, but we there from work about once a week, and this has happened the last few times.

Burger King method of payment

I believe it is risky and out of date that it is necessary to hand the cashier my debit card when making a purchase. I ate at a Burger King on September 26, handed the cashier my debit card to pay, and the next day had fraudulent activity on my card. This is very suspicious since this is the only place that I have given my card to a person rather than inserting/swiping it at the many places I have used my card.

I will now choose to dine at places that allow me to insert my card and not hand it to the cashier. Why don't you get up to date and use a payment method like other merchants do that is more secure?
