Burger King management

I am a regular customer but am about to take my business elsewhere.
The store is located on 2150 Valley Avenue, Winchester, Virginia 22601. Store number is: 1730
You have under employment the most rude and irresponsible General Manager, TJ McVickers, I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. He is not only completely disorganized to where this store runs out of main foods (whoppers and crispy chicken) on a regular basis, he is also very nasty to his employees and to customers.

Burger King service/product/experience

Visited your W new Circle Rd location in Lexington KY today and WILL NEVER visit any Burger King ever again based strictly on how we were treated by your employee working the drive thru windows today around 200pm. Had an order for 3 people and after ordering my first thing was told a total rudely, then after telling the girl we still had more orders she proceeded after every item to say Is that it? After ordering she then tells us We have to wait on your food so you are gonna have to pull over there again rude as hell. Made us feel like we were the biggest problem ever for showing up to your establishment to order food. There is no reason why someone like this should be employed by anyone especially a company who's objective is to SERVE FOOD TO PEOPLE! Had not visited Burger King in probably 2 years bc of this very reason. Horrible service at this location. Decided to give it another try in hopes you all maybe decided to hire employees that actually wanted a job and represented your brand but I guess your employees are worth more than your consumers who keep y'all in business. We work in the food industry so have more patience than most people i feel but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Will also tell everyone I know to stay away from this location at least. Was shorted food and straws as well as cold food that we waited over 20 minutes for. Oh and I would give u the girls name at the window but she wouldn't even face us to get a name. All I know is she is a black female who's name begins with S...charged money to be treated like crap and to have my entire order wrong as well! Bad job Burger KING! I feel like basically I was robbed.

Burger King price

I went thru the drive thru and ordered the 2/$4 croissants, one plain sausage and one bacon egg and cheese and also ordered one order of 0.89 pancakes. That was it. I was expecting the order to be $5 or a little more and it was $7.24. I asked the girl why and she said I don't know I didn't ring it up. She said I guess because the one was plain. I said well we have never had to pay more than the 2/$4 before and always order like that and she just said I don't know I didn't do it. So I said ok and left. I should not have been charged more. I know it was only a couple of dollars but that's a lot when you live paycheck to paycheck and your employees are rude when you ask why your bill is so much

Burger King cashier in drive thru

He was pushy rude dirty and wouldn't even serve me my food his shirt was unbuttoned and hanging out his sagging pants he was talking about me and my kids right in front of us the food is cold and fries are dropped all in the bag none were in boxes this employee is someone you would see begging for money on the side of the road not someone I want serving me food how disgusting and oblivious is the management I will tell everyone I know and post about this employee Burger King needs to make sure that night crew is still presentable to the public

Burger King bad service

Workers were sitting in the back talking for a few minutes before they decided to acknowledge the register. The lady (calling that girl a lady is a stretch) came up to the register, rolling her eyes and just waited for us to order. She did not address us at all. After ringing up our order, her and her friend sat on their phones while making our food. I was disgusted. I wrote a review on google, and you all need to read the reviews there as well. Apparently this is a continuous issue. Haha and those workers want $15/hr. What a joke.

Burger King #3124 Discrimination, Store opening late.

There is a manager At the Burger King at 1341 West Northern Lights Blvd.

7/2/17 Who I have seen turn away Customers. Because they were Native Alaskan.

7/8/17 Again this manager arrived late, and did not open the store till around 8 AM or later. I didn't bother checking back to when She finally opened the store, I took my business to Taco Bell just a couple blocks away.

The other manager is great. He opens the store on time. and never turns away paying customers because of the way they look.

Burger King management complaint

This burger king. #15306 @ george craig travel plaza in indiana, . They really and seriously need help. I feel very sorry for only 2 staff working very hard there. It took me a while to get my order because they have full of customers, but i cannot blame them because of lack of employees. Everthing was dirty in the dining, counters are nasty, garbages are all full, tables are dirty too. They need more and more staff very badly. I hope the hmhost make an action regarding this store (store i.D. 4 i n b k g 1 0) the 2 people ( christin and her manager who's making a burger)who worked so hard there are all amazing, they done a great job even its busy and took time to make orders. We visited july 7, 2017 9:02 pm.

The waitress Marleen (168275) was such a happy and good server. After a long day of travel, her attitude was so refreshing (especially in New York) and the service was excellent. She complimented my jacket and I complimented her attitude. I do not usually leave feedback, but I hope she is valued by your company as she should be.

Burger King racial discrimination

7757 west Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, Fl. I witnessed the staff which are Hispanic, go out of their way not once but twice to ignore the two Black men waiting inline to place their orders. Even when this was brought to their attention, they didn't care. These men were in the restaurant waiting, a Hispanic family of 4 walked in in from of us(2). The workers waited on the family. We walked out never to spend our money at this location again. Also their full attention was on the drive thru customers and not the customers in the lobby. I will be sharing this information around work about the Racical Discrimination at this location.

Burger King disrespected in military uniform by supervisor

On 24 June, 2017, my family and I were traveling through Mt. Sterling, KY store number 9785, on our way to Ft. KNOX, KY I am a 20 year US Army Soldier that has ALWAYS eaten at Burger King on all the installations that I have been stationed at. I was in uniform and I politely asked the girl at the register if they honored a military discount, she asked her shift supervisor ( Christian, was his name; he refused to give me his last name) if they did offer a military discount. Turned and looked at me and my wife ( who is white and I'm black) and said no we don't offer a military discount; which I knew that BK does only when in uniform. He was extremely rude and combative with me and said that they did not because they were a franchised store and didn't have to answer to corporate. I politely told him that is not true, asked for the store number and left. I am not sure if the disrespect I and my family received was racial motivated or if he was just not having a good day. I would hope and pray this individual is not a direct reflection of the kind of staff that is at Burger King especially not the leadership. Burger King morning drive thru order

7/7/17 - I felt compelled to finally write about this after getting a simple breakfast croissant sandwich wrong again about the fifth time. This morning at 7:17 AM, I was the only person at the drive thru so I cannot say it was because they were too busy. I order (1) bacon and egg Croissant sandwich. I pulled up, waited several minutes, paid for my order and drove off with it as I was on my way to work. I work quite some distance away, so I was not able to open and check my order until I got to work. I again received a bacon and cheese croissant, no egg in sight. I cannot eat cheese. This is the 5th time this has happened. I have called the store every time and have asked them to please pay more attention to their orders as this happens way too often. This morning, they didn't even bother to answer the phone. The receipt is on the bag and clearly says Cros Bac Egg! Please contact this store and have this morning crew shape up. It's different people every time, too, so it may be a training thing. It's convenient for me to stop their on my way to work, but I will have to go elsewhere rather than spend $$ on a sandwich that I just have to throw out. Thank you!

Burger King original chicken sandwich

I recently went to Burger King in Fairfield al on June 7, 2017 and purchased 3 original chicken sandwich. After about 1/2 of the food was consumed My family noticed the chicken sandwiches was not smelling right and tasting rubberish. I took the sandwiches back to the store and they refunded me my money. However, I had to plea my case and have an extensive conversation with manager before I could finally get my money back. They stated that the reason the chicken sandwich was like that is because they was having problem with the grease. I stayed that if that was the case then you all should of held up from selling the chicken sandwich. I was not pleased with the quality of this food.

Burger King service

The manager, Lisa, took our order. One of our sandwiches was made wrong. She already had an attitude. There was 3 people who walked out bc of her attitude as well as the wait time. My daughter took her sandwich to the manager & told her it wasn't right. She immediately cocked an attitude with my daughter. She even said the word "damn" in her confrontation with my daughter. This manager was very rude. We just trashed our good bc the other kids had already ate most of theirs, & we left. We told her about 2 dead flies in the window deal but she never sent anyone over to clean it. This place needs a lot of changes in management & improvements in cleanliness

Burger King refund via customer service number

I called back in october of 2016 and once in dec.. Never got my supposed coupon since I was not given my money back. I ordered a french toast stick order and it was overcooked to the point of being inevitable. I used to eat breakfast there tvice a week however, since winter holidays, I have not returned since customer service lied to me twice and wasted more than 15 minutes answering a lot if questions for nothing and then getting runaround. I drove by one in burbank and was reminded of never having gotten back my money or the supposed coupon for another item. This occurred at the victory north hollwood location.

Burger King management and poor customer service

I have made several complaints regarding an incident in Valrico Florida and have not received any response. On June 20th at approx. 5:30 p.m. I was taking my father back to the nursing home when he said he really wanted a sandwich from Burger King so we stopped to get him a sandwich. Manager Juan took my order and when I went to pay, heaccused me of using counterfeit money and took my money, placed it in his pocket and told me that I had to pay with something else. I asked him what makes him think it was counterfeit and he said he just knows and said it was different. I asked him to use the counterfeit pen which he refused - told me that he didn't need to use the pen, he just knows. I asked for the money back and he told me no. This is not only rude, poor customer service, and poor management, but it is also stealing. I called the support number and no one has contacted me. I have logged every one of my complaints and am forwarding to the Better Business Bureau in Florida for resolution, since this company refuses to address my complaint. This has been 2 weeks and no response. I am appalled and extremely disappointed that a company of this size would not respond/acknowledge my complaint. Furthermore, I will continue to lodge complaints until the company acknowledges this complaint and resolves it. I would like an apology from the manager and I would like my $10 returned.

Burger King service

Twice now I have went to my local Burger King within a week to try the Mushroom King Burger and can't because the first time the register is down (which happens pretty much weekly) and the second time the broiler is down for ten minutes. So I decide to wait to taste this deliciousness and then they let me know that there is no Swiss or mushrooms. I'm getting frustrated with my local Burger King. It's almost a running joke that you need to go to the next town over to get to a decent Burger King. Please check into this.

Burger King mushroom and swiss burger

Day before yestarday i went to my local K.K resturant and ordered the mushroom and swiss burger with mustard when i got my sandwich i went out to my car drove away parked and started to eat, this sandwich was completely soaked from the mushroom sauce and what looked to be at least one ounce of mustard i tryed wipeing off the mustard or at least most of it, but most of it was soaked into the bun between the mustard and the mushroom sauce the bun was really wet, and it was discusting i managed to get 3 bites that were not soaked the rest was just a waste the burger cost 7.00 i do not think anyone wants their food wet at least i dont, i dont tbink i will eat there again.

Burger King ice cream

For the past three weeks before writing this complaint the ice cream machine has been broken. I am very disappointed that Burger King would allow one of their restaurants machine to be down this long. My family outtings have been dampered toward the end of the night. We love for this to immediately be fixed as my family and I would like to stop making blank trips to Burger King.

Burger King employee named alberto stole my laptop after assuring me it would be safe behind the counter charging while I used the restroom!

Today, the 4th of july 2017, I had driven through the drive thru and pulled under a tree to eat and play on my laptop while I waited for a friend to meet me to go a festival. My laptop was dying, it was very hot, I needed to refill my drink and use the restroom, so I went in side. There were very few employees, one was on lunch, one was cleaning the lobby and a third behind the counter in the kitchen. He approached me and asked if he could help. He was very friendly and told me his name was chico. After explaining my needs he offered to keep my laptop in the office to safely charge while I attended my needs. I used the restroom, refilled my cup and returned to my vehicle, forgetting my laptop in the restaurant. I quickly realized and returned inside! When I returned the male employee that was cleaning asked if he could help me. I said, "yes. Is chico here?" he stated that there was no one by that name that worked there. Confused I turned around to exit and then turned around to say maybe alberto. But before I could say anything he said do you mean alberto? I said yes thinking I had not heard his name correctly. He called alberto and he came to talk to me. I asked if it would be ok to leave it plugged in a little while longer while I made a private call. I then excited the building and returned to my van to make the call. When I was finished with my call I returned inside to collect my things. I stood at the counter for what seemed like a long time before I noticed, that now cooking where alberto had been was a female. I looked into as much of the kitchen as I could see and couldn't see him. I then realized I had not misheard his name but had be given a false name. I had a feeling and went to the door to see the male employee driving away and flipping me off as he did! I panicked and my first reaction for some reason was to chase him! After unsuccessfully being able to catch up to him! I gave up. Shaken and upset, I went on to my prior made plans. I don't believe that I have the info on the computer anymore but wanted to make sure I notified burger king so that they could have it on record. Once I have found all the information on the computer I will proceed with the next steps. It was a blue hp laptop.

I have a confession to make, I only made this up because I was an ex employee and Alberto reported me for stealing from another coworker. Actually it was me that stole another coworker's laptop and Alberto reported me for it even though it was none of his business. I wrote this letter hoping that Alberto gets fired and now he is bullying me by threatening to sue me.

Burger King utterly rude and threatening male cashier

Today 7/3/17 at about 4:20 pm I drove up to the drive-in of my husband's favorite grilled hot dog place closest to our home. This the Burger King located on El Camino Real in Mt. View California. We have been going to this location for the past 3 years about thrice a week. I did my usual ordering but I couldn't understand the male voice. I asked him twice what he said & twice I couldn't understand what he said. It could be due to a malfunctioning intercom system. So I proceeded to the 1st window where I paid the familiar lady cashier (always friendly). As I was paying, I overheard the male cashier from the 2nd window telling the friendly lady cashier that he told me "esperar" . I know a little of Spanish & realized that that was what he was telling me in English -to wait. But the intercom was garbled & I couldn't hear exactly what he was saying. Hence, I proceeded to the 1st window. The drama occurred when I got to the male cashier's 2nd window. He handed me the hot dogs begrudgingly & said: "when I tell you to wait, you wait!" I was dumbfounded! I retorted that I didn't understand what he was telling me. He quickly added: "What is your name? No service for you next time!". And with that, this rude man started jotting down my plate number as I drove away.

I am completely frightened of this man. He has my car's plate number & completely left me dumbfounded with his obnoxious behavior. If Burger King doesn't straighten this rude individual, I will go to the police & report this harassing incident.

Burger King presque isle maine no 2 for 10 whopper offer allowed

I waited 16 minutes for my order: 2 Whopper deal for 10.00, 2 Chicken for 5.00, and a Big Fish meal with an original Chicken Sandwich. Total: 27.42. Although the receipt says I was charged 6.59 each whopper, I was reading it wrong as I was told that I was given the correct price and was given the 2 for 10.00 deal, my money was taken for the receipt price. I waited 16 minutes for my food even though the inside was empty as was the Drive-thou. I was told that my food was being made fresh and was surprised to find all my food was cold. I was told they were busy and they were sorry and "bye". My daughter, who has autism, had a full blown anxiety/autism related episode and I decided we are no longer going to Burger King anymore. Soggy fish and chicken and whoppers with unmelted cheese (cheese was on only one). I remembered fast and cheap from the King means cold and a closed window in my face with all three children wondering why. The King is not friendly to children nor adults as well as foregoing taste and reputation for 27.42.
