Burger King whopper not even a whopper

I ordered the two for six Whopper deal x2. The Whoppers had regular hamburger buns which was first clue they were not made right. Only one had toppings and all the meat and French fries were cold. Burger King is my favorite it off at the choices I have here, but if they sold me did like this, not sure I want to go back. I tried to talk to the manager to see if they were going to make it right, but all I got was an apology... Was a waste of my time and money.

Burger King service

I have gone to the Burger Kings in our area on a regular basis, ho Weber, the one in the Eastover shopping center in Oxon Hill MD is always a problem. Three different times they have refused to make my whopper the way I want it contradictory to burger kings motto to have it your way. Barbeque sauce should not turn into a full blown argument or extra charges. One visit I asked for onion rings and barbeque sauce on my whopper. They proceeded to tell me the rodeo burger was discontinued and refused to add it to my whopper. The cashier told me i can complain if i want to but they not making no whopper into a rodeo burger its discontinued get over it. Another time I simply asked for a plain whopper with cheese and barbeque sauce and was told o can only get what comes on the whopper and they attempted to charge me for barbeque dipping sauces to put the barbeque sauce on myself before I told them no take that off. I told her any other location does it with no problem, she then told me, well not here. I had to put barbeque sauce on my whoppers when I got home. I went there a third time and with a different cashier attempted again to order the same thing. While she did not charge me extra, she placed the order with barbeque sauce on my whopper, however when I got my bag, my whopper had only cheese and the barbeque dipping by sauces were in my bag. She also charged me for a regular meal instead of a child's meal when he ordered chicken nuggets. My husband asked for an Oreo cheesecake slice but was given a new York cheese cake slice. Any other location I do not have these problems or arguments. I would appreciate something being done about this. There staff is rude and when they aren't being rude, they are simply not providing or ringing up the correct order.

Burger King my entire order

Your BK Milford Ohio location is one of the worst fast food locations i have ever ate at
The burgers are always dry and terrible
Cold fries and the worst sweet tea hands down, a bunch of employees that dont have a clue as to what's going on. And in return i get a bag of bad food and a waste of time and money. I wont even start on the so-called management team. Bottom line as provider of so-called quality food you guys have to be better. Under temp food bad service long waits for simple orders...reason why no one there cares.

Burger King harassment

Poor response from a Burger King Gurgaon, India. I have made multiple complaints but no one is listening. My daughter's number has been put up on the website for Gurgaon, India, Burger King. The poor child is in tears as she has been getting calls since morning today. All kinds of men have been calling the poor child since morning today. She has an examination on monday and she has not been able to focus at all. She has been crying. I will go to the police now. I will hold Burger King responsible for any untoward incident. I have complained to the Customer Care 2 hours ago- no action. Disgusting!

Burger King poor service quality

On Friday, November 10, 2017 at 7:45pm, my husband and I stopped at the Burger King #5852 located at 332 S. Pleasantburg Dr Greenville SC 29607 for a bite to eat before we continue on our travels. We ordered 2 Chicken Sandwiches (Cordon Blue and Original Chicken) a small fry and a drink. Our order was placed at 7:57pm. The guy taking the order seemed to be new he didn't know what came on the sandwich or if it was crispy or grilled. We was like okay he is new. While waiting on our order, we noticed the kitchen staff seemed to also be all new as well. There was 1 couple a head of us than 4 more came in after us. We waited for over 30 minutes on our food. During this time the couple ahead of us got their food and left, the guy behind us was still waiting on his order and the other 3 people who came in after us had gotten their food and left. (Note I only saw 3 cars go thru the drive threw during the time we was waiting for our food.) 15 minutes into our waiting, the guy who took our order asked the kitchen if he could get our sandwiches, their reply was no. I kept watching the kitchen crew, about 10 minutes later I saw an older lady start making the Cordon Blue which she did not know how to make and had to look it up. It was like no one wanted to make our order or knew how to make it. After she made that sandwich she looked at our ticket, went into the freezer and brought out the chicken patty for the original chicken sandwich and placed it in the deep fryer. I do not know their process but when I worked for BK when an order came in, the kitchen staff looked at it right away and if there was not enough meat already made we went right then and started cooking it not wait 25 minutes after the order came in to look at the order then start cooking. My husband had not been watching the kitchen like I had, he told the guy taking the orders that if our order wasn't ready in 5 minutes he wanted our money back, he was told they could not do that with out a manger to which my husband replied then go get your manager. (Note we never got to speak to a manager.) The order finally came up about 10 minutes later, the cordon blue was at room temperature so was the fries and the original chicken was so hot I had to eat it on the go. The guy that was in line behind us still had not gotten his order and was able to get his money back. There was no kind of order among the staff, no one seemed to know what they was doing, it was like everyone was given an hour worth of training and left there to run it by their self. No one apologized for our wait or anything. We will not be back to this location after this experience.

Burger King drive through service

I have always loved Burger King. The one by my job I usually like to go to every so often. I went through today 11/10/2017 about 2:30. I wish I would have looked at name tags because the person that took my order and money was fantastic. There was however a lady with longer black hair that came over. I briefly turned to get my drink holder in my car ready to accept the drinks coming through the window. I was not aware that this lady with long dark hair was trying to cram food at me. When I turned to the window she had this attitude and I was able to catch her throwing a clip board against the drive through window as she said under her breath..."I guess not!" I work retail, have worked in the food industry and the way she acted was rediculous. If your employees hate where they work so much...maybe be they should consider getting an education to get a better job? The other associate at the drive through? Kudos to her for not acting like a brat.
I will not be returning to this or any other location, and after I speak about the service to my fellow co workers and family, I'm pretty sure because of this one employee, you've lost the main money area that helps this one location.

Burger King the employees

This Burger King I'm every time I come there to have some type of an attitude they don't never say thank you . Need to learn how to train your people so they know how to communicate with the outside world. It's the same lady every time I go in there tall they always is a one has an attitude she looks at you with an attitude they should have to speak to you. It's sad

Burger King betty tyler, [protected]. very upset customer.

Went to burger king on covert avenue, ordered 2 whoppers with cheese 1 no ketchup, 2 10 piece chicken nuggets, 2 fries, well to my surprise when i returned home no WHOPPERS!Really so i called and no one answer the phone, mind you i started calling at 6:25 pm until 9:15 pm with still no answer, very unprofessional, i want my order replaced or my money back! Burger King customer service

My family and I ordered our meal. A customer who was also a friend or acquaintance ordered and began an exchange with another employee behind the counter. She used every profanity addressing the employee. A female employee whom I believe was in a managerial position did nothing. We immediately left and can assure would NOT return again. I'm not sure what procedure is but quite sure someone should have addressed the matter. The man employee simply asked her to step behind the counter.

Burger King posted business hours

Hello, I'm writing because I have tried to visit my nearest Burger King several times during the business hours listed on the website for that store (https://locations.bk.com/co/denver/9690-east-alameda-ave.html), however, the store has been closed during each attempt. It is the closing time that seems to be incorrect. An update and any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Burger King not getting it my way... again

Wed Nov 8, 2017 this makes about the 3rd or 4th time in 2 months that I have gotten breakfast at BK 163 Madison St Worcester, MA and been unable to eat it. When I order the jr breakfast burrito I always order it with no sauce. This morning the girl questioned me and asked if I wanted packets of sauce and I told I wanted absolutely no sauce. I get to work take a bite and guess what there is sauce on my burrito. I check my 2nd burrito and the same thing. So now I'm sitting at work with nothing to eat once again. I am very upset. I checked the expediter ticket on the bag and it doesn't say anything about no sauce so this time it is the fault of the girl that took my order. I have noticed once or twice that it was on the ticket so the blame goes to the person in the kitchen. I just needed to say something this is getting ridiculous and I make have to start going to McDonalds for breakfast instead.

Burger King customer service

It is for the store in Pueblo CO 1860 Vinewood 81005 store number 1433 the drive thru overnight female worker is extremely rude and unprofessional. Everytime I go she doesnt smile she gives attitude and doesnt greet or even say your welcome when I say thank you. She looks miserable to be there. Today when I went I asked her if she put ketchup and ranch in the bag and she yelled really rude "I put them in the bag when he asked!" Then slammed the window on me and walked away. Burger king should really watch their overnight crew. This the worst experience ive ever had with this burger king. That lady shouldnt work in customer service. She is a heavy set white lady with brown hair probably in her mid 30s and shes always on drive thru for overnights.

Burger King unprofessional behavior

I was in your restaurant # 16385 on 11/7/17. Your manager Lisa was using language that should never used in a public business much less by a manager. She was very rude and disrespectful to her crew. She acted like she had no clue what to do. It was the worst experience. I suggest she be removed immediately and retrained, if you want to keep it open

Burger King didn't get all my order

Ordered take out, paid, waited extra long time to get my order. Finally get food then leave. At home found out I only received part of my order. Call back to let store know this and Manager tells me that I must call back after 8 pm because they are "just slammed, " now no one answers at the store. Don't ever go to the south university Burger King in Fargo, ND.

Burger King obnoxious employees

I had gone to Burger King on 11/7/2017 at approximately 7:30 pm. This was the location on Social Street in Woonsocket, RI, 02895. I had enough time to eat one burger and a big black female came to my table and told me that I had to leave because I could only have 30 minutes to consume my meal?! I was forced to throw out the rest of my food I had purchased. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied. I left, I had to pick up a friend from class a few buildings away. My friend had asked me to get some Burger King. She wanted to go in so unwillingly I went in with her. There was one older lady, maybe about 50 years old. She was taking all the orders, cleaning different areas of the restaurant, basically it seemed that she was the only one working! The manager had blonde hair, I would say she was in her 30's. My friend had gotten a small plastic cup and put some of the soda that I had purchased and filled into the small plastic cup. The same big black female started yelling from behind the counter to my friend that she needed to dump the soda out. I purchased this soda and see no reason why I could not give her some of my soda. She was told she couldn't have any of my soda! She could only have water in the small plastic cup? This employee was just leaning on the counter chatting with a friend who was leaning on the counter without shoes on! HER name was Shante. The managers name was Marissa. This manager NEVER said anything to the employee. She was just standing there. The older lady wore glasses but I didn't catch her name. She was very pleasant. As we were eating we were being watched and timed? Shante was watching and timing us and yelling at us from behind the counter! She kept arguing with my friend because I gave my friend some of my soda I had purchased? WHAT A MISERABLE, PARTIAL MEAL FOR ME! I work at a casual, from scratch kitchen, and I have never been to any food establishment and been treated the way we were treated with the manager Marissa standing right there. If that happened in my establishment those employees would have been terminated on the spot. I was respectful and polite and was still getting an attitude from Shante while the manager, Marissa stood right there and NEVER said a word. So explain to me how an employee can argue with a customer while the customer is sitting down eating while her friends are standing at the counter one with no shoes on her feet, (disgusting), the board of Health would love to hear that. You actually pay Shante to do nothing but harass customers, while manager stands by and does nothing

Burger King biscuits

I have been going to you place for a along while and the BK at Austin and 30 in schererville In. 46375 has a problem telling time. Today at 9:30 it took almost ten minutes to be waited on and then they we're out of biscuits again. This is not the first time this has happened but 9:30 ! You don't stop servings till 10:30. I asked if they would be ready soon and they said it takes twenty minutes to prepare . So I said it's only twenty minutes till ten you serve till 10:30. Now if it was ten after and not twenty till I can see that but twenty. This is not away to run a BK! So I drove five miles to the next one on highway 30 at 999 Joliet Street schererville In. Where they had plenty and are very good! Please don't stop making them. Thank you

Burger King opening on time

I stopped at my local Burger King at 6:05 this morning, drove up to the drive thru, sat there about 2 minutes, no one says anything so I drive up to the window, nobody inside that I could see. Then I decide to go in, the hours are posted as opening at 6:00 am, the door is locked. I did see one car outside so I figured that someone was in there. I end up going to McDonalds because my teenage daughter had her heart set on breakfast out to eat before school but after dropping her off at school I called the location. I asked for that manager's name. She asked why, so I preceded to tell her why and she starts making excuses. "Well it's not my fault cause I didn't have any product" whatever that means. Two things, if a customer calls and ask simply for the manager's name, it is not her place to ask why unless she is the manager, and also, the door should have been unlocked if they open at 6:00 am and when I drove up to the drive thru, she should have said over the speaker whatever issue she had and apologized. She also sarcastically called me "sweetie" which I really did not like but I ended up telling her I would be calling back to speak to a manager.

Burger King unethical behavior

I would like to take a moment to share my experience at this restaurant location (1750 N Harlem Ave. Elmwood Park, IL 60707). I was on my way home on Sunday 10/29/17 late morning returning from being out of town from work and since the restaurant is literally on my way home and thought it would be convenient to make a quick stop for breakfast/lunch. I decided to drive-up and place my order. The restaurant and the drive-thru were empty and I proceeded to place my order and it took the attendant to come to the intercom to take my order a good 5 minutes, I was tempted to drive up to the window to check if the restaurant was open, shortly I hunk the horn and the attendant came to take my order finally. I placed my 2 meal orders (1 order was regular size and the 2nd order was a Large Fries/Drink), when I reached the window to pay for my order I noticed that the attendant was about to hand me both orders regular size and before handing in my payment I mentioned to her that one of my drink size was incorrect, she got very upset and asked for her supervisor to assist in correcting the order, which they did… however, as she was preparing the correct drink she made a comment to her supervisor loud enough for me to hear that she absolutely hates and gets aggravated with customer on the drive-thru because every time the order is taken on the intercom and is not clear, that she feels that we purposely like to make her job difficult by changing the order at the window. Although I was very tempted to make a comment to her directly about her diminishing comment, I waited for my order to be completed, however, she was so upset with what I thought was a simple mistake, she refused to continue with my order and her supervisor took over agreeing with her behavior and also agreeing that she was right to feel the way she did. When the order was handed to me, I mentioned to both of them that I had heard loud and clear her feelings about my order and that there was no need to be upset as I would be contacting corporate regarding my experience. I completely understand that there may be difficult days at work sometimes and dealing with difficult customers can be challenging, but what I cannot accept is the fact that if you are going to complain about your customer, the least that she could have done would have been to make sure that either me or any other customer would have not heard her comment. I would like to think that this is not the way Burger King operates and that their personnel are trained to treat their customers better. Due to such experience, I feel that now I am forced to drive a little further from my home to the closest competitive restaurant or having to drive to a location out of my way just to avoid going through the same experience. I would also like to think that while Burger King and their representative(s) take pride in making their customers experience more satisfying that they would also take such matter serious and would really love to see such behavior corrected in order to avoid a future incident… Not only with me, but with other customers. I wish that a simple meal pick-up would not have ended this way. I appreciate in advance your cooperation in correcting this matter, and I would be more than happy to be contacted or answer any questions regarding this matter.

Burger King large breakfast platter

I haven't been to Burger King in quite awhile. I got some coupons in the mail so this morning [protected]) I decided to go to the location on Howell Ave IN Oak Creek. I was the only car in line and was still asked to pull up and wait for my order. The person who waited on me was very polite and apologetic for the wait. When I got to work and got ready to eat, I noticed the egg portion was unusually small compared to other fast food places. My bag had no salt or pepper. Also, no butter or jam for my biscuit. I was very disappointed. I also did not get a soda because the price was outrageous compared to McDonalds, which is only $1 for a large. The experience will surely not bring me back.
