Burger King food quality

I revived a chicken sandwich from the Zinfandel location that was almost completely black from how burnt it was but it was cold. The French fries I ordered were day old and cold also. None of the food we got was edible. My mother's hash browns were cold and old. My boyfriends burrito wasn't even rolled causing a mess. My mother also got a sandwich with one piece of bacon and cheese.

Burger King the whole store!!

New Smyrna beach, Florida. State road 44.
Place needs to be torn down. Moved to the area 3 years ago. The most disgusting place ever. Always dirty, employees sloppy and rude. Employees on their personal phones, long long times to get food. Food cold or order messed up. Today, 12/3/2017 my husband wanted to try it. Wrong! I got there and the first Thing I hear is if you want to whopper we don't have any if you want ice cream or shake we don't have that either we have to have cash and exact change exact change no cards. I said are you kidding me why? The guy said we just don't have change and we don't have any ice cream or burgers. What the heck! This place seriously needs to be torn down. I won't even let my granddaughter going to the player area it's so gross not clean. During the summer it's hotter than Hades! Just get rid of it! I tried to call, when I got home from McDonalds. The Burger King store had the phones turned off. Constant busy signals for hours. I gave up .i wanted the stores identification number to complain to headquarters. That place makes me so mad and sucks!

Burger King cheese burger

On the 3/12/2017 I went to Burger King at butlins I purchased 2 cheese burger it cost £3.59 each they were the size of McDonald's 99p cheese burgers we brought them as a take out so never took them back they tasted of rubber and were not worth the price I feel ripped off I have taken pictures of them before we put them in the bin the fries were nice the Burger King was butlins Skegness #012439 I'm not happy. With my first visit to Burger King I don't understand how you can charge £3.59 for a burger that McDonald's sell at 99 p

Burger King customer service and horrible management

We walked into the burger king on 71st and riverside in tulsa, ok on December 2, 2017 at 4pm. It seemed super busy but we were willing to wait. While we were waiting we quickly realized they had sole attention to working drive thru and ignored everyone in the lobby. A girl came to the counter because they messed up her burger 4 times. The manager laughed about it after he gave her money back and she walked off. She was allergic to tomatoes and they kept putting them on her burger. Then when they started helping the woman in front of us it was with ungodly disgust! The woman working counter was hateful and her face was literally the "resting b[censor]" face look. The manager never helped but rather stood watching! We left and found somewhere else. Absolutely horrible!

Burger King service.

I was at the Burger King at 3109 route 38 mount laurel nj 08054. I ordered a veggie burger dressed like the rodeo burger minus the bacon. I don't eat meat. The manager had an issue doing this. When I meantioned it appears it is an incoveince cancel my order he cancelled it and walked away. Leaving me with nothing to order. The rest of my family 4 other people ordered food and where able to eat and not me. Nothing. The workers didn't care and the manager was very disrespectful. They didn't even ask me if there was something else I'd like to order just told my husband the total.

Burger King no service and weird employees

ent this Saturday morning to the Burger King in Roswell New Mexico at 7:15 AM to get a breakfast and could not get any service and finally a mentally [censor] employee finally came out and started mumbling at me and could not help! You need to investigate the Roswell New Mexico restaurant ASAP! at 1905 N Main... You should not open that store for breakfast on Saturday as there is no manager and no help! Seriously!

Burger King service

On Nov 27th 2017 I went to the BK at 1044 Delaware Ave Marysville Ohio 43040. I want inside to order takeout. I ordered a Whopper Jr. The drive thru was busy. Within a couple minutes my order was up. I stood waiting for someone to give it to me. Finally after 5 mins an employee ask me what I was waiting for. I told her the order that was sitting there for 5 mins. She said Oh sorry here you go. Thanks BK for wasting my lunch time and for the nasty cold sandwich. This is how it should have gone: Oh I'm sorry you had to wait so long sir and let us get you a fresh hot sandwich.

Burger King grilled chicken sandwich, whopper, double cheese burger

My grilled chicken sandwich was cold and the middle and my whopper was cold and my fries was cold and double cheese burger I had a very bad experience tonight and I called the store 2 times and no answer. Burger King pda /staff

I was in the burgerking on 2696 sw college rd. Ocala florida 34474, i witnessed a employee with shirt black hair and blue glasses and a Hispanic male in the bathroom hall sexually groping each other, I soon returned with my family the same night and witnessed the same two in a car the girl straddling the guy I asked a boy at the register her name he said makayla I hope something will be done

Burger King customer service

Walked in to the st stephen burger king around 10 pm December 2nd..4 people were there working, one just had spilled water and disappeared, the other was sweeping garbage, one was washing dishes, the other was cleaning some racking hollered you have a customer ...I waited about up to 15 minutes no one decided to wait on me...I live about an half hour drive from St Stephen

Burger King poor food

went to BK pineville, NC, ordered 2 spicey chicken sandwiches, fries and drink. waited 13 minutes for my order. Then wen to get my drink and slipped as someone had spilled something and it wasn't cleaned up. Did not get spicey chicken, was a patty with may. both sandwiches were room temp as were the fries. When i went to put my tray back, garbage cans were overflowing, so had to put my tray with wrappers on top of others like that. By the way, the floors were filthy, not a nice BK or experience. Won't be going back there. Hope this reaches the right person as this BK is closest to my work place. thanks Linda carr

Burger King breakfast sandwich s

Came for breakfast, after ordering they tell me I will have to get a croissants sandwich instead of biscuits because they ran out of biscuits ! Its 9:00 am on a Saturday morning ! Running out of biscuits ? So I get croissants the sausage was hard not a good sandwich threw part away ( pic)
Very disappointed would like a coupon for a free meal to compensate. Normally don't have this problem . also took forever for order ! Employees seem not very happy here . manager should take care of situation better .

Burger King employee

I went through your drive through in the erie pa west 26th street location and your employee was very rude. I looked at her name tag and it said Ashley. When I placed my order I told her I had a coupon. When I got to the window I showed her my coupon from my phone. In a very rude voice she said " you need to tell us at the window it's a mobile coupon". Also I ordered chicken fries for myself and for a co worker because we were on break and instead of 9 they only gave us 7 each. Needless to say I will not come back to this location.

Burger King I just watched one of your employees

I was getting breakfast this morning at your Shields location in Fort Collins, CO. And a customer, a young guy, was in line in front of me trying to get anything he could with a hand full of change but unfortunately your menu doesn't accommodate. He seemed hungry, and I felt bad. Your employee, Nick bought him an entire meal. I'm 43 years old and I have never seen a fast food employee do something like that. It's a very good face to have on your company. Even better, I think he made that kids day. I only wrote this as a complaint because I wanted to make sure someone saw this so it wouldn't go unnoticed. Have a nice day.

Burger King couldn't buy gift cards with my debit card

I didn't have enough cash to buy 9 $5.00 gift cards for my son to give as gifts and was told by the manager that I could only purchase them with cash? While she was polite it wasn't made clear especially since I only need 3 more
(I was short $15.00 in cash in addition to making a $9.00 food order.

I just it was unnecessary especially since I had ordered something and was using the same card that I would have used to purchase the other 3 gift cards.
I could see cause for concern if I was purchasing large sums, but $5.00 gift cards; it seemed a bit excessive it was very frustrating. I would welcome an explanation.

Burger King drive thru service

Your service at the drive thru is horrible 30 minutes I waited to get a small order. Is this not a fast food restaurant? I find this to be unacceptable and will not be returning to any Burger King in the near future.Fast food my [censor]!The manager said they were really busy and did not have enough staff on hand on a Friday evening at 4:30 really! Unacceptable

Burger King terrible service

Soooo I get there and first of all the employee ( her name is Berenice) was sitting in the lobby with on her phone. I wanted to use my coupons and she gave us a terrible attitude, she seemed extremely annoyed with our questions. Completely changing my mood. Maybe she was having a bad day but that still is no way to treat a customer. And then to finish she throws me bag of food. Berenice isn't a good employee. The store manager is Joaquin. 9120 gosling road.

Burger King product

I like very much your burgers but toning I went to my local burger king and the services was bad I ask for soda with no ice and I still get the ice on them but worse part it wasn't that.
My burger isn't cook .
I do understand that when the place get busy they has to rush the order but is not good given not cook food to the costumers.

Burger King the actual parking lot.

This is not about the service I had at our new Burger King, although it was quite dirty.

I am complaining about the parking lot! And lack of room! WHO designed this parking lot! I URGE YOU to visit this location and see for yourself! Don't dare park and eat inside! Or be prepared to sit there for a long time!

Vehicles going thru the drive thru have a tiny sliver of space to drive by parked cars! And when those parked cars go to leave? They can't get out! Trapped by the line of drive thru cars! We sat there for at LEAST ten minutes, until a nice person backed up enough to have us back out, into the line of cars, and THEN ANOTHER ten minutes, just to get thru the line, and finally out into enough space to go around the drive thru, to get OUT of the parking lot! It's INSANE! Whoever designed this space is stupid! There CLEARLY isn't enough room!
I'm aware that the restaurant is new, and soon the newness will wear off and not as many people will go there, (especially if it stays that dirty.) but sheesh! What a headache! "I" for one am NOT going back there! It's not worth the hassle!

Burger King bad food

On Monday, November 27th, my wife and I were returning to Titusville, PA after dropping our daughter off at college. We were hungry and decided to get off of Interstate 80 at the Mercer, PA exit and get a meal at the Burger King there at 2:36 PM. My wife ordered a Double Whopper Meal and I ordered a Double Sourdough King. In short, the meals ended up in the garbage can. The fries tasted like fish and the burgers were cold. The sauce on the sourdough consisted of a 50 cent piece glob in the middle of the burger. We eat at the Titusville, PA Burger King now and then and have never gotten a bad meal there. The merchant ID is: [protected]. T=00L I=4 C=80722. I don't know if those are pertinent or not. We were very disappointed and drove home hungry. The service was fine but the food was deplorable.
