Burger King chicken parm sandwich

Burger King at 2802 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803 used FALSE advertising for the Chicken Parm sandwich. They have a sign posted at the drive-thru for all the public to see, listing the sandwich for $5.59, but overcharge at the window for $5.79. They refused to honor the sign, so I took my business to your competitor, McDonald's, where the price they post is what the public pays. In the attached photo of the signboard at the drive -thru, Meal 12 is the item being marketed deceptively . Not a good look for your organization to not honor what is advertised, the old bait and switch.

Burger King everything

It's no matter where I go the customer service is terrible. I went today and the lady opened the window practically threw my food at me then started red at me I asked if that was it she said yea and shut the window in my face. I got all the way home and guess what the order wasn't right and they wouldn't fix I they decided to argue with me on how they know they put everything in the bag and management was right there didn't get involved just watched me an employee argue!

Burger King service

Burger king # 8346 (Washington, Indiana)
I went threw drive threw at 8:41am on 8/82017
I ordered a double whopper meal with cheese and a large Coke. and a large crispy chicken meal large with Coke. And only got the crispy chicken meal. I assumed that it was both orders because the lady asked if I wanted cheese on whopper meal and if I wanted it large, which I replied yes I want both meals. and was told it was $10.36 I went inside to find out what happened and as soon as I got to the counter I heard one of the employees say "oh well here we go an looks at the other employee." I proceeded to explain the problem an was unable to speak due to both lady employees cutting me off and being extremely rude. They said it was my fault for the mess up and refused to fix there mistake. I am a breastfeed mother and I needed that order. I am very irrate with my experience at this astablishment. Your Burger King employees at this location are horrible and very unfortunately unfriendly. I will not recommend ur company. As long as unfriendly people are working there.

Burger King customer service

Hey guys just wanted to reach out here. I'm a retail store manager myself, so I'm always looking out for businesses. I just stopped into my local Burger King here in Ewa Beach Hawaii. I stood at the counter for a minute or so, and there were a few employees having a conversation. Which is fine, one of the guys noticed me and told the girls that were cashiers that they had a customer. They looked over at me and continued their conversation for another minute. I know a minute doesn't sound long, but after making eye contact and still not greeting me or taking the order was a little wild. I just walked out completely amazed by this.

Burger King food and service

First of all a couple months back we were in the new Richmond Wisconsin BK and the owner and what appeared to be her daughter were arguing and carrying on in front of customers and it was very unprofessional. A couple weeks ago at same BK they were out of an item my some ordered. Tonight I went through because I was craving a whopper but they had no lettuce or tomato. Ridiculous! It is also FILTHY inside. Yuk. We will not be going back to that BK again

Burger King pelayanan bk central park mall, jakarra

Saya pelanggan setia BK. Kecewa dengan pelayanan kasir BK dan restaurant BK di central park mall hari minggu 6 agustus 2017 sekitar pukul 7 malam. Saat pesan Paket Kings deal cheesse burger(struk terlampir), saat meminta tukat minuman coca cola dengan fres tea tidak diperbolehka oleh kasir, sedangkan di BK Citra land mall diperbolehkan, jawab kasir khusus di CP tidak bisa. Sungguh ironis ada diskriminasi kebijakan manajemen.
Mohon menjadi perhatian manajemen untuk tidak kaku terhadap pelanggan dan untuk kasir selalu menyapa sopan dan senyum!

Burger King the store in general

This is my post...not like it matters since I have expressed my concern before and nothing was ever done.

If you are going to show online that you are open until Midnight don't be closed at 9pm. Also if you want to close early turn off your [censor] lights. Worse place ever. This place should be closed down. Had a bad experience before and first time back. Well I'm done but apparently they do what they want to do. DONT GO THERE.

Burger King coupons

I was at the Burger King in Aurora, Illinois on Galena street. I attempted to use my coupon from the Burger King app when I approached the drive thru window to pay. The manager told me he would not except it even though there was still 13 minutes remaining to redeem the coupon. His reason for not accepting it was there was a line of cars and they were busy. Also, my order was not correct. I was given a small fry instead of a large fry. If I cannot use my coupons from the Burger King app I will just go to McDonald's or Wendy's from now on instead.

Burger King onion rings

This has always been an issue with Burger King only filling the holder half way. When I order a small it comes in the little cardboard holder and it's only half way filled with onion rings, and the value onion ring is a joke too, one time I had only 5 very small onion rings in the paper holder. The small onion ring I ordered tonight barely had 10 inside the holder and for the price for a small is already a bit high, the least they could've done was filled the holder all the way. I really like Burger king, but it's also really disappointing when this happens every time I get onion rings.

Burger King restaurant hours

I walked into Burger King and ordered my food at 840 pm. Recieved my order at 855, and overheard the MANAGER say "they needa pack their [censor] up and leave cause we got lives.. We close at 9".. Okay maybe someone should of told us they close at 9 and we would of turned around. But ONLINE it says they close at 12? I'm sorry but we just sat down, my kids are playing and they should of told us beforehand taking our order. Rude services from BOTH the manager and her employees. And right when we walk out AFTER my kids were done eating, we saw a piece of white paper taped on the door we entered saying "Closed, drive through open".. And a customer drove by asking a employee if they're open, his respone was "No, the system is down"... SMH! Never to return to this location! Hwy 10 and Euless Main.

Burger King too hot in the restaurant

Some section air conditioner is working. It has been not working for sometime. I was told the air conditioner inside the kitchen is not working at all and recently a staff fainted due to heat stroke. I believe the corporate office should do something to protect the health and safety for the staff. I heard they have the air conditioner problem since last summer. It was fixed but not working again. Maybe the air conditioner should be replaced

Burger King bad customer service. and not get order correct

Stop at Burger King in sweetwater Tn. I ordered 2 whopper jr. A large fry. 2 small cokes. And 2 regular cheese burgers. Paid grumpy lady at window was given 1 drink window slammed another lady gave me s small bag out window that had 2 cheese burgers and a fry. I told her this wasn't my order gave her my receipt she said this what you ordered I said no mam and repeated my order which was correct on the order screen. She made me hand food back in window charged me for another small coke. Three my food to me and I ask her for my fries she said well you have to pay for those I told her never mind she took my receipt and slam window. You can bet I won't go to this place again and I will. Be sure to tell people not to go there

Burger King lady working window very rude

I had made an order at drive thru in Jennings, La 70546. After I made my order lady at window said my order was $17 something. When I drove up to window I asked her that something had to be wrong to be $17 something. I said can she repeat my order.. She started to get rude.. Not sure if she charged me for more food than I ordered. Then she said it would be $8.69..She brought me my coffee then asked if I wanted sugar. Well I had already told her what I wanted... told her 2 cream and 4 or 5 sweet n low. Well she brought sugar and I said I had ordered sweet n low. Long story short she had everything wrong with my order and when she brought me my sweet n low she shoved it in my hand real hard. This employee should of been fired on the spot. You need to check with manager at Burger King in Jennings, La. that was not very safe what happened. It was around 9:30AM TO 9:45 AM. This worker should be fired. You just can't treat your customer like that. She really had a bad attitude. I go all the time to fast foods and never had employee shove anything in my hand like that.

Burger King store/employees

Me and my family went to eat lunch at Burger King in Bonham TX on August 5th 2017 around 1230 pm. First off the employees cooking in the back kept saying marijuana over and over while my child was standing right there. Then the drink machine was disgusting and the ketchup was watery... Then the ac was broke where the kids play area was and looked like it hasnt been cleaned in forever... Worst experience ever i wont be back... Get some class burger king!

Burger King lack of cleanliness

Went to the Wasilla Alaska location. Junkies allowed to hang out there..spending copious amounts of time in the men's room..Ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Had I seen it before eating, I would have requested my money back and I would have gone yo Arby's or McDonald's. They were really filthy. The employees were made aware, and when I mentioned it to another customer, she said they are ALWAYS dirty!

Burger King hours of restaurant

Burger king was closed. This particular location is at Beltline and walnut hill in Irving tx. I've usually always had good customer service here. But it was
11 30 and hours say 12 on the web. They were closed, lights out and chair ups. The whole thing. So are the hours wrong online? Please adjust if so. .husband enjoys burger here. Disappointing.

Burger King taste of food

I stopped at the Burger King that's off Exit 77 in VA. First of all they did not give me a receipt and I paid $27.06 at approximately 9:15 to 9:20pm. Second of all I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal without ketchup or mustard and they gave me 2 burgers with the ketchup and mustard on them so we had to turn around after getting back onto the interstate to go and get them to fix them right. (My daughters won't eat them with ketchup and mustard.) So they redid them and gave us 2 different ones and then the meat tasted so old that my girls still couldn't eat them. So needless so say, I had gotten back on the interstate so I couldn't turn around again so I had to go and buy them something from somewhere else. Plus I had ordered an extra 2 large fries and 1 large onion ring and then received the small cup sizes. Needless to say I will never stop there again and I will discourage everyone else I know too. This has absolutely been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a fast food restaurant before! The meat on the 2 cheeseburgers smells rotten! I mean seriously could no one smell it while they were cooking it? I'm so discussed.

Burger King amount of time waiting in the drive thru

I pulled into this drive thru at 7:46pm and it's currently 8:16pm. I have only advanced one car space and cannot just drive away because of the cars on either side of me. I try to avoid this place like plague just because the wait time is horrific. With an over tired 4 yr old in the back seat, this is utterly ridiculous.
And oh holy crap.. just pulled up to the window to find out they have no bread. LMAO

Burger King cleanliness

My family and I just finished eating at the Burger King in Laurel, MS on Beacon Street, and we couldn't eat our food because of all the flies. We were fighting the flies more than eating our food. Also, we had to clean our table and seats before we could sit and eat. The restaurant needs to be inspected and cleaned. We had to finally leave.

I received the worst customer service by the manager. They got my order wrong, which they fixed at the window, (issue #1), but the other issue with the order is that they forgot to add one sandwich...
