Burger King philly cheese steak sandwich

Hello, Purchased Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, in Cobleskill, NY. You call that a Philly? Sorry, that is not a what I call that sandwich. ITS A GLORIFIED DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER WITH ONIONS. That commercial you run is very deceiving. Looks good on the commercial. Failure Burger King $9 and change wasted and not even a side of fries? Totally wrong and overpriced! Burger King cheesy tots

The cheesy tots were hard as if they had been sitting under the warmer for several plus minutes. The inside was soggy and overall the cheesy tots were not good or fresh. We had 2 orders. Also we did not receive our large coca cola drink. We would like to request a refund. If not we would appreciate getting these items replaced next time. Zjsjjsksksowiaj dc ik

Burger King service and cleanliness

I am at the 748-752 Bergen Ave in jersey City, NJ 07306 United States. I ordered a a Burger King meal with no mayonnaise and thy only gave me the burger with mayonnaise has to fix it, I also ordered a chicken fries meal they didn't give me the meal had to fix that also. They never gave me a receipt on either the first order or after they fixed it. It is slow right now at best 5 people in the store and the dining area is extremely dirty there is trash on the floor employees or just standing around talking about they have 1 hour to go before they clock out. Next time I will just take my business to McDonald's store or Taco Bell. The way the store looks in the dining area alone is enough to wonder why this place is not that busy

Burger King customer service

I went through the drive through, and the lady was very unprofessional I handed her my card and she refused to swipe it, or attempt to charge my card. She asked if I could pay a different way and I told her that I couldn't and she rolled her eyes at me. The lady was being rude towards me(a customer) and I will no longer buy my food from there ever again.

The burger king on apalachee parkway Tallahassee never get drive thru orders correctly, food is cold, it happens everytime i go that is one reason i dont go anymore the staff is rude and they just don't care! Never have the products advertised when i ask tgem to fix the order the staff is rude and very unaccomodating i have been there many times and always the same

Burger King rude service

I ordered a junior whopper for lunch around 3.15 to 3.30 pm on October 27, 2018. There was a long delay in getting the food. My order number was 85. Some worker called out order number 86 which was after my order. I went to find out what was going on with my order. I was ignored by the workers. Then another worker who was a white female came with the junior whopper and was trying to put it in the packet of the person who was order #86 and the person was objecting that it was not his order. All this time I was being ignored. I got quite irritated and called out to the female asking her what happened to my order. The white female got angry and rudely handed my order and went away. I asked for some ketchup and she game me two packets and went away again. I wanted a few more packets and finally a different worker handed me a few more packets of ketchup.

Obviously the workers got my order mixed up and instead of being sorry about it decided the treat me the customer rudely. I like Burger King products but this particular unit could do with more courteous and professional workers.

Burger King service

On oct.26 around 6:30 pm we went into the Burger King in Clinton nc and order 3 whoppers... there were only 2 other customers ahead of us and it took 39 minutes! I repeat 39 mins to get our 3 whoppers! I was outraged! The only reason I didn't demand my money back was because it's the only burger my daughter likes! I've wanted to complain before about getting our orders wrong in drive not once but several times in a row! So we decided to go in and order and look what happens! 39 MINUTES! But don't worry this Burger King will NEVER! Get any or our business again!

Burger King jr burger

I raise complaint against your representative Ms. Bea and Mr basu Assistant manager KING BURGER UAE.
Above ur staff insulted us (me n my wife) us customer on 27 oct 2018 9:30pm when we visited to eat burger with discounted coupon voucher at ur restaurant Sharjah br. ADNOC Manakh area UAE. Mr Basu first rejected our coupon offer then accepted after insulting us among many ur customers.
Ms Bea was singing songs while we were eating...
Please take discipelinary action and investigate and compansate. We are ur regular customer who like Burger king but such experience really hurtes us.

Burger King customer service

I am beyond pissed. I was in Burger King two days ago and ordered about 4 sandwiches and a hasbrown and the guy on the drive thru says do you want 9 cookies with that very rudly and I hear everyone in the background just cracking up. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Then after that our whole order was messed up. I already reached out to one person but I have yet to hear anything back. I cannot believe how this situation turned out. Absolutely disrespectful and I'm not sure who to go to next.

Burger King employee crystal

She had me park in a parking stall For over 10 mins for 2 whopper meals and 2 original chicken sandwich meals and 1 10 piece nugget then i get home and its not all there i make contact and the lady (crystal)answers the phone i explain what happened she was rude af! Hung up on me! Then i call back she refuses to give me corps num since she claimed she was the only supervisor i could talk to or call back and talk to nick another day! Such [censored]! Burger king is the only fast food here in mariposa this happened around 8 pm by the way so we eat here frequently and the night crew here sucks [censored] they screw up all the time when we visit at night 2 weeks ago they put 1 two many double bacon whoppers and failed to put 3 things of nuggets im just like [censored] its everytime we go at night this is hwy robbery im sure there is plently complaints and management not doing [censored]

Burger King philly sourdough

I ordered the new sourdough sandwich, two double whoppers and i got a hot mess, or should i say cold mess cause the food was refrigerator cold! My entire order was messed up and to top it off, i didnt get a receipt! I hate Burger King in Quincy! First off, they did not have whopper buns, only sourdough buns. Secondly, I asked for no onions, no pickles and all i got was a bun and some meat. Then I got two hamburger patties instead of the 1/3 patty...look at tge video, that burger was horrible. I spent $25 on garbage that i wouldnt feed my dog!

Burger King grilled chicken sandwich

I verified it came with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. The lady said yes. I got home after going through the drive thru and there was no tomato and very little lettuce and mayo. The chicken was burnt. It was actually black with black burnt crumbs laying on the wrapper. I now wish I would have taken a picture. I usually check in the bag to make sure I have everything before I leave but now I feel like I have to check quality as well.

Burger King fountain drinks

I went to Burger King today and I order a medium bacon and cheese chicken sandwich the total came up to 11.52 they asked what drink I wanted I said sprite and then the cashier said they only have HI-C fruit punch and orange so I said ok fruit punch it took a while for my food to come once I got my food they said they ran out of ALL fountain drinks and they only have bottle of water and orange juice and I DIDNT know that the orange juic they gave me was gonna be from the kids meal I was gonna ask for my money back but since it looked like only 3 people was working at the time because they were moving slow and there was this one girl who was doing both taking the orders and giving the food to the costumers I decided to not bother them and just report them instead I'm very upset that this happened cause I paid for a MEDIUM DRINK and got a KIDS MEAL DRINK Idk know how a fast food store can run out of drinks and not have refills to refill it

Burger King bk philly cheese

The burger the philly Cheese did not look anything like picture, we eat there a couple of times a week, it was such a dissapointment with that price!
I talked to manager he said yes that's all you get in it, I will post a picture of what it looked like, I said that it didn't look like what the burger supposed to look like he said that's what you get.

Burger King king rodeo burger

I recently went to a local Burger King in Rochester, New York and ordered a take-out for a King Rodeo Burger, which I had ordered multiple times earlier in the summer of this year. When I got my food home, the burger I was given was a single patty with one onion ring and a squirt of barbecue sauce and looked like it was a kiddie burger. I was expecting double patties with cheese and bacon and more than one onion ring. I took the burger back and was then told they don't have the Rodeo Burger any more, (which I should have been told when I placed the order) so the person took the burger (now very cold) away from me, plunked a 2nd patty on top of the original burger and threw on some lettuce and a tomato and said that was the best they could do. Clearly they had no idea what was on the original Rodeo Burger.
The only reason I went to Burger King earlier this summer was because I had seen a commercial for the Rodeo Burger, which happens to be exactly the way I like a burger when I make one at home or order one in a restaurant. I sincerely hope that if you have indeed discontinued this item, that you will consider reinstating it permanently on your menu. I will only be a customer for that particular item - it is the only reason I went to Burger King in the first place and will not be a returning customer if this item is no longer on the menu. You can sell anything if it is promoted properly!

Burger King new hire

My son just got hired last week and worked only 4 days. They told him they were letting him go and didn't give him a reason. They trained him for 2 days in different areas and nobody really didn't want to do anymore training. They didn't give him a chance to learn anything or find a good rhythm to improve himself in a new environment . Just to let you know it was his first job. They really discouraged him by not giving him a chance or a reason! Burger King needs to give there employees time to adjust to new work. I'm very upset because he was so excited to start work and now he's questioning himself that he's no good! The Burger King is in the Colorado mills mall in Lakewood Colorado.

Burger King drive thru personnel

I drove up to drive thru speaker and sat there 4 minutes before saying hello. Then the lady said hold on mam. So I wait another 5 minutes and she was talking on her head set but I could hear here and I thought she said go ahead so I proceeded to tell her my order when she said "I said hold on a minute", as she proceeded to talk on her headset where I heard her calling someone's name which I was guessing was another employee. I was very upset at that point like I was disrespected so I said " are you serious right now" and she came on the speaker again and said " mam I asked you to wait a minute." They weren't that busy it was like 9:20pm only 1 vehicle ahead of me and 1 behind me and I heard other employees laughing in the background so I drove off without ordering what I wanted and that is one burger king I wouldn't go back to.. 10/25/18.

Burger King food

I ordered the new sourdough Philly sandwich meal and some breakfast items in witch I got very sick and was in drive threw almost 45 minutes no one said sorry for the wait I have diver tic u ites I got a seeded bun now am in extreme pain very sick would like to make this right would like food replaced and more please I might be contacting the board about food poison might be getting a lawyer involved hope someone can contact me asap to get this taken care of I am in a lot of pain please help

Burger King service no one helped me

On oct.25 at 305 pm I went to 14420 Outer 7th St, Victorville, CA started to go thru the drive thru only 2 cars there I waited over 5 min but nothing moved so I decided to go inside waited over 10 min till someone adressed me at that time said be right with me she came out to dinner room and started to talk to someone else waited another few min then got fed up and went to carls where I was served I less then 5 minis this normal in this burger king

Burger King customer service

Waited over 20 min to get my order while at airport, in a hurry for my flight. Several customers who ordered after me received their orders before me. Eventually my order just disappeared from the order screen without my being served. I had to go to the counter, where I was told they were out of everything I had ordered except the drink. I received no apology and no refund.
