Burger King efficiency

Went through drive through on 6/21/18 @ 8:05 and left the drive thru finally with my foid a 8:29! Are you kidding me!?! Not acceptable at all. Retrain your help! It was evident that the only thing holding up the girl working the drive thru was waiting on the inefficiency of the back/"cooks"
And after waiting way longer than I should of, I didnt get the correct food!

After waiting almost a half hr through dribe thru, my food was wrong and i sent my husband in to get a re made sandwich since it was nit made with bacon as i asked. They have made him wait for 15mins and counting now! This is soo unacceptable and to be honest the girl wirking drive tghru is very rude. If you dont like your job stay home

Burger King free refills

I sat down ate a double Texas whopper meal. Threw my food tray away, walked over refilled my drink and walked outside. A manager met me outside and said you have to pay for that drink sir. We don't give free drinks around here. I went inside told her I sat right there ate my meal and walked to get a refill and left. I was treated like a criminal over a stupid drink. You don't have to worry about me. I will never ever go to a Burger King again. Her excuse was they had trouble with people stealing drinks.

Burger King manager hiring techniques

I have a grandson that works at burger king in martinsville indiana. He's 21, my younger grandson is living with us for summer, he's 17, he put a application in a week agi was told my kim the manager to come in the following monday june 18th for interview and she told him to come back in wednesday the 20th when his brother worked, again I brought him up here for interview. I had 2 appointments outside of our town, and he knew he had to wait on me, which was about 4.5 hrs.
I had bought his black pants, black belt and black shoes, which he had with him because "kim" made it sound like she was gonna talk to him then put him to work. Now granted she had talked to him on phone a week prior and knew he was 17 and had one more year of school to do.
She never came out to talk to him, instead she sent my oldest grandson out to tell him that she couldn't hire him because he would be going back to school. He had already told her he was going transfer to the burger king in greencastle indiana once school started. She never came out to talk to him and shes a manager! This woman is the most disrespectful human i've ever known to be in a manager position.
So I spent today taking back the shoes and belt, couldn't return the pants cause I washed them the night before for him. She had him come here twice and never talked to him. Smh. I will never eat at this burger king again! Thank you for your time,

I waited in line17 min. Then went inside, I use a walker so it was hard.I waited 14more min for my order, a hamberger, frech fries and orange fanta.which should have taken 5min.there was 3people working.why was this?I will not go there again.I guess you don't care if someone else gets your business..

Burger King Health Hazard

On June 20, 2018 I decided to stop in Burger King and have a Whopper for a quick lunch as I am sitting enjoying my Onion rings and Whopper I look up and a many comes out of the kitchen area and I see he doesn't have on a normal uniform. What he was holding was the spray can with the long nozzle, OK he was the exterminator.
I think this was very unprofessional and a big health hazard, he looked at me like he wanted to come to the area where I was sitting but the look I gave him he went the opposite way. I didn't say anything to the manager because I didn't want to make a scene. But I use this particular BK bathroom which is always clean, cause I work in the field and the Staff are very friendly and I always receive the best service.
I was shocked to see an exterminator in the establishment at 11:00 am when customers are eating.

Burger King drive thru customer service so rude!

My name is Jodi stahl me and my family were just at a drive thru window and the guy working was so rude. As we ordered our first meal the guy was sighing and making noises out of frustration as he didn't wanna be there. He heard me ask my kids what they wanted and he was started to sigh even louder and sick his teeth and make rude comments. As we completed our order he says do you see the damage. At this point I didn't even want my food and we drove off in frustration and gave our business to someone else. I will never go back to this establishment ever again! The service was horrible! Stopped by Burger King at around 12:AM on 6/21. There was a big line which was unusual.After sitting 15 minutes, the cars in back of me started leaving. My son walked around to the window. There was no one at the register and no one to be seen inside.The car in front of us moved up a few feet. I yelled into the speaker. No reply. Finally a female voice asked for my order. She could not get it right even after several tries.Then the manager came on.I asked why they were so incompetent. She threatened to refuse my order on the grounds of "bad attitude".Words were exchanged and she became unhinged.Calling me names like [censored], [censored], [censored], [censored], etc. All the cars in line left, including me.To say what was going on inside was one giant cluster-[censored] is an understatement. This no doubt continued long after we left. Is this really the image you want for Burger King?
It was the Burger King at Greenhaven and Florin Rd. in Sacramento Ca. I will NEVER go to Burger King again.

Burger King bacon and cheese crispy meal

I went to Burger King on Park Avenue in Meadville, Pa and purchased a Bacon and Cheese Crispy Chicken Meal. I took it to go. When I opened the sandwich to put salt on it, to my shock I found a rotten tomato on the sandwich. And it was an end piece too! Who use end pieces of a tomato on a sandwich. Unbelievable! Not to pleased with Burger King right now. Just want to let you know!

Burger King received wrong order and treated with disrespect when bringing to the attention of the associate

We eat at Burger king on a regular basis in our town, but not usually for breakfast. Today, we were out earlier than normal and decided to give it a try. Ordered two of the new Savory Double Bacon Sourdough Kings and two senior drinks. After receiving our order, I nearly fell down from the floor being very slick. I just nearly caught myself. Another lady sitting nearby said she had just told the staff about the same slick floor. It was the entire floor, not just one spot. We sat down and noticed we had been given ham on our sandwiches instead of bacon. I immediately told the counter person, but got not response, she just went to tell the preparers. I figured they would bring us what we ordered. After about 5 minutes, it became obvious they were not fixing the problem. In addition, the sourdough was soggy and not toasted as shown in the picture. My wife took the sandwiches back to the counter again. At that time, a lady named Raychel, who was the same one that took our order, said, "Your husband ordered ham not bacon", in a very rude defensive manner. My wife again told her that we did order bacon, not ham and pointed out their display only showed two versions, bacon and sausage, so we didn't even know they offered ham. How could we have ordered it! My wife also told her about the soggy bread which Raychel said, "That's the way we do it", again in a rude manner. By then, my wife was not very happy and Raychel said, "What do you want?" My wife said to just give us a refund and we left. Our favorite burger are Whoppers, but we will never go to that Burger King again because of the curt, rude, disrespectful treatment we received today and the dangerous slick floor. Immediately after we left, we ran into friends at Wendy's who had just had a similar disrespectful treatment by the same person the day before. My wife and I are senior citizens and eat at least one meal a day out. We have been patrons of Burger King for 50 years steady but never had treatment like we received today. We won't go there again. My wife clearly heard what I ordered and I even pointed to it on the sign. Rachel should have just apologized and gave us the correct order and we would've accepted that as just an honest mistake that happens all the time. Burger King the service from the drive thru

On June 20 2018 at 3:38 pm I visited store # 850 and went through the drive thru. One of the items I ordered was for someone who can't eat sesame seeds. I asked for the seedless bun and the guy did not want to give it to me. He said they don't have seedless buns and I should get two bottom buns. I know you have the potato buns and I refused to budge on the matter until he gave me the bun I requested. You need to educate your employees or I will not return to any burger king.

Burger King milkshake

I have been to (4) different Burger King location in the Huntsville, Alabama area on different days since the Salted Caramel milkshake was released and every location I have been to the shake machine does not work. I find this highly odd that the machine in different locations on different days does not work. Either your employees do not know how to use the machine or maintain them.

Burger King food, service & cleanliness of store

Hello, I this morning I went to your restaurant to get a ham crossissant and a bacon crossisant before heading to my doctors appointment. Both sandwiches were cold and both had cold slices of cheese slapped on them, but I didn't have time to return because I was running late. I called the number on my receipt and let them know I would be back to get a fresh sandwhich. When I returned I went inside vs drive through and the inside of this store was disgusting. Flies everywhere just gross. The cashier took my previous receipt (cold sandwhich) and my new order and went to prepare. There were 3 other people ahead of me and all of us waited 25 minutes to get our food. I checked my bag before I left but I only glanced didn't open until I got home. Again my food is cold and seems like it was sitting all morning and I did not get what I ordered. But the cashier forgot what ordered and took my receipt.

Burger King accuracy and attitude of staff

I visit this Burger King atleast 3 times a week. No longer will I do so. The woman at the front window was awesome, even recognized me. The woman at the 2nd window was horrible. She 1st tried to hand me the wrong food. She finally got my order, then when I asked 4 mayo she huffed n puffed with ..oh my god. I looked to see there was no straw in my bag, asked for 1 when she returned to the window only to have her start cursing. I guess I was inconvienencing her with my order! But never had I recieved this type of service when trying to purchase a meal!

Burger King bad food

Went to eat at your store on Belair rd in Evans Ga and ordered two of your sourdough double kings which would have been good if they had toasted the bread then when I asked about it being toasted they said that's the way it comes..well right next to my table in the window is a picture of your toasted sourdough burger...we haven't been to burger king in a long time and the only reason we came this time was to try this burger that looked really good...really disappointed ..

Burger King I am very dissatisfied with burger king on austin peay hwy. memphis tn 38128.

Every time i come to this location, wait time is 15 and sometimes longer. Its not even busy right now but i have waited 15 mins already. On top of short staffed. Nothing is offered for the wait nor acknowledge about the wait. I called the customer service number before and even they were rude so i am not call this time. I will never spend another dime at Burger King due to all the bad experiences

Burger King missing items

6/18/18 around 3:45pm I went to the drive thru of this Burger King. When you specifically repeat your order items and they still can't manage to get it right is pretty upsetting. The lady asked me if I wanted any sauce which I did say honey mustard. I never ended up getting my sauce. I asked if they had fruit punch Hi-C, which they didn't so I substituted it with mellow yellow. The mellow yellow tasted like carbonated water. I never go out of my way to fill a complaint but this was just ridiculous. I never got told my total, even when she said it would be told at the 2nd window. The person at the second window was completely rude speaking to a car that was leaving, who almost forgot to put ketchup in my bag. I come to this burger king many times because it is the most close one to my job. Such an unhappy customer! I won't returning regarding the actions of the workers there. If you can't provide good customer service I don't think you should be in the food industry as well as have a manager on staff who would take care of these issues. I would want a refund but good is that going to do if I would not return. What could be done about this I would love to know too.

For the first time I tried Grub Hub to order my food from Burger King 10142 S Phillips HWY Jacksonville FL [protected] order number [protected]-2816513 1 whopper Jr meal 1 Spicy Chicken Meal and a Free XL burger with the order. I did not received the Spicy Chicken meal I paid for, but received the free XL burger. Food was cold when it reached me and I tried calling from the time my ordered arrived at 1:15pm, which I ordered it at 12PM thinking I would have it by my lunch time since the app said it would be about 30-40 minutes. I'm sure they were busy however, that has no bearing on making the order and making sure everything is in the bag especially what I paid for! I will not use Burger King as my Burger joint this is not the first time with issues from them. There are other Burger places that get it right and I will just use them. I need my refund for the meal I paid for and didn't get, so I guess I'll have to make my way there in order to take the food I have back to them since everything was cold and this was my lunch time so of course I cannot go back up there right now and they have the phone off the hook. No one is talking on the phone for over an hour straight. so disappointed

Burger King not following protocols

This burger king has to be the worst I have ever come across. The managers do not follow any of the protocols(hiring, cashier, etc.). 60 dollars has come up missing without proper investigation . The register protocols are not being followed, multiple people using the same register. They have no respect for the workers who have bills to pay. Went from working 9 to 5 everyday, to working 2-3 days out of the week, to the managers giving me an entire week off with no explanation or regards to anyones livelihoods. This has happened to multiple team members and has resulted in them quitting. There has been multiple occassions where cups and food has ran out throughout the day . Team members have been training newly hired managers when they are not compensated for training anyone. This burger king needs proper management because this is unacceptable

Burger King being fired for no reason

I went to work on 06/18/18... As I walked in to clock in I was told that I was being let go and someone was taking my place until a new employee is trained.
I wasn't given a reason as to why I was fired but I was told by another employee that it was because I was chewing gum and took my time to complete my work which didn't make sense to me because I felt if I did anything wrong the manager should have said something to me himself . Burger King all of your menu

BK used to be a company that prided itself on "char broiled". There is NOTHING char broiled about your burgers or your chicken. The burgers seem to be infused with char taste but there is nothing char broiled about them. As a former sensory scientist I am looking for a fast food company that really wants to offer certain burger flavors that are no longer available anywhere in the fast food industry... char broiled means a crispy broiled exterior to the food. Also, grilled onions... what a joke. No one no longer knows how to prepare "grilled" onions. You need to figure out the old school char broiled and crispy GRILLED onions. This would boost your company immensly. You need to do a TOTAL MAKEOVER of your burgers. I suspect your sales are declining and it is because all of the fast food restaurants are preparing aweful aweful food. Would it not be more appetizing to see a plump juicy burger piled high with real grilled onions. And lets exclude the onions to see a plump burger with charred crunchy exterior! You need to figure out how to do that and then supply a promo that boasts the best fast food burger EVER!

Went to drive thru was informed grill was under maintenance, so instead of ordering a burger, I ordered 3 orders of chicken fries, French fries and sodas. Waited in line, when I got to window I then was informed they were out of chicken fries. So just how hard is it for them to know that 9 chicken fries are in an order ahead of time, second time in 2 weeks they can't get it together. Will NOT visit again. Who ever was in charge needs to go to food manager classes or find them another job.

Burger King limited menu overnight

Every time I visit this one particular restaurant it's either they only serving whoppers or they don't have any Jr sandwiches mainly chicken I live around the corner from this restaurant on broad and canal I'm not understanding how come they can only serve what they want at night then when I asked her why she replied cause that's what we have i then ask was that every Burger King she then said look I don't know what everybody else doing just very rude and unprofessional I'll never go there again and make sure I tell other people about this place

Burger King bad service

We went to the Burger King in Roebuck, South Carolina, Sunday night. Our food was wrong, all the food was ice cold. Drinks were nasty. Our Sons wAited for 30 min. Or better in drive through. The woman read the order back and when the got it home it was not even the right food, food was missing, cold, wrong. We called and whoever we talked to she said we could wait and bring our food back in the morning and the manager would fix it, So let me get this straight, we are not to eat our food and bring it back in the morning? She said if you want it all replaced, Yes she said or you will not get any of it replaced! So we paid over 60.00 and our food was cold and wrong and the Tea was spoiled, The only positive thing was the Two Cokes. We had 6 whoppers, 5 fries, 6 drinks. I'm very disappointed in this Burger King, The women on the phone was very rude and very disrespectful.
